I ordered Amway tablets on 17 January and recieved duplicate tablets on 20 Jan 2023 as the barcode was scratched so I asked for return and refund. The product got picked up in its original condition, from the day it is picked I am asking for refund status via call as well as email but there's no proper response from Netmeds. Sometimes they tell it is initiated on 29 Jan, sometimes they tell me it is initiated on 24 Jan, No email mentioning that, today in 07 February from morning I am calling them, now they asked to share the bank transaction details as a proof it is not reflected in my account, I did that too, again I called for resolution they're asking me to wait, they're not even ready to share all this on mail. M not sure what to do.
