I've ordered some products from this site at least one month ago. I've already paid for the products via credit card, and till this date they haven't delivered me my products in spite of contacting several time with customer care regarding this matter. Every time they buzz of the matter by saying your products are in process and will be delivered to you soon, Please kindly help me to refund my money as I've given them enough time to solve this matter.

    We had placed an order for medicines from Netmeds on 27th May 2016 and made an online payment for them. 15 days have passed since we placed the order but till date, we have not yet received the medicines. On 29th May, we received a notification that order is in 'packing'. It remained in packing mode for several days. Despite repeated phone calls, the Netmeds representatives could not answer the queries. All they would say is that they will forwArd the complaint to packing dept. Finally, on 6th June, we received another notification that the package has been despatched and is in transit. Further 6 days have passed since then and the status shows 'in transit'. There is no contact no of the courier service. Again after repeated calls to Netmeds, they only say we should receive the medicines in a day or two. 15 days are over since we placed the order and we are yet to receive the medicines. Extremely inefficient and shoddy service. This is our second bad experience with them. We shall not be ordering from Netmeds ever again.

      I had placed an online order of Medicine Tacrovera Forte Ointment with Ne tmeds on 16.04.2016. The medicine is very costly & thus scarcely available in the market. I queried online with Netmeds & they assured that they can deliver the same in 3-7 days provided I make pre-payment instantly. Trusting the company I placed an order & also made the payment in full. The acknowledged the order & sent me order & payment acknowledgement (Copy attached). However, after 03 days they auto cancelled the order as per their will. I called their helpline no. immediately only to hear that they cannot fulfill the order because the same is "out of stock" & they cant help it. This is so pathetic. They are dealing in Medicines, which is such a sensitive item. Delay in this sector may lead to serious complications. I understand that online mode do requires some time to process/deliver but a company must not cancel the order at its own will after confirming an Order & also taking the payment for the same. My grievance is with the fact that Netmeds should not have taken the order & also the money in full before checking its stock or its capability to fulfill the order. If it had not confirmed my order I would have not invested my money with them & rather would have searched for some alternate source to find the medicine. Also the amount of refund takes about 4-7 days to come back into my account. Being not very financially sound, i have to wait for another 4-7 days for getting back my money, only then I can utilize the money for subsequent placing of my order with some alternate source.
      This has cost me unnecessary delay & mental trauma looking at my deceased patient. The patient's pain & agony makes me feel so shatered.
      Am I not cheated?. Netmeds sucks. They take the money before even thinking about fulfilling the order. When asked why they had taken the order/money if the item was out of stock, they deny any responsibility & limits themselves to refund of money. My money is hard earned & i can't afford Netmeds to use it by keeping it with themselves without serving my cause, rather they use my money & in return provide harassment, pain, agony, suffering to me & my family. I don't want a refund. Once they have taken my order & money i want my medicines. A refund doesn't stand up for the delay, ailment, suffering caused to my deceased family member.
      Companies like Netmeds making big money & cheating people by taking their money, keeping it with them for 3-5 days & mentally harassing them by auto cancelling the order at their will without admitting any responsibility to its consumer's problems, ailments & sufferings.
      Please take strict action against such malpractices. These malpractices & dismissive attitude of the companies are taking a serious toll on the health & interests of the consumers. I dont want consumers to feel cheated, neglected & fooled by these companies.

          Order NMS[protected]W made on 27/03/2016 is still not delivered till date. Every time i try to contact them they give foolish excuses. Today, they replied that due to the fiscal year end formalities my order will be delayed. There help line number is useless as no picks the call. Kindly request you to help to resolve this issue.
          Really shameless the people who are managing netmeds, actually they are playing with the health of general people, order id: NMS[protected]P paid in advance on[protected] but still not get till[protected], another thing is that Blue-Dart Courier also involved with this hopeless game with netmeds. on[protected] i called to netmeds number, lady advised you will get order in 48 hours.next day when again called, advised courier told nobody in the home, My house is 24x7 opened, no door locked anytime, and other thing when courier man found nobody in home, why he not called on mobile, no message prior delivering, only fake business is doing they are. people who read this message, please be aware before ordering netmeds, just saving few amount, dont play with life and search for other option

            My Order Number-NMS[protected]A I had already Contacted your support team they told me we will ship order on priority but not shipped yet. then today i got a call form netmeds they told your products is out of stock i am totally disappointed with your services i will never buy any products from your websited and stop other to. if you are not able to refund my money then i will take legal action on this matter.

