Hello sir, Myntra mail to me that ("Dear, We are sorry that an item in your Myntra.com order has been cancelled. Such cancellations usually happen because the product in your order did not meet our quality standard. Unfortunately, we do not have another unit of this product in stock to ship to you. Rather than ship you a poor quality product, we have cancelled the item in your order. This is a rare occurrence and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.") That was my important shopping. But that's cancelled by Myntra. It is disappointed for me. This is my 4th time shopping in 2 months Above 2000/-. After than that product's are selling still now in myntra. Its bad experience for me. Products ID are : 1. RDSTTSHT01559 - Roadster Men White Printed T-shirt (SELVA03-OP) 1.     spent 2 hours selecting all that I wanted sitting in Australia. applied the coupon IND42 for their freedom sale. The coupon worked but i didnt go thru the payment as had to comfirm the size. Went back to my cart the next day to place the order...This time the coupon didn’t work even though it was still valid. Called them from Australia. Was on phone with them for 45 mins on ISD…..with no result or explanation. Spoke to 2 girls Mohseena n Gurmeet( claiming to be the supervisor), both with no skills... I was so furious at their incapabilities…. which were several.. What a Waste of time and I what a bunch o[censored]ntrained buffoons!

        I had Rs 3821 in my myntra cash back account, which i had requested to be transferred to my bank account. I recieved Rs 467.47 on 26 jul 14 and Rs 937.90 on 28 jul 14. The balance amount of Rs 1875 have been recieved till date. Every time i sent a reminder mail, i get a reply asking for two more business days. Now finally they are saying that only Rs 402 is balance for transfer and we are working on it. But actually i have to recieve Rs 1875

        Myntra.com has started playing games with the customers. I had Rs. 1159/- in my cashback account. I asked them to transfer it to my bank account. They did not transferred the amount, nor even they updated me with the status. I called them up and they refused to transfer the amount. The reason was so stupid. They people were saying that i have retained one of the free items in the order, which was such a foolish and harassing allegation. After that, I decided to buy something by using that cashback and what I saw is that there is no cashback in my account. I asked about this from the customer care executive and they were not sure about what has happened. After so many days they mailed me that the deduction was done due to retaining of some item of the order which was placed almost 2 months ago. They are awaking after 2 months when there is cashback available on the myntra account. I want to sue them for mental harassment and fraud.
        i have ordered and cancelled the item on the same day and not yet refunded my money back, and more their customer service does not work at all and they don't even reply to mails also.very worst experience with myntra
        I have ordered 2 pairs shoes for the same paid amount through internet banking But did not deliver the goods to given address. its come to know that while tracking, the goods have Returned To Origin. so i am looking my amount to refund.
        I ordered a Vishudh red and white check kurta from Myntra on 30th September. It didn't look good on me so i made a return request instantly and after a lot of attempt from my side it finally got picked up on 23rd October. I was supposed to receive my refund on or before 2nd November. I didn't receive my refund yet. The order no. is[protected]-6894503. The amount is Rs. 1301. please help me in getting my money

        I Am Gargi mondal. I have placed an return request for honey by pantaloons jacket. Pick up guy had come and picked the product up. But they miss placed by product and declined my request by saying that i want to keep the product. I informed myntra immediately they have promised me to resolve my product within 72 hours. But i didn't get any information from their end. They closed my complaint without informing me. Again i called and thay said nothing has happened like that. I got surprised to know that they dont believe their customer they just overlook the problem. Simply disgusted. I am just highly disappointed. They did not even refund my money back.. shame
        I had rupees 396 in my account I wanted it to refund it isn't working

          Well this my second complaint to myntra, last time i ordered three belts from myntra, Order ID: 18330894 .i got confimation through mails or messages, i also got the information that the order has been dispatched from the warehouse but i didnt get the information when the order is out for delivery and not even the number of delivery person ...please please resolve this technical problem as soon as possible !

