Dear Sir,

I got my daughter, Aaradhya Poddar admitted in emergency on 27th July 2022 in Brahmananda Narayana Murti specially Hospital- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand due to severe stomach ache and vomiting.
They charged me Rs. 1650 per day for 5 days of admission in the name of Vivid Protocol, over and above all the charges. . ( Total Rs. 8260 ).
When I asked about the details of the charges, they denied for ant details and simply said raht we charge from everyone and cannot provide the details.
They also said that in future they would not provide any medical service if I don't pay the amour and ask for any such details.
Request you to please check and prevent such kind of financial loot in the name of covid .

    Narayana Hospital Katra have the poorest Management by the administration. Literally no respect for staff no support for staff. If Management don't respect the staff then who will? i have searched everywhere to complain about the Katra Administration but didn't found anything and i want to stay anonymous. I don't know if anyone is reading this and take action against the administration. I saw with my own eyes how management literally shouts at staff without any solid reasons. i feel like its mental torture

          Dr Usha Agarwal is a senior gynecologist we all respect her always but never expected this kind of mis behave. Intolerable get shocked existing patient Name Ruchi Khandelwal.
          We wish we never see the NH hospital and the lady doctor. Before incident we always recommend above said doctor
          but today we have seen the actual face of Indian mother lady and understood well why some people stop me to use the service of above said doctor kindly teach them human being character.
          As patient always have faith and expectation...Today many hospitals are in queue we always paid what we get from here than after you people have dont care of other and misbehave us kindly look in to matter

            I booked online for follow up in the cardiology department. I was given the time 3:00pm . Later the hospital changed it to 2:00pm. I rescheduled all my works accordingly but the doctor arrived around 2.45pm. Unfortunately, instead of calling serial wise they started calling patients for billing and doing ECHO. Just for the follow up we had to wait for so long even though we reported the hospital around 1.40pm. Each one o[censored]s have time constraints and if they rescheduled they should have managed accordingly. Giving the patients priority who came after us was totally unacceptable. We can't waste the whole day just for the follow up and that too when we already reached before time. The value of time of the patients are expected to be taken seriously in such reputed hospital like yours. I am not blaming the doctor but the management and coordination of the team is very unprofessional. Now, I will think twice before going to or recommending your hospital.

                My father undergoes chemotherapy treatment in Narayana hospital, Howrah, West Bengal since 2020. But after chemo session in day care is finished, it takes an additional hour and half to get the final bill. The billing process is extremely slow. Even after the clearance is released from day care and pharmacy, still the billing department takes a lot of time. It takes more than 1½ hour.

                  I would like to inform you that I was falsely charged for a private room the while I took a semi sharing. My bills are based on private room due to which my claim. Is not fully paid and there a deduction on that. I escalated this earlier but no response yet.

                  I m bound to escalate it to PAN India level now if I do not get a response within 24 hours.

                    I took my 74 yr old Father to Narayana Hospital, Gurgaon on 11th Jan where he had to undergo CPR. Patient MRN # [protected]. The hospital did a chest X-ray and brain CT . The hospital admitted him in ICU and referred him to Neurology department. The hospital billed me 1.2 lacs for 24 hrs and hence, I got him discharged on LAMA as their bill was beyond my affordability. On discharge, they only gave us the x ray and CT scan films but didn't give us the reports. i showed the film to a different doctor and he mentioned that the films are showing pneumonia while the discharge summary showed no medication given to treat Pneumonia. Today, my father's situation has worsened because he was not given correct treatment inspite of being admitted to ICU. Can this be taken up as a matter of serious concern with the hospital as they have been highly irresponsible in treating an ICU patient. The hospital needs to give us an immediate resolution for this. They need to send across the right doctors to our home to cure him as he is not in a sitiation where we can take him to the hospital anymore.

Doctor suggested some tests whose reports we have to show to doctor. I booked appointment by using email id and no coupon code recieved for submitting the reports. I called to call centre on once[protected] and twice on[protected]. But no solution provided. They just consoled that department will call u. But no call recieved.br...

                          I had a video consultation with Dr joozer as per the the staff recommended for cough and fever. The doctor asked me to come in person to opd after 2 days, I did come and the staff named Himani Bhavsar holding the emp no 345677 asked me to pay 600 rs and we had an argument and then the seniors allowed and agreed the charges not to be taken for a fraction of misunderstanding from staff side. Again on 24/8 I visited the hospital for a fitness certificate and the hospital is asking me to pay another 500 for the fitness certificate.
                          Is this a hospital or slaughter shop?
                          Kindly resolve the issue with amicable solution.

