my car number is mh11cn0143 and my issue is my car crossing anewadi toll naka satara on 10 sep 2023 yesterday at 04.15pm satara to pune and cutting amount is rs 80 my return journey pune to satara toll crossing time is 05.09pm on dated 10 sep 2023 side cutting amount is rs 80
both time deduct same amount rs 80. And this is second time happen with me so what i do

Hello,

I have travelled to Pune on dated 10/September and as a local residents my vehicle is exempted from the toll but still without scanning the code they have deducted amount from the account. How this can be happening? This is a fraud.
Request to you, please take the strict action against them.

I was stuck at ban toll plaza more than 10- 15 minute, and this is not the first time. Every day passenger are facing issues at ban toll plaza which is inbetween udhampur to Jammu City. Please check the attached video and payment deducted details

I was traveling udhampur to Jammu City and in between there is toll plaza by the name of Ban toll and i was stuck there more then 10- 15 minute and I as per rules if waiting time is more then it should be free entry but the toll plaza deducted the amount of 165 rs and this is not the first time. They're doing it daily coz they don't have good system and staff there so please check this scam, they're the gangster.

Pl refer to my complaint docket no 6573969 dt 02 sep 22 . I am astonished to see that you have not yet taken any action with regard to my complaint. Now the situation is so alarming that the passage from my residence to NH 6 is almost blocked. All the garbage are thown on this passage by the owner of the tea stall and the passengers after taking refreshments urinate on this passage thereby pollute the surroundings. I am a retired officer from Min of Def served the nation nearly 27 years. This does not show that we are living in a civilized society. Inspite of my repeated complaints noone has yet visited the place to verify the situation . Inspite of all the regulations and existing law enforcing agencies these goons are running a parallel administration .
You are requested to take suitable steps so that a peace loving person who served the country may get justice.

Today I crossed Kherki Daula Plaza @Approx 7 PM. When I was crossing after scanning the Fastag, the rodd fell down on my vehicle.
One of the staff came running and started inputting my vehicle number in his system as if I was running away without paying tax. Later I stopped vehicle and checked. I found that it has damaged body of the car and rear Glass.
When I asked him why it fell down while I was crossing, he replied Please talk to my supervisor regarding this. When I went to talk to that guy, he simply said that the bike crossed that's why it fell down. I cannot help you in this.
Now my questions are
1. Why so many people are there if they cannot help.
2. If it is common, why are they not stopping bikers if such incident happens.
3. My vehicle is only three months old, who will pay the loss?

I have an IDFC bank fastag which I am unable recharge or cancel. Upon bank's request, I submitted necessary documents and necessary verifications 4 times through their portal but unsuccessful. Bank informed to submit documents by email which may take 2-3 days to update. Frustrated with the harrassment, I wanted to cancel the tag, bank informed that it will take 12 days to deactivate. Until then I cannot have another fastag issued.

This is ridiculous trap by banks and customers are in the hands of scrupulous banking systems. I cannot travel and use fastag unless willing to pay twice the amount at toll plaza.

How can we have this fixed and implement better system of recharging and cancellation of fastag.

I was travelling from Jaipur to Gurgaon on 27th August 2023 via the new Delhi Mumbai Expressway. My fastag was scanned at Rajdhok Toll Plaza, Dausa at 5.13 pm where it was working well with a balance of Rs. 704.70 at that point of time.
My same fastag was unreadable at the entry point Bhandaraj toll Plaza booth at Dausa Interchange Toll so they gave me a slip and told me that I will have to pay the Toll amount at the exit point of the Expressway near Sohna.
To my surprise, the fastag was again unreadable at the exit point Hilalpur Toll Plaza near Sohna and when I presented the slip I was having which was given to me at the Entry Point, the staff asked me to pay double the toll fee which was Rs. 830/= which I paid vide ticket no: 116509 dated[protected] at 09:05 pm
Then I entered Sohna Elevated road to Gurgaon where my same fastag was scanned successfully scanned for Rs. 125/= which proves that my fastag was working very well but there must have been some issue with the National Highway Toll Booth at Dausa Interchange Toll Booth and for no fault of my Fastag, I was charged an excess amount of Rs. 415/= which needs to be refunded to me on my Fastag id:[protected].
I hereby attach the required statement of my Fastag account and the cash receipt at Hilalpur Toll Plaza.

