I am a resident of Ambattur and would like to complain against the status of MTH Road(NH 205). The road is in a very bad shape, especially from Padi to Avadi. the toll booth situated between Firozabad and Tundla seems to be unreasonable as the other toll booths on this nh-2 at Farah( Near Mathura) and at Kathphori (Near Etawah) has very short distance.the distance from Farah to Tundla is about 50 Km.and the same distance is from Kathphori to Tundla. I travelled via Nalluru, Devanahalli, Bangalore, toll using my car AP09 BR6301 and I have been charged INR.135 for one way and INR.70 additionally during my return wherelese they supposed to charge only INR.85 for one way and INR.125 for a day. I have been charged for 3 times for single trip and one time for return trip. Could you please help me to get my excess charged amount back to my fastag account?

While traveling from Agra to Gurugram today, just like last time, I was charged ₹240 at the Khalilpur toll plaza instead of the correct amount of ₹40 through my FASTag. If I hadn't checked again this time, I wouldn't have even realized it. I have already raised a dispute, but this is not a proper solution. Please fix this issue permanently.

There is BAR near than 220m from National Highway in Peth village on Golden Quadrilateral Highway, which is banned by Supreme Court of INDIA.
this is unfair practice and should be resolved Quickly Name of BAR is "Dosti BAR and Samrat Raj BAR" i believe strongly on our government bodies and their efficient work so i request you to take immediate legal action

🚨 Highway Toll Scam Alert – Massive Irregularity in FASTag Deductions!

I want to raise awareness about a serious case of toll fraud I recently experienced on the KMP Expressway (Palwal to Kundli). I was charged ₹280 for a private car (Vehicle: UP80EE****), which is highly inflated and unjustified considering the standard toll rate for this route.

⚠️ Major Issues Observed:

🚧 The road condition was pathetic – deep potholes, broken stretches, and unsafe lanes.

💸 Toll amount was exaggerated, with no transparency or visible rate board at the toll plaza.

❌ There is no functioning complaint system — public portals and grievance links of NHAI/IHMCL/NPCL are often non-responsive or fail to submit.

🧾 No proper receipt or breakdown was provided for the toll amount.

🚫 This feels like a systematic loot disguised as toll collection.

We already pay massive taxes as citizens. It's shameful that we are further exploited with unfair highway tolls and zero accountability from the operators. This malpractice seems to be happening at multiple toll plazas, as many users have started reporting similar overcharges across India.

🔍 There needs to be:

Immediate audit of toll plaza charges and system logs

Independent toll oversight body

Fastag transaction transparency

Compensation for affected travelers

I am having Suzuki Grand Vitara bearing registration number HR 51 AX 7779. It is submitted that today morning I received a SMS regarding deduction of toll tax of Rs. 40/- at Bandhwari Toll Plaza at Gurugram Faridabad road at 08.58.38. Whereas my car was parked at my house and my vehicle never crossed that toll plaza today or near past. Toll Plaza have deducted money of a vehicle which never crossed their toll plaza and was parked at house. I am using fastag of ICICI company. It is further submitted that such kind of act highly unwarranted and a thorough investigation must be done as it could be a case of serious misuse of my vehicle number and the culprits be punished and I may kindly be compensated. I am attaching the screen shot of the message I received in morning and picture of my vehicle.

Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza is situated on Eastern Peripheral Expressway connecting Palwal, Haryana to Kondli, sonepat, Haryana at NH1. This toll plaza regularly deduct wrong amount from fastag. On 15th May 2025 I entered from Rampur Fatehpur and exit at Duhai toll, the amount should be deduct Rs. 80 but my fastag was debited with Rs. 195. Please take strict action against this plaza. My SUV number is UP16EF5470.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred at the Bhagan Toll Plaza, Sonipat (Haryana) on May 1, 2025, around 6:50 PM in Lane-1.

Our vehicle, which belongs to Kar Sewa Trust, was traveling with the saintly head of our Gurudwara Sahib. As per NHAI rules, such vehicles engaged in religious and charitable activities are exempt from toll payment. However, we were subjected to an unnecessarily long delay — over 15 minutes — in the queue, which violates the maximum permissible wait time at FASTag toll plazas.

What was more upsetting was the rude and uncooperative behavior of the toll staff. Despite respectfully explaining the nature of our travel and exemption status, the staff refused to listen and behaved in a disrespectful and hostile manner. One of the staff members even said, “We are orphans; we don’t believe in any trust, ” which was completely unprofessional and insensitive.

On 19.09.2025 I have purchased NEW EPIC SWIFT AMTz, vehicle number / RC NO: is AP40EX0209 and also I have exempted for the road tax while purchasing the car.

MY APPICATION FOR FASTTAG EXCEMPTION WITH NUMBER RO-VIJ=[protected] IS APPROVED BY RO -VIJ ON[protected] BUT STILL PENDING AT CO

Now I request your kind consideration please take necessary action and issue as early as possible my Free Fastag. Tollgate people are objecting to move the vehicle. But the SOP released 09.03.2021 exemption is available.

Today, when i have passed (LDH TO PHILLAUR) Ladowal toll tax point at 1st time charged 220/- timing 3:18 pm and 2nd time same day at 3:51 pm charged 110/- which is not chargeable. so, pls. consider this amicably asap.

Each and every time there is huge delay at khed shivapur toll plaza pune satara road, maharashtra pune many a times 10 to 15 minutes and some times minimum 5 minutes

My last visit was on Jan 23rd at 5.40 pm towards satara (Destination Goa, parental Home) and we crossed at 5.45pm the Toll person and another vehicle was taking too much delay
if rules are only for vehicles then it is a wrong practice and as per NHAI if delay more than 3 minutes then refund should be done as per NHAI rules
Also it is requested to kindly do allow free pass if delay is more than 3 minues and this awareness should be given to all toll plaZas and especially to Khed Shivapur Toll palza pune satara road
our return on 26th was smooth and max 1 minutes we pass over

Once there was huge rush and it took 1.30 hrs to pass this plaza 3km line was there and it was publishd in news paper too

I am Sarath Annadurai. I was travelling from Cuddalore to Chennai on 30 December, 2024. I had enough fastag balance. At the Athur Toll Plaza, I was charged a penalty fare in cash for a low fastag balance. The toll plaza before and after this Athur Toll Plaza had no issues. In fact, my fastag balance at that time was 473 rupees, which is sufficient enough. If this specific toll plaza had issues, why should I pay extra? I had a crucial appointment that day, so I was unable to file a complaint. Kindly reimburse the money and offer compensation for the psychological suffering that was endured.