                              My daughter has been transferred from narayan hrudalaya multispeciality hospital, hsr to a different hospital. During discharge we settled the amount, we requested for the cancellation process for claim bearing number 0730753.. It's been more than 2 days and the process is not done.
                              First when called they don't pick the call.. If they pick they have no patience for listen and disconnect the cal.
                              Is this how they treat the patient.
                              Irresponsible... I[censored] really want to recover and be safe... Spread the word and do not not recommend the the hospital or the insurance team sitting there...
                              Till they extract money they will be nice to you.. After that they treat you like a slave.

                                1. I am registering this complaint on behalf of my friend, who is mother of the patient who was admitted in the hospital yesterday at day care. Mrn no. : [protected]

                                My friend was is so disturbed by the insensitivity of the attending dr. Ie dr. Sarita rani jaiswal under the unit of dr. Suparno chakrabarti that she is still in shock. That is why i ma now propelled to write to you.

                                With lots of persuasion i was able to convince my friend to go to dharamshila hospital. She was scared that the hospital is known for cancer treatment, so she wanted to avoid. She took appointment of dr. Suparno, but she was never attended by the dr. I still convinced her to continue with the attending dr.

                                When she went to hospital yesterday at day care, the dr and staff were very insensitive. Dr. Who is treating commented if she is a cancer patient. Now you can very well understand how the mother of the patient would have felt who at first place was so scared with the word cancer. Before iron infusion there was a vitamin drip and within few minutes it got over and no staff came to close the drip or remove it. When dr. Sarita came, she started shouting at the mother why she had not informed anyone. Mother said that she told the nursing staff but they didn't turn up. Then the dr. Started yelling at her that she doesn't know anything and she is saying just for the sake of it.

                                The mother was conveyed that the iron infusion will take 4 hrs to be completed. But actually it got over in less than an hour. For the entire duration the machine kept making creaking noise/sound giving an impression to her that the machine probably is not working properly.in fact she strongly felt that this hospital machines are of poor quality.

                                The patient's mother felt cheated and aggrieved by the insensitive behaviour of the dr. And the hospital staff. He has vowed not to go this hospital again.

                                You are requested to look into this matter seriously and if possible call the mother and assure her that the treatment provided was good.

                                2. My entire family of 5 (Elderly to children) get there treatment from this hospital. Since last 2 yrs i am a visitor almost every 2 months for my parents.

                                3-4 months back my mother was referred to dr. Ashish kumar (Neuro surgeon). We kept waiting for him to meet. Though dr. Abhinav gupta was there inside, we kept waiting for dr. Ashish, as we were told to meet him. When he came later, he shouted at me and my husband in front of my mother that why we didn't go to dr. Abhinav. How do we know that we have to go to dr. Abhinav if we have taken appointment of dr. Ashish. If a patient has taken appointment of dr. Ashish, why should the dr. Go to dr. Abhinav. Is it not cheating that the patient is asked to meet another dr., in the guise of one dr.? A strong woman like me got my eyes rolling in tears. And after checking my mother, he remarks were wait and watch and nothing to do. He didn't refer to a neuro physician, which he could have.
                                I actually could not come to terms for 3-4 days. Then we discussed among ourselves and thought of going to a neuro physician as a second opinion. We went to max and we got her treated and she is back to almost normal like before.

                                Drs should not be insensitive towards patients and their family, as the trauma of poor health is very depressing.

                                  The patient admission was done by morning 7am. We had a date for brachytherapy. Previous day we went to the admission department they just held us with a two papers n didn't explain anything about the separate admission. We thought everything was under the package of brachytherapy. Everything was planned that the therapy will take place. When i got the patient admitted. I was given a general ward bed. When i came up in the third floor the bed n room was very dirty. So i shifted her to a semi private bed. Bed no. 314. When we entered the room it was extremely dirty with all the disposes of the previous patient. We called for the housekeeping n nursing team a lot of time, but none was there to help. After requesting alot they took one hour to clean only the room not the bathroom. The patient had the problem that she can't control her pressure for toilet but she had to becoz of the dirtiness. The bedsheet was stained, the towel given was torn, the clothes given was torn. They didn't help the patient to change, dress n get ready for the patient. It was already her ot time but we were not instructed about the do's n dont. The ot nurse herself was unable to call for any nurse. She was late for the ot. The movable bed had a bedsheet which was used by many n extremely dirty. The nurses was so irresponsible while taking the patient from the ot to the radiology department the door was not opened properly n they shifted the movable bed which got hit by the door resulting in movement of the machine or needles inserted inside her the part of her cancer affected area. For this reason she again had to be shifted to the ot to fix the problem in that case the dose of anaesthesia went away n she had to suffer from a lot of pain. Even after the brachy proceedure was over when we came to shift her to the ward bed no nurse was there to help, we ourselves shifted our mother, there was no side stand where we could hang her injected sline. The radiology dept nurse had to search for it for a long time. Just because of this delay the patient had to suffer. After i complaining the ward manager one male nurse was sent to help us. Even he was shocked that no detail was taken in the morning wen she was admitted. No doubt the doctors team was good. But the hospitality was at its worst state. I hope the matter to be taken in prime concern n not be repeated again. For the hospital my mother is just the patient but for us she is our everything.

