My father madan mohan das, aged 81 yrs, admitted in narayana multispeciality hospital, barasat, kolkata on 14.07.2019 at 5.30 pm having problem in breathing.
He was admitted to icu (Bed no -12) and doctors are saying it's heart failure and pneumonia.
But has not given any medicine for improvement of heart function and the same time they insisting for vantilator and dialysis. It's completely a case of inappropriate treatment and negligence of doctors and staffs.
Requesting for giving proper treatment to my father and better care by staffs.

    I visited narayana health hsr layout bangalore for medical checkup on 25th may'2019 as per the plan and had terrible experience and have requested my company to remove this hospital from service provider. Reached before 9 am empty stomach and during the abdominal scan, i waited for 90 minutes until 12 pm, holding the urine and when doctor satyaprakash came finally, he started talking rude. Since multiple patients were queued up he started rushing things, with no fault of anyone and in that process he threw jell on my cloths. When i requested him to slow down, as it’s he came late, he started arguing. For which i said that he should continue his job and he still kept on stretching the discussion. Finally, when it became intolerable i left the place without scan with wet cloths. Incidentally, the patient before me who completed his scan, who was still in the room, objected to his behavior for which satyaprkash continued his argument with him also.
    Post the incident, i called up duty manager from hospital dr. Johnson to share the incident but i am less hopeful of him also as he had no clue how to tackle the situation. There were many patients being upset and hospital showed no sincerity to handle their grievance.

      Sorry for being rude, but, why the hell do you need so much time to discharge a paitent after angiography... If we ask, none replies.. Why they are taking time... Do u need... One whole day to file an angiography report... Time management worst... Not punctual.. Behviours by some are worst... Wost hospital ever..
      Being good in doctors and mediciners.. Are not the only characteristics a hospital should have...*worst management*

      And one more thing.. Doctors are coming and going.. But the nurses are chatting among themselves.. God knows what.. Not showing the report.. To doctors..

      When my paitents angiography was going on i asked the nurses, when will you give discharge to my paitent they said morning 9 o clock... I came there in the morning after 9 they said will surely give on 12 o' clock... But my paitent got discharged.. At 5 pm.. Is this your time management narayana hrudalaya???

        My father is heart penitent last 28 december 2018 5.30pm i admit my father to narayan hardiyal hospital pratap nagar we have bhamasa card we told him we are very poor and we are not able to pay money so please treat my father in emergency and he signed me some paper after that they treatment my father. After that next day they told me your card is not activated you deposit 180000 lac in cash. After that i will go to sdm chakasu and told him my card is not active sdm air told me no your card is active. Then i again i told hospital my card is active after last moment hospital not apply to fill application after that my village sarpanch come and fight to hospital then hospital apply to bhamasa and then generate tid number and last day 1 january 2019 hospital told me you deposit cash then we proceeded to bhamasa they cheat me please help me what i can do sir we don't have money. Please help me

          Not responding properly in second visit and postponed appointment after 3 days. In first visit doctor Lavanya Kiran written scan and blood test to take on emergency and ask us to visit hospital with the reports immediate next day, but after reaching the hospital in city traffic peak hours. Now hospital staff is not attending/ giving the proper response to us.In emergency we came to your hospital, but they not responding.
          If Same reapeat again we raise a complaint against hospital and doctor in consumer forum.

          Why the stuffs are misguided to patient party? Discharge process is running from last 4hours, the office stuffs are working very slowly, They are basically disorganized & inefficient. Mostly insurance (Medi claim)department is worst catagory.

            I think there should be a token system in every department. Because i faced problem in nephrology department. They are used to sumit all files to the doctor table and patient dont know in which no. They are. By my own eyes i see sister taken the file from patient who are coming later and put there file between the submitted files. This should be stop ealiest. Patient are coming from far away. Better should start token facility so that this type of confusion not create with patients. It will help both for patient as well as for doctor..

              Hi

              For the patient having prescription to do mri on abdomen and pelvis i was told total charge is 9850 i asked three times it is for abdomen and pelvis and they confirmed it. I had send the prescription through whatsapp and they confirmed amount on 18 oct thursday
              On 20 oct saturday i did the scan. Reception charged me 9850 and the bill was given to me after the scan was over. I got the report by mail at 7pm and noticed that scan was done only for pelvis.
              I called mri dept and they try to give all bizarre reasons like i was billed only for pelvis and since problem is in pelvis they decided to do only that scan these were told to me by one technician named kenneth. The same reasons of radiologist decide area of study and all was told by sasi manager of radiology.

              How can radiologist decide to do only pelvis when prescription is for abdomen and pelvis. If so also i should be informed that only pelvis study is being done.
              Neither on thursday or on saturday they told anything of that sort instead took same amount as told on thursday.

