    Hello its Ayushi Gaikwad working in ammunition factory Khadki, pune I shopped some clothes for my baby from fairytofia.com they requested payment i made a payment of Rs.1592 from phonepe the transaction id is T2107022020150890704154, after completion of payment i rcvd a msg on site that my order is confirmed and i will get a confirmation msg shortly and at the dame time i rcvd mail from Harsh fashions that payment is faed n I’ll be getting my money back in 7-8 days.I even called on the customer carr number which is [protected] it is showing switched off…i saw that on instagram story of fashionable2179..but as soon as i ordered the story was removed..plz help me the ammount is so bigger as i am a middle class family lady

        I purchased a fastag through HDFC, but that was not working, Now i am trying to purchase a new fastag but that showing This Car Vehicle number has been Blacklisted by NPCI. Its my humble request to you to remove from blacklist. So that i can purchase a new fastag please kindly do the needful.

          On 19 Apr 2021 I had been approached by a person enquiring about the sofa set which I've posted in OLX platform for 2nd hand sale. After negotiation he accepted to purchase it for Rs.28, 000/- initially he asked me to scan a QR code for Rs.5/- which he shared me through PayTM to confirm that he is sending money to the right person after scanning my account got debited for Rs.5/- he said that I've to scan two times to get the money in my bank account accordingly Rs.5/- I received back from him. Likewise I lost a total amount of Rs.1 lac in the whole transaction

              It is observed that cred app doesnot have Toll free customer care number, it is very difficult for customer if they face any transaction dispute.Instead of customerTollfree number they are using predetermined querries, and predetermined answers, and email support, which is not enough for customer.
              Hence instruct them to maintain Toll free customer care number

                    I have sold 16 USDT on wazirx P2P but I have not received INR in my bank account. So I contacted wazirx, they told that your order is completed you can contact [protected] this number if you have not got your money. So I contacted that number, they told that you have to send some money and message writing that " refund rs 8111 in my bank account" and I have done so.

                    When I transfer the money they told that your money is stock and it will be credited in your bank account in an hour .
                    But I have not received my money.
                    Next time when I contacted them they told that state bank of india server is not responding so it will be credited in your bank account till evening.
                    Again I have not got my money .

                    Now when I am trying to contact them they have switched off their phone.

                    Sir please do something they have taken my 8111 rupees

                          The amount has been debited from the sender's account but I have not received it till date.

                              I am not able to set Amazon Pay UPI as I was in the middle of creating it and it asked for the last six digits of debit card to proceed further. I did not have the debit card at that point in time so I thought to do it later. Now when I am trying to set Amazon Pay UPI I am getting the error as " We have observed that a different customer have Set up Amazon pay UPI with the same mobile number. For security reasons we would request you to please try again after 90 days. " . Kindly help and my registered mobile number through which I was trying to set UPI through ICICI Bank is [protected]. I am able to set BHIM UPI however Amazon customer service asked to contact your team for this issue.