I had waited for more than one minute at jalauli toll plaza near panchkula but ny toll was deducted. Kindly note i crossed that toll at 7:12am on 31st August. My vehicle number is HR02AM8999. Earlier they had also done the same many times and when i tell them about the 10 second rule of NHAI, they start arguing and deduct the toll. Kindly check the time and date details and verify from the cctv that the waiting time was more and refund my amount if possible

Whenever you are there at this toll plaza you get frustrated. Every time they have waiting time more than 15 mins. Even the fastag and balance is proper and get deducted fine at other toll plazas but here they have some problem randomly and wasting the time and money. This should be get surveillance by some high aurhority secretly and stop this scam.

The bridge and road repair work near Saharanpur is under process from more than six months and still continues which is creating lot of trouble during the journey on that road. So it's humble request to look into the matter and complete it on priority.
Please see the condition of the other bridges also as during approaching the other bridges, the road is not smooth which can damage the vehicle, resulting accident.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your attention on the frequent wrong deductions happening at Khalilpur toll plaza on D V Expressway and on KMP Expressway. Toll amount deducted were always on higher side or multiple time for the single journey. Toll calculation is also not clear.

I have attached fastag statement wherein recent wrong deductions are highlighted with yellow and blue colors. Toll deductions were made at two different toll plaza at the same time. Also on KMP expressway, toll calculation is without any logic. for example for a distance of 25 kms on KMP expressway, toll deduction was Rs. 195.

Kindly take this matter with concern department and do the neeful to stop this wrong practices by toll operators.

My fastag account balance was 975 but the female employee asked for double money I told her my balance in near 1000 but she deny and says u have 0 balance but 15 min of standing on toll plaza barer a person came and check my fastag balance on his phone without my knowledge and after that he told that girl to leave me.

The main thing is that when my car enter on toll barer the light becomes green and it remains green till all this happen.

I Rakshit Gupta Train Number UP15DM0982 I went to Delhi on 18/8/2023 at 01:14 PM, Kashi Toll Plaza took 160 rupees from fast tag, on the same day Shyam returned from Kashi Toll Plaza at 05:17 PM, even then 160 rupees were deducted.
As per the government's policy, the up-down trip costs Rs 240, the system at Kashi toll plaza has deducted Rs 320 from the total.
I request please refund my extra amount taking cognizance of tax issue

Dangerous potholes are there on Highway diversion road near Aurangabad, Yamunanagar, Haryana on newly constructed Highway NH-344. Also, there are a lot of instant up and downs on the highway in this region. It can easily kill people in road accidents. Maintenance company is not doing anything over the road. They are only busy in collecting heavy tolls on both sides of yamunanagar, Haryana. Gadkari Ji, is this world class model of roads in India. Kindly return us some value of our tax, by providing proper roads with proper maintenance. We are already too much frustrustrated with the conditions of local roads in Yamunanagar, which comes under Haryana government and they are also sleeping well in this side. Don't even bother, what people are facing in our region with pitiable situation of all roads. I can't even complaint to you for this matter because your simple reply would be that it comes under state government. So kindly do something in this context, as we are also citizens of our beloved country.

I was travelling from Bahadurgarh to Rohtak on 17th August 2023 at road toll plaza lane number 1 between 17:17:00-17:22:00 I scanned my fast tag to pass through the toll but the toll gate fell down on the vehicle damage the roof of the vehicle scratched and dented it this damage is needed to be covered by nhai as it is happened to my vehicle because of their equipments Mall functioning I have complaint about it to the staff there but nobody had responded me well and no resolution had been provided by them to me later on I complaint at n a i toll free number but they also did not responded or provided me resolution till now

There was some issue with the fastag pasted on my car. The fastag was active with 2000 amount within it. It is paytm fastag on chassis no. MZBEU812TLN121733. I can't get another fastag for my car because one is already registered on this number. I am stuck in this loop. That fastag was not readable at the toll plaza of Palwal EPE. They charged us double the amount (INR 450/-). But it was not my fault that my fastag is not readable despite being in active mode. I am so disappointed with this behaviour of the toll plaza employees and the person I talked on toll free number 1033. Why am I being paid for the issue that is no way my fault? NHAI should come up with the solution without harassing the passengers!

INR 135 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXXD8A0 for vehicle no. WB06X8503 at Pipili on 15/08/23 23:49. Avbl. Bal.: INR805.But now my car is in puri.what will I do. I have video with parking in hotel area with in 10 minutes after deducting the amount.

I'm a regular traveller between jammu and udhampur. I couldn't recharge my fastag due to kyc issue. I was charged double toll of 330 rupees for one way and another 330 rupees for round trip, 660 total whinch could have been 245 rupees with fastag. It is not consumer's fault that kyc approval takes 7 days. The fastag should not have been blocked or atleast cash should have been accepted at a rate same as that of fastag. This is totally unacceptable and highly condemned especially when I almost every day travel via same route, pay my toll everytime not like some people who show some card and gets off for free.