                                  Myself Prasenjit Chowdhury an employee of Tata Consultancy Services admitted my father Mr Nupurranjan Chowdhury in Narayana Hospital Barasat West Bengal on 2nd November. Initially he was in ICU and after that moved to HDU. Initially 4 days it was OK but after that we can't see any improvement. He was affected by infection and doctor said now he is OK and they are monitoring. Not sure only for monitoring why ICU is required.

                                  Please let me explain some more findings.
                                  1. Whenever we meet doctor got the same feedback we are monitoring but can't say anything . Same comment from 1st day to last day.
                                  2. We have reported the same to Hospital Super and ask for his release and he told we can release him based on release application.
                                  3. Next day I reached hospital and got the information from MOD that he was released!!!No need to provide application
                                  4. We haven't been informed about his release and not prepare for it. Initially for every incident they use to inform us but surprisingly they haven't informed about his release!!! It is absolutely a harassment and it has been done intentionally.
                                  5. When we try to settle TPA we have to wait 4 hours and every time it has been told (2 times) that there is an issue with claim settlement and we have to wait. At last they provide the release permission after paying Rs 20000. Not sure about it. No detail bill has been given.
                                  6. When we reached HDU to release client they told we have to wait for Doctor’s signature. We have requested them repetitively that patient is 83 years old and we have to travel a long distance but they behave rudely and ask to wait.
                                  7. At 8 PM when we start shouting then they inform doctor left long back.
                                  Is it a hospital? Where everyone provide false statement and treatment is very poor. Doctor has no idea about the nature of illness and always provide same comment “We are monitoring”. After 7 days in hospital they won’t be able to provide when patient can be release. How can I keep faith on him?
                                  Regarding sisters, I really don’t want to comment but their service is also not up to the mark. My father stayed whole day in wet bed (passed urine) and no one is there to change.

                                  Ultimately at 8:30 PM (10th Nov) patient got released without doctor’s consultation. It’s really awful service provide by the hospital. Never seen such an unprofessional, greedy and dishonest management. Planning to convey the same to my HR so that other TCSers should not make same mistake.

                                    Two months ago the angioplasty of my father in law murli prasad sinha is done by dr suman shekhar padhi of mmi hospital raipur. The medicine prescribed for him was till 14/8/19 so it was very urgent to meet him.
                                    I don't get the appointment because i thought appointment was only for new patients. At 14/8/19 we requested dr. Padahi's assistant to meet him. His assistant replied rudely that "nobody can meet dr. Padahi without appointment if your patient dies then let him die".
                                    After so many attemts we finally got an meeting with dr. Padahi he himself too showed very rude behavior and talk with inappropriate language and replied "i'am not here to clear you or anyone's garbage here ok!".
                                    This type of behavior doesnot suits a doctor and that to while sitting in a non charitable hospital like mmi and taking a huge amount of fee. Doctor padahi is famous in mmi not mmi is famous for doctor padahi.
                                    This kind of activity should be taken seriously otherwise doctors like him may bring shame and disgrace to the hospital.
                                    Manerless doctor like him who are not sensitive to patients and doesn't know the critical situation of a heart patient doesnot deserve to work in that much famous hospital like mmi.
                                    The policy of dr. Padahi is - he behaves well and good with new patients and give them attention because of huge amount of free which he will get but after being operated he use his old patients like disposables.
                                    Despite of being an executive magistrate i met with dr. Padahi like an ordinary civilian. With this rude behavior it's clearly understandable that how he behaves with other helpless and powerless civilians. I don't have any intention to interfere with commercial system of hospital
                                    When the mmi hospital started being regulated by narayana hospital bangalore the expectations of people of chattisgarh got higher but due to this kind of doctors in hospital people are really get disappointed

                                    Security supervisor is a mental man. He said me to go out from hospital premises. My patient is admitted in ICU ward. He said what can you do. Do not stop here. I asked him "Can you discharge my patient"? Saying only go go.Last said gate out from here.

                                      Dear sir today i visited to your hospital becouse my moms health was not good i clearely prescribed doctors that she is feeling like to do vomit from starting to end i was misguided. Test are written which dsnt relate to patient and diesease. I was asked to pay 10000 in advance and said that only 2-3 thousand will be charged and remaining will be paid back and now when we inqure you guys refused to refund remaining and said that you have to take full treatement and we are charged a thousands only for room. There is no doctors to see patients but we are charged like vip hospital. You guys talked to my father in arrogent and abusive way.
                                      I promis you guys that you will have to pay for that.
                                      Soon sue in cour once my mom will discharged.
                                      I known you guys such treatement do not need ehole day but you to charge a minimum amount and your one executive told that staff have referal system to earn to doctors.
                                      You guys mess with a educated custmer.