            As per our back end records we see that order was placed in march 2016 and we will not be able to pull any records, since its three years old order and you have been placing the order with us till January 2019, you have been our valuable customer, there is no recent order cancelled due to out of stock, so we request you to share the correct order Id to help you in this regards.

            Company not attend call or not reposends...
            very very bad services... They are handling medicines which is very essential... that they don't know about the seriousness of the product...

            It is better to purchase from any local shop although Mr. Dhoni is advertisement this brand...

            Management should concentrate in services instead of branding...

            It might be some venture they are doing...
            Netmeds has defaulted in delivery of one of the items in the order (NMS[protected]W). The status of the item shows that it has been cancelled. The balance amount has not been refunded nor did I receive any notification from the company regarding the cancellation of the order. They are not responding to my emails nor calls. I have been trying to write in as many public forums as possible to get their attention. Hopefully, people become aware of the scandal Netmeds is trying to pull.

            @NetMeds team after doing so much fake commitments finally blocked me and rejected my refund request.Plz share this and never buy anything from @NetMeds
            I have returned the product and refund is not issued till date and no reply from customer support and very bad experience.My order Id is[protected]M

                I Placed order on Netmeds app on 21st Feb 2016 (Order ID: nms[protected]A), after uploading the prescription which was approved next day. At the time of order the medicine was available, however 3 days later netmeds team called me that the medicine I ordered is not available, some other size of that is available. I made the payment in advance, and had to cancel the order. This wasted me three days and lots of inconvenience and delay in medicine precurement.

                On 24th Feb 2016. I again placed the order (nms[protected]A), with the same prescription and the available medicines and a pre paid order. Next day the order displays message as invalid Prescription. Please how was the prescription approved first time...
                NetMeds Team appears to be confused themself, they have wasted my 5 days, did not process my order, and I am calling every time to know the status of my order.

                Please resolve my query at the earliest.

                  I ordered medicine via online with netmeds. They had debited INR 408.10 on 16th Nov'15 vide ref # NMS[protected]W but later rejected it saying medicine not available. The funds are still not returned. When raised complaint they respond to have credited to my e-wallet on their a/c which is showing as 0. Need refund with interest

                  I placed an order on 15th Feb 2016 . But yet I didn't received the same . I am not satisfied with the type of service you provide specially courier service "aramex" . "aramex" is very cheap service provider, yesterday i called that service provider about delivery they said the product is already out for delivery and i ask for courier person contact details, they refuse to provide the details . And from yesterday i.e on 22nd Feb 2016 they still not deliver the product in same city Pune . Very third class services provided and if this type of service continue no one will buy . Already 8 days passed .

                    I have ordered medicines through online but it has been cancelled after 5 days without any valid reason even though I submitted valid prescription as per the protocol. But they are not processing orders and simply cancelling and telling that the prescription is not valid. They are not properly responding to the query. Ref Order No. NMS[protected]A dated 20/12/2015 cancelled 25/12/2015 Ref Order No. NMS[protected]A dated 25/12/2015 cancelled 31/12/2015 I am waiting for the medicines since 10 days but after waiting for so many days I am just getting the reply that the order is cancelled. Due to which my daughter is in trouble and without medicines she is suffering these drugs were given for seizures. My amount is also blocked with netmeds and not been refunded to my account. As I am in financial crisis I could not able to get the medicines outside also at additional/extra cost. Because already 1006/- and 1001/- is blocked in netmeds. Need your kind help to solve the issue.

                    This is the situation in Tier-1 cities. Not expected.
