Respected sir,
I request u to that I had made a neft by bank sbi, huzrat road branch gwalior on 7th June 21, of amount 1, 50, 000/- the amount has been deducted from my account and did not credit to the beneficiary account, I complained to the branch they said wait for some days after that I gave written complaint to the branch manager on 11 th June, and also I provide the statement of the beneficiary current account, the neft form that i filled was also correct branch has already checked the account no of the beneficiary, multiple times I went to the branch but there was no solution comes out.
So, kindly request u to that please help me and sort out these problem and credit the amount to my account or the beneficiary account.

It was waste of time as npci have moved away from the two addresses given in npci website., one address in bazullah road, chennai-60017. It is a disgrace that npci do not update their change of location of their offices.
I made the original complaint on 25th june and 3 working days of the week has passed but no reply received from npci. Please advise the specific procedure to be used and which party (the bank or the account holder) ?should do the linking of bank account with npci? your urgent response is required as income tax dept is holding the refund of rs 28.00 lakhs plus, being refund of excess tds deducted from my son.
