Missed flight back to UK due to severe traffic congestion on NH48 on 29/02/2024. Claiming missed departure compensation but need an official Highways report confirming the traffic delays that day.
Have emailed NHAI.org and Mumbai Traffic Police (via Twitter too) several times explaining the circumstances of missed departure but no response thus far.

travelled through Devarapalli plaza on 24 April, even though there is balance in the linked fastag they have asked me to pay double the fee 310 and the balance got deducted too can you please help refunding the 310 amount

Yesterday I crossed moura toll on himachal entrance and my fasttag was deducted twice for 150 plus 150 that is 300 rs. Where as it shud be just 150 for one time.

I crossed Khalilpur Toll plaza on Delhi - Mumbai Expressway on 31.03.2024 at 14.47.05 pm and wrongly deducted Rs. 325 from my Fastag linked to my car DL12CB0715 against actual tall charges of Rs. 90. The excess of Rs. 235 was charged from my Fastag.

Please arrange to refund the excess charged amount in my Fastag account account number 34555730.

Workers at Bhamb Raja Toll Plaza are misbehaving with the peoples that are crossing from Toll. The problem came from the fact that cross bar at the toll fall on the four wheeler. We asked them that the cross bar also falled previously on the our vehicle and the same problem was happening many times. But on the fact they started bullying and running over us by the thinking of beating us. They came over the mob, which will be reflected in the video. They were not listening over the complaint of going to Police station. They tried to hit our vehicle too. That has become threaten to our lives. Same you can view in your video. Some taken videos we are uploading herewith. We request you to take action as early as possible otherwise something weird will happen there.

Street light at stretch's from Maduravoyal fly over to Nolmbur, Decathlon sports india, Chennai are not working/burning from its installation. It is more dangerous at night to the road users.

Yesterday i was travelling with my car No. CG13X9072. When i was entering i have to pay Rs. 70/- . But when i back it should be paid Rs. 35/-. Where as i have the balance in my account. But at the toll gate they (toll gate staff) forced me to paid in cash. As per them if you required Receipt, you have to paid Rs. 140/- otherwise you have to paid Rs. 70/-. What is the law behind it i can't understand.

Is such type of misuse/Arbitrary will continues by the staffs, then thousands of people will suffer with this willfulness.

IN MY FASTAG ID 34161FA820328D9A022789C0 & Barcode [protected], there is a debit of 120/- on 17.12.2023 vide transaction 0010002312171944558849 at Gadanki toll plaza whereas the car was securely locked in my house at C6 Atreya Apartments Malleswaram Bangalore 560003. I had already left for US on 15.12.2023 and there were no other members at home to drive the car.

This debit is totally wrong and has to be reversed.

I was traveling to my native place from Nagpur with my family in my car MH 33 V 3030 on 9 Mar 2024. I entered the toll plaza queue with 2 vehicles infront of my car. It took very long time to scan the fastag of front vehicle. I continuosly started horning. After 10 mins, they told to take return from the lane and join another lane. Staff gathered towards our car and were talking very arrogantly. They were arguing not to open the gate. Two lane cars were made to reverse and enter only single working lane which wasted our 15-20 minutes. Need proper training to handle the customers.

Please note that I was travelling on 10th Mar 2024. My car number is HR20AU8836.
I have completed my return journey within 3 hours on same day.
I have got the message on my paytm app that shows amount INR 90.00 was deducted twice. As per the rules, if I am returning back within 24 hours, the toll charges would be deducted as 90 & 45 and not 90 & 90.
Toll gate - Landhari Toll Plaza, Hisar Haryana
Date - 10th March 2024
Vehicle - HR20AU8836
Toll crossing time as per Paytm app - 11:09 AM and returned on 02:01 PM (return journey within 3 hours).

I would like draw your attention about the negligence of authority of NH48 at Nabipur Village, Janor cross road, Gujarat. I go daily early in the morning from highway and i have frequently seen that the lights always not in working condition on the bridge, due to lights off there are many chances of accidents, theft and robbery.
Kindly look into this matter

As i hv a new commercial vehicle yet to receive my RC card but my fastag registered on Chasis number. But in the toll im fined and harrased make me wait for long n wasting time. Please help me get justice n refins my amount.

