I had ordered ray-ban sunglasses. Returned it by DTDC since I found my lost sunglasses by the time these arrived. But Myntra is now saying that they did not receive the product. They received an empty case by courier. We had shipped it properly and shown it at DTDC. Myntra has signed and received the courier. But now they are saying that the sunglasses are missing.

    I have placed 2 orders with myntra. both bad experience.

    !st order- Ordered 2 kurtas(1 had size issue. thy send whatever is availbale in their wearhouse. or size chart is incorrect. One kurta was not even delivered because of some issues. Some superviosr promised to deliver it after it reached back the inventory.. but I did not receive anything.

    2nd order - I was cheated again. I ordered a size. they sent the smaller size for both the kurtas. and none of the customer care representatives are helpful. they keep on syaing the other person is not available. I am tired of explaining this issue to everyome. If they are supposed to call you back, you will never receive a call or response. Some ticket was logged for call back turn around time was 24 hours. after 48 hours also I did not receive a call.

      This is regarding Order number: 15086235

      I ordered Jack and jones orange color shirt, 42/L. The size was too small for me.
      So, I put an exchange request the same day for XL size.

      I got an email today(28/4/2014) morning that the exchange product will be delivered today. I called the delivery boy Mr.Anil. He said he forgot to deliver the product. WHAT THE HELL???

      So, I called myntra customer care center regarding same. They asked the delivery boy to exchange the product today itself. Delivery boy came and checked the product. TO MY SURPRISE, HE SAID THE PRODUCT ID IS NOT MATCHING AND I CANT EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT. N SAID FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET SOME APPROVAL. WHAT THE HELL KIND OF SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING.

      So, I called myntra customer care center again. Mr.Vijay answered and said 'I have sent an email regarding the same'. Wait for 7 days. OMG. No. 1 online shop in India.

      Earlier also I asked myntra.com to change its ignorant, illiterate so called officials. Poorest service, once again.

      Still today (01/05/14) the product has not been delivered. Called myntra office 2 times...still no solution... illiterate delivery boy started laughing when contacted.

        Hi,

        I oredered a pair of sandals from myntra on 15th april.I have not yet received the product even on 29th.I got the mail that I will receive the product by 24th.When spoke with the customer care they commited two times that it be received with in 26th.till now the product has not been delivered.
        Please help me in getting the compensation for my effort to continously track and the negligence shown by the myntra customer care.One of the executives told that we I cannot even question them until the product is received.

          I had terrible time while dealing with Myntra. This was my first requirement posted on Myntra and received confirmation with date of receipt. But even after speaking with the area staff on delivering the order and confirming delivery time he didn't reached. We waited for the whole date and kept on calling while he choose not to pick phone. They spoiled my entire day, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. The next day when I checked on the delivery status it shows " Customer not Available". Cheap and unprofessional way for updating status. Wrote mails complaining the issue but not aware dumbs on the other side only reply with sorry but no action. Send 5 mails explaining case but except sorry nothing else happened. Suggestion-- PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE YOU TIME & EFFORT WITH THEM. THEY WILL EVEN TAKE YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

            my order no. is 10118015 it is pepe jeans black men jacket buy on 29th jan 14 but i have sent it back as i dont like its fit and ask myntra to send my money in my account for which they have asked my details of bank account which i have provided them then i have called them to ask when they send my money back they told me they have initiated refund on 4th march but i havent received any money in my account i have again call after 4-5 days they told me 10 days will be taken by bank to reflect money in your account i said ok but i havent got that amount now i again called after 15 days they send me some utr no. of 100rs but not of 2445rs then i again call and msg them then they ask for mine bank statement of march i have provided them my bank statement but then also they havent send my money i have called them many times send many mail but still no solution today is 17th april still i havent received my amount pls solve my problem...

