I ordered Amway tablets on 17 January and recieved duplicate tablets on 20 Jan 2023 as the barcode was scratched so I asked for return and refund. The product got picked up in its original condition, from the day it is picked I am asking for refund status via call as well as email but there's no proper response from Netmeds. Sometimes they tell it is initiated on 29 Jan, sometimes they tell me it is initiated on 24 Jan, No email mentioning that, today in 07 February from morning I am calling them, now they asked to share the bank transaction details as a proof it is not reflected in my account, I did that too, again I called for resolution they're asking me to wait, they're not even ready to share all this on mail. M not sure what to do.
Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In my case, I have been requesting Netmeds several times to refund my discount proceeds but in vain. Complaints have been registered through mail, phone and various social media platforms. While talking to customer care representatives of Netmeds it always happens of holding my call for a longer time and then disconnected. Complaints submitted through "consumercomplaints" they simply ignore.
Netmeds are doing cheating business in many ways. It's a fraud company, do false commitments through SMS and in their website just to trap orders. Don't order on Netmeds. Beware of No1 Cheater and fraudster "Netmeds" !!
I don't understand why they are not replying to my several mails ??
