Today, I placed a nike order from Nike india. The payment was successful but on the Nike app, it was showing the above image, I need my refund back, or else the order to be confirmed, full amount was Rs. 13, 545/-, including shipping. Please look after this issue and resolve it, as it’s a huge amount of money.

    I placed an order on Nike India website for Rs. 7, 495 using paytm upi and the money got deducted from my bank account but the order didn't get placed. The Nike customer care says that the bank is declining the transaction but my paytm app says that the money went through. Please refund my money or place the order.

                            I ordered shoes online from NIke.com website. I did the payment through SBI internet banking. Money got deducted but they did not confirm my order due to some issue in their website. My deducted money is still not credited back to my account. Payment was done on 19 November. It has crossed 2 months, still my issue is not resolved yet from Nike.
                            I confirmed from SBI bank, the payment was successful to Nike merchant. I contacted Nike customer support multiple times, they said they will refund my money but not done yet. 15245 amount was done and screenshot of SBI internet banking is attached. Also attaching Nike complaint conversions.
                            Now I am unable to dial their customer support no, not sure if they blocked it or not.