Sir, My name is Vishnu Thampy. I am from Kerala. On 27/2/2024 I travelled from Perumbavoor to Thrissur. In between there is only one toll plaza, ie Paliyekkara Toll Plaza. Yesterday I had Rs. 185 as Fastag balance. When I passed through Toll Plaza in the morning I paid Rs.90 as toll. So then I had Rs.95 as Fastag balance. When only Rs.50 was need for return through the toll plaza, the employees informed I had low balance and issued me a fine of Rs.180. As there was a long que of vehicles and inorder to avoid a long block I paid the fine amount and left. But when I checked my Fastag balance I had enough money left with me. Vehicle no.CGAJ8009 crossed Limha Toll (Chattisgarh) on 13.02.2024 at 14:37:29, Rs.110.00 was deducted. I came back on same day at 20:56:42 again Rs.110 was deducted instead of Rs.55.00

I entered the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in my car (UP14FX...) from Dasna and exited from the Village Jakhauli toll booth. The booth has charged me Rs. 280 instead of Rs 105.
This is unfair, and I had to wait a lot to exit from the booth as well.

I was travelling by my car from Bhadwasi Sikar to Dadiya toll Plaza Sikar Rajasthan (RJ SH-8) on 19th Feb 2024. According to government rules, local residents living within 20 kilometers of the toll plaza do not have to pay toll fees. Consequently, I requested Dadiya Sikar toll plaza team to let me pass as I am from Bhadwasi Village and it falls under local residence list, but they refused, mentally tortured and misbehaved with me. They are not interested in seeing my local address proof. Then I left the toll plaza forcefully and decided to file a complaint against the team at Dadiya toll plaza. When the highway rules state that local residents do not have to pay toll within 20 kilometers after presenting proof of local residency, I don't understand why at all local residents are required to pay toll.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Huge rattling noise in NH4 from Jalahalli Cross to T.Dasarahalli signal due to ramblers

This is to brink to your kind attention a major problem affecting the residents of Jalahalli Cross, specifically the apartments owners of Casa Serene, Vaishnavi ARS Gardenia and Vaishnavi Rathnam comprising of over 2000 families.

As you are aware, ever since the Peenya flyover was closed for heavy vehicles, all vehicles have been passing through the old Jalahalli cross road. Previously, when heavy-duty vehicles used to travel over the flyover, there were a series o[censored]n-scientific ramblers installed, right opposite the Namma Metro Viz, before Jalahalli Cross Traffic Signal and also Opposite New Aggarwal Bhavan, Viz., just before the Dasarahalli Traffic Signal. They were initially installed for the two-wheelers and light vehicles only.

However, off-late, there have been massive vibrations and huge sounds created by very heavy-duty vehicles passing over the series of these un-scientific ramblers at the two specific locations. The loudest sounds are from overloaded Multi-Axle Trucks, Large Trucks carrying Empty Shipping Containers, Cattle Trucks without livestock, Oil Tankers, Trailers..etc, and it has become literally unbearable to sleep peacefully in the night.

Road Ramblers are nowadays not installed anywhere, since they cause serious damage to the vehicles & their suspensions, making the four-wheeler a safety hazard to others. They also cause serious wheel-alignment issues in all four wheelers.

When absolutely necessary, they are instead replaced by Zig Zag barriers using portable, florescent stands with rollers (one will notice them everywhere in TN Highways, that don’t have even one road rambler) and other modern speed lowering techniques.

Research has proven that Road Ramblers have actually increased accidents since everyone suddenly shifts to the edge of the road, in order to avoid the vibrations.

Another reason why Road Ramblers are no longer used, is because road ramblers also create deadly accidents by having speedy vehicles at the rear (tail-gating) suddenly hit head-on, into the vehicle in their front.

While Road Ramblers are not allowed, Speed Breakers or Speed Humps have always got to be placed on the minor-road, in cases of intersections with a Highway.

It is mandatory to have warnings and road signs before speed breakers. They also need to be painted with Luminous paint or strips. (IRC:67-1977, Code of Practise for Road Signs.)

Technically speaking, the road ramblers mentioned in the two locations, are not compliant with the clear technical rules specified in the IRC-99 (Indian Road Congress) rules for Speed Breaker specifications.

As per the law, Speed Breakers & Road Ramblers must be used only in urban areas (residential areas, schools, colleges or university campuses, hospitals, etc) for minor roads and residential areas.

The heavy noise produced by the ramblers, especially during night totally disturbs the sleep of the residents, particularly, senior citizens, sick patients and thereby the routine life of residents in the surrounding houses and apartments is totally affected.

Consider all the above points and in the best interests of the public, we sincerely request you to take action and solve the serious problem of huge noise (especially in the night) affecting our community of law-abiding citizens.