            I have been a regular customer at myntra and have a platinum account. Now I have a big problem with them. I placed an order few week back #18199046, call the customer service many times in regards to the order the order. The executive there assured me that the product will be delivered latest by 9th of august 2014, on 9th midnight, I called them up in regards to the same order and they informed that the product cannot be delivered its out of stock. My concern is why can't they inform the customer prior in hand if they cannot deliver it instead of waiting for us to call. My 2nd experience with myntra... Last week I placed an order #18237374 with express delivery facility so that the product gets delivered the next day since I was not satisfied with their delivery service. And I did got the order the very next day. I placed a different order the very same day but was not able to use the express delivery facilities, so called up customer service and ask them to place the order for me using the facilities, all he has to say was the facilities was revoked a week back, when I had placed an order with express delivery the day before. It clearly shows that the executive in myntra are hardly aware of the term and condition, policy of the company. Whatever that comes in their mind to get rid of the customer they just say it to get rid of the calls asap. It clearly shows they are hardly trained and are unaware if the company policy. What a shame. 3rd experience... Same week I placed some orders#18239414 # 18341026 #18370700. Expected delivery on 10th of august 2014, I spoke with Gazi Alam a case manager from the escalation department. He promised me that the product will be delivered on 11th august 2014, gathering all the order together before 10.00 am but the promised was not being kept, I called up the customer service and spoke with many people from escalation department as wel, he again promised me that the delivery would be done by 2.45 pm . I waited till then and the promised was not kept again. The delivery guy came around 5pm. I refused to accept the order as I already informed most of the people from escalation department that if it's not delivered on time I will not accept it. In regards to all the three scenario I requested for a call back from the manager, I requested on every three days. I haven't got any call from them yet. I don't have words now, all I could say is, they provide the worst of service anyone could ever face. It's been three times and 3 days I ask for the manager call back but I haven't received any calls from them. I have tried calling the Myntra head office, and the house office Bangalore many times trying to speak with any of the concern person in higher authority but they would either hang up the call or keep on forwarding the calls to some department to other which are not related at all. All I can say about Myntra is the customer service is pathetic, their escalation department is at worse and the manager their dont want to take any responsibility. All in all they are irresponsible service provider. List of agents and people I have spoken with the customer service. They are the worst. Akshay Kumar, vikram Singh, bipin bopiahh, sweta, brajendra Kumar. And from escalation desk noorjahan, diksha shetty, drithiman, Case manager, Sandeep, reneesh and gazi alam. All this people are not responsible towards their job.

                I ordered a product on 3rd of august for raksha bandhan.but they could even deliver it on 10th of august that is raksha bandhan..they sent it via firstflight and their website doesn't show any tracking details on given tracking number it just displays 504 internal error..and since 4th of august myntra people are saying the update is u ll get the product tmrw...and on 10th they are like we cant do anything if courier people are not delivering it.i mean kya yaar tum log waha macchhar maarne ke liye baithe ho...dukaan band karke sojaao..WORST SERVICE SHOPPING WEBSITE...MYNTRA.COM I never faced tthis kind of tension using jabong snapdeal or flipkart.

                  Hi, I placed an order two times for one product in with order No. 18408926 and No. 18330449 on 9th Aug & 7th Aug .Order no 0449 was cancelled automatically without intimation to me when i called in the today morning at 7 AM it was informed to me that it was out of stock that is why it was cancelled but now it is available, You can place it again and we would delivered it to you asap. It's has been cancelled again. Can you confirm me what the hell is going on? It seems that myntra demand has been increased in market and you people are not in a mood to entertain the customer in a proper manner.

