I ordered 3 medicines on 11th august 9:41 PM and prepaid it via paytm wallet.I have a proof of money getting debited but that order ID[protected]M)is not reflecting in netmeds website.Insted order got placed with different ID[protected]M).I contacted customer care via mail and calls.They say that they haven’t received any payment for the order[protected]M from me.Seems like there is an issue with the software.Only response I got is to wait.I am waiting for my refund since 8days .Try not to play with customers.Kindly refund my money.

I have been getting the same response with no actions from your end.Pathetic customer service.Please refund my hard earned money.I don’t want you to process my order.Don’t respond like an autogenerated mail again.
The same has happened with me, I ordered and made online payment, my order got declined. But the money has been deducted from my account., was your issue resolved.?

      They Send me wrong product for which I return the order and exchange it but it's been 15 days they are not giving me the exchange order nor they refunding me. When I asked for refund they said me to give it in my netmed wallet which I don't want because they don't have that product. I have to purchase from else where . And they refund me the amount to my wallet which is totally useless. I am paying 1800 for a medicine and 1800 I don't want in my wallet. They should change their policies or else quit . This is not a solution I had to suffer a lot for netmed.

        Every time delivery boy has not delivering on time medicine.
        Last month also i have ordered the medicine and after receiving the delivery message still Delivery boy take 3 days of time to delivered medicine.
        And same for this month as well.
        When i call to delivery boy they are keep saying will delivered tomorrow.
        And when I says I will make complaint related to that he sayad registered complaint they will no do anything.

        As i am your regular customer. So i am writing complaint.
        And this might facing many customers.

            I have raised many compliants regarding the concern I have raised, i have contacted customer service many times and all the time they have disconnected my call since they don't have guts to face me, i have requested for a manager call back its nearly a month i am still awaiting for call from their manager, just getting auto generated emails for the mail i have sent but nothing have done yet. Even tagged netmeds founder no proper response from him

I have trying to get my refund since 7 days but still no step is taken by the company towards my complaint.                 I have received damaged product on August 13, 2022 against Order Id[protected]ASO1 . After raising my issue with their customer support service they issued ticket no. [protected] .
                Whenever i contact them they say 'we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team'.
                I'm still waiting from last 72hours for my refund against damaged product

                  As i have ordered one medicine namely gebaneuron nt. But due to their fraud they removed it from list after full payment. I have paid 2413 rs and through upi payment. But not it showing 2188 rs i have paid. They modified online details of the order. It is a big scam i have the bank statement and screenshot of the order as well.                         My order ID is[protected]A. Order placed on 6th Aug 2022. Estimated delivery time between 7th to 10th Aug 2022. But if we are come to an medicines that would be delivered within 2 days. Although the delivery still showing in processing even after the last delivery date was 10th Aug and now it's 12th Aug
                        Still I have not received the medicine.
                        Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket...

                              Order place on 2nd Aug.
                              Was to be delivered on 4th Aug.
                              But till date I have not received the medicine.
                              Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs.
                              Today almost 8 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.
                              This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.

                              I mistakenly written wrong pincode of my address area but my whole address is right delivery boy call me started abusing me telling me illiterate and the way he was talked to me quite disrespectful I have decided from today onwards I will never bought anything from netmeds please take strict action against these people delivery boy phone number is [protected]

                                Hi Team,

                                I had ordered one item and I got a call from the delivery person on Sunday
                                31/ 07/ 2022 at around 7: 57 PM and no. is ([protected]). He asked me for an OPT no. and I shared that OPT and he told me one of our delivery person is going to deliver a product today. So I was waiting to deliver and one of the delivery person called and his no. and he told me you have to wait. I am coming, so I was waiting and waiting....

                                Hello, my Name is Arjun Agrawal, i placed a order on netmeds on 8 August 2022 using fampay, the money was deducted but the order is not showing, i think it's not placed, pls help .. thank you

                                  First of all, I did not received my order after 10 days of placing it, and then I had to cancel it by force and I still haven’t received my refund even after 10 days of cancelling it . I had paid for the order by Net Banking.
                                  Such an unprofessional behaviour by you guys.I WANT MY FREAKIN MONEY BACK!
