This is not n95 masks. It is useless against covid. This doesn't have 5 layers. It is not 100% cotton. They are making people fools by selling low quality products and by false advertisements. This is not my first order. I hoped that they will not give masks as low quality products. I bought 50 masks. I can't say n95 masks because they have 5 layers. This is the worst online shopping site I've ever seen. A shopping full of liars.

I got a post in that one scratch card and one paper. That scratch has 12.5 lakhs cash prize .
So to get the cash prize send your bank details and mobile number to credit in your account and they gave a wattsapp number . To that number send your details they said .
So its fake or real . Whether it is from your or some one is pretending these ...
So kindly inform as soon as possible

I saw an advertisement from Naaptol on television about a product.I ordered the product and it turned out to be of bad quality.I contacted them for a refund but they refused and said that they would provide me with a discount voucher even when they had promised that if the product was not upto the mark they will refund the money within two working days....

We have received the letter & scratch card from the company on the address from the post office. We have checked the mobile no in truecaller they display the no. in Naaptol name.
We have known this fraud thing & so we alert the user but they have sent their id card & They're no on this card. So check the id card & block their no for the future. They gave Whatsapp no - [protected]. Check is this true or not. If it's fraud please an action for this letter.

So far neither the delivered material taken back as promised nor refund initiated though all detail given. We are senior citizens too. It says that i have winned a lucky draw and with that latter they send a lottery card which has12, 50, 000 .It has the signature of finance manager Rahul bajaj and it has the approved seal by HSBC Bank and has someone signature. I didnt made any recent purchase in naaptol. And it ask me to fill the column given which asks for the Bank Account details. And send to the given whats app number [protected] I dont know How the scamer gets my address. Please take a quick action. I'm kindly requesting You.

And I call customer number who tell that there was 9pcs of set 3 bowl, 3 spoon. This was a fraud show naptool who has shown in TV in 9pcs of bowl and that was not. It was a scam who play with people. When I did a search I got to know this is a fake agenda.
