I bought a Nike shoe from S.P Life style Nike factory store forum value mall.shop #3&4 No-62 Whitefield main road Bangalore-560066.[protected]. I used this shoe only 3 months but it was damaged. When i contacted with the seller they recommend to me to write to customer service for replacement.
Shoe detail:
Nike downshifter 6 MSL sports shoes
Price : 2995

Please replace that shoes as soon as possible.

Company price of Nike Pegasus 34 is 10000 n at online shopping there is huge differance of 6000.if online Nike shoes r original then why there is huge difference?if online Nike shoes r duplicate then why u all r not doing anything to stop this.or should we go for other brands

    I bought a nike shoe pair from shop101/bamchak online[protected]. I used this shoe only two times but it was damaged. The logo embedded on the shoes which represent the company was tear out. When i contacted with the seller they recommend to me to write to customer service for replacement.

    Please replace that shoes as soon as possible.

      I brought a nike shoe on a condition that if gift is not liked we will return it and he said he will take as return and in return we can buy anything in any nike store. But he didn't say that we can only buy products which are not in offer why would some one take a product without offer when offer is going on. More over they don't have collection to buy or exchange any colour.

      I have bought a nike cap from it delhi sonipat nh1 nike outlet a month ago and get dirt and i thought to dip it in a water i havent bleached and its colour spread everywhere in the cap

        I feel very regretted to inform you that, your products are not fulfilling there value and so do your authourised store. I bought a slipper from your authourised store in kota (Rajasthan). Within 15 days of my purchase the stiching of the slipper started to come out and finally it opened. I took it to the authourised store and they took that slipper to a normal vendor (Mochi) and got it repaired very cheaply, and they said that if the stiching comes out in warranty period the company allows us to get it repaired from a mochi. The service which is being provided is not acceptable, the price of the slipper is 1400 rupees which is a good sum for a slipper but not for a defected one. And a slipper of this cost doesn't deserve this cheap stitching. I hope you'll look into the matter and provide us satisfactry service and get this matter resolved as soon as possible.           Hi team,

          Manufacturing defect in the shoes. I had bought shoes from the nike store in april 2017 and they got cracked within a month that too used very less. I contact the store (Ity super market, g-11, ndse, part i, south extension, new delhi) they refused to assist. Then i tried contacting the nike consumer but those people are not responding. Please suggest the best way to get my refund.

            This is regarding nike shoe, which i had purchased on 13.05.2016 from nike store at city center mall, raipur, chhattisgarh.

            The detail is as under:

            I was fond o[censored]sing nike products and that’s why i bought this shoe for my daily gyming purpose. I have hardly used this show after purchase and all of sudden, i have found that its air max sole has got punctured. While contacting at nike store at oberoi mall, goregaon, mumbai where i live now but the store people said that the sole might have got some nail or other thing inserted inside that has punctured the sole. Nothing has been found in the sole. Store people said its non-repairable and since warranty covers only for first six month they cannot provide any replacement.

            This has really shocked me. Such a high value shoe if gets failed in such a short time which can even happened immediately after purchase too then i would not have bought it.in my view most of customers generally buy such type of item assuming that he/she will be using this for at least 2-3 yrs. Before going for next shoe.

            This is something which has heartened me a lot. Therefore i am writing this mail with all details to you

            I have enclosed few photographs, bill copy and article detail for your reference purpose.

            Trust as a no-1 brand company you will take my complaint seriously and consider this for a free replacement.

                I bought a dry fit black t-shirt from pune nilke shop on 10th june and there are three defects in the t-[censored]rt which i showed to nike shop salesman from phoenix market city, kurla, mumbai.

                He clicked pics of the bill and the t-shirt. But i have not received any revert yet. I need my money back. Also, i checked the fresh stock of the same t-shirt in nike, mumbai and that was also defected.

                  I bought a pair of nike shoes from one of your outlet in sec.14 gurugram (Haryana). After using them from for 3 months, cracks started to appear on the sole and on the top aswell.
                  I have raised the complaint with consumercare india @consumercare. [protected]@nike.com, but it went meaning as i have not got any response from your side.
                  I am very upset with the quality and customer support from such a reputed company and don't know what to do and where to go.

