I crossed Kherki Daula Toll Plaza on Delhi Jaipur Highway NH-48 near manser on 25-Jan-2024 at 8:06:09 AM. Car number DL 14CE3717 I have a FASTAG placed, but toll person deducted 80 as Fine for Non Fast Tag. Instead on actual toll cost which is 80 rs and 80 rs was also deducted from my FASTTAG as well.

    Inordinate delay in Exempted fastag application no: RO-CHE-23200266377 regd.

    Im a person with benchmark disability as described by right of pwbd act 2016. Ive applied for exempted fastag on https://exemptedfastag.nhai.org on August of 2023. Application number: RO-CHE-[protected]

    My application has been pending ever since August. I've attached all the necessary documents to the website as well as got them checked with the NHAI RO personnel.

    I've been waiting and waiting, yet there seems...

    Sir,
    NH road strech from Perambalur to Villupuram ( Tamilnadu) are poorly maintained, and in pathetic condition, road are spotted with potholes with deep as 15cm.Its unsafe to drive in a such a roadway as it lead to accident and cause damge to vehicles.Take action immediately and also stop collecting toll.

      Sir,

      I, Navnit Kumar, Tekra kalan, dumariya, gaya bihar 824221, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com, am filing this complaint against the toll plaza.

      My car number is BR2N5323 and it has a FASTag installed. I was traveling from my home- Tekra kalan, dumariya, gaya bihar 824221 on January 14, 2024. On the way, I had to pass through the toll plaza at [Sasaram Toll Plaza, Sheosagar, Rohtas District, Bihar, 821113. The toll fee was paid through FASTag at that time.

      However, when I was returning home, there was some problem in the system of the toll plaza. Due to this, the balance in my FASTag was showing low. While I had 632 rupees in my FASTag. Due to this problem, I had to pay double the toll fee.

      I request you to investigate this matter and refund me the additional toll fee I paid.

      I hope you will take appropriate action in this matter.

        Hello we were stuck in traffic in this week twice a time...if they charge lots of toll tax then why this happened.due to some reparing work on bridge this was happened...kindly return my toll tax charge.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern about the construction of a truck lay bye at a wrong place in a high slope area (design chainage(KM): 113+400) on the NH-365B near Musthyal, Cherial, Telangana. This truck lay bye is causing a lot of inconvenience and safety issues for the road users, especially the light vehicles and two-wheelers.

          The truck lay bye is constructed on the left side of the road, which is the normal lane for the light vehicles and two-wheelers. The right side of the road is reserved for the overtaking vehicles. However, due to the high slope of the road, the trucks are unable to maintain a steady speed and often slow down or stop on the truck lay bye. This forces the light vehicles and two-wheelers to overtake them from the right side, which is very risky and dangerous. This creates confusion and chaos among the road users and leads to frequent accidents and traffic jams.

          I request you to kindly look into this matter and take immediate action to rectify this problem. The truck lay bye should be shifted to the right side of the road, where the slope is less and the trucks can maintain a better speed. The truck lay bye should also be clearly marked and signaled, and there should be adequate space for the trucks to enter and exit the lay bye safely. This will ensure a smooth and safe flow of traffic and reduce the inconvenience and risk for the road users.

          I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address it at the earliest. I appreciate your cooperation and attention in this regard.

            Please note that we are using National Express No.1 highway for Ahmedabad - Vadodora commute, mainly 4 times in a week through Vehicle no GJ01WK9658.

            Unfortunately, Since April 2023 Full amount charged, debited for Return journey instead of half charges. full toll tax charged, while returning within 24 hrs from the same route.

            I.e We travelled Vadodara - Ahmedabad on 5th April 2023 at 18.3 hrs from Vadodara and Returning journey started on 6th April 2023 at 11.0hrs from ahmedabad with Vehicle No GJ01WK9658.

            Amount debuted on 5th April was Rs. 135 and Rs. 130 on 6th April.

              Unethical Behavior and extra double payment taken in cash

              Fast TAG was available in CAR but still person available at counter ask to pay cash or return the vehicle.

              I show him that while crossing 4th Jan, 2024 same toll TAG was working and even 6th Jan, 2024 was travelling from Nathdwara Rajasthan to Ahmedabad and all location TAG was working and amount was debited from my TAG With vehicle Number- UP78BP2438.
              While telling these details and TAG Statement, He tried to scan the TAG from inside of Vehicle and damage the TAG also.

              While I wanted to give complaint in written, hence once I pay cash in double charges, I park my vehicle at plaza and visited office but no one was available in office and no one help me to resolve by issue.

              The person available in counter was very loud and bearded and unprofessional, not ready to help me and only asking to pay cash even after shown the mobile statement of FAST TAG.

              Kindly check and arrange refund of double changes.