                    My Order ID : 18181095I ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra under weekend offer On Sunday, August 03, 2014 and cost me Rs. 1693. This is the scenario date wise 3/Aug/2014 : Order is packed 3/Aug/2014 : Shipped to delivery center 4/Aug/2014 : Arrived at Delivery Center 5/Aug/2014 : Order out for delivery [Recieved a message from myntra that Pradeep will deliver and his phone no was [protected]]I was in office so i rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow [06/Aug/2014] 11:00 AM 6/Aug/2014 : Rescheduled - Customer Requested Then next day i didn't got any call from either myntra or from the delivery person. Then i called up that person he didn't pick up the call. I called up customer care and i was informed that he is on leave. When i checked the status: 6/Aug/2014 : Order returned to origin Again I called up that person on 7/Aug/2014 Mobile was turned off. Then again i called up customer care i was informed that the product delivery will be reinitiated and you will recieve a message regarding the delivery person.But again i didn't recieve any message from anybody. Then i sent a mail from contact us tab on the site [protected][protected][protected][protected]---- "My order is returned to origin why? I have been called only once for delivery for which i told to rescheduled. But the delivery was not attempted again. This was not expected from Myntra as it was my first order. Please reply soon" [protected][protected][protected][protected]---- Today [8/Aug/2014] I recieved a mail from customer care that [protected][protected][protected][protected]---- "Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.As per our records, I can see that the product is coming back to our warehouse. I kindly request you to place a new order.It is constructive feedback from customers such as you that helps us improve our services. I have forwarded your feedback to the relevant team who will investigate this matter. I should assume that i will not get the shoes in the same price again? Or Myntra is not able to handle its customers and delivery boys? This is not about the shoes with less price, its just about the service they provide. This was my first order from myntra and i got pissed off badly. I want the resolution about this and i want the same shoes in the same price bracket other wise I will have to take harsher steps against these growing ecommerce business.
                    I have ordered on 22 December and on 24 its status is shipped to delivery centre.Today is 28 still there is no change in the status even i am unable to contact there customer care .Every disappointed with Myntra and will not going to order again from here.

                      I am a regular customer of Myntra. I never faced any problem before . But this time I am very much disappointed. I had ordered few items on 18th July. The items are not delivered till date. i talked to myntra, they extended delivery time from 31 july to 4th Aug without raising any complaint. After 4th Aug I am continuously mailing them, but they answer in very diplomatic way. They don't have exact answer. I clearly said them that after 7th Aug there will be no one to receive item, but it seems Myntra have hired robots as customer care who identifies only keywords in the problem and reply accordingly. They cant understand the situation. I still need to know the answer. Order number : 17610709

                        My order no is 17955195 which consists of 2 items of which one is Peter England belts and the other is UCB T shirt. I had received my Peter England belt but I have not get received the T shirt I have ordered. It is saying that the order was returned to this origin.                           My order number 17563353 with myntra says delivered, but I have not received the product yet. I have paid Rs 2202 for this product. It is a Puma navy blue jacket. I called myntra several times and they did not even bother to raise a complaint. They keep telling me that they will provide me with the proof of delivery but they have not provided it yet. I have also called the courier service through which myntra was supposed to deliver my product. But the courier service as well did not provide me with the proof of delivery but have updated the status as delivered against my shipment or order in their systems. What a shame on myntra. Guess it is a new way myntra has adopted to mint money from the consumers, and have also made the courier service company named Aramex a partner in this game of minting money from consumers. I didnot expect this cheapness from myntra. I will never ever order from myntra and will suggest the same to my friends.

                              We are the top spender in the myntra shopping festival held in april. We had won 3 iphone5s On daily basis ie on 26, 27, 28 april and we had won the highest weekly spender prize also that is 1lakh tanish voucher. But as soon as time came to dispatch the gifts myntra people had blocked all our ids and given the reason that your return is more as its nowhere mentioned on myntra website that you cant return product. Still after that MR.KIRAN HS from escalation team confirmed that we will get our all gifts even i haVE PROOF IN THE FORM OF AUDIO with me. After few days when they have to return money he told you will get 1phone 5s only. But from total of Rs.543000 shopping we had successfully completed Rs.430000 shopping. For this much shopping they had given us 1iphone only. So now we have all the evidences of what we had won and what myntra had promised in form of photos and AUDIO conversation. So please dispatch our remaining gifts or else i will take some legal action as i am having all kind of proofs with me.