              I paid Rs 6000 for Nike shoe and got the delivery however as It dint fit so I asked for bigger size. Its now more than a week that I am wiating for exchange order, myntra customer care says that due to some technical issues the order is stuck at their end hence they are not able to deliver. I am suffering without any fault of me

                About a month ago I bought bellies (brand: blue parrot) from myntra. The shoes tore after first use. There were around 5-6 days remaining before the return policy would expire so I wrote to them. They asked me to send the picture and I did accordingly. After that I did not receive any reply. So I called the customer care and they asked me to send the pictures again in JPEG format. I sent it. I have still not received any reply. This buy has been a huge disappointment for me. I consider it a bad experience in online shopping. But, there have been times when I have been happy with the products I bought from this website. So I would say be careful while shopping online, and Myntra please ship products of standard quality.

                  I bought many products from (MYNTRA.COM) this website and return many products to them and as a refund they provide me Myntra credit. Which i can use in my next shopping or also redeem (Rs.15, 217) this to my account. and i requested them 2months ago to transfer money to my account but till they didn't transfer money. When i call them they always said that there is no response from our finance team please wait for few days. When email No Response. Please take action if more information require call me. I am calling them daily basis but No response from them.

                    My order number is 11290425, these myntra.com cheaters took the full money.in my order i had paid for a kurti with patiala, but these liars only delivered the kurti and not the patiala and now when i complained 6 times and wrote to them several emails they are saying all items were dispatched as per the CCTV footage, when i asked them to mail me the footage they are not sending me the footage.
                    These guys are cheaters, please do not ever buy a single thing from www.myntra.com at all
                    If they are so sure that all items were packed properly why cannot they share the footage, it shows what kind of fraud business they are doing and are constantly cheating customers.

                    I have taken this up with the consumer forum and will be going legal against them and will teach them a lesson.

                      I had ordered product wd Myntra.com, advance payment was done via CC. As per myntra customer service, they promised to deliver the product by 8th April. Today when i asked the status, they said they canot dispatch it. Hence i requested them to Cancel and refund.* This was a bad experience. I was the one who was following up with them on the same, no one bothered to call me & update me on the delay. Abstly not accepted

                        Myntra.com is a chor company. They send less qty and charge full and their customer care is horrible. I[censored] have any shame myntra people pls bother to call me on [protected] else i will keep populating your worst customer centricity everywhere.                           I purchased a shirt(order no : 10545242, order date :20 feb, item : roadster check red and white shirt) from MYNTRA but i didn't like it so i returned it back.After few days, I got a message saying i got the refund(amount 1099 rs).But when i checked on my myntra account, i didnt get any refund.When i called them about this, i got to know about problem.They sent refund on account with email address '[protected]@gmail.coom' (invalid account )instead of '[protected]@gmail.com' (valid account). Even it was their mistake, i calmed myself and asked them to transfer this refund amount from invalid account to my valid account.They promised me to do it in 24 hours.I checked after 2 days, It wasn't done yet.I called them and asked .They again asked to wait for next 24 hours. This process continued and still going till today.I haven't got my money till yet.I called them each and every day from the initial day till today.Each time they apologize and tell me to wait. I am still waiting.I am tired now. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I even asked them to order something from my side and use that refund amount, They said they cant do that. They just don't want to return my money. I have lost so much balance in calling them every time and so much time .I am just tired now.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. After even threatening them about complaining to consumer court, they didn't take any action.They are not afraid of consumer court. Please, I am requesting you to help me.As i mentioned before, I just want my money back.I am not going to do an online shopping again in my life.But just this last time, please help me get back my money.

                            Not listening to my problem. Not exchanging my problem Assured to call back from manager but didn't get it till now. I have called thrice to arrange a call back from manager but they are unable to do this.

                            WORST SERVICE. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WORST EXECUTIVES. WORST SUPPERVISORS. And i can't say about the managers as they all are dead to give me a call or attend my call.

                            I want my product to be exchanged with bigger size.

                              i have taken and returned the products worth rs 23500. and according to policy we can return and they will transfer the amount in my bank account, what they did earlier but now they say they will not return and have also closed my account for asking back money.

                              They are telling policies which are just not their. what they say they have sent the link to see the policy it is just not written.

                              THEY ARE SO ARROGANT THEY SAY IT IS DUE TO THEIR MISTAKES AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY MONEY .