                Dear Sir/madam,

                I am a small transporter and utilise beawar pali nhai project highway. Normally my carriers are within permissible weight limits. However at times, few carriers are shown higher weights at toll booths, and since I know that my carriers are within limits, they utilise static weigh bridge where I get refund. Few observations that I have noted in levying overload charges I am sharing with you since illegal activities are going on in the project since many years and all authorities, including engineers deployed by nhai to look after the project, are keeping their eyes closed (personal benefits). These anomalies are:
                Agreement between nhai and project states that overload charges will be charged by project at a category higher than the existing vehicle category. Plus it also says that the overload portion from the vehicle will be removed by the project and then only vehicle will be allowed to pass through plaza. To my surprise, after thorough research, I came across two circulars. One states that overload charges will be based on overload percentage. This circular is being followed by project overlooking the agreement that the project has signed with nhai. There is another circualr which clearly states that project will follow the agreement and unless project has signed a supplementary agreement with nhai to follow different overload charges, all prjects will follow the concesion agrement. This circular is blatantly being ignored by the project as per their convenience and as per their own disposition, they are looting the users. It is also to bring to your notice that next project of Soma is also levying overload charges but as per their agreement with nhai. Earlier they were also charging overload based on percentage circular, but after the clarification made in 2nd circular, Soma has also started charging overload as per their concession agreement. So why beawar pali pindwara is being considered as special nhai project and has been given the authority to charge overload as per their will? If my point is proved right, please direct the project to deposit all illegal money collected so far from the users till date on account of overload and the money be deposited in government treasury since this is public money which has been colleected by this project through illegal means. Stiff penalty may also please be imposed and enquiry be setup at highest level against their management and operators. It is needless to mention here that why this has not been pointed out by the engineers deployed for this project by nhai since they are also gloves in hand with the project. If at all they have pointed it out, please intimate action taken from your office. If not intimated, then why nhai is paying to them for not doing their job. It is waste of taxpayers money.
                My 2nd observation is that project road quality is very poor since every year they repair their road completely. Road ride becomes WORST during monsoons. Is it some special road that such worst quality of road maintenance is being alowed by authority since road adjoining this project road belonging to Soma and Pali Jodhpur highway never faces this kind of worst condition of the road?

                  National highway from Coimbatore and Salem is very damaged and there are lot of path holes and lot of patch work … user collection fee ins 120 rupees but this road has been like this for almost 3+ years

                    Inappropriate toll collection

                    Dear Sir,

                    Today (03rd Jan 2024), I went to Dehradun from Rishikesh and while going toll was deducted as usual but when I was returning, I was supposed to pay half of the toll as I was returning same day. But the people at the toll were very rude and told me that my fastag is not having enough balance. I thought it was my mistake and I asked them to take Rs 100 (Rs 50 toll + Rs 50 fine) but then there were so many around me...

                      I was crossing from pipli Odisha toll plaza I had balance in my fastag account but toll staff refused to cross the barrier as they're physical scanning machine showed low balance and they shouted at us to move out of the line and started misbehaving with us even local police was involved.

                          During my travel on dated 11/6/2023 I paid toll at Hiwargaon Pavasa Toll Plaza. When I checked my statement, I observed that the toll amount was deducted twice for the amount of Rs 105/- . I request you to refund the toll amount of Rs 105/- to my Fastag wallet asap.

                            On dated[protected] i was travelling from jaipur to pali in my car RJ16CA5669 and on Datisa to Jaipur before the toll i recharged my fasttag with 500 rs and the before recharge the balance was 56 rs. The toll person said that the fast tag is not working so u have to pay 160 (80 rs toll and 80 rs penalty) i requested him to check properly but he refused to do so and charged 160/- rs, while he was making the slip, i showed him the message of deducation of toll but he started arguing with me. As i was with my family, I kept quite and left the matter.

                              This is Pradeep Velmurugan from madurai.
                              I am using Ford ecosport vehicle TN64U8566.

                              For the above mentioned vehicle I am using fast tag from IDFC bank. I crossed kappalur toll plaza near Thirumangalam, madurai around 11:30 am in third lane. The toll women representative told me that my fast tag is blacklisted and I have to pay 200 ruppees to cross the toll. I enquired about the fast tag again and she replied it was blacklisted. I paid 200 ruppees in toll plaza and crossed the toll and checked with the bank representative nearby the toll plaza.

                              He replied that my fast tag is working fine and there is no issue in it.

                              I again went back to the toll plaza and updated that my fast tag is not blacklisted and asked them to return the fine amount.

                              But they replied that I am cheating them by recharging the fast tag after crossing and demanding them money. Instead of addressing the issue they were blaming me that I am cheating them. I told them that I will show them the statement of the fast tag where they can check the recharge details they directed me to a cabin where manager is seated. I did not get proper response from them also I waited for nearly more than 45 minutes and left the toll plaza.

                              Then I crossed another toll gate near madurai airport. There my fast tag worked fine. I felt like I am cheated and hence registering this complaint.

                              Requesting you to kindly take action against the staff representative who was in gate 3 who abused me by referring me to a cheater. Also I request you to refund me Rs 100 which was collected as fine
