I have returned few medicines to Netmeds and the have accepted it, it’s been more than 2 months i have not received my refund yet. Everytime the raise a new ticket and says my refund has been initiated but i have not received it yet.
After so many followups the have send me a screenshot of refund initiation and even in that screenshot Everytime payment got failed and active one was in pending ( for that also its been 10 days and i have not received any amount)
I have sent so many mails and i asked them if there is any glitch in your system just refund the amount in my Netmeds wallet so i can use that amount.
They are not listening at all.
They just send me same reply Everytime that refund has been initiated.
I’m just fedup .
I want my money back

You guys initiate the refund Everytime i email and it gets failed Everytime(still not received the refund) no one is investigating why it gets failed all the time and you just reinitiate it. What I’m asking is just don’t initiate again and again if I’m not going to get it at the last . Why don’t you refund it in my Netmeds wallet if you are not able to refund it in my account.

    I placed an order[protected]A) on 20th August 2022 for a bunch of Medicines. Out of this, one medicine Laregab NT is removed at their end citing unavailability. It has been more than two weeks (as of 02/09/2022), I am yet to receive the refund for the same.

    I have been chasing almost every day through email/phone to their customer executive, but have not got any proper reply from them. Each time, they ask me to wait for 24 hours.

    I paid the money for the above order through UPI. As per their policy, I should have received the refund within 48 hours. But, it has been more than 2 weeks.

      Respected All,
      Greetings of the day to you.!

      I would like to inform you that I have over charged with the product price and very near to expiry product (Duphalac syrup) sent to me in the above-mentioned order id[protected]A. I already requested the Netmeds team to cancel the order but today i.e., 01/09/2022 it was delivered to me without my consent. When I open the packet comes from Netmeds I have noticed that the syrup is very near to expiry and different Batch Number, Order Amount have been mentioned on the invoice sent to me against this order. It's an open case of fraud and cheating by the distributor of Netmeds pharmacy. Such types of misconduct from Netmeds is not tolerable.

      I request you to kindly take the action against the Netmeds team and get the return of my full money back for Rs 420.42 into the Axis credit card number ending with 6251 at the earliest through which the payment done.

        I ordered medicines on 1 sept ( today) but order got declined and amount for the same got deducted from my account. I ordered medicines 2 times from netmeds but there is no problem previously.

              A new Ticket ([protected]) has been assigned to your query. A customer service executive will be assigned to your ticket and contact you within 24 to 36 business hours.

              Against this complaint, your representative on 26 th July, asked to send photographs of wrongly sent medicines.
              On 27th July photographs of the medicines etc.were shared and your representative collected the following from my flat at Kota:
              1.Tonact EZ 10 ordered
              Received 10mg/40mg 1 strip
              2.BD Ultrafine needles green pack 3 number
              Received purple pack 31 gaugeJ
              3..Quikhale Inhaler in place of Quickhale capsules and here price difference arise.Mr.Jawad mentioned that there is no price difference.or
              For two months we are exchanging mails, and during this period I have received delivery of my two orders, but the above items were not replaced.I request you please to replace immediately.

                  I have ordered(prepaid order) two eye drops on 24/08/2022. Estimated delivery date was 28-29 August...But till now it is not delivered to me..It is an important medicine for my eyes.As a result I am suffering much.It is neglegence from netmeds which is a gross violation of public health. Now in this circumstances I am forced to complain against NETMEDS & want highest compensation as framed by Indian Law for harrasment & worsening my eyes.

                    Hi,
                    My order has been delayed and has exceeded the timelines of delivery and inspire of multiple follow ups, the status of the delivery hasn’t moved an inch from the date the order was booked. I had called customer care multiple times and they assured a 24 hours for providing a resolution and expediting the delivery, however the status is still the same .
                    I doubt customer grievances are being takes seriously or calling and reporting the customer care is of any avail. I am attaching the snapshot of the order status.

                                Hello, my Name is Sooraj Subramanian, I placed an order on netmeds on 25th August 2022 and paid an amount of 1908 rupees using Google Pay, the money was deducted but the order is not showing in netmeds app. pls help .. thank you

                                    I had ordered Melano-TX Cream (2 pieces)

                                    After opening the parcel I saw that only boxes of Melano-TX was there ( there was no cream in it )

                                    After complaining they have just shared a video of packaging that makes no sense... everything is blurred in video (No details like date, order id, time, product detail) is visible

                                    Only one thing is visible that they have packed 2 empty boxex in my parcel

                                    And keeping everything side... It doesn't make any sense to share packaging video with Costumer

                                    How do I know that what happened in the middle way... how do I know that what happened in between Delhi to Uttar Pradesh

                                    It's your system it's your responsibility to take care of everything untill it reached to Costumer

                                    Now, Should I catch the delivery boy and ask where is my product or should I go to your warehouse and ask about my product or should I go to the seller and ask about my product

                                    Where should I go ?

                                    NETMEDS have just scammed me by taking my money and giving me empty boxex only

                                    It's all your responsibility, Kindly provide me full refund or else I'll visit consumer court
