I bought a shoe from Nike Outlet (Raheja Mall, Sec-47, Gurgaon) on 15th August'2016 for Rs 1900 by paying cash. In less than 4 months the net of shoe both Left &Right, has got 2 big holes. (Please see photograph attached) I have been using Nike products since long but problem of this kind has appeared for the first time and is shocking. I talked to the shopkeeper at Nike outlet, , Raheja Mall, Sec-47, Gurgaon for shoe replacement but she said that I have to mail first.

I am sure Nike would not compromise on its high quality standard. So I request you to immediately arrange for shoe replacement/refund

    Dear sir,
    This is with reference to the airmax 2015 that i purchased from amazon in august 2016. After about 2 months of normal usage, i noticed that the sole seems to have several cracks in it. I complained to amazon regarding the issue in september but they advised me to contact nike. I tried to contact nike during around september end but they haven't replied yet.

    I request you to kindly take necessary and appropriate action as soon as possible.

    Shoes is faulty...Damage ... Both peice have dissimilarity ...So plz take action against it is not usable ...Plz take urgent action.

    Fake shoes very poor quality ... Mai Nike ka shoes order kiya tha or aaya frji shoes. Pura fake h. Nhi h to customer ko dhoka dene wala kaam h.
    I bought this from jabong. After 10 days of wearing it it colour beacame dull and now it is white in color. When i bought it was in blue color.jabong executive says that warranty cannot be claim because it is rejected by brand. Then what is the use of paying 4325₹ for this type of shoes and that also of nike.compare the shoes given below

        Hey,

        I bought nike shoes from snapdeal.com and after 3 months i am seeing some issue with the product but as my shoes is in warranty of 6 months.
        I talked to nike customer care but they are telling you didn. T buy shoes from our authorized store/site. But if snapdeal, flipkart and amazon are not authorized how they are able to sell nike product. What i think nike is only responsible for that as they are not restricting them. They are earning money from them as they are selling there product but whren it comes to warranty they are making excuses.

          I am anurag sharma. I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and. The pairs which i got was from another duplicate material. I want to return that as soon as possible.

          I bought a pair of flip flops from myntra online shopping CASH ON DELIVERY...i recived those on september 4th, 2016...have not used them even for a week and the colour on it has faded...i doesnt even look original...i have sent the pics of my flip flops and how the original look...i demand an exchange or return in cash

              I purchased Nike shoes on29jan2016, from rohini city centre store. They got
              cracked on upper side which is usually not expected so early.l connected
              the concerned store but couldn't get a positive response. Sir, I m a
              government servant as well as a sports person and a regular user of Nike
              products. I have all required bills etc. Please guide me what to do and
              whom to approach. Thanks.

                  I bought a pair of NIKE Basketball shoes on 27-Nov-2015. After using the product for 1 week it started creating problems like worn out sole and the pasting is coming out from all sides. While purchasing the shoes the showroom owner said that it has a warranty of 6 months and if any defect happens I will get a total exchange. I have been calling the customer care for more than 1 month and not getting any response. They just pick the call and without saying anything they disconnect. I need your help in this matter that's why I am writing this mail. I have paid a sum of Rs.4495 for buying this shoe. You may cross check with the bill number i.e- NK232/02178.
                  I bought a shoes nike but my shoes is not a orignal so please return shoes i am not intersted buy shoes
                  stop buying NIke Products from Stores...they do not offer cash refund or any refund back to your credit card, they will force you to exchange something in the store. Buy from Amazon --nike offers Amazon refund but not to consumers directly

                    After repeated persuasion your Bangalore help desk is refusing to return/repair my punctured shoe. I have proven to them that a shoe priced at Rs 15000/- can not be thrown away after a year and as a customer of Nike I have he right to be heard. They are not listening and not giving me an opportunity to talk to senior people. Is nike as a company so insensitive and naive?

                    Is anybody listening ? I demand that someone senior from Nike must get in touch with me, You can not take consumer for granted and write meaningless english.

                    Ju because we do not have the time and resource to go to court, everybody would allow us to be fleeced.

                    I really wish somebody from nike got into what I was saying.

                    My Nike Black Air Max 2014 Running Sports Shoes[protected] has punctured and rendered useless just after a year of purchase. (DOP 25/2/1015) after 40/50 calendar days of normal use. The shoe is expensive and such early damage is not expected. I wrote to Myntra ( the online supplier) / Nike (the maker) customer care for a replacement/repair.

