In pampampallam toll plaza (walayar) mr. Rithiesh ([protected]) have private shop but occupying public place and put stalls and branding umbrellas in public place for fastag sales without getting any proper permissions from toll plazas. This is very disturbing for public and it makes many accidents for public. Please kindly take actions to remove this stalls and umbrellas which occupied public places. We uploaded photos for your references please check and take necessary action

At 13:06h on 19Sep23 I received a SMS that my car RJ45CX0748 has been debited for rs 75/- ay 13:03h where as the car was standing in my house at Jaipur and had Not been driven for last 7 days. It is appalling to note that the functioning of the said toll plaza, how a Fastag can be read at a toll plaza when the vehicle has not showed up. This smells of some wrong way of functioning or mal practice. It is a serious matter as it can put the vehicle owner to serious problems.

We have been charged toll charges (65 rs one side) for bad road conditions, lots of path holes, and road is not maintained up to the standards. This kind of road is also responsible for damaging vehicle conditions.

Today, at 18 september 2023, 2:00 PM,
I had Rs. 150 in fastag and Rs. 561 in Paytm wallet.
I was with my family. The present staff misbehaved and I was harrassed by the duty persons. The duty person and 8-10 more person surrounded me and spoke abusive language to me and my family and didnt allow me to pass through the toll. The PayTM person too told them that I had all the appropriate balance required. CCTVs are the witness and they can be checked as well.
Strict action should be taken as they were reacting as goons. Kindly inform me when the appropriate action has been taken by them.
I am a government employee and law abiding citizen of India but I felt really shameful by their behaviour inspite of being 100% right at my place.

Street lights installed on NH - 16 near Dahanigadia, Charampa in Bhadrak District of Odisha not working. It's a newly installed light nevertheless it fails within 6 months of working. Kindly have a regular inspection and maintenance of the work done.

While coming from Mysore in first toll collected 310 rs cash and while exit in near bidadi Toll plaza collected 330 rs cash again, total 640 rs which I paid for the Mysore to Bangalore Highway Toll such a looting people around.

1st toll 310
2nd Toll 330 rs
Total 640 rs for Toll plaza collected my money for traveling Mysore to Bangalore ..such a looting people

I have not cross any tole plaza on date[protected] but amount of Rs 60 diducted from my patm fastage account...

both time deduct same amount rs 80. And this is second time happen with me so what i do

Hello,

I have travelled to Pune on dated 10/September and as a local residents my vehicle is exempted from the toll but still without scanning the code they have deducted amount from the account. How this can be happening? This is a fraud.
Request to you, please take the strict action against them.

I was stuck at ban toll plaza more than 10- 15 minute, and this is not the first time. Every day passenger are facing issues at ban toll plaza which is inbetween udhampur to Jammu City. Please check the attached video and payment deducted details

I was traveling udhampur to Jammu City and in between there is toll plaza by the name of Ban toll and i was stuck there more then 10- 15 minute and I as per rules if waiting time is more then it should be free entry but the toll plaza deducted the amount of 165 rs and this is not the first time. They're doing it daily coz they don't have good system and staff there so please check this scam, they're the gangster.

Pl refer to my complaint docket no 6573969 dt 02 sep 22 . I am astonished to see that you have not yet taken any action with regard to my complaint. Now the situation is so alarming that the passage from my residence to NH 6 is almost blocked. All the garbage are thown on this passage by the owner of the tea stall and the passengers after taking refreshments urinate on this passage thereby pollute the surroundings. I am a retired officer from Min of Def served the nation nearly 27 years. This does not show that we are living in a civilized society. Inspite of my repeated complaints noone has yet visited the place to verify the situation . Inspite of all the regulations and existing law enforcing agencies these goons are running a parallel administration .
You are requested to take suitable steps so that a peace loving person who served the country may get justice.

