On 17th Nov, 2022, I had tried to place an order via Netmeds app and made payment through Phonepay app.But the order was not placed and money also got deducted from my account.I am checking with the Netmeds support team since past 15 days but they are unable to do anything.

I would request to initiate money refund back to my account as soon as possible.

    My Name is C . BHARATH CHANDRAN. I orderd a Netmeds Product Order Id :[protected]WSO1 That is coming through Courier Ecom express..

    The TRACKING ID is [protected]... There is no update Since the last 2 days.. It shows only Product "Not picked Up" as of Today.. 30 th November is the Delivery day. But i am not sure if it Deliver's on that Day... My Order was meant to be Delivered Tomorrow ... But the Order has not been Picked up yet ... and also i need the Product Urgently.. So, Kindly Speed Up and Pick-Up my Order Today Itself as It is Very Urgent.

      Address:Flatno 3 walterton estate near cm house chotta shimla

      I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 11 august 2022, od rupees 2604.38 for which the payment was made using payu twid pay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned.
      I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
      Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

        Order not getting delivered

        I ordered few medicines for myself and my mother in law for Diabetes and BP a week back on 16 Nov 2022. But we havent received the order as of 23rd nov. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team...

        I have placed an order on netmeds on 15th NOV costing around 2454 which needs to be delivered by 19th November.
        Today it is 21st Nov still i didn't receive my medicine and calling to customer care also no use. The status always is in transit which is not acceptable.
        The location which the order is in Machilipatnam and from there my address location is 1hour travel. For that also it took 3 days for them and still it is not delivered.

          Despite of several follow-up the medicine are still not Delivered nor the refund is initiated.

          This is really poor & pathetic service provided by Netmeds where they don’t have any control on the Courier Company, without attempting any delivery & courier team has given false remarks as undelivered.

          Also tried contacting the courier company M/s Qwik Courier Services (Mr. Pritam Sapat mobile no.[protected]) based on the SMS received, where he refuse to deliver the product saying that I don’t have the product.

            Till date despite of several follow-up with Netmed Call center & the Courier Partner (Qwik services) the Medicine courier has not been delivered nor they have cancelled the order. its just the new delivery date commitment every day.

            I had a word with Courier representative Mr. Pritam Sapat - Mob No. [protected]. as well netmeds call center representative Miss. Shivan Thakur (Employee Code 4798). Still no resolution.

            Every day i get commitment of delivery in next 24 hrs or refund in next 48 hrs but non of the above happens.

            That's really pathetic the way the operate the services & there call center.

                I had Emailed the company for return request of Medicine on[protected]
                Courier Partner Collected the Medicine on[protected]
                No refund Reflected in my account till today[protected]
                Even after Several calls in customer care and Emails to Company only one reply Received that is "Your Refund Amount Will be Initiated and Reflect in your account with in 24 hours"

                    I Have ordered PREPAID medicine nearly 18sept 2022 from Netmeds.com. But Netmeds did not deliver my order at my delivery address and I informed this to Netmeds. But Netmeds did not take any action for delivery my order. 1ST order id[protected]M and Sub Order ID-
                    [protected]MSO1 and then Netmeds reship this order with another order id NMS[protected]MRSSO1.
                    It has been over more than 50 days, every time currier partner give feedback failed delivery without attempting delivery at my address.

                    I need my medicine as early as possible.

                        I have already shared my bank account details the amount was not credited in my account . As you say you initiated it on 10 oct 2022 but todays its 25 oct, 2022 and till the date i did not received the amount . As you know its A UPI transaction but it taking o much of time already so many days passed from your initiation but i didnt receive the amount and you check the statement as i shared and through the Email.
                        i have done several calls to netmeds and also confirm from my bank that no such amount is credited to my account with their given transaction Id . Kindly help so that i will get my money back.

                          I have ordered a product on 21/09/22. Eventhough the amount as deducted from my account, the order has not been placed.                             I have given order online aap of metmeds on dt. 06/10/22 . Order ID is[protected]A and netmeds given delivery date is 10/10/22 to 11/10/22 but it has not delivered still yet (21/10/22) . So i am complaining more time but did not taken any action on it they continuously lie to me they keep telling me that they have cancel the order and initiated the refund and they asked me to wait for 24 hours after 24 hours I call them back they repeat the same story about the order being in process some thing happen to me four times

                                I placed an order on 02 oct 2022 of 6 medicines of Rs. 1148.30 which came in two parts out of one parts order ID[protected]AS01, it contains 5 no.s of medicines, received on 06 oct 2022 out of which two medicines are damaged half of it spilled. i complaint about it and they reverse back there 02 medicines which is amount Rs. 522.75 (Dr william Guaiacum is Rs. 433.50 and urtica urens is Rs.89.25) but already so many days passed and today is 19 oct 2022 I did not receive the refund amount and i also shared them my bank statement of not receiving the said amount but they are not responding. kindly solve the issue. In passbook statement Rs.1065.30 was paid to netmed along with my points which is total 1148.30 . you can check from that. kindly solve the issue.

                                    Estimated Delivery date - Oct 13 - 14
                                    Ordered Ecosprin 75mg and HCQS 200mg as prescribed by my doc.
                                    I was promised a delivery on Oct 14, but I'm yet to receive it.
                                    Upon reaching out to [protected]@netmeds.com they have reduced the quantity of the medicines without even consulting/validating it with me.

                                    Calling the customer service team did not help, as they keep saying that we will let the backend team know. There is no option to speak with backend team or the escalation team via chat or phone.

                                    Please help resolve this issue.
