I have my profile picture some days before as previously uploaded photo was dark and I want to change with new clear photo. I had done the procedure of profile pic updation but the job portal not even giving any feedback for the profile pic updation being late.

      Hello Team,
      This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.
      Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

      For me this is a major issue.
      I have also tried to call on the customer care number but it's of no use. Nobody is responding it.

      Requesting you to please look into this issue and solve the same as soon as possible, as I am missing lot of jobs opportunities.

Due to this, recruiters are unable to view my profile picture, which affects my chances of getting placed in a company.           Auto debit for naukri fastforward subscription

          Dear naukri team,
          On Saturday 15 jun 2024 Rs840 deducted directly from my bank account but I haven't purchased any plan from my side of Naukri fastforward.

              Pay challan secure my account

              I got a call from a person claiming that they are from naukri.com and they said that I will require to pay specific amount for securing my place. I said no then cut the call. After 2 mins another call was there and they said same thing but I declined the call and didn't even hear anything. After sometime i get a message from local number saying that my naukari.com profile is being forwarded to legal department and I'm not allowed to appear...

              Unable to Login my Candidate account

              I am trying to login details but its showing me invalid email or password and when I click on reset password it's showing same message again Invalid.               Sir/mam,

              I applied on naukri.com for job recruitment. I got a call from the number +[protected] named naukri Services on 05/05/2024. She told L& T & Tata Motors is hiring and asked are u looking for a job and in which city and for what role? I said yes and in Hyderabad for the role Design .After that he told inorder to attend the interview you will have to pay Rs. 100 and It will be refunded.

              I paid the amount and they conducted a telephonic Interview with in one hour after the payment is done.

              After completion of the telephonic interview the HR called and told me that I have been selected and inorder to share the offer letter I have to pay Rs.6800 which is also refundable tommorow itself and I not paid the amount to them.

              After that I have done some research and found that I might be fake and I don't want to join the company and I want my money back.

              Then I told them I will not pay another rupee for you and I also don't have any money with me right now to pay for you but they are telling me that I should definitly pay that amount inorder to get back then she said it is not possible and told me that atleast try to pay half amount of GST and i will pay the remaining and send you the refund. So then I said I won't pay you another time If you don't return my money I will complaint to the police, then she said do whatever you want but money won't refund you.

              Please help me to get back my money 2000

                          Since from last month on February 2024, Received a mail from HR to attend for interview through Microsoft Teams application on VC _ video call interview and asked few interview questions, later received a mail From HR to Submit the document like pan card, Aadhar card, payslips, all my academic certificates..

                          From next day I got call from Mumbai police station and black mailing illegal complaint issued on my name using my address proof without my consent getting all OTP from my bank accounts.

                          I would like to complain on naukri website for encouraging fraudsters in name of job applications and cheating with cheap tricks playing on innocent job applicants who were lost their career during from COVID times and government crisis.. people who were having dreams on career to succeed in future, ... But fraudulent people and their team playing with innocent applicants were becoming targeted to their fraud game...

                          I never recommend naukri is fraud application...

                          I will report with all evidence and valid proofs to regional police station and state High court, regarding the issue...
