Ref my last order id[protected]A dated 18/03/2023 though I selected instant discount of 18% but medicines were given at MRP only which I failed to notice at that time due to oversight.

MRP Total was Rs 14444.38 and only discount of Rs 700 was applied and balance 300 from wallet a total of amount of Rs 1000 was deducted and I paid Rs 13444.48.

No discount on individual medicine was given,

They should clearly mention discount of 18% or maximum Rs 700 is applicable. But, as it is, they are big cheat company cheating naive customers. I lost over Rs 1500 even if had I purchased directly from medicine shop.

Never fall prey to Netmed's discount offers. There is always a hidden catch to loot you.

Their helpline executives are very arrogant and email on consumer helpline bounces back.

Beware of these fraud guys.

Netmeds Discount fraud also happend with me. In my case the offered discount was not given as promised through SMS.

In my case, I have been requesting Netmeds several times to refund my discount proceeds but in vain. Complaints have been registered through mail, phone and various social media platforms. While talking to customer care representatives of Netmeds it always happens of holding my call for a longer time and then disconnected. Complaints submitted through "consumercomplaints" they simply ignore.

Netmeds are doing cheating business in many ways. It's a fraud company, do false commitments through SMS and in their website just to trap orders. Don't order on Netmeds. Beware of No1 Cheater and fraudster "Netmeds" !!

I don't understand why they are not replying to my several mails ??

    Absolutely hopeless service order placed 4 days ago no news no update available

    customer care number is simply hopeless - u hold on for 15 mins without any luck

    there is no call back

        Netmeds Discount Fraud, cheating customers !!

        My following issue has not been resolved yet. Despite of requesting agaìn and again to refund the discount amount still it was not refunded.

        On 26.01.23, I received a SMS from Netmeds offering 26% grand sale discount on republic day having coupon code GRAND26. Immediately I ordered medicines, order no.[protected]ASO2.

        While placing order, I had put the desired coupon code which was validated by Netmeds system confirming "Coupon code applied". I also paid billed amount online on good faith. I did not notice that offered discount was not given. On delivery of the ordered items along with bill, I noticed that discount figure in all items are zero.

        Immediately, I contacted customer care of Netmeds and informed for not giving 26% offered discount. I also sent an email to Netmeds requesting to refund the discount proceeds as promised.

        Regular follow up through email and telecon done with customer care. They denied discounts on my order.

        Being a senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds.

        Requesting the concerned authority to look into the matter and arrange refund of my discount proceeds.

              I had requested for return of some medicines (due to untimely demise of my mother) over Customer Care Helpline on 27.02.2023 for which the order id, sub order id and items with respective quantities are given below:

              1. Order ID :[protected]A ;
              Sub Order ID :[protected]ASO1 dated 15.02.2023:
              Item : NATRISE 15 mg : 3 NOS.

              2. Order ID :[protected]A ;
              Sub Order ID :[protected]ASO4 dated 01.02.2023:
              Items : ECOSPRIN 75 : 2 NOS.
              BETALOC 25 mg : 1 NO.
              BETALOC 50 mg : 1 NO.

              3. Order ID :[protected]A ;
              Sub Order ID :[protected]ASO3 dated 01.02.2023:
              Item : I NEFITA : 1 NO.

              4. Order ID :[protected]A ;
              Sub Order ID :[protected]ASO5 dated 01.02.2023:
              Item : MIRAGO 25 mg : 1NO.

              The above items were picked up by the agent Mr. Sunil (# [protected]) on 28.02.2023 vide AWB Nos. [protected] and [protected] and the delivery status of return can be verified from the AWB tracking status appended herewith. Although a refund has been received for return of medicines at S. Nos. 3 & 4 but in-spite of writing 14 emails (attached for ready reference), the company is not acknowledging the receipt of medicines returned stated at S. Nos. 1 & 2 and thus not releasing the refund on one pretext or the other as would be evident from the emails exchanged. I have also requested for an investigation to be made with the delivery partner but my repeated pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

              I have been a regular customer of the company but regret being put to this harassment and horrendous experience for no fault on my part since I have already returned the medicines stated above to the delivery agent. Accordingly, it is requested that the refund due to me be released by the company forthwith without any further delay.

