On 26th March, I ordered two home diagnosis full body checkups at home (1074 Each) from Nedmeds App, my order got placed, but the Payment got deducted and till yet, and 17 days have passed and no one called or come to my home regarding my order.
Hence after that, I mailed 6 times and registered a complaint 6 times over call, for my refund and still, I haven't got it.
I have attached the order confirmations and Payment details for your reference.
Please refund my money as soon as possible to the original payment source
Being a Netmeds first member, I am facing this. The support team is not helping and providing the solution. Please help.