Today I crossed Kherki Daula Plaza @Approx 7 PM. When I was crossing after scanning the Fastag, the rodd fell down on my vehicle.
One of the staff came running and started inputting my vehicle number in his system as if I was running away without paying tax. Later I stopped vehicle and checked. I found that it has damaged body of the car and rear Glass.
When I asked him why it fell down while I was crossing, he replied Please talk to my supervisor regarding this. When I went to talk to that guy, he simply said that the bike crossed that's why it fell down. I cannot help you in this.
Now my questions are
1. Why so many people are there if they cannot help.
2. If it is common, why are they not stopping bikers if such incident happens.
3. My vehicle is only three months old, who will pay the loss?

I have an IDFC bank fastag which I am unable recharge or cancel. Upon bank's request, I submitted necessary documents and necessary verifications 4 times through their portal but unsuccessful. Bank informed to submit documents by email which may take 2-3 days to update. Frustrated with the harrassment, I wanted to cancel the tag, bank informed that it will take 12 days to deactivate. Until then I cannot have another fastag issued.

This is ridiculous trap by banks and customers are in the hands of scrupulous banking systems. I cannot travel and use fastag unless willing to pay twice the amount at toll plaza.

How can we have this fixed and implement better system of recharging and cancellation of fastag.

I was travelling from Jaipur to Gurgaon on 27th August 2023 via the new Delhi Mumbai Expressway. My fastag was scanned at Rajdhok Toll Plaza, Dausa at 5.13 pm where it was working well with a balance of Rs. 704.70 at that point of time.
My same fastag was unreadable at the entry point Bhandaraj toll Plaza booth at Dausa Interchange Toll so they gave me a slip and told me that I will have to pay the Toll amount at the exit point of the Expressway near Sohna.
To my surprise, the fastag was again unreadable at the exit point Hilalpur Toll Plaza near Sohna and when I presented the slip I was having which was given to me at the Entry Point, the staff asked me to pay double the toll fee which was Rs. 830/= which I paid vide ticket no: 116509 dated[protected] at 09:05 pm
Then I entered Sohna Elevated road to Gurgaon where my same fastag was scanned successfully scanned for Rs. 125/= which proves that my fastag was working very well but there must have been some issue with the National Highway Toll Booth at Dausa Interchange Toll Booth and for no fault of my Fastag, I was charged an excess amount of Rs. 415/= which needs to be refunded to me on my Fastag id:[protected].
I hereby attach the required statement of my Fastag account and the cash receipt at Hilalpur Toll Plaza.

I had waited for more than one minute at jalauli toll plaza near panchkula but ny toll was deducted. Kindly note i crossed that toll at 7:12am on 31st August. My vehicle number is HR02AM8999. Earlier they had also done the same many times and when i tell them about the 10 second rule of NHAI, they start arguing and deduct the toll. Kindly check the time and date details and verify from the cctv that the waiting time was more and refund my amount if possible

Whenever you are there at this toll plaza you get frustrated. Every time they have waiting time more than 15 mins. Even the fastag and balance is proper and get deducted fine at other toll plazas but here they have some problem randomly and wasting the time and money. This should be get surveillance by some high aurhority secretly and stop this scam.

The bridge and road repair work near Saharanpur is under process from more than six months and still continues which is creating lot of trouble during the journey on that road. So it's humble request to look into the matter and complete it on priority.
Please see the condition of the other bridges also as during approaching the other bridges, the road is not smooth which can damage the vehicle, resulting accident.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your attention on the frequent wrong deductions happening at Khalilpur toll plaza on D V Expressway and on KMP Expressway. Toll amount deducted were always on higher side or multiple time for the single journey. Toll calculation is also not clear.

I have attached fastag statement wherein recent wrong deductions are highlighted with yellow and blue colors. Toll deductions were made at two different toll plaza at the same time. Also on KMP expressway, toll calculation is without any logic. for example for a distance of 25 kms on KMP expressway, toll deduction was Rs. 195.

Kindly take this matter with concern department and do the neeful to stop this wrong practices by toll operators.