                I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 13 March 2023, for which the payment was made using debit card through Gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the photocopy from the Gpay app which states the Transaction number.
                I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.

                  Order id - DIAG[protected], PATIENT - Trilok Kewlani,
                  Diagnostic test worth Rs 1000/- was done on 13th Feb 2023 by Healthians lab. But even after continuous calls, chat and email, Netmeds has not sent me the diagnostic report.
                  Its very frustrating, as I trusted Netmeds for quick reports. Till now I have not been able to visit the doctor with my reports.
                  Netmeds should send me the report or refund my money.

                    I tried to place an order on March 2, 2023. My amount got deducted but the order was not placed. I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours for the refund. And now it's been 4 days I haven't received my money. I tried to reach so many customer care agents, but no one could help me except saying to get refund within 48 hours.

                    May I know what kind of service are you providing? Or is this a type of scam? This is my worst experience ever faced where my money got deducted but the system has no information about it.

                      On Feb 28th i ordered for few tablets and paid through netbanking. Rs. 491 was debited. But till date i dont see either refund or order placed.

                      requesting Netmeds to action on this.

                      I reached their customercare through portal they said it will be sorted out but it is more than 5 days.

                        I had placed the order on 12th February but due to delay on delivery by Netmeds I had to cancel the order. Hence I was told that my refund has been initiated on 23rd February but I have not received my refund till date .
                        It is so frustrating that I have to call their customer support everyday still they don't help me at all.
                        Kingly help me get my money back as soon as possible.

                          I placed an order in NetMeds on 16th February for the below 2 medicines. It was supposed to be delivered to me the next day - 17th February.\

                          Oxetol 300mg [For treating my epilipsey condition] and another medicine. It is been 6 days and i didnt receive my order. I called to the customer care number and complained many times. They keep saying, it is delayed and it will deliver in 1 day. They are telling this from last 5 days.

                          I got the tracking id and when i am contacting the number provided in the tracking number, they are telling very silly reasons and not delivering the order. The SMS message was having one delivery person number - Basavaraj - +91 86109 52559. When i contacted him, he said another driver will be delivering the order and he gave the Number of a driver called Dinesh - +91 76760 60332.

                          When i called him, he is saying he is on leave and in his native place and he cant come today. I dont understand how can they give a number of someone who is on leave. They are not understanding the seriousness .

                            First they didn't deliver me on given date even after complaining thrice they gave me false hopes. Without even taking my consent they just resheduled it..what kind of behavior is this

                              I ordered La Shield fisico sunscreen and delivered on 10 November 2022 and recieved damaged product so I asked for return and refund. The product got picked up in its original condition, from the day it is picked I am asking for refund status via call as well as email but there's no proper response from Netmeds.

                                Received duplicate tablets, Returned but No refund

                                I ordered Amway tablets on 17 January and recieved duplicate tablets on 20 Jan 2023 as the barcode was scratched so I asked for return and refund. The product got picked up in its original condition, from the day it is picked I am asking for refund status via call as well as email but there's no proper response from Netmeds. Sometimes they tell it is initiated on 29 Jan, sometimes they tell me it is initiated on 24 Jan, No email mentioning...

                                  I had ordered 4 kinds of tablets from netmeds. I had ordered Telmikind AM quantity 20 but they have delivered 18 and Okacet L tablet quantity 10 but they have only delivered 3. I had paid their bill through online payment, they had take full payment but not have delivered complete items.

                                    My order minimum amount was 1264.77
                                    It was my first order
                                    The offer was 25% off on medicine and 50% cashback as nms wallet amount.
                                    The offer got applied and the discount was 311.23(25%) now the medicine got delivered but no cashback. Now on complaining they said the minimum order amount after discount should be 999 and mine was 953 so not applicable.
                                    My question is then why did the offer get applied in the first place ? Isn't this false advertising and cheating?
