I am a regular customer of netmeds ordering medicines for my mother and mother in law. for the past 3 months, the order delivery is getting delayed and it needs regular follow up for the medicines to be delivered.
This month i ordered the medicines on 1st May. The medicines, as per the app, got shipped on 2nd May but the medicines are still not delivered. Mails to netmeds on their customer service/twitter/facebook get standardised mail saying it has been handed over to the courier service and they are following up. Despite repeated follow up, the medicines were not delivered. yesterday I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. There is no input on that either. The app still shows that the meds are in transit. They are simply unapologetic that delay in the delivery of meds means playing with the lives of patients.

    I have been trying to take follow ups regarding my refund from netmeds from past 6 weeks and not getting any response from them regarding my refund request of Rs. 2070 INR pending since 23rd of March 2023.
    The issue occurred because they sent wrong medicines for delivery and the order was COD. They have been doing this in the past that when the order is COD they force the customer to get the money in the netmeds wallet instead of refunding the amount. They have still not refunded the amount and inspite of taking multiple follow ups with them I am not getting any firm response from there side. Please request you to register a complaint against them.
    The order number for the issue is: NMS[protected]RSSO1
    and the ticket number is[protected].

      I had ordered raw rx omega 3 from netmeds i have tried to reach out to them but I'm getting lackluster reply from them i want my money back the order has been declined and my money deducted

        Ahaglow s foaming face wash

        I have placed the order on 17th March 2023 and due to product quality issue returned the product. As the product was COD, it was mentioned in their application that they will provide a form to fill bank details and then proceed the refund, it will take 1 week for the refund to reflect in account.         The expected delivery date has passed and I have not received my package yet. The medicines were very urgently required but I could not get them on time. I wrote a mail to them but there's no reply from their end, and the customer care number is vogus, they will keep you waited and not connect with any executive. Can anybody please help me on how to enquire about the order and get them delivered? The amount of the package is more than Rs.1000 and I can't afford this not being delivered.

          I ordered my medicines from Netmeds long time ago, on April 5, 2023 at 2:34 PM worth Rs 2598.45 with my ICICI Bank account, the payment has been done, but they cancelled my order themselves and now their customer care is not responding, I want my refund ASAP, today is 26 April, 2023 writing this complaint at 12:40PM, kindly refund ASAP or I shall approach the Customer Court of India. For proofs I have attached the attachment here.

              I Ordered Some Medicine. The Payment Done through PhonePe and the Payment was Successful But when I go to Netmeds app, I can’t see the Order that I’ve placed.

                Actually on 5th April 2 order was placed as under:
                1)At 8:27pm, Order item- 2Strips Retiherb capsule and One electral sachet and one glucon d.

                2)At 10:22pm, Order item- 2Strips Retiherb capsule and two electral sachet and one glucon d.

                When I request on same day to cancel recent place order i.e on 10:27pm, they cancelled only part of order containing Electral sachet and glucon d and said to refuse Another part containing Retiherb capsule.
                But due to no. of splits order, one got first delivered containing Retiherb capsule of 2 strips(order that placed on -10:27pm).

                Then immediately inform support team to stop second order containing same 2 strips of Retiherb capsule.

                And on 11th april part of first order containing- electral sachet and glucon d came with another package of Retiherb capsule of second order.
                Then at that time I refuse, package of Retiherb capsule and accepted another containing Electral sachet and glucon d.

                Means from two different order 4 splitted orders where there..
                Out of which 1part of each order was delivered and rest 1part was cancel and 1 part refused by me.

                Becoz repeatedly mailing but they useless...are reverting back with status of 54rs refunded order.

                I want my refund for 482 rs of 2 Strips of Retiherb capsule immediately.

                  Ordered products worth nearly 1400 INR from Netmeds on 3rd April 2023. It was shown that the delivery would be done by 7th April.
                  Even on 14th April, the product is not delivered and is shown to be in transit in Udaipur.
                  Need the product delivered at the earliest or need complete refund along with fine for wasting my time.

                    My name is Deepthy S Nair and [protected]@gmail.com is my registered mail id. I returned a product (Michelle Aq injection-2 units) I ordered from Netmeds on 6th of April. Today is April 14, and they haven't initiated the refund yet. I contacted them through mail, phone and even chat, but of no use. They are giving assurance that it will be done soon, but it has been 8 days!!! NMS[protected]ARSSO1 is my order id. I need my money back. Its 227.96 rupees.