                    I purchased it from delhi, while i was touring.
                    The condition of the shoes in the meer usage of 7 months, is really really bad. The color is fading from lining. The insole is corroded. Rather i am noticing that the inner lining is also getting damaged from inside.

                      My name is aashish kumar arya. I am a regular customer of nike for 15 years. I bought one track pants of nike on 18 th may for rs 2800 from vaishali nagar jaipur. After using this for 4-5 days the pants have been torn. Then i showed it to the nike showroom salesman. They took it back and said that they will replace it after a few days. Then again i went after 2-3 days they were giving me new one but in blue colour. But my track pants was in black and i want black color. So i refused blue one and asked for black. They said u can collect black one tomorrow. Then i went yesterday for the black one. The store manager mr. Abhishek refused to give the new trouser and returned the torn one. He said it's not in our company policy. Even his behaviour was very rude. You are charging like a brand but your product is like a street shop and ur behaviour with the customer is not acceptable at all. I request you to either return my money or replace this trouser with a new one.

                        I purchased a nike track pant from myntra. But only after using it for 4 months it became very dull, it's not even looking like a branded one. It seems it's not good quality wise... Even though it was very costly.. I always preferred nike for my sports accessories but after this experience i will not purchase any products of nike neither i will refer any of friend.. It's my request to you to kindly check it with myntra whether they are selling duplicate products of nike or change my product..

                            I purchased sports shoes from a store in Patiala, Punjab but the shoes got cracked within 6 months of purchase. The quality of the material used is so poor, that being a sports shoes, those were not able to handle the regular wear and tear for even 6 months. Detailed information about the shoes is given in the photos attached. But the bill has not been attached as the ink used in generating the bill was poor and nothing is visible from that bill.                               I have ordered nike zoom pegasus 33 from snapdeal on 28th may 2017 and received the shoe on 30th may 2017 when i opened the shoe box they look like duplicate ones. The quality of the shoe were very bad. I think they are making us fool & also spoiling the brand name of nike. Even i have asked snapdeal people regarding this they simply said what we get from the company the same we give it to you.

                                Hi, Nike India doesn't bother to resolve customers concern and Nike India's customer support is poor and they are only spoiling the Global brand of Nike. Please see below letter, they didn't respond to me at all inspite of sending them reminders to respond. You only receive automated emails from Nike India.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am writing you this letter as a long time customer of Nike, I have always purchased and recommended Nike products for regular use as well as professional sportswear. I always had a good customer sanctification when dealing with Nike products both in India as well as across the globe. This is the first time I had come across disappointing experience from Nike.

                                This letter of complaint is regarding a shoes purchased in Nike Store, Forum Mall, Koramangala. We initiated a complaint regarding the shoe damage and folks at store came back to me saying that that this is not a valid claim and it does not fall under manufacturing defect.

                                I purchased a Nike on Dec 24th 2014 and while purchasing the shoe, I had raised a question to sales man regarding the quality of the issue as i felt that outer durability wasn't that good. The Sales person at Forum Mall clearly assured me if any damage happens withing six months then I can bring the shoes back in six months time. You can do audit of few Nike stores and I am sure most of the sales person will give this assurance.

                                I go back to Nike Store at Forum Mall, well within six months of the date of purchase and return the shoes because of damage, the sales person was very kind and they informed me that they will send the shoes for inspection. They assured me that they will get back to me in 10 days. Nike India doesn't care to follow up with customer, after 2 weeks, I had to go to the store to follow up on the status. they said the claim was rejected as it is not a manufactured defect.

                                I would appreciate if you can answer my questions or justify why you had rejected my valid claim.

                                1, My first question is why do you need more than 2 weeks to respond to customers claim, the store mentioned that I would get a response in 10 days. Being a loyal Nike customer, I would expect an update from Nike.

                                2. I was told that its not manufactured defect, please look at the photo, it clearly is a material failure, cosmetics and falls under manufactured defect as mentioned in your website. If Nike trusts and cares for its customer, then i can assure that the shoe was very lightly used and the damage within six months is not acceptable.