                                Hi Myntra, This is with regard to your service and return pickup service agent. I placed an order on 18th of July with an order id 17544769. I wanted to return a jeans of that package and placed return request for your agent to come and pickup. 1. I requested the agent, E.Raju ([protected]), to come before 12noon, but he said it wouldn't be possible to come by the requested time. Hence, i asked him to come and pickup from our watchman the next day.. he asked me to call the next day to know if he will be coming or not. When i called him the next day, all i heard was he wasn't coming to pickup as there are no deliveries in that area for that day... in his words.. 'We wont come like that, we will pick up whenever we come to that area' in an arrogant manners. 2. Finally he came the other day and is when he figured out the Article Id's are not matching on the jeans and the package invoice(which shows your service levels). And asked me to contact Customer care. I contacted, and made the required actions. 3. Now, on last Tuesday (29th Jul), i got another message saying agent R.Naveen will come to pick up the package. Till today, Friday (1st of Aug), i didn't get any message or call from neither Myntra nor agent Naveen. When i called him today he said.. "You got my name by mistake as your area is not where i come for pickup" and handed the call over to some one else(Prbly, the right agent for that area). Now, this person asks me about my address details and asks if it is okay to come now. When i raised my concern about not being contacted for 3 days he again handed the call over to Naveen. Naveen seemed not at all sorry about not contacting me and in turn questioned me that why didn't i call him on the Tuesday it self in a rough way. It's really annoying the attitude of your agents. I doubt whether someone would actually have addressed my return request if i hadn't contacted your agent Naveen. And i regret that i made a purchase from myntra.

                                  i had purchased ADDSSPSH104182 - Adidas Men Blue F5 TRX FG Sports Shoes (F32747-SOL) and I received the shoes within a week time. But its really disappointing to say that although the outer packing was dry and had no damage, on opening the packet the adidas box was heavily wet and in mutilated condition.The shoes were heavily wet and dripping in water.
                                  Its very disappointing to receive supplies in this condition.

                                    Now, when u make ur customers irate to gain unethically this only happens that a loyal platinum member becomes a hardcore hater!

                                    Myntra deactivated my account without any notice. Well as per their policies i understand they can delete accounts anytime. I had 750rs in the account and they gulped it alongwith the account. now when probed further that why my account got deleted they say i used multiple gift cards in my account due to which their concerned team has deactivated my account. Today they r asking me to produce all the gift cards that i have ever used in my account. Wonderful indeed! So you should not use Myntra gift cards in your account, or else they will deactivate the account anytime and tell you to submit all gift cards used. My question, why should a customer be harassed? Tomorrow Myntra will ask its customers to produce bank statements and salary slips to know whether he or she can actually buy it. If asking for all used up and added gift cards is logical for Myntra, the day is not behind when they will actually ask for salary slips to check buyer's capacity.

                                    Myntra practices policy of looting customers, telling them cheats, harassing them. Its time they should publish a book on all these fradulent activities to carry on business and earn money without hassles and within a short time span. Kudos!

                                      Dear concerned, This is really disappointing as well as aggravating for me to come to terms with the fact the despite making payment for an order (ref. no:[protected], the person whom I had sent the product to was asked to pay for the same before he could even get it. Was it not even mentioned on the order in the first place itself that the order was prepaid and no COD was supposed to be applicable on it? The order has now returned back due to the same issue, and despite paying for it I have not received the product. I had ordered the product on 17th July, 2014 and after waiting for 7 full days I am being told that the action will take yet another 5 business days for the product to be dispatched (in case the issue is resolved). When I called up the Myntra support team today, they told me that the order is being handled by Third Party Company and that you guys cannot do anything about it. How in the world can you not do something about the very product your dispatch team and tell a customer something like this???? I really want you to do something quickly in this matter, or else I will be forced to seek for help from some official entity. I hope you understand my situation and will definitely help me out at the earliest.

As MYNTRA is a very Big and Successful brand name it is making people trust their website and invest money. I have been defrauded like this and many are being defrauded. My deeply request to you is please have a look on the website and take an immediate action so that fake companies like this should not use your name and make people fool. Thank you.
