My mother npci status is inactive with her sbi account, iam here with submitting my mother details. Please rectify. She is trying to resolve this issue from last 15 days but no hope. Due to her old age and in view of medical ill ness i request the authorities please rectify as early as possible.

A 5000/- amount is not credited in my reciever bank account [protected] of bank of india. Which done on 05:10 pm, 31/10/2019.
Amount is debited from sender (My) account but not credited to receiver account.

I already asked the respective customers care, but they says amount will refund, and now they says amount transferred to bank of india, but not credited to account holder....

On[protected] My Aadhar No. was linked with my SBI, main branch, Tadepalligudem, A.P. But I have received a message from your end that it was rejected. I rushed to Bank staff and asked the above. They said, Aadhar was successfully linked and they don't know about NPCI. Pl.tell me the reasons for rejected the link and also what steps I have to take for linking to NPCI. I have paid the electricity bill of Rs- 4430 with transaction ID[protected] to the MSEDCL on dated 14.09.2019 but the MSEDCL did not received the amount but the same amount is deducted from my bank account of Central bank of india branch - MIDC branch Ahamadnagar, Maharashtra.
