Kindly seee to this, as last date for application is nearing for the 2018 jan7th - neet pg exams. I also request for immediate action. As i write this message i have called your helpline 500 times in 13 days to be exact and attended to me 4 or 5 times. And for kind information, the staffs attended my calls, gave me a indefinite answer, that i cant take a decision or study for my exams.

The following was sent on multiple dates, times and yet no reply or response.

I dr. Haresh kumar g, a pg aspirant from coimbatore, writing this email with utmost importance, also under the high degree of pressure and worries that are building inside me. This is regarding my request for cancellation of my application due to unnoticed error i did during the first step of registration. I request cancellation, so that i can reapply for the january session, as its important to my family and my future. Kindly go through the following message i had sent to [protected]@nbe.in and requesting a option to let me write this exam. Please.

Respected siri, dr. Haresh kumar g, a pg aspirant from coimbatore, tamilnadu, have applied for the january 7th pg exam with candidate id: [protected]. However due to the technical problems and the panic i developed, resulted in choosing the obc-ncl category instead of general category, as i come under obc - cl. Since i declared without noticing the warning of 'can not be changed after payment', i will be disqualified if this cannot be changed. I contacted the helpline numbers, and they advised me to mail requesting cancellation of my application and re-apply. I kindly, request to cancel my application immediately or as soon as possible, so that i can reapply for my examination. I am also aware of the non refund of my first application. I am attaching the details needed for the same. It will be greatful, if this can be done soon and a confirmation e-mail to support me.

    I dr purvi m patil candidate id [protected] got a call from one of the person of nbe saying that mine n one of my friends transaction id is the same and the money has been refunded back and he said that we wil be able to pay again and the transaction of both o[censored]s has been done from different cards. Now as the money has been refunded but we do not have option of doing the payment again.
    So what do we have to do. Nobody is there to help us. Called nbe help line no response, called back the person who had called the number s switchd off, mailed nbe help email no response. So what do we have to do now please help us. We badly need to write the exam cannot afdord to face problem at exam tym

        I have applied for neet pg as candidate id[protected]i have paid the fees online by debit card and the amount was accepted as per the details below
        Rs. 2750.00 was spent on[protected] by using the sbi card 5103 * * 2471.
        Inspite of the fee payment being successful i am unable to proceed further online. And the amount was not refunded. Hence i payed it in another try using the same card. And got my payment successful. Kindly advise and help.

          I applied for neet medical pg exam and paid fees online of 3750 through my account but after transaction and debiting amount from my account there was error and again asked for fee payment.. My amount wbicb was debited was not refunded to me nor exam form process was completed. What to do exam form last date is near and still no refund nor showing fees paid...

            Rs. 3750.00 was spent on[protected]:11:08 using ib credit card ending 0164 in mumbai in at nbe. - indian bank.

            Inspite of the fee payment being successful i am unable to proceed further online. Kindly advise and help.

              Sir... While i ws registering for neet pg on[protected].. And after the payment through my andhra bank debit card.. 3750rs deducted from my account.. But the payment was not done.. So i did the same again and 3750rs got deducted from my account again.. Although after few hours.. My payment was successful.. But my first 3750rs are not refunded back..

              There are no seats available in the state of telangana.. While we were applying for the neet pg.. And when we came to the 3rd option city choice..in all the three cities.. Hyderabad, warangal and karimnagar.. There are no seats.. And my registration process became late due to the payment delay.. Many times the money were deducted from the account and the payment was unsuccessful.. By the time the payment ws successful.. The seats became zero.. Will they add more seats in the state of telangana??

              There are no seats available in the state of telagana... While we were applying for the neet pg and came across the 3rd step..in all the three states.. Hyderabad, warangal and karimnagar.. There are no seats available... And my registration process became late only because of the payment delay.. Many times the money were deducted from the account but the payment was unsuccessful.. By the time the payment was successful.. There are no seats available in the state of telanagana.. Will you add more seats in telangana state?? So that we will place the city choice after the availability of the seats!

