The last two pairs of shoes I have bought developed a squeek in them over time. The first pair of shes cost around 200 dollars and the next pair were under 100 dollars. After some time, when I wear them after it has rained they squeek! Nike's quality has gone down a lot over the last few years and I am currently trying to get a free pair out of them. That should be interesting!

SSIPL LTD — Defect in Shoe

I bought a shoe worth 3500 and after that within two months and I submitted to them for reparing
After 15 days they told me that this shoe will take few more days for reparing...
So since when I bought this shoe I am facing this service problem

I bought a WMNS NIKE COURT SHUTTLE III (article no.[protected]. I spent 3200 Rs. for this pair of shoes. WIthin a span on 4.5 months the sole broke. Bad quality merchandise and also outdated stuff is sold, the vendors also have an attitude complex as if they are imposing the sale, just like do not care attitude.

Nike — they suk

i bought your nike shocks and they shocked me so much that they dug into my heels after i ran in them a few times in the wet which caused my feet and heels to suffer intense pain in my achillies tendons. because of this i cannot wear my new nike shocks as they'r broken, and im not happy. could you please supply me with a new pair of nike air shocks retail price $239.99 or my money back.

Nike — shoe complaint

I bought a pair of Garnett nike from a store in lajpat nagar delhi this is my fourth nike shoe with in 3 months the toe of both shoe was unglued and upper of that shoe was torn apart

Yes, I paid $100.00 for my daughter to have a good pair of shoes, I bought them in November or December for her christmas. She didnt start wearing them till the first of January. The stripe strips on the one shoe are coming apart.. I bought these shoes thinking they were better .. I also bought my son a pair of Jordans they are holding up fine.. I just think the quality should be better.. Now what ????

i had purchased a pair of sports shoes manufactured and sold by M/S Punjab Foot Wear, Madhuban Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi.I was given 6 months warrantee on 'any kind of damage'. The shoes sole craked away in less than a week apart from other signs of wear and tear.when asked we were asked to submit the pait and then only the action could be taken. When we went after more than a week to take them back, we were shocked to see no changes being made. We were told that the only guarantee was of the damn pasting which can be fixed for Rs.10. No guarantee of sole of shoes worth Rs.800. I would like you to look into the matter and provide me with reimbursement of my money and appropriate penalty to the seller.

Three day ago I bought 2 pairs of nike shoes from your showroom at Forum Value mall No.62 whitefield in banglore but I am surprised that within 3 days the product looses not it's sole as well as pasting which grips the shoe .I bought Nike shoes because it is know for it's quality standards but now I am really astonished and feel cheated that I lost money on such an inferrior product. Please provide me a replacement for the shoes as this is a genuine case of substandard product other wise I have no option but to move to consumer court to redeem the money i have lost.
I hope you would take this matter seriously because if a product be it shoes or any other consumer stuff fails to deleiver the required result and that too within the 3 days of it's purchase the parent company is solely responsible for it's quality stansard and the companyy is bound to compensate the consumer according to law.

Nike — bad quality shoes

I have bought Nike apparel shoes from LEATHER EMPORIUM, KHATRI MARKET,adjoining Bank Of Baroda ,G.T.Road, KUNDLI, SONEPAT.But after two or three wear the shoes leather get torn and also the stitching got loose and opened too. So,i want my shoes to be replaced as the quality is not as per the company described about their product.

i purchased shoes on 17/12/2010 at M/S comfort shoes situated at kachiguda X road in hyderabad i opened it on 25/12/2010, after one week bottom sol was completely damage and i returned it. he is given another new pair. it is also damaged in the same manner within three days. it is also return, again he is given another shoe. it is also damage by stitching fail within three days. now he is not agree to replace the shoe. i am not wearing the shoe mere 10-15 days so i request you to help me in this regard to get good quality shoes.

Nike — poor quality and no proper response

Hi,

This is with reference to my complaint on the first week of my purchase of Nike shoe,from your outlet at Marathahallli.

Raised my concern to your Halasur,Bangalore care office also,but no proper response.

Issues : Shoe quality is very poor and in the first week itself it started tearing and now it is almost unusable now.
Its not even a year and its got charged around Rs 4000.Is it the quality you maintain?

Won't you care about your customers??

Please get back to me on this.I was told by your outlet guys that even they can't do anything on that instead they can give the shoe to the road side guys for stitching.

Nike — shoe is opening on the sole and cracks on the upper

on my recent visit to banglore in the month of june i purchased a pair of nike slip on shoes costing rs.3200 model no.[protected]/050709 sz .i have worn this shoe for a month and i am shocked at the way the shoe is disintegrating,there are cracks that have developed on the upper,the sole has left the sides where the glue is pasted,as its black in colour the places where it has peeled away the white inner is visible.i have now stopped wearing the shoe as it looks as a 3 year old shoe.
though i have a desk job with not much of walking, i am amazed at the bad quality for which i paid a bomb only for the name of NIKE which i presumed would definietly uphold its name for quality which today i feel i have been cheated.
i doubt i shall ever in life ever buy a NIKE product or ever recommend to others if my complaint is not attended to at the earliest.

