I bought Nike CTR360 Libretto on 12-11-12 from SSIPL RETAIL LIMITED
S.C.O.42.SECTOR-17E,CHANDIGARH-160017 which is recently undergoing some
kind of renovation and will open on 25-04-13 hopefully.I have visited all
Nike Authorized Store in CHANDIGARH and MOHALI,,,but i was not able to
register a replacement complaint in any of them.But according to NIKE
CONSUMER POLICY,i can replace or register my complaint in any
NIKE AUTHORIZED STORE!!!!!
I don't expected this kind of inconvenience from a pronounced brand like
NIKE and also the quality of products purposed by NIKE!!!I therefore want
NIKE to give a interest on this topic and replace my soccer shoes.
Perhaps i would have to take forced steps towards this.

i bought 4 nike shoes for me n my family from a store in brigade road bangalore in mota royal arcade mall..
in no time all 4 shoes sole has come out twice.. and had to get it stuck.. and after few days of wearing the back portion of the shoe is hurting a lot which makes it very difficult to wear.. i dint buy from a sale but a store in brigade road in a mall which sells multi brand shoes.. all o[censored]s have been just using for morning walks in d park and the sole is out only by walks. whats d point of buying brand like nike when ordinary shoes also have similar issues. No doubt they are very comfortable for walks but what about sole quality?? we buy reputed brands like nike expecting better quality n longer life but sorry to say its disappointing.. these daya everyone just wants money.. but giving low quality.. kindly make a note everyone.. think twice before buying these brands now.

To Nike,

I bought these new shoes from NIKE Store, Crown Plaza, Faridabad, Haryana as on 13th January 2013. Within a span of less than 2 months, My shoes got faded very badly.
Article code of the shoe is[protected], Name of the shoe : NIKE RUCKUS MID LR. Its MRP is Rs.4295/- . I went to the store, they suggested me to mail you regarding the same.
I am buying NIKE shoes since childhood but i havn't experience such problem before. This is really unexpected from a NIKE shoe.

I would request you to kindly replace these shoes asap. Awaiting reply.

My mother recently bought Nike Airmax 360 shoes from Linking Road store at Bandra on the advice of the sales executive.
The shoes were supposed to be used for the gym purpose and were to provide cushioning and comfort instead has lead to such a bad condition of my mother's fingers.
The nails are almost on the verge of breaking from the roots.
The condition of the feets are reay bad.
When i went to the store. They told me to post the same on the consumer forum.

Please revert to us as soon as possible.

i got Nike shoes,that time the shoes where comfort fit and good..but after 4 months ,it starts tear then i went to Nike authorised shop,they said their shop is new so they only provide 3 months guarantee . there behavior disasterly changed before and now...at the time of purchasing , they were very polite and helpful but now they are totally disgusting they told me that they provide 6 months guarantee and 1 year warranty but now the situation has been changed ..no shoes ever did this to me and i need a strict action against them thanking you...!! We bought running shoes from "NIKE’-Air (Invoice No :[protected] September 2012 from the show-room based in B-1, F-4, Mohan Cooperative, Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044. Its not even been a 06 months now and the pasting of the shoes has come out completely from all sides.


The shoes are not upto the mark the way the pasting has come out from all sides. I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my shoes at the earliest possible as they are torn off and the pasting has come out from the all sides which is a such an expensive brand like NIKE as repairing or servicing the shoes wont serve the purpose. We dont expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much.
I have given my shoes to the NIKE company (they have repaired two times but pasting problem is standing again and again)showroom at B-1, F-4, Mohan Cooperative, Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044..
Expecting a satisfactory reply at the earliest from your side.

i got Nike slippers,that time only that slippers look cool & good..but after 1 hour continuously wearing ,it starts sweat and color come out from that slipper than i went to Nike authorised shop,they said its ur sweat gland fault and they have no problem with my problem. there behavior disasterly changed before and now...at the time of purchasing , they were very polite and helpful but now they are totally disgusting..no slipper ever did this to me and i am totally fit and i need a strict action against them thanking you...!!

I had a purchased a Barcelona Jersey from SSIP Retail Limited located at South Extension part-2 market, which was manufactured by Nike India Private Limited (picture attached). The jersey after first wear turned out to be defective, threads started to emerge from rear side of the jersey. Henceforth, we went back to the store in South Extension- Part 2 , but they refused to change it despite making promises at the time of the sale to exchange it, in case it turns out to be defective. Also it was mentioned on the bill that any product can be exchanged with in one week if you are not satisfied with the purchase. But the outlet refused to do so.

I had written a complaint to nike help at consumercare.[protected]@nike.com with all the pictures and bill. But the only reply i got was to write the complain and send it along with the picture , which I did again but after that haven't received a reply.

This is just another example of how established brands have started to harass consumers. It has been a long time since i felt satisfied with Nike products or services but not again. May be its time to move on from it.

i bought this Nikefree 5.0 from Ambience mall , Gurgaon and just after a MONTH i found its net torn from the right side and its only because the net is just attached to the plastic pasting due to which as i walk it put pressure on the net , i think its the shoe design fault, because net is torn from both the shoes so i request you to swap my shoe with a new pair
However when i discuss this problem with the store persons from where i bought this they told me they will repair it or else replace it in 15 days , then delayed it to 3 months not only this they never called me i was the one to ask them about my shoes and always turned down with negative response not only this after taking this long time they return my shoes as it is saying it can not be repaired .

I have received three coupons when I redeem my banks points. But when I go to valid Nike store in MG road located in Pune, they told me that only one coupons can be redeem as other two are not available in the system. They noted down the bar code numbers for the inquiry in Nike head office. After two when I called them back for status, they told me that still issue not resolved and from IT department they have loaded the coupons code in the system.
My question and complain that how they can issue a coupons with loaded in the system and make trouble to the customers. I traveled 30 KM to nike stores for redeeming my coupons but they are saying sorry only and even after 4 days they have not resolved the issue.
The coupons was issued on 26 Oct and 7th Dec. And today is 15 Dec and my coupons are still not working.

Please help me on this issue.

My nike T90 football shoes got torned from the front . I took them from nike showroom at growels kandivali . i have bought nike sleepers 3 months before and found that stiching of right sleeper is torn. now when i goes to nike outlet in dt mall chandigarh they asking for bill and i dont find bill of those slippers and they also not able to provide duplicate copy of bill..they told me sleepers have warranty of 6 months and will replace if i will provide the bill. but the article no. is clearly mentioned on the slippers..
