This is in response to a letter that I have received to my address on 18th October 2021, along with a scratch card(which has shown that I have won 12, 50, 000 INR). It's so shocking to know that our details are no longer safe with your company. The letter had a seal and asked us to provide my bank details and thumb impression. I would appreciate it if you take proper action against these scams. Thank You.
