Complaint:-

From 3 months subsidy of indane gas is not going to my account. My customer id is 005566. I gone to bank 5-6 times. Called to indane gas but my problem is not resolved. Before 3 months it was regular but now subsidy is not going in my account. Indane gas representative suggested me to send complaint to npci and i am finally sending. Sir if it is in your hand please solve this problem.

    Jab nam our a/c no match nehi tha phir vi paisa keise transfer huya. Our unka pass nehi geya hai. Issiliye

    Please refund my ten thousand rupees as soon as possible.

    I am a naba kumar ghosh i made a transection of rs 10000 on 23.08.2018 to bank of india via bhim app.
    But it fails and ten thousand rupees deducted from my account of state bank of india.
    I raise a complaint via bhim app but got no response.
    I also call the customer care. Please solve the problem refund my money as soon as possible.

      I had a payment through bhim upi of amount 8599 inr on dated 17th july. They had processed refund of same amount on dated 30thjuly. Only inr 110 was refund. As amazon officials said that the amount struck at your side. I have enquired at bank end also and do all the needful documentation also. Same did at amazon also. As they said payment done through bhim upi, the refund would get through only same way and it shows that payment struck at npci side as informed. Please do the needful asap

          Please go through my aadhar no which is[protected]. Which is linked with hp gas for getting the subsidy amount. The last seeding from your side dated on 11.10.2017 with a wrong account no which is 5xxxxxxxxxx199 of bank of india instead of my correct account no 5xxxxxxxxx2075 of bank of india.
          So, i have not received the subsidy amount from 10.04.2017 to till date.

I re-linked my adhaar with other existing accounts. The problem was there only. After some times i have created new account to get solutions but still npci is not updated. Please provide some solution that i get my money back. Or tell me the other procedure.

                  Hi sir my mother name is suman vijay patil, i have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the npci status is still inactive. Adhaar number :[protected]. So please update my npci status to active. Thank u sir... (Mean while.. I am informed to first de-link and re-link my aadhar card registration with the bank. Looks like the npci is playing hide and seek. Becuase of slow and lazy npci, my aadhar card is not linked even after 8 months of registering it with gas agency and bank. Npci is taking the customers for ride.)

                    Dear Sir, I have submitted my Aadhaar to my SBI for 4 times for linking to my account in last 4 months but 'Subsidy failed' SMS are coming to my registered mob no.

                    Previously my subsidy was coming to a old SBI account. I had to close old account on 19 March 18 due cheque book lost to avoid misuse. Since then my Aadhaar is showing inactive at NPCI and UIDAI sites although SBI has linked my Aadhar immediately after my new account was opened on 19th March 18.

                    Since I was not receiving subsidy in my new account, I requested SBI to de-link and re-link Aadhaar several times in last 4 months. SBI did it. Still no subsidy is coming in my account.

                    My Aadhaar to my new account shows ‘success’ in SBI site but it shows inactive at UIDAI site and NPCI site.

                    Some details are :-

                    Aadhaar No.=[protected].

                    LPG ID = 1 [protected].

                    SBI A/C No. (Registered for receiving subsidy) = [protected].

                    IFSC = SBIN0011213

                    I am attaching following scanned docs for your reference:-

                    1. My Aadhaar is valid at UIDAI site
                    2. 5 times success status by SBI Authentication at UIDAI from 29 June 18 to 21 Aug 18.
                    3. Aadhaar linked at SBI.
                    4. Aadhaar Linking Status at NPCI as inactive.
                    5. Inactive status at UIDAI.

                    NPCI asked me to complete Aadhar Seeding form, get acknowledgement from subsidy receiving bank and scan to him. I did it and my subsidy started within a month. Thanks to Indian consumer complaint forum.

                      This is facing from day one of my gas subsidy with icici bank. I have already mapped with my aadhar number[protected], i have submitted to npci mapping format at branch same aadhar number activated in my account.
                      Currently, my subsidy amount is not received which is i am having an account with ended xxxx3016.

                      I have verified my refilling history amount is transferring to the different account ended with xxxx9846. See below transactions which is transferred my subsidy to a different bank.
                      Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 08/08/2018
                      Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 09/08/2018
                      Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 14/08/2018
                      Advance transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 16/03/2015

                      Earlier we traced from distributor and bank they were provided bank no[protected] with name (Suresh reddy). I did not understand where is mapping done my name is surendra reddy and how it is lined to different account also i have verified the account with bank, bank employee says there is no account number exsits in their records.

                      Please provide resolution on same and provide which all are npci mapped my aadhar number.

                        We have link the aadhaar with sbi account no. [protected] and ifsc code is sbin0050304.
                        Earlier my subsidiary came in general post office but due to not necessary account i closed the general post office account. Then i go to sbi branch to update the aadhaar no.[protected] with npci but bank not able to link with npci.
                        The bank person says in their system npci reject the linking process.
                        Please let me know why this type messages received from sbi, if any
                        Solution is there please let me know.
                        Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

                            My name is abhijit sengupta, lpg id is[protected], i did not receive the lpg subsidy from 19/05/2018, before that my subsidy was transferred to airtel payment bank account after doing aadhaar biometric verification to airtel. After giving complaint against airtel to national consumer helpline they delink my aadhaar from them. But after that i did not receive subsidy to my previous sbi account number [protected] even after doing aadhaar linkon this account three times. Aadhaar is linked to sbi account but aadhaar bank linking status is shown inactive by npci. My aadhaar number is[protected].

                                My name is paritosh kumar sinha, have Indane lpg gas connection, consumer no.[protected], I had received my lpg subsidy in my sbi a/c, but due govt mandatory order, I update my aadhar in my other axis bank a/c.after that I received my subsidy in axis bank a/c, but due to some technical reason my axis account is close.now i dont receive my subsidy in any account, I try every possible option to receive my subsidy due to this I visit my sbi account and dlink my aadhar and then update my aadhar, but not receive my subsidy, now I open new account in punjab and sind bank with aadhar update as per npci customer care confirmation for receive my subsidy .I called lots of time to npci customer care for this, but they said only one thing, go to bank dlink your aadhar or delete your bank mapping and after few day again link, kindly help me atleast help any way to process my subisdy in my old sbi account aur new punjab and sind bank, in case of any querry.                                       Respected sir/madam,
                                      I have not been receiving subsidy for 3 to 4 months. Previously my subsidy was sent to SBI account, later it was sent to Bank Of India account, but I closed the BOI account and now it is not sent to any of my bank account though I have opened a new account in UCO bank and done every formality. All the details are furnished below. Please help me to resolve the issue. Please.

                                         SYNDICATE BANK SAVING A/C.NO; [protected], BRANCH--PEERZADIGUDA, HYDERABAD
                                        Today morning i got a sms from BPCL that your Aadhar number is found to be inactive in NPCI database but Aadhar is dtill active in my account.

                                        please do the needful urgently as i canot receive the subsidy amount.

                                        With due respect I am Akash kumar gope. My adhaar number is updated in my account but NPCI account status is inactivate.Adhaar number:[protected]. I have one letter also took that to bank. but bank person is told that your account is also updated. so please update my NPCI account.

                                        I have submitted aadhar at bank for link my account with uid.This process is sucessfull, but my aadhar is not properly linked with NPCI.When i check my status at the website:- resident.uidai.gov.in/bank mapper, it show inactive.And this is only a reason which is creating problem for refund my money through e-kalyan scholarship.

                                        so I request you to plese solve my problem.for this work i shall be greatfull to you !