                              MYNTRA.COM IS WRONG AND IS NOT RETURNING MY MONEY. ITS MORE THAN 50 DAYS NOW AND MY MONEY WORTH RS 23500 IS NOT RETURNED AND THEY HAVE SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AFTER THEIR MANAGER SAYING I CAN USE AS CASHBACK, THEY DELIBERATELY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND ARE NOT LISTENING, THEY ARE DOING FRAUD NOW.

                                VERY POOR QUALITY

                                I bought a sling bag from myntra and guess what?????? after 3 days it tore this they call 100% original products

                                Order not received even after 10 days

                                I made an order on June 22nd and my expected date of delivery was June 29th. Till now I have not received the order and I have called the person in charge of my delivery twice but did not get a good response.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, I stay in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I had purchased dresses worth Rs.3818.00/- from myntra.com on 16th march 2014 and the same got delivered as two packages on 18th march 2014 and 20th march 2014 respectively. As per myntra.com policy, customer has to courier the product within 30 days if he is not satisfied with the same. Since I was not satisfied with the product, I courier it through FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK to Vector E Commerce Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore address. The same courier got delivered on March 28, 2014 as per details provided by the courier service. Further, it has been 4 days since still the return order status is shown as In Transit. I had talk with the customer service department they said the return status has not been updated in their records. They told me to check with the courier people. On Friday 28th March 2014, when I had a word with courier people they said it has received and signed by Vector E Commerce on above date as per records.                                     Its with a great sense of disbelief that I write this mail to you. I ordered a item on date . I followed all the possible guidelines laid by your company . As a loyal customer I provided all the necessary details required. When your delivery boy (DeepakWadhwa [protected]) called, he refused to deliver the item to me because I refused to show him my i.d proof. It is NOWHERE mentioned on your website that one has to show your i.d proof. Moreover he engaged into an unnecessary argument and then started misbehaving with me.


                                    Its not the first time that I am using an e-commerce portal. I am a regular buyer from all the other websites. This was my first time that I used your portal and I am sorry to say that you have disappointed me BIGTIME.

                                    This is not the way a brand behaves with its consumers. There has to be some level of professionalism. I don’t think with this kind of attitude your brand will be able to sustain itself in the market.


                                    I will be posting this experience of mine on all the social networking sites and will be suggesting everyone not to buy from MYNTRA anymore.

                                    Your stern attitude is forcing me to head towards CONSUMER FORUM. I have no choice but to go there and lodge a complaint against this matter.

                                      dear myntra.com i have ordered a shoe on 19/3/14 and i got mail that i will get my order on 27/3/14 but on 26/3/14 i am going for my tour...so please send it on 25/3/14 by speed post...my flight is on 26/3/14 at 10'o clock morning...and if i get my order on 27/3/14 that time i will not be at home...so i request myntra.com to send my order on 25/3/17...i hope you will under stand my problem...

                                      Regarding pickup

                                      Initially they used to arrange pick ups to return any product but not now courier charges are very expensive when they are self shipped

                                        For my order 10829285 on the online shopping website www.myntra.com dated 8th March, 2014, I still have not received any the products after already being paid for. After a dispatch within 24 hours, I had received a mail informing me that the products will be delivered by the 14th of March. On the 15th of March I had received a phone call from an employee of the courier service Blue Dart, enquiring about the location of my house. He was at the maximum 1 km away from my house. It was almost 7 PM. He said he would get late in reaching back to his office which would take him 1 hour. So my products will be delivered on Monday. On the night of 17th March, Monday I lodged a complaint to Myntra.com giving them all the details. After tracking my order on the website it showed the remarks "Consignee not available at given address". This is absolutely false as no courier person had come to my house. On the night of 17th March, I had requested and executive if Myntra.com to make sure the delivery was done by the next day, ie 18th of March. It was completely ignored and on again calling Myntra.com on the night of 18th March I was told it would take them 3 working days from 17th March to reach the Courier Service office and enquire. The sole reason for asking the delivery to be done on the 18th of March is that I will be leaving Kolkata the next day and I needed the products by then. I feel extremely cheated on and humiliated, especially after an experience of shopping with Myntra.com for more than 2 years. It is sad to see their quality stooping down to such a low level.
