And paid the amount online via UPI when payment get successful I got a message for confirmation of order after that when I open order section I found message that Your order has been declined. And I don't receive any refund. Please send me refund or deliver this order as soon as possible.

      I have booked test for my mother for thyroid profile today (13 July 2023). I have made the payment of Rs 389 via Paytm but test is not reflecting on Netmeds app despite money being debited from my bank account. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            Refund not received it's been months

            I had ordered medicines in April first week and returned one medicine, to which they refunded in NMS cash and I asked them to send to my bank account instead but have not received a refund till date. In that same week I contacted the customer care via chat and asked them about refund update, they said it will 2-3 weeks or more. I then asked them to return another medicine due to doctor changing the dosage, they agreed to return since it was...

            Fraud with Gift card amount and consider as a voucher coupon

            I purchased a 1000 rs gift card through Paytm to purchase item from Netmeds but when i am going to pay payment through giftcard it remove my applied discount coupon however if i pay same cart item through credit card then applied coupon is eligible.

                    Valid prescription rejected without specific reason

All prescriptions have been prescribed by the same doctor and I have never had a problem with my order before.                     I ordered few medicines for my mother for Osteoporosis on 30 May 2023. But we havent received the order as of 4 June 2023. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team for back to back 2 days and all they keep saying is, they will process the order again. But i havent received my order. Its very disappointed to see the service provided by NetMeds. As they are not taking responsibility by talking to the Courier company.

                    I am really disappointed with the way Netmeds is handling such orders. You are not understanding the seriousness of the delays which is happening. Remember someone might have ordered a life-saving medicine and imagine the condition of the patient if you create such delays.

                        I had placed my order on 26/05/2023 because expected delivery was 1 day. If I knew that it's just to get customers to use your online pharmacy I would have never placed my order. I have urgent requirements for the medicine and saw that Netmeds service will be fastest. But it's just fake. If netmeds can't fulfill what you have mentioned on the application, at least don't write it.

                        My order has been in transit since 2 day. I have skipped my medicine since 3 days. I am trying to reach out to customer service number but as usual no one is answering it. I have written so many email but yet I receive same reply from different people saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience" I don't want your sorry, I want my medicine delivered to me as soon as possible. I am not able to get the medicine in my city that's why I order it online but it was a huge mistake. Have some humanity.

                              I had ordered 3 strips of Ten CGM 100 mg on 06.05.2023. while booking order the delivery shown was 07.05.2023. I waited for 7th and 8th and today is 9th and still no idea when will the medicine be delivered. Tracking is showing still in transit for the last 3 days I am a senior citizen and thought that I will save walking to a chemist nearby by ordering online. But it was a disappointment. Also this is second time. Last time when it was unduly delayed, I had to cancel the order. Now again the same thing is happening. If Medicine is not delivered in a day then your online portal is of no use. I request you to redress my grievance. I will wait for today for the speedy redressal. If not, I will be constrained to go to Consumer Forum.

                                I am a regular customer of netmeds ordering medicines for my mother and mother in law. for the past 3 months, the order delivery is getting delayed and it needs regular follow up for the medicines to be delivered.
                                This month i ordered the medicines on 1st May. The medicines, as per the app, got shipped on 2nd May but the medicines are still not delivered. Mails to netmeds on their customer service/twitter/facebook get standardised mail saying it has been handed over to the courier service and they are following up. Despite repeated follow up, the medicines were not delivered. yesterday I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. There is no input on that either. The app still shows that the meds are in transit. They are simply unapologetic that delay in the delivery of meds means playing with the lives of patients.