              This is clear case of cheating a patient. I want the entire amont charged to me reimbursed and people responsible for all trouble caused to me is punished

                This is to inform you that narayana multi-speciality hospital at howrah chunavati is the worst of all other branches. Doctors never maintain time. Specially dr. Kakoli vijay kumar (Gynocologist) never come on time, always late for atleast 2 to 2 and half hours and the assistant stay with her is also very ride and don't know anything. Kindly keep a check on this else many patients already choose other hospitals and rest will also do the same.

                  I went to mukundapur branch of this hospital yesterday i. E on 4th july, 18. As i am new to this hospital, i could not understand the procedure. I asked the may i help you counter. But he did not direct me to take a token. I made up a queue before a cash counter but after 15 mns of standing there i came to know that it was not the right place. I again went to the enquiry counter but again they did not guide me to take a token. Anyhow i cound manage by wasting and wandering here and there for one hour one of the receptionist counter 14 was very very rude and she did not hand over slip for doctor. When i was standing in the line before the room to visit dr lalima banerjee she abused my spouse and harshly told her to leave the line and go to the corner. This is the position after paying 800/.
                  Worst administration i have ever seen in my life after paying huge amount.

                    Respected sir / madam,

                    I am priyanka das, relative of a patient (Lila das id : [protected]), who has been operated in narayana multispeciality hospital, howrah chunabati, a few months ago (Breast cancer). I am compelled to mail and complain about my aunt's report which i haven't got after 5 months and the service and the profound negligence the staff have done. Let me explain. On the date of 11.10.2017, my aunt (Patient) has been operated by doctor partha pratim sen. He is very good and caring. We are very happy with his treatment.

                    Now we have been asked to do regular check on my aunts health. So we visit the doctor in regular intervals.in one such visit he prescribed us to do a hormonal test of my aunt and we already paid for the test on 22.02.2018. And it was 5 months ago in february.in the meantime i went to narayana on march 2018 to collect the report but it was not ready on that time after that i called to them for the report but no, no report was ready.

                    Yesterday we visited narayana to see the doctor for regular check up and to collect the report and consult the doctor. We visited the old narayana... Date... Today. Very unfortunately, i was shocked by the incompetency of the staff and the whole system. They could not find the report at all. Moreover, their behavior was extremely rude. They shouted at us, when i was trying to get update on the report after waiting for a long time there. They said ' you have to wait another hour, if you are not ok with that, you can leave and i will never give you the report. And about this incident, i told to parth pratim sen. He said i have to go to another narayana and meet to pathologist mr. Rajorshi and mr. Devmallo, we also went to the new narayana for the report and received the same treatment. When i went there mr. Rajorshi is on his holiday and one of your member trying to find my report but he also failed and there i waited for another hour, after that he said, "we will call you" because they failed to find my report.

                    I am in great doubt that were they really trying to find the report or just passing time or really the test was done or not. It seemed like a long time (5 months) to do a test or it was only to take the money?! If the test is completed where is the report?

                    My aunt was absolutely devastated. As you can understand, what is going through her mind after a big operation. She started crying. I am speechless. We had to see the doctor without the report. When i explained everything to our doctor he was very upset and disappointed with such service. He said he could not prescribe any medicine without the report, who will be responsible for this and. Now if there was any medicine the doctor would have prescribed, depending on the report. And without that medicine if my aunt faces any harm or disease who will take the responsibility? That's why i found it compulsory to inform you and form a written complain. Please, take suitable and strict actions as soon as possible. I am very much worried about my aunt and her health. I would like to inform that my aunts health is degrading. She is suffering with high blood pressure because of the tension. So please, my request to you to take the necessary steps asap. Thank you. Waiting to hear from you very soon.

                      I went with my relative in Narayana Hospital which is located in Andul Road Howrah.In counter as I talked with one of the Receptionist she misbehaved with me and even cursed me using slangs.i want to know what kind of ethics are followed as she is doing a PR job and misbehaving with the patient escorts.Her name is Soma

                        My mother is patient of dr. Rahul jain and he is most generous person and excellent doctor.
                        But nursing staff at nh jaipur are highly incompetent and misbehaving with the patient and their attendents.
                        They denied showing the medicine schedule given by doctor and handled my patient according to their whims and fancies. Nursing staff must have human heart full of compassion but i think staff here have not even heard of such thing.
                        Working incompetence - nurse appointed to us kept on dropping things and then picking it up n feeding to patient. She was late for about an hour whenever we needed here.
                        When i complained to nursing head appointed, he misbehaved and replied that "my name is amit, im not afraid of anyone, go n complaint whereever u want to".
                        There are many such incidence. We are regular patient of nh jaipur but never expected this ill-treatment.
                        Highly disappointed and sad

                          Though my father was admitted in the morning at 6:00 am on 18th september, 2017 in rtiics, mukundapur, patient party was asked to provide a life-saving neuro drug (Valproic acid) at 6pm in the evening which he used to take twice a day on a reglar basis to prevent seizure. Seizure has happened on the day 3 because regular neuro medicines were skipped by the doctors, which has led to several other uncontrollable problems, resulting in death.