My name is Ashish jhonson. I bought a shoes worth Rs. 8999/- from your D.L.F Promenade vasant kunj store on 10th of october 2011.There was pasting problem in ths shoes. I given back that shoes to the same store on 15 oct 2011 to the managers (Atul valogni & Sachin grover) after a week they given back to me with temrory pasting and this got defected from the same place. Now i have given that shoes to the store in the month of Novemger 2011 and they commited that they will give new shoes after a week and it is almost 6 month i havent got any reply from there.New manager of Promenade dlf store name is Rajiv Chodhry not ready to talk properly even, he dont have maners to talk. He is saying tha he cant do anything about it.So its a request from you to take an imediet action.

Thanks for your prompt response, Nike is a very popular athletic shoe brand for people of all ages, and produce the best sport shoes for all Ages.
I would like to say that the Nike shoes are bad quality because i have paid (NIKE FREE) Price 6000 INR but not able to use six months . Is it true that if Nike shoes are cheap and manufactured in China that they are bad quality and replicas.

Please consider that I was buying high cost shoes and getting low quality as well.
Nike shoes are more durable than that of a low cost shoe brand but I don't think theyre great quality.
Please give the justification this is good brand??? i am suffering because i have paid 6000 Rs and not able use 6 months.

However, This is not satisfaction answer got from them.

I visited the Nike store from where I got these shoes and asked them to replace these shoes (as the shoes got damaged due to quality issue). In a response, I was asked to wait for 3 days as they need to liaise this issue with Nike consumer care and once they will get the confirmation from them, they will replace the shoes. But 3 days later when I approached them I was told that these shoes cannot be replace as these shoes got damaged due to bear and tear (which is not the case).These shoes are at very good condition and I rarely wear. Also only one part of the shoes got damaged where as other shoes is absolutely good, which shows that these shoes has a quality issue. But when I raised the same question to Nike stored guys then they asked me to liaise it with Nike consumer care. I sent the mail (4 days back) along with factual information to Nike consumer care team and requested then to replace the shoes. But even after sending a couple of follow up mails, no one has responded.

This is with regard to the mail which is sent by Nike store side on Sunday (unit no 4 high street phoenix, lower parel ) regarding defected pair of shoes( which I bought on[protected]
Lower parel based Nike showroom executive already sent the mail along with pic (of the defaced pair of shoes) to you guys. As per the recent conversation with lower parel based showroom executive, I came to know that shoes cannot be replaced as shoes "damaged due to mishandling".

The above statement is vague, invalid, un-supportive and hypothetical.

I rarely wear these shoes in last 4 month but still it got damaged, which clearly indicates it has a quality issue.
If it had due to bear and tear or mishandling, then it would have happened with both of the shoes, but it has happened only with one of the shoe, which is not a case of mishandling.

A shoe got damaged within the 3 months it clear indicates that shoes have a quality issue and it should be replaced.

You might have felt it as you just looked the pic, but if you look it physically then you will find that it is a quality issue.
Furthermore, shoes are at very good condition, which clearly indicate that it not happened due to mishandling.
Please take this fact into consideration.
If you guys will not able to resolve the case then in need to approach consumer court to get resolves this issue.

I am seriously disappointed at the way I was embarrased last week. I was in bangalore for a holiday with friends and guess what? As I was walking, my nike shoes gave way. The sole came off. My nike was something I was boasting about to all my friends. I am a regular consumer of nike and would vouch for it anytime but not anymore. I took it to a store here in chennai and they just cut a sorry face. Actually I am sorry for nike to tell them they are the upscale product and yet their shoes wont stay beyond the fifth day o[censored]sage. I look forward to a replacement or service.

I have similar complaint. The showroom does not even take the shoes for repair. They are asking me to go to some cobbler in Pune Camp and get it repaired. we do not expect such indifference from company like Nike.

Hi, I purchased Nike shoes from SSIPLRetail Ltd, Phoenix Market
City, Bangalore on March 31st, 2014. Item code is[protected].It
is around two and half month I am using this product. After one and
half month time duration shoes has started tearing. I am attaching
images for the same. It is very surprising and annoying to see this. I
have purchased shoes for Rs. 6495/- and I do not see any return on
investment. I have chosen to purchase shoes from Nike for the first time
and thought that being a leading brand in the market the quality of the
product would be very good.But at this point in time I am
carrying a very bad impression about the company. I have being using
product from other leading brand such as Bata, Adidas, and Liberty, but
have never faced such a bad quality issue.I agree that wear and rear would always be their in the product, but not no so early. I
think either retailer is stocking duplicate products OR Nike, India is
not manufacturing good quality product. With the first time purchase I
have lost trust over the company. Very shabby and shameful image for the
world leading brand.I urge Nike to work on this and try to
increase customer satisfaction rather than make them feel that they have

Dear Mr. Sudipta,

I am in state of shock to see such reply from a reputed company.

