I crossed Badarpur toll plaza from Delhi to Faridabad, last lane on the right has taken cash from all the cars stating that the fastag is blacklisted. How can all the cars be blacklisted.? You need to get the machines tested. They deducted through fastag as well. They took 70 rs cash and deducted amount from fastag.

There is sign board on NH152 before chandlana road when coming from ambala to narnaul. The sign board placed for the direction of pundri is wrong instead of pundri it should be dhand. It causes alot of inconvenience for the people.

Sir,
I have a received a transaction details for my journey used my car No: TN63Q8645 on 29.09.2023 at 11.07.47
Plaza: Samayapuram Toll Plaza
Charge deducted from my HDFC account: RS 55 and remaining balance amount available: 579.13.

My complaint: I did not travel on the above said date and time to Trichy-Samayapuram.
My car was used on the said day for office purpose in Karaikudi only.

I have complained to Customer escalation
and they supplied ticket no: 717408 and also asked me Full RC copy and vehicle image (front and side) and transaction date.

my question is without used my car with fastag, can deduct money from my fastag account by nhai, how?

It is requested that immediately take action, otherwise i will go for legal action againt samayapuram toll plaza and HDFC Fastag account.

Today 2.10.23 i have passed through Dahisar toll plaza time 07.58.09 with my car number MH 04 FA 3668 & toll was deducted from fast tag account 45 Rs normally it has to be deducted Rs 40 . but Rs 5 extra debited . request to refund the same .

I have received the communication that I have cross the Daulatpura toll Plaza at 12:02 PM as on 29th Septemeber 2023 and INR 70 has been deduced at 01:32 PM from my Paytm Wallet. but as the car was standing in my house at Jaipur . It is appalling to note that the functioning of the said toll plaza, how a Fastag can be read at a toll plaza when the vehicle has not showed up.

This smells of some wrong way of functioning or mal practice. It is a serious matter as it can put the vehicle owner to serious problems.

The highway between Medchal (Hyderabad) and Manoharabad is very bad. There are lot of repair works going on at multiple stretches causing inconvenience to travelers. Lot of accidents also are happening because of this. It is very unfair to collect toll on this poorly maintained highway.

This week I had to travel to Bhilwara using NH 27 and NH 758. Highway between Aroli Toll Plaza and Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza is badly damaged for approx 30 Kms. the road is so much damaged that its not possible to drive at a speed of more than 20 Kms/hour. I have been charged toll of Rs.40 each on Aroli and Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza on 24.09.2023. Similarly on 21.09.2023 I have been charged Rs.75/- on Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza (6:58 PM) and Rs.80/- at Aroli Toll Plaza (6:19 Pm) (Vehicle No RJ20CC 5121)

I Demand reversal of the above toll collections against deficient services provided. The washrooms provided at the toll plazas are also not hygienic and clean.

Rithiesh ([protected]) have private shop but occupying public place and put stalls and branding umbrellas in public place for fastag sales without getting any proper permissions from toll plazas. This is very disturbing for public and it makes many accidents for public. Please kindly take actions to remove this stalls and umbrellas which occupied public places. At 13:06h on 19Sep23 I received a SMS that my car RJ45CX0748 has been debited for rs 75/- ay 13:03h where as the car was standing in my house at Jaipur and had Not been driven for last 7 days. Today, at 18 september 2023, 2:00 PM,
I had Rs. 150 in fastag and Rs. 561 in Paytm wallet.
I was with my family. The present staff misbehaved and I was harrassed by the duty persons. The duty person and 8-10 more person surrounded me and spoke abusive language to me and my family and didnt allow me to pass through the toll. The PayTM person too told them that I had all the appropriate balance required. CCTVs are the witness and they can be checked as well.
Strict action should be taken as they were reacting as goons. Kindly inform me when the appropriate action has been taken by them.
I am a government employee and law abiding citizen of India but I felt really shameful by their behaviour inspite of being 100% right at my place.

Very poor, irresponsible and irrational challan levied on my vehicle Wagon - R no. UP84 AK 5727 at BARRA BYPASS from Sachan GUEST House Kanpur City on 17 July at 12.25 P.M. U/S 133 motor vahan act 1988.
My serious objections with solid evidences which will be put forth in consumer court.
There is no evidence of my car number in camera photo.
My car was not present there on the said place .I will provide the evidence in court.
I enquired about the said Challan which was said to be sent to court but the court was not having any record of this challan till today.
So this type of fargivada is being played for long under your nose.
I request you please take urgent cognisance before the employee/ officers are punished by court.
So please wave off my challan and give relief to a senior citizen implicated unnecessary in this matter.
