I received a letter about the prize money offer I got to know it's fraud .. I would like to know how my name and address details are going to fraudsters. How many more places would these reach targeting common people.

I also have to receive a refund for one product that I'm following up and till date received nothing. This is really bad...

We have received the letter & scratch card from the company on the address from the post office. We have checked the mobile no in truecaller they display the no. in Naaptol name.
We have known this fraud thing & so we alert the user but they have sent their id card & They're no on this card. So check the id card & block their no for the future. They gave Whatsapp no - [protected]. Check is this true or not....

Against order number poor quality of 8 bedsheets and 16 pillow cover delivered.complaint registered within 24 hours and acknowledged through different mail. So far neither the delivered material taken back as promised nor refund initiated though all detail given. We are senior citizens too. It has discouraging us to order further as the matter is pending since 21 st august...

Sir I got a post from Indian post by naaptol company, I scratch the card xuv 500 gift won, I send my details to them, for rules 14000 to pay first for company account they said, its true or fake please send details sir....

This details show Naaptol that content show 9pcs of microwavable serve and store set I will be required 3 pics of bowl set. And I call customer number who tell that there was 9pcs of set 3 bowl, 3 spoon. This was a fraud show naptool who has shown in TV in 9pcs of bowl and that was not. It was a scam who play with people. Naptool company ban in India...

I have been receiving speed posts on my personal address saying that I have won hefty gift prizes and should submit my account details for that. When I did a search I got to know this is a fake agenda. I kindly request naaptol company to take action against this fake company destroying your name and kindly stop them from sending more mails again....

My order was not delivered I've called customer care so many times but am not getting proper response from them, worst customer care I've ever seen. Totally care less people don't even care about us. I want my money back....

I’ve used naaptol years ago and haven’t used it since then, but from a few months i have been receiving letters every 15 days about having won a car or lakhs of rupees and I have never responded to them or called the number provided, but this isn’t stopping I don’t understand how it was possible for them to gain my home address and number, it’s the same address I had given in naaptol website, how is that my data was leaked to them...

Your return polocy is very much vague.
Even i request all other naaptol customer, not to buy any thing from this e-commers site.
And after return you gave us voucher instead of Rs in our bank account.after lots of calls i resolve my query.
If you have lock then used it .and lock your company....
