I have received letter & scratch card by speed post on 23.11.21 and whatsup call and chat from Mr. Sanjeev Kumar - [protected] ( The same no. reflected in naaptol web site also ) as Rep. of Prize Dept. of Naaptol and inform me to claim 12.50 Lac prize i have to pay TDS of 6250/- and GST 25000/- on payment in NAAPTOL PVT LTD Bank A/c. No. [protected] / IFSC - SBIN0018479 i will get prize amount in 10 minutes in my bank a/c., on payment of above amount and sent screen shot he ask more 50000/- as Income Tax which i inform him that i will pay govt. tax once amount deposit in my account but he refuse and ask to pay in advance which denied by me and inform him to refund me TDS & GST payment which done by me.

Request to take up matter with suitable authorities.

I purchased a set of kitchen ware which was very low quality so I returned it. The customer care were not helpful as one said they don't refund and another pretended to transfer the call to a supervisor who promised refund but just as he informed I received a call back from their backend team who refused refund and was very rude. She also informed me that they don't have supervisors who take calls. Finally, I was left with the voucher I could use for another purchase but I could not find any item that I liked.

Another day, the customer care guy informed that they would extend the validity of the voucher if I called back but when I called back they refused to extend it and disconnected the call.

I was recently courier to my home address a NAAPTOL Scratch card, worth LAKHS. Clearly this looks like a fraud, add they would certainly be asking to pay the tax and regulatery fees to be paid well in advance, as duly stated on the scratch coupon.

We want the company, to publicly acknowledge this as FRAUD, save respond affirmatively on this data breach.

How can our personal data, available only with Naaptol is being shared with these Spammers, who are using company logo and address to hoodwink ?!

The company should be held responsible for this breach of trust.

I am Shweta Vajale,

I have ordered 3 Compartment tiffin from Naaptol on 18/10/2021 but they are not helping me to get that product delivered.
Naaptol has sent me a replacement but they send me to a spray bottle pump instead of a tiffin. I have paid Rs.600/-

I called them and messaged multiple times but they are delaying the process and today at 06:59 PM I called them to know whats the issue and the executive started using slang language to me.

I was doing a Whats App chat also with them. their what's app number is[protected]/[protected].
most of the time to ask anything I was using[protected] to raise any issues.

But the thing is that the naaptol company is secure to give our full details to deliver the products because it's shares the information of the buyer with the scammers and fraudsters. Then they post a letter with scratch card at the same delivery address which was provided to naaptol by the customer. At last naaptol is not end to end encrypted and shares the details of the customer. Please don't buy anything from them.
