I’ve used naaptol years ago and haven’t used it since then, but from a few months i have been receiving letters every 15 days about having won a car or lakhs of rupees and I have never responded to them or called the number provided, but this isn’t stopping I don’t understand how it was possible for them to gain my home address and number, it’s the same address I had given in naaptol website, how is that my data was leaked to them ? This has caused a lot of inconvenience, I want to know what action will be taken

My order id is 86066381 and i am not satisfied with the product. Your product quality is so low. So i called your customer care service instead of refunding my money, they told me to take voucher. I don't want to take your voucher i want my money back.

Want to return the 7 double bedsheets +pillow covers. I received only 7 bedsheets out of 8 double sheets +pillow cover which was in the advertisement of naaptol.. Your return polocy is very much vague.
Even i request all other naaptol customer, not to buy any thing from this e-commers site.
And after return you gave us voucher instead of Rs in our bank account.after lots of calls i resolve my query.
If you have lock then used it .and lock your company.

Ordered N95 masks and received utter poor quality masks (order no.[protected], after complaining, customer care executive told they will resend another set as compensation, but still not received ( complaints number :[protected] on August 1st.

They are showing 9 pcs. microwaveable sets in their TV ad., but has delivered only 3 pcs. and 3 pcs. Spoon which they are not telling in their TV ad. It is their tricks and in this way they are cheating customers.
Please look into this and do the needful accordingly.

I have ordered product in naaptol 21 days back, every week they prolong the delivery date and still i called to customer care and they told same answer, after one week your delivery date,

Very too late and I dont know wheter my item will be received or not

I purchased 7 pcs stainless steel cookware set but that product was third class...
I complained about it and they agree to refund me and ask about bank details. Pickup boy come and take the product back. when I provide them bank details they called me and said it is not possible bcoz that's not our policy to refund... I was like what the hell...

Iss company me chor bethe h kya... Aap pehle refund ka bolker product wapas le lete ho phir kehte ho ki refund aapki policy nahi h...

Iske baad mujhe 9 pcs ka product offer kiya or bola ki acha h and all... Then I said fine send it... But ye to usse bhi worst h ... Quality third class h...abhi aap bataiye me kya karu or 1499 ke product ke badle new product dekar 300 or le jaate ho jabki aapki site per ye product 1499 ka h...

Sir or Madam ya ki bhi ho paise ped per Nahi lagte... Hum mehnat se kamaate h aapki Tarah logo ko thugte nhi h ... Aapko refund Nahi dena to mat dijiye magar jhoot bhi mat boliye... This is such a disgusting act of yours...
Mujhe aap logo par bilkul bhi trust Nahi h...
And I will make sure nobody whom I know buy any product from Naaptol...

My self Suren I have ordered a product in
Naaptol but the delivery boy name Suresh from bethamagala branch he refused to deliver my product I informed him that I am waiting for it he told me to come and collect the product I told him to deliver in my address which I have given but he refused.
And told he have certain limit only to deliver it I was waiting and waiting still my product is not reached...

Dead Item Received
I purchased through Naaptol online shopping one automatic air compressor pump . But I really got a dead one. The reply from the part of customer support guy was not positive. No matter what the price is, why should I keep a dead one, or why should I pay for a dead one! It will make only bad thoughts upon the customer.

They sent a price coupon Rs. 8, 40000 they gave two numbers for what's app and contact. We paid 16, 800/- to Rajiv Paswan. Mobile Number : [protected].

I received a speed post from Naaptol saying I won 12, 50, 000/- rupees and that I would need to pay TAX for that in advance. I did a little research and found that this is completely fake. Please take necessary action on this as this might victimize innocent people. Please please do look into this matter.

We have received the letter & scratch card from the company on the address from post office. We have check the mobile no in truecaller they display the no. in naaptol india ltd name.
We have known this fraud things & so we alert the user but they have send their id card & Their no on this card. So check the id card & block their no for feature. They have used the website www.naaptolprize.co.in...

Purchased a hose pipe from naaptol by seeing the advertisement and found not to be useful as shown in the advertisement.
