Auto debit for naukri fastforward subscription

Dear naukri team,
On Saturday 15 jun 2024 Rs840 deducted directly from my bank account but I haven't purchased any plan from my side of Naukri fastforward.

Kindly request you to return the amount and stop this autodebit service....

Pay challan secure my account

I got a call from a person claiming that they are from naukri.com and they said that I will require to pay specific amount for securing my place. I said no then cut the call. After 2 mins another call was there and they said same thing but I declined the call and didn't even hear anything. After sometime i get a message from local number saying that my naukari.com profile is being forwarded to legal department and I'm not allowed to appear...

Unable to Login my Candidate account

I am trying to login details but its showing me invalid email or password and when I click on reset password it's showing same message again Invalid. Although I am receing emails from Naukri.com at my registered email address. Yesterday I logged in But today I can't. Please let me now why....

complaint regarding fraudulent job offer from naukri fastforward

Cancel Paid Subscription

Put and end to Cancel Naukri Paid Subscription. It is not useful since money have been deducted regularly. No option online cancel the subscription and none of the customer car number works....

Not receiving any email even after being shown I am contacted by recruiter team

Hello team,

this is to inform you that I have created a naukri account few months ago. On the portal site I get notifications that a recruiter has contacted me via email but I am not able to see any email regarding the same in my gmail inbox. Also, to notify, my email has already been verified on the portal itself. This is a major issue for me. Please look into the matter.

I have paid for 1000 resumes for 6 months period. Due some technical error my 300 resumes got vanished. They are asking for another subscription for compensate for those 300 resums....

Fraud/fake call for providing R &D Job at CIPLA

On 20th Jan 2024 I got a call from naukri fast forward service from Akash (+91 [protected]), HR from naukri that I have a vacancy at CIPLA India in R AND D branch. He asked me to pay 2400₹ for forwarding my documents. I am complaining about unethical deduction of subscription amount when you are not providing option to unsubscribe the plan.

Naukri app does not provide option to unsubscribe the current plan taken by consumers and keep deducting money every month. It provides option to deactivate account which is nowhere providing an idea to unsubscribe a current plan. Deactivating an account cannot be a solution to this problem. i want refund for my automatically deducted amount on 11th dec, 23.

The executive calling from your side does not provide any information...

I have applied for few jobs through naukri and few application's statuses is saying that recruiter have contacted me by email, but I didn't receive any such mails. I have double checked my inbox and email id given, yet I didn't see any mails in my inbox. I am hoping someone would give me an explanation on what's happening and why am I not getting mails??

Portal is showing me aa a recruiter has contacted me via email but I am not receiving any email

This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.

Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

For me this is a major issue.
