I have given order online aap of metmeds on dt. 10/10/22 tabzosa tablets. Order no. ID[protected]ASO1 and netmeds given delivery date is 16/10/22 but it has not delivered within date. So i am complaining here to take strict account against metmeds.because patient needs tablets within time period

      My order number[protected]W was placed on Oct 1, 2022 and i have still not recieved the same. I have mailed the team and got an acknowledgement that they are working on it but thats it, no more response to my subsequent emails. Moreover, i am not able to cancel and

            They are not giving proper response to the complaint raised. They are neither ready to pick up the product and deliver my ordered goods not refund the money. They are just killing time. There helpline is useless as it provide no help and complaint by email is ineffective as they reply after 1 day and just say they are sorry but do nothing after that. It had been 3 days.

                    I have placed order on 29th july and at that time my money was deducted but order wasn't placed and nothing shows in order sections. after that i have talked more then 10 times with customer care for my money back and still right now i am waiting for my money. still right now whenever i calling for my money they said that its been already process n processing time is about 7-10 days but its been already around 1 months passed but i didn't get anything back into my payment mode. now i don't know what to do? can anyone help me with some info for getting my money back.

                      I ordered tablets for my mother on Jun 18 After nearly. 1 month the company couldn't deliver me so i asked for refund but after several follow ups thr money is not refunded to me. also i ordered 2 tablets on 14 july and they failed to deliver that too on time. They said about the mistake of Delivery company so i asked to change it for me which they agreed on. So after again several follow ups i called again the customer care and they said they are refunding the money for order on 14 July too without my concern. Now when i try to talk the call hangs up as if the number they fo fraud with goes to hang up.Please look into this . Its been over 50 days now i haven't received my refund still now ..Please do help

                        This is surprising, when I placed the order, it was showing that the delivery by 18th September.

                        Till date no delivery and even no message or phone call for late delivery information and When I called up on 18th Sept, I got a dull response from the executive as he was doing favour to me.

                        What will person do with discount if he does not get the delivery, the similar discount is available with other online companies.

                        I think this is going to be the last time.

                              I have ordered prepaid on 14 th sept 2022, it is usually delivery time 3to4 days but it is now 5days over, but still there customer executive told me please wait more 1 or 2 days..                                 Sir, I have ordered medicine from Netmeds, thinking that within two days I will get medicine. I ordered on 5th sep 22, 7th is the due date. The person called from remote place. When he came near my place i was busy. But immediately i recalled, he doesn't attend phone. Till date I have not got the medicine. Call center is informed, no help. Kindly take care.

                                      Medicine not delivered even though status showing delivered

                                      I had ordered few medicines on 11 th of September I have received few of them but one medicine is still missing. I have been sent a message that my one medicine which was left to be delivered has been delivered but in reality it's not been delivered yet to date, even on your app it's showing shipped not delivered status. How could you being a big brand be so negligent about it. I have brain clot and medicine which has not been delivered is...

                                      My Order No.[protected]M was for Prostowin Capsules but I received Gaspaz Capsules instead of my ordered medicine Prostowin Capsules. Please either refund my money or send me the medicine which I have ordered. In future I will never choose Netmeds as I have very bad experience with netmeds.