                                Please kindly let me know why the shoe doesn't fall under material damage so as Global citizen we can make an effort to educate the customers.

                                I have highest regard of Nike customer service and once again its not about money, being a fan of Nike products, I would like to provide you with a honest feedback that your response in this claim was disappointing and doesn't meet Nike Standards. This will only bring bad reputation to Nike Store and its employees who work hard and provide excellent service.

                                We buy Nike Products because of Quality and excellent customer service it provides.

                                I bought nike shoes from nike store in ghaziabad, uttar pradesh in January 2017, but recently i saw it is getting torn (sole adhesive problem).
                                There is no reply from customer care at. its been more than 15 days now
                                Bought shorts from Nike store Surat ghod dod road .. wanted to exchange at Guwahati store for size issues... but they say it’s a different store like oracle and ssipl which they cannot exchange... Surat store said they will mail the company to solve the issue but they haven’t responded till now ... it’s been more than a month..plz look into this matter

                                  I have bought a nike shoes from zirakpur factory outlet (Chandigarh - ambala highway road) on dated 28/8/2016 with bill copy attached.

                                  Last week i found my shoes sole is cracked (Which i shown to u in picture attached). Yesterday i got the thread out of my shoes (Pic attached) after that i visited to factory outlet - zirakpur (Kapil agencies). I shown him the condition of the shoes to representative of factory outlet.

                                  I need to replace my shoe or same amount to be adjust against this bill.

                                  They replied the bill is given by company not match with product code..
                                  The bill is given by nike factory outlet. If the bill is wrong what is my mistake...

                                  I want to raise your concern regarding the inappropriate behavior of the Manager who works in nike outlet based at ambala chandigarh expressway, zirakpur.
                                  I just had the worst experience of my life, I cant imagine how low can an employee go... it's very sad that the manager of Nike outlet MR. Aman deep dhingra is a pathetic man what he does that I have a complaint regarding my nike shoes (pegasus 33 model), I explained him the problem that within 4 months of my purchase the shoe got damaged from the side but he wasn't ready to listen he was speaking very rudely saying repeatedly that it's not company fault we cant do anything I explained him although it's a "running shoes"which has an MRP of Rs10, 500 it cannot get ruined in just 4 months ??? And guess what I found out !! I went to the store after a month and i got to know the shoe has been rejected, this ### manager was absent luckily, and one of the ASSISTANT head coach told me very politely that sir it got cancelled I asked him how and he showed me the mail and the pictures which they send and guess what?? this pathetic ### aman deep dhingra did not send those pictures specifically from where it's been damaged, I just found out and felt devastated.. its disgusting what he had done .

Now they are refusing to replace the same as it is a discounted product. Why should I suffer because of the bad quality .I have spent 3200 rupees on it.and not used it for I month.                                       I bought two pairs of shoes from SSIPL RETAIL LTD, NH-1, KUNDLI, SONIPAT, HARYANA on 20th Dec 2016 for Rs 14792/-vide invoice no NK[protected] by making credit card payment for the same. After about 02 months of normal usage, I noticed that one pair of shoes ( Bearing price Rs, 12995 discount 40% item no[protected] is separated from the sole and have several cracks inside and outside the shoes. It has not been three months and the shoes are totally torn . And in this regard I complaint to the said dealer for many times, but all in vain. If it would have been the original product, the quality wouldn't affect for years . I have been using Nike products from last 20 years, but problem of this kind has appeared for the first time and is shocking for me. But now I don't have trust that this was the original Nike product and I would request to you to exchange or refund or compensation for the same whichever is possible .

                                      I am sure Nike would not compromise on its high quality standard. So I request you to immediately relif.

                                        PROBLEM ::
                                        THE SHOE IS SEPERATED FROM THE SOLE .
                                        It has not been an year and the shoes are totally torn . If it woukd have been the original product, the quality wouldn't affect for years .                                         My product is incomplete.. It shown in the pic that in suit they gave koti but in the parcel koti is missing..