                I dr. Aman saithu from kerala couldnt register for neet mds 18 on day 1 due to sofware error of the website only for obc category, by the time they solved issue, exam centre ws over in kerla. I was forced to select bangalore as centre. After 10 days they alloted more seats in kerla but not giving an option to change centre eventhough we dint get centre due to irresponsibilty of nbe. Kindly give an option to edit centre. Nbe is not responding to our complaint

                  I, dr prateeksha bora, did the form fill up of neet mds on 8th november. While making the payment the message came as error due to exception. Plz try again later.
                  The amount of 3750 was deducted thrice from my account. One payment was processed but i have still not got the refund for the remaining two payments. The payment was made from my axis bank debit card.
                  Plz look into it urgently.

                    Im sowjanya candidate id: [protected] i have made my payment 10times from different accounts as it has been unsuccessful 9times in a hurry to choose the city of my choice. It has been 11days but i haven’t received any refund from nbe. I tried to contact customer care and also sent few mails but there is no response. Please resolve this issue as 9times 3750 is not a less amount.

                    Im sowjanya Candidate ID: [protected] i made my payment from different accounts 10times as it has been unsuccessful 9times in a hurry to select the city of choice on 3rd November 2018. It has been 11days but the money is not refunded till now. Im trying to contact helpine numbers and sent few mails but there is no response at all. Please check into this issue and resolve as soon as possible because 9times 3750 is not a small amount.
                    Sir i tried to fill form for neetpg 2018 via my creditcards but due to some reasons they saw my payment undone... at the same time I was charged twice I.e(3750+3750). I am feeling helpless as I was charged twice plus I could not fill my form for the exam due above said problem.kindly look into the matter and take necessary action sir.Thanking you

                      Thank you a lot ..Problem has been solved.money refunded today within 24 hrs from the time of complaint..Wish to continue your service for us like a common man
                      I, with candidate id [protected], paid fees, but it showed, unable to process due to unexpected error. So i did tge payment again. And incidently, thinking payment gateway is interrupting, i paid 5 times. Kindly note the matter and do tge neediful.
                      Sir I applied for neet pg 2018 completed first two steps. In the third step I paid thrice from my sbi account and once from my canara Bank account, all the four times money has been debited from the account but nbe site still dint confirm the payment and I can't even proceed further..sir please kindly help me to proceed further

                        I am radhika salla, candidate id: [protected] i tried to apply for for neet-pg 2018 on 8th november 2018.

                        As per neet-pg application stpe-1 and step-2 successfully completed, step-3 is payment so i selected net banking with hdfc bank and after did the transaction from the bank it went to neet-pg application page and came one error but from my account amount deducted and application page still showing payment option. So again tried to payment with credit card same thing happened again money deducted. On 8th november 2times money deducted total 5500/-

                        Again tried next day with credit card same thing happened again 2750/- deducted. Again next day (10th november) i logged in to my neet-pg 2018 application there account payment option showing success but for me 3 times amount deducted so please do the refund my amount.

                        I called toll free also some times it is connecting but no one lifting and some times it is not a valid number.

                        I tried to fill up next pg 2018 form and my payment amounting to rs 3750 got deducted 4 times amounting to a total of rs 15000 and still the process dint got ahead .

                          During filling of the neet pg application form for the candidate id: [protected], the amount of rs.3750.00 was deducted from citi bank credit card ending 4386xxxxxxxx0896 on 31-oct-17 at nbe, but the application form payment was not done in the first time. Then i had to do second time, then also money got deducted and that time the payment for the application was successful.

                          So, i am requesting the concerned authority to re-fund the money for the first time transaction where money was deducted, but the application payment was unsuccessful.

                          I hope this will be done at the earliest.

                          I am attaching the snaps of the transactions that are done during this process. I already dropped mail regarding this issue to [protected]@nbe. Edu.in on nov 2nd, 17, but i haven't heard any sort of response from the concerned authority. This is really ridiculous and irresponsible behavior from this educational board. The system needs to be condemned with this sort of irresponsible behavior.

                          I hope at least now the concerned educational authority come into their senses and do the needful for the suffered people.

