I, a Union bank of india, Sitammadhara br customer(UBIN0805408), have transferred funds through IMPS to the credit of IILEQ1KRISMO42 on 16072021 with YESBANK, CMS BRANCH MUMBAI. The same were neither credited to the beneficiary account nor returned to the remitter. My number of requests to both the remitter bank and beneficiary bank yield no results. Even after 19 days from the date if transaction, no credible reply from both the banks and don't know where the funds are blocked. I must receive my funds with compensation as per your ruled.