                          My father Mr Nilmani Banerjee has been jointly admitted several times since July 2011 under Dr Debasish Chowdhury (Neurologist) and Dr RS Joshi (Cardiologist). But on 18th September around 6a.m., he was once again re-admitted for peg pipe replacement directly under Dr Sandip Pal (Gastro-Entrologist) and Dr D. Chowdhury and Dr RS Joshi were kept as referral doctors, as per decision of the Gastro-entrologist.
                          FOLLOWING NEGLIGENCIES WERE OBSERVED DURING HIS STAY IN HOSPITAL:
                          DAY 1:
                          1) Though the patient was admitted in the morning on 18th September, 2017 patient party was asked to provide a life-saving neuro drug (Valproic acid) at 6pm in the evening which he used to take twice a day on a reglar basis to prevent seizure. Seizure has happened on the Day 3 because regular neuro medicines were skipped, which has led to several other uncontrollable problems. Why was the medicine skipped in the morning when no neuro-doctor has visited my patient?

                          2) Secondly, the patient was given peg-feed while he was lying down straight in the bed. And when she was asked to raise the bed by my mother, she has refused to do it. What quality of Emergency doctors and nurses are being recruited by this Hospital?

                          3) Thirdly, the Emergency junior doctors have neither called any other Neuro doctors nor informed the patient party that Dr D Chowdhury (Neurologist) was on leave. Why did the Emergency Ward doctors failed to call any neuro-doctor and failed to understand the importance of neuro doctor, despite last discharge summary photocopy was submitted to the Ward Incharge?

                          DAY 2:

                          4) Fourthly, on 19th September, 2017, Assistant Doctor of Dr Sandip Pal (Gastro-enterologist) was requested to include Dr Amlan Kr Mondal but he has not bothered to pay heed to my words. What made the doctor so over-confident that he has turned down the request of the patient party?

                          5) Patient was admitted in ITU/CCU but he was transferred to General /HDU Ward where Care quality observed by us was very poor. Oral care of the patient was not taken on 19th September, 2017. Why was the dependant patient transferred to an Ordinary Ward that was not meant for a neuro -patient like him? Besides, why was no care taken for a dependent patient?

                          6) Monitoring device of the General /HDU Ward was displaying erroneous results. This problem has been observed in some or other wards every time. Why didn’t the Ward Incharge take initiative to replace the Monitoring devices for this critical patient?

                          DAY 3:
                          7) On 20th September 2017, after severe neuro damage due to seizure reccurence, neuro care was provided to the patient by some junior neuro doctors and Dr Amlan Mandal was not called even on that day. No Neuro doctor charge was claimed for any single day. Why was Dr Amlan Kr Mondal not called earlier when Dr D Chowdhury (on leave) has handed over his charge to him?

                          8) After cerebrovascular accident, the name of then available Neuro doctor Dr Amlan Kumar Mondal was included in the Final Bill and the patient was shifted from General Ward to CCU 1. What caused the Administration to suddenly include the Neuro-doctor’s name in the Final Bill when my dear father’s life came to a standstill?

                          I would seek necessary explanation from the Management that why the Quality of Administration service is so poor in a NABH Accredited and Listed Hospital, Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd in 2017 which was so appreciating in 2011.

                          I have bought a degraded, poor quality of service from your hospital that have led to a painful death and no relief especially care that is very vital for a Neuro patient. I repent more for the negligence that the care-givers have shown towards my father. Do these hospitals acquire this Standardisation only to victimize the service receivers and to protect their backbones!

                            Staff is careless, especially at lower level. They just want to charge the patient heavy bill with few careless staff.

                            I went for my delivery to jaipur Narayana Multi-specialist hospital. The staff is so careless that I baby went into stress and I lost her after 2 days. When I was in labour pain, the resident doctor went to sleep and when i complaint to available nurse, they shouted on me as said this is false pain. Resident doctor absolutely inexperienced, She came in morning and gave me sleeping drips. Finally I lost my baby.

                            What I get is heavy bill of Rs. 1.5 lakhs and my baby lifeless body. I HATE THEM. The Staff or authority didnot even apologise, inspite of repeated mails.

                            I suggest please do go there, unless u have someone known. They are just money maker. They just do 1 or 2 social service for publicity. At the end you will landup with heavy bill.

                              I was hospitalized for 3 days.The hospital is very bad.
                              1. Fraud billing - They added bills of medicines and doctor which I didn't use. Complete absurd billing.
                              2. After fighting for one day, they gave a new billing summary but didn't refund me any money
                              3. I stayed in normal sharing and they charged me for private
                              4. Most nurses don't know how to give injections even!
                              5. I had to wait one day in billing section for discharge summary.

                              I have all supporting documents. I want to make sure no one else goes through like us.

                                The Company Continues has charges extra for the investigation not done by the Hospital Twice to me itself and for the first time I said it is of no use let it be but this time they again did the same and like this they might be doing for 1000's of patient attending the Hospital. There should be some serious action against the Hospital for Doing So.