                            I enrolled for the neet pg entrance on 01/11/17. At the first attempt when i was asked to pay, i used debit card. After some time the page showed unsuccessful and i had to redo the payment. ₹3750 has been debited twice from my account for a single form fill up. Kindly look into the matter and consider refunding as soon as possible. It has already been more than 10 days that my money for registering for the neet pg entrance has been debited twice.

                            Now I tried with Dena Bank debit card but again it said your transaction could not be processed due to exception error
                            So in total i have lost Rs. 7500. And then also no form completed. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            My candidate id [protected] tried to make payment through sbi internet banking transaction was completed on sbi site and was told that it would return back to neet pg site but when returned to NEET-PG it asked to login again.
                            But even after logging in it 3rd step is not completed and still asking for payment again.
                            I am trying to register for NEET pg 2018 but it's been quite difficult.First of all, my bank says my payment is gone through but the NBE website doesn't. Then when I try to log-in again to do the payment for the second time, it says no record found.How am I suppose to go ahead now?

                              I tried to make payment for neet pg 2018 via credit card, it showed that your "action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again"

                              It was happen twice, total 5500 is got debitted from the account. when tried calling the help line there is no reponse at all from them.

                              Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and kindly refund my amount.

                                Sir/madam,

                                My candidate id is [protected].
                                On 1st november 2017 i tried to pay the neet pg fees amounting to rs. 3750 two times using my sbi debit card ending with 7361. But unfortunately both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception. Please try after some time." as the number of seats were decreasing i finally made the payment with a bank of baroda debit card on 02/11/2017 which was successful. The transaction id for the failed transaction are nbe txn# ju[protected] and nbe txn# ju[protected].
                                Kindly clarify whether the amounts were actually transferred to your side and if yes when can i expect the refund. If not then kindly give a message that you have not received the amount and inform me whom should i contact for resolving the issue.
                                Hoping your quick redressal of the issue.

                                The problem has been resolved today. Got refund of the values. You have to wait 15-20 days since date of payment within which the payment will be reversed in the form of bulk transfer. Thanks all

                                While completing the payment a pop up came saying payment couldnt be completed due to an exception and when i tried making payment again.. my account waa debited twice for examination fee i.e. 3750 + 3750.
                                I have had 2 failed transaction in the neet pg website but the money was deducted from my account but not returned..plz refund the money.
                                Myself, Sujan N tried to apply for neet pg exam on Nov 1st 2017, by my step 3 of payment could not be completed hence tried to complete the step 3 of payment 4 times and hence 3750x4=15000 has been debited from my account. So what do I do to get my amount refunded? I did send an email to nbe but there was no reply from them.

                                  Hi i tried neet fees payment through debit card. Since was in a hurry to get the city of choice in my own state i kept trying and upon 6th time it was successful. It was on 8tj and 9th of this month. Out of first 5, transactions 4 were from sbi debit card and another one was by canara bank debit card.
                                  I hope that payment will b reversed asap since 5*3750 is a pretty huge amount

                                    My name is rajkumar p and my candidate id is [protected]. I applied for neet pg 2018 entrance exam for md/ ms but could not complete my registration. For payment option i paid rs 2750 via internet banking via state bank of india on 03/11/2017 and my transaction ref number are mentioned on the picture and also did a transaction through debit card that too got failed. But the amount was debited from the account in both the transaction but the payment was failed. But the website showed payment cannot be done due to an exception and is again showing payment option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre. I again tried to pay from the account but stopped as i noticed that rs 5500/ — had already been debited from the account.
                                    I have given a complaint in sbi customer care but the issue was not cleared.
                                    I am worried and thus i called nbe helpline but its not responding and not picking up calls.
                                    I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first and kindly refund my amount.

                                      Sir/ mam on nov 3rd i applied for neetpg 2018 my candidate id [protected] my money deducted twice but payment step not completed it showed msg as (Your action could not be completed due to exception. Please try again later) i used sbi debit card for payment transaction ids are txn#ju[protected] & txn #ju[protected]
                                      I already sent mails to them but they are not responding & helpline number are not working. So please help me to get back my deducted money (2750+2750)
