I Rohit Chandani, first time user of your online shopping service, ordered a black colour converse shoe from your website portal on 31st may, Today i received the product thru a delivery executive of an courier service company, he asked me to pay the bill for the product, as i came back to get my cash, by-chance i opened the product and saw that the shoe was of size 11, whereas i ordered for size 10. And the executive told me that i was not supposed to check the product, and pay the amount to him, is this the way your company functions?. So therefore i dint accepted the product and sended it back, but the delivery boy denied to take it back due to some of your terms and conditions with them. But i dint accepted the product nor did i payed for it, as why should i pay for a product which is of no use for me. I have been a frequent user for many other online shopping sites, but never faced such an problem, can you relaize what mind set would i have developed for your online portal, i feel cheated. Wanted you to know the incident. My order no is 2926912. And i dont care that you deliver me the product now or not, but i have an condition on my side, that i will except and pay for the product only after checking that whether the product is of the ordered size and in good shape, otherwise i wont. I cant accept the product and pay for it without having a look at it. And the experience i had today with your portal has disappointed me a lot, and i feel cheated by your company.

They had deducted 1755 for a bag from my icici account on 16th june and then on 17th june said that product is out of stock and said that money will remain in my Myntra cashback account . Then i asked them to credit the money to my debit account from which amount had been deducted. They closed my complaint on 19th june saying that amount has been transferred and will reach me in 7 working days.
I checked my account in mid-july but the amount had still not been credited. I lodged a complaint with their customer care and they said they will get back but 3 days later I only got a mail that the order had been closed. I called them repeatedly after that and they kept on saying that they have paid the money and I should contact my bank. They even gave a screenshot that they have paid the money- the refund date in the screenshot showed 3rd August which they said was a software bug and they had paid the money long back. I then threatened to take them to court and finally yesterday my money got credited.