                    It is really disappointing to note that neither Myntra nor Nike has any inclination to service my request and they are just waiting for me to get tired and stop pursuing. What is unfortunate is both have chosen to quote "contract condition of six months” as an excuse for not able to address my problem. I pointed out repeatedly that although the official token warranty is over, period after which the damage occurred is not only too short but also not expected from such an advertised high value product. I am sure seller is not expecting me to throw away and forget a much hyped Rs 15000/- MRP shoe after such a short time. What intrigues me more is that they have been also silent about repair of the shoe in all these communication.

                    Both Nike and Myntra has fallen short of expectation when it came to resolution of the problem which their loyal customer is facing. What, then, is the difference between a roadside product and Nike top of the line product ? Then what about so much of hype about Nike and their so called image and goodwill?

                    For me, the much hyped Nike shoe has failed to deliver its expected performance and accordingly I insist Nike/Myntra must review the matter once again at their higher level and provide me with a suitable replacement or arrange for repair of the damaged shoe.

                    I shall be compelled to take the matter to various social media, international level of Nike and consumer dispute redressal commission, if not immediately attended to.

                          I have purchased NIKE shoe on 30.10.2015 amouting to Rs 3570/- in Nehru Nagar Belgaum Karnataka outlet. Bill Number of the same purchase is S15-1505. dated 30.10.2015. Within 2 and half month shoe got cut because of this damage shoe lost its look and i am feeling uncomfort to wear it.
                          I have lost the purchase bill and without bill the outlet owner is not entertaing me, saying i cant do any thing without bill.

                          All data is available in his computer even then he is not ready to exchange the shoe.
                          in case if outlet owner failed to take steps for exchange of the damaged shoe, I will depute one boy infront of the outlet and i will ask him to arrange exhibition of the damaged shoe to its cusotmers / visitors.

                            I was purchased the Nike shoes 24-oct-2015 but after sometime start the problem the shoes price 6295/- and I was going to your Nike outlet and your staff say you will come after 10 days and I was chose the new shoes the price was 6895/- and again the problem after 2 days and I was reached your outlet and your store manager says you will come after 2 days I was reached after 5 days and I choose the new show but your sale manager behavior is to bad I'll never forget the Nike shoe experience this shoes price is 6000/- approx I'm waste of time and money...                               I purchased a Nike Sports Jacket from the Nike Store in Kolkata (Salt Lake. Sector- 1. City Centre Mall). The product is found to be defective from not only 1 places but 5 different places. On showing it to store, they told it is the same in all the jackets. I took out same jacket of 4 pieces from the display rack and none had these kinds of problem. The store people told they cannot do anything. Imstead they told, "Aapko thikh se check karke lena chahiye tha". I mean WTF? I will first do the product scrutiny then pay for it. Why should a customer do so much of hard work before purchasing a product. I have emailed to Nike Customer Support to send them the confirmation to replace the defective product. They should replace it. Otherwise it is such a shame of such a big multi national establishment.

                                  Claim Slip No : 52416 Bill Detail : 1776 Purchased on : 27/00/2015 Date of first complaint : 14/10/2015 Nature of Compliant : On the very first day of wearing, I found the stiches at the back weak and opened. The defective unit was sent to the respective store for needful, but they returned it after holding it for 10-15 days with remark “wear & tear problem”. The fact of the matter is that any blind person too can vouch for that the piece has neither been worn twice, nor even washed once. I corresponded with the company a few times over mail, but their behaviour has not been positive. The last email dated 26/11/15 from their Consumercare.[protected]@nike.com read “we will contact you as soon as possible”, but till date of filing of this complaint, it is still pending.                                       Hello I am highly disappointed by the store executive the way he handled us when he sold a wrong studs football shoes to us for the school sports. The store is at 27th main HSR layout bangalore. First of he was reluctant to even look into the system to pull up data which his fellow colleague told him to look up. Second he kept telling he can't do anything and I can go and raise a complaint. Third he was not willing to listen to us when we said we didn't even use it for 4 sessions. The studs were purchased on 15th Aug 2015.less than a month. We come to Nike stores for the reputation and trust of your brands. This really puts us in deep dissatisfaction and I am not sure if I would ever visit this store or recommend to others. Request you to take necessary steps to avoid such things in the future to lose customers

                                        I had bought a football from Nike shop so in the given date of warranty I had gone to give football for replacement because the stitches of the ball started cming out so they refused me because I dint have the bill so they told me to contact to u all so I request you to return the product
