Too many promotional sms

I have turned on DND on my number.
Ordered a medicine from Netmeds 2 years back.
Everyday they send me 5-6 messages which also I cannot block.
There is no option to unsubscribe from their sms....

damaged product received

I ordered a medicine calcarea phosphorica from netmeds which delivered on 17 april 2020. But it is already opened from inside and looked like used one. It also has some stain on it. So i complaint about it that day and 5-6 times after that. Also complaint on email [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com. All they generate ticket and said some customer service executive called within 8-12 hours but till date no one called. I want full refund...

missing items and delay in delivery

And they did it yet again. Forgot to ship few medicines and updated the status as delivered. On writing to them they didn't revert back till 3 days and i had to call them on the 4th day. And then they give the credit of missing medicines in netmeds wallet. How can a medicine supply organisation be so irresponsible all the time. Either they deliver after 15day or they forget to deliver few items or they don't act on your complaints. And in...

order cancel & refund process

I would like to file a complaint against online pharmacy named as netmeds. I have placed an order of medicines from netmeds. My order id is [protected]wso2 placed on 19 sept, 2019.

From my order they have delivered one medicine within 2 days for one medicine they could not deliver it till 10 days. Even last medicine status gets delivery fails due to address not found but how it could be possible as i have ordered many...

order declined , but money deducted still no response...

[protected] is my mobile number and there I ordered some medicines however my order has been declined . Refund my money, otherwise, I file a complaint against you .[protected]@gmail.com is my Gmail. Refund my money as soon as possible and now if you won't respond I will severely take police action against you and complaint a case in high court for making fraud things.....

delivery of wrong medicine

I had ordered for Manjistha Ghanvati and had even uploaded the prescription on the website of Netmeds. I received two bottles packed in a cardboard box from Netmeds delivered by XpressBees courier. I checked the sticker on the reverse of one bottle. The bottle which I was consuming for ten days - 12 tablets daily was not Manjistha Ghanvati but Bhasma Ghanvati. The bottle also contained bhasma powder. On inquiry with the company Gokripa Products...

I ordered a product from Netmeds (Order ID:[protected]A). Upon delivery, I found that the product box was damaged and the surgical tape inside was dirty, rendering it unusable. I immediately contacted Netmeds customer support and provided photographic evidence.

Despite their initial response requesting images (which had already been sent), they have since stopped responding to my follow-up emails. This lack of action and accountability has caused me inconvenience and raises concerns about product hygiene and customer service standards.

I am seeking a full refund or replacement and action against the company for negligence in product quality and post-sale service.

      I am extremely frustrated with the negligence from Netmeds. I placed a prepaid order on 26th January 2025, yet it has not been dispatched despite multiple follow-ups. Your team has given false assurances, my calls are now being dropped, and emails are being ignored, which is highly unprofessional. My order contains essential healthcare products, and this delay is causing unnecessary stress. Order ID: FY6795DB400E66039499, total ₹1, 253.40, including Silk Worm Shampoo 100ml and MINICHEK [censored]LTRA Solution. I demand an immediate dispatch and a clear response on the delay.           I placed an order this morning on January 9, 2024 from Netmeds website. Payment got deducted from my credit card but order didn't placed.

          I tried reaching out their chat support but their response was not convincing, they just closed the chat window without any proper response. They also didn't agree to provide a written proof about the payment which has been deducted.

          Please help me in getting the refund.

                NetMeds ORDER ID:[protected]AS01, ORDER PLACED ON 9th Sep-2023, the order was not delivered, and the damaged packet of the order was returned to origin by the courier, but the refund is not issued yet.

                    I visited around 1130 hrs today at Netmeds Branch (Smart Point of Reliance Store) at Haridwar Bypass Road, Ajabpur Khurd, Deharadun to buy medicines.

                    I had asked for Zithorx 500mg (Cipla), which was shown to me by Mr Pankaj. However, at the time of billing I notice a different medicine. On questioning I was told by Mr Pankja that Zithorx 500mg (Cipla) is not uploaded in the accounting system as software is not updated by company.

                    I may mention here that this is the second time I have face the same kind of problem and same response. Those salespersons who are denting the image of your company should be fired without notice.

                    Kindly look into this matter and try to resolve before situation goes out of control.

                      I was booking for a bloodtest pakage for which i paid 979 on 23, Aug, 2023 which was debited from my account but the order got stuck inbetween and failed please refund my money.
