hello,
I had ordered two pairs of shoes from myntra.com on 01-01-14, with order number 9563223. the product was reached in my hands at 7th January 2014 through Indiaontime courier service with tracking number-[protected]. after checking, both the product was length wise its OK, but width wise very tight.
So i returned the product to (The Returns Desk Vector Ecommerce Pvt Ltd., No 36/5, 27th Main, HSR layout, Sector 2, Somasandra Playa, Near KEB Power station, Haralukunte Post, Bangalore 560102) without use through by professional couriers service on very next day[protected]with tracking number- PRO1091141.

And the product is reached in myntra at 09-01-14. then today[protected] after checking my mytra account, i seen that the return request was declined. then i contacted myntra costumer service and person in myntra service is told me that, the product is in used condition and also told myntra person will contact within days after discussion with manager desk.
Here we can use little commonsense, we have arrival and return date with time while tracking above mentioned numbers. see, how can i use this products.the shoes is only i wear for checking it is suitable for me or not, and these was very tight in width wise and returned very next day.
Is this right way of myntra for satisfying the costumer. i disappointing with myntra service.