It is unbelievable that Nike is refusing to replace its product which got defective in couple of months just because the product was purchased in "Sales" !!!

This means:

- Nike is selling sub standard products during Sales.
- NIke is not sure that these products will last even 6 months of warranty period.
- One should not buy products of Nike during "Sales" as they are of inferior quality and come with no warranty.

You will be surprised to know that products which are copy of Nike and available at 1/4th price of Nike last much longer than original Nike products. I have not spent 400-500 Rs for this shoe, i have paid over Rs 3200/- and shoe didn't last for even 6 months.

Attached herewith some pictures of the shoe, which have become non-wearable in couple of months. I would request you to review your decision and do the needful.

I bought a pair of shoes for my son on 30th March 14 form Nike Show room located near Chandigarh, India.
And I paid Rs 3286/- for the same.

With in 5 months the left shoe is found torn at front. The picture of torn shoe is attached herewith. It is really surprising that a product of reputed brand is in such condition with in short period.

When i visited the same Nike showroom today, they simply refused to exchange or even attend me saying that shoe was bought under sales. And as per their Nike policy the items bought under sales bear no warranty. When i asked them to show the Nike policy, they showed me a picture frame where nothing like this was mentioned. (The pic of policy is also attached herewith).

The Nike showroom staff refused to help and asked me to contact the customer care.

It is very unfortunate that due to certain people's behaviour the reputation of good brand is spoiled.

I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

We bought running shoes from "NIKE" (No :[protected],[protected] on 21 August 2016 from the NIKE STORE based in Rang Puri, Nike Factory Store, Kapil Agency, 310/2, 331/2, 336/17, Rang Puri, New Delhi-110037, Bill No. S16/16093, Dated 21/08/2016 Its not even been a 15 days now and the pasting of the shoes has come out completely bad condition from all sides.

The shoes are not upto the mark the way the holes has come out from all sides. I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my shoes at the earliest possible as they are torn off and the pasting has come out from the all sides which is a "Black Spot" for such an expensive brand like NIKE as repairing or servicing the shoes wont serve the purpose. We don’t expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much. We would rather request people not to buy shoes from a company like NIKE where the quality of shoes is so poor that it does not even last for one year even after you spend so much.

I have bought two pairs of Nike shoes and both pairs have let go from the soles I feel these shoes cost too much to not even last a year they both was Nike air with the pump in the tongue

In Oct 07, I bought 2 pair of AF1 and a pair of Air Goadome for myself and 1 pair of AF1 anf a pair of Air Goadome for my grand son. I sepnt $400 on that day. Anyway, I bought a special edition pair of AF1 for $135. Since they were special editions I didn't wear them right off. Sat in the box for almost a year before I wore them and now in June of 09, after wearing them for maybe the 7th or 8th time, I noticed that there is a tear in the fabric(they're not leather.) I emailed Nike because they have a man date of March 07, they tell me there's nothing they can do. Basically go F*&k myself. I have at least 50 pair of Nike shoes alone. I'm going home to check them all and I'm done buying them unless they fell off a truck

I bought pair of Nike X Ride from there south Ex branch few months back I spend that at most 6000 RS.I as per the sales person their advised me that its a best shoes they have every made.

I just used for 10 times only and stitching is coming out from many places.I want to know how i can sue to Nike Air India.

I too have had a similar experience on the same model of nike Air shoes. I have used the pair only during workouts & is still as fresh as any new pair. Still the pasting on the sole & the sides of the shoes have come off. Such poor quality is not expected from a big brand like Nike.

I have another pair from adidas which I have been wearing on & off for the last 8 years & it has stood its worth rock solid.

Now i am lost as to what I should be doing with the damaged pair as I had bought it while I was in Hyderabad ( the exclusive outlet in Vikrampuri) & now I have relocated to Cochin.

Would be fine if someone cud assist me.

I like to share my bad expirience with NIKE product to avoid you get same.
I purchased NIKE flotter just 5 months back from PLANET RETAIL HOLDINGS PVT LTD, SGS MAGMUM MALL, PUNE.I used to wear the flotter for office purpose only.But Flotter's strap got warnout(teared) very soon.I contacted the person "Daniel([protected])" who is incharge for Pune, He did not give proper response.I dont know what I want to do with this case.
Finally I lost my money(Rs.1090).So please take care while purchasing any costly things from NIKE.

I paid £110 for a pair of TN's about 4 months ago, i've noticed that the soul on the left shoe has torn, and a squeeking noise coming from the air bubble's.
im not being funny, but if i pay that price for a pair of trainers i would expect them to last much longer than they have, and i shant be buying another pair of nike again, well over priced, and the quality is rubish, well what do you expect when there made in 3rd world country's for cheap labour, and charge us the earth.

I bought a NIKE T shirt from a nike store, varanai, India, just after 15 days and 1 wash the colour of the t shirt got faded, I returned the t shirt to the same store but he showed reluctance in giving positive response, after argument he sent it in the companies head office bangalor, India, the t shirt came unchanged, I remained with no clues.