                      I had purchased a product on Netmeds and had recieved a damaged product. Hence I had placed a return request and the product was returned. I had insisted netmeds in the return communication to send refund amount to my original source of payment. But still they added it to NMS wallet.
                      I had contacted Netmeds customer care to transfer the refund to my bank account and they asked me to share the cancelled cheque leaf and mentioned in the email that it would take 2-3 weeks for refund to get credited in my bank account, whereas the refund processing duration mentioned on Netmeds website is maximum of 7-10days. However, after sharing all the details netmeds confirmed that they have transferred the refund amount from NMS wallet to the original source of payment (which is different from the cancelled cheque leaf that I had provided to them). I got a confirmation mail from Netmeds that refund was initiated on 18th March. But till date (as on 13th April), I have not received the refund amount in my bank account.
                      I have followed up multiple times via email regarding the pending refund amount and still there is no proper communication or resolution from Netmeds.
                      Please help to get the refund of. Rs 1125 to my bank account and not in Netmeds wallet.

                        As you know this product (Evver uv guard) is a sun cream but when we opened the product this product only contained water not a cream it has cream on the tip of the tube. This product is arrived on 11th of April 2023 and that day itself we opened it. IT felt like a spam from netmeds because we never ever got such a order and surprisingly it contained only water and cream on the tip showed that the product before delivering was used. Requesting to take action against this

                          On 26th March, I ordered two home diagnosis full body checkups at home (1074 Each) from Nedmeds App, my order got placed, but the Payment got deducted and till yet, and 17 days have passed and no one called or come to my home regarding my order.

                          Hence after that, I mailed 6 times and registered a complaint 6 times over call, for my refund and still, I haven't got it.

                          I have attached the order confirmations and Payment details for your reference.
                          Please refund my money as soon as possible to the original payment source

                          Being a Netmeds first member, I am facing this. The support team is not helping and providing the solution. Please help.

                            Good morning, i m standing in netmeds jhajjar from last 45 minutes, firstly they took too long to make bill dn they said you need to take 1 1 quantity as billing was not done. When i refused they tried to bill again but dn no light so now they r making manually. Means if on sonday any one has to buy he has to wait his whole sunday to get few medicines and may be you have idea how it feels like for a wrking female.

                                I ordered 2 qty for rs 319 in which only 1 qty was sent me without my permission from your side.The refund of rs 220 only credited in my account but I should get my full refund of rs99 which is not refunded by you in my source account.This is not fare.The mistake was done by your side.What is my fault.Without my permission, you have made your own bill and apply to me.I thought this is very trustable site but this time i am very disappointed and i'll never order any medicine from this site again.i'll complain your site to cheated with costumers.i ordered 2 quantities of rs 319.i am sending you the screenshot of the bill.

                                  Refer the Snap-shot of the Delivery Tracking Status reflecting in your mobile App. It appear that medicines are still awaiting the pickup at the location of Origin.
                                  This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
                                  I just doubt that you follow your commitments given, as I have bitter experience with Netmeds for several delivery in past.

                                  Can anybody in the organization will let me know, what exactly is the cause of delay & time of delivery or I need to publish such incidents on social media to get justice.
                                  Medicine being such a critical item, I didn’t find any professional approach at Netmeds to make it available to the customer on priority as committed by your organization..

                                    Spoke to multiple call center representative’s of Netmeds and each time the commitment was given that they have raised the complaint & the medicine are set on a priority delivery of 24 hrs.
                                    Today almost 9 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.
                                    Refer the Snap-shot of the Delivery Tracking Status reflecting in Netmeds mobile App.

                                    This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds. Nobody is taking any responsibility to deliver the product to the costumer as committed. Each time I get the commitment of 24hrs delivery, but nothing happens. Can anybody in the organization will let me know when exactly cause of delay & time of delivery or I need to publish such incidents on social media to get justice.

                                      Ref my last order id[protected]A dated 18/03/2023 kindly note though I selected instant discount of 18, % but medicines were given at MRP only which I failed to notice at that time due to oversight.

                                      MRP Total was 14444.38 and only Rs 700 discount applied, Rs 300 deduction made from wallet a total of only Rs 1000 applied and I paid Rs 13444.48.

                                      No discount on individual medicine was given. I ended up losing around Rs 1600 even if I had bought directly from a pharmacist.

                                      They should clearly indicate discount of 18% or maximum of Rs 700 is applicable. But their intention appears to be cheat on unsuspecting customers.

                                      Their call centre staff is arrogant and unsupportive and email bounces back from their given complaint email id.

                                      Beware of these fraudsters.
