Hi Team,

I travelled on Nuh toll plaza from Palwal to Nuh on[protected] at night around 10.00 PM. When I entered on toll plaza and asked that pls captured my fastag but they said yes recorded and when I exited from Nuh exit point and the toll cost is 45 for my journey but they charged today 200 INR for whole journey from my fastag account. This is not the first time. Pls help me to get my money back and take necessary action...

Aug 7th we have faced terrible incident at Kalaparru toll plaza, Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh

Issue : Our Car FastTag is having sufficient balance (1095/-) But it didn’t allow us to pass shown with low balance.

I am living nearby the highway flyover ..
That is maintaining very badly even not turn on the light on the highway flyover there are many people and animals were dieing under the wheels of the vechicals due to dark Ness on the flyover even the driver can't be see the what are there in front of the vechicals because there are light on the highway but not turns on what's the use of putting them ..

DEAR SIR,
My village Mandpiya Kheda located on NH162A. Near village have two nos speed breaker which is in small size so all heavy vehicle passed through it with high speed. So our home get vibration, Many houses got big cracks in walls & floor tiles. So please either remove this breaker or make it effective so vehicle will passed it in slow speed....

Mubarakpur Toll Plaza is in 1 km vicinity of Raksha Vihar (retired defense personal society) colony, entrance to Raksha vihar is 50 m from toll plaza. Every time we try tell the staff that we need to go to Raksha Vihar they keep asking for toll payment even if show them our address proof they will harass us and speak in abusive language and threaten us to pay for the toll. They have been harassing and abusing and threatening Local vendors...

I waited for 30 minutes at Village pali railway fatak. But after 10 kms of the same highway at kathuwas toll plaza taken 65 rs as toll charges. Does its government fault or company fault to receive tolls. I hope public friendly government will see on this matter...

Road between Tuticorin to Madurai (NH38) approximately 120KM to 150KM don't have any cateye for better road and lane visibility.

Also don't have any reflectors on to the dividers to avoid any accidents.

This is very hazardous to public. This is a toll road with bad condition. Proof has been added in the video attached.

Need urgent attention....

Dear Sir,

While coming from Agara on 31st may 2022 to my home Suncity, sector 54, gurugram. I crossed Mahuvan Toll Plaza at 04:55 pm, then crossed Srinagar Toll Plaza at 6:49 pm. After that I entered into Western peripheral road at Palwal toll plaza (entry point) and my exit point was NUH Toll plaza at 07:25 pm. After that I crossed Ghamroj-Sohna Toll Plaza at 07:50 PM.
Massages for all toll plaza were received immediately...

Many a time 15 mins is wasted at Toll plaza at Basawant pimpalgaon and Toll plaza waiting long lane is seen due to either malfunction of RFID detector, not reading in time and no support from local collection agent..
Please look into as 210 rs toll is too high with respect to waiting’s/usage time.....

On 28/05/2022 (saturday) i was travelling from pune to mumbai on the pune mumbai expressway and took halt at lonavala. While travelling from pune to lonavla at talegaon toll plaza on yashwantrao chavan expressway Rs 203/- was deducted from my HDFC fastag account. I and other (like me) who work or study at Chandigarh university has to cross Bhagomajra toll tax plaza everyday. At plaza, they won't giving concessional pass (who resides within 20 km radius of the plaza) to us. Therefore, it has become unbearable as we have to pay[protected] rupees every month. This is to bring to your kind notice that condition of service roads beside NH-44 (shadnagar bypass, telangana) is very poor and pitiable. There are very deep ditches on the service roads. They are repaired with soil and got damaged in 15 days and due to soil getting huge dust. But your company is not paying even a little bit attention towards the circumstances which are being faced by the passers who use these service roads on daily basis....

This is regarding the unusual traffic at Kovvur plaza which connect the Godavari 4th bridge, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. It is due to collection of toll fee manually.
