I want to report about a shop in delhi shubhash nagar which is selling fake products of your brands and fooling customers and taking their money. I would like for you to do something about this shop and his owner asap. The address is given as follows : 5/180 subash nagar near chawla medicos Delhi, India
They also have an Instagram page through which they fool the customers and loot their money : shoe_collectionz
I also have the screenshots of payment and fraud done by them

    Refund Not Issued Since 30 Days

    I purchased a pair of sneakers from Nike India on July 12th and had it returned as soon as I received them from Singapore. An acknowledgment was sent stating that we have received the product & that the refund was issued on 29th July 2022. Its Sept 5th as of writing this complaint and I haven't received any refund from Nike yet. I have called Nike, writing multiple emails to them regarding the same without any clear resolution on this issue...

    I placed an order online for a pair of nike air force 1 . My location is Jalpaiguri, india and i followed all instructions and paid for the item . I immediately received a "transaction failed" message on screen however, i received sms on the phone stating that the amount 8, 245 had been deducted from the bank account. The bank services i was using is State Bank of India. I haven't received any email or notification regarding this matter and the money deducted hasn't reflected back into my account. Please help me in this matter .

      Returned an item worth
      ₹11, 745 on 24th July, 2022. I am writing this on 30th August and i still have not received my refund. Tried contacting them several times over the past month and all they say is they have processed it.

        I am a regular user of nike products . Last year i purchased nike sneakers and did not used the shoes for 5 months purchased from myntra online shopping site, picture attached.. shoe has torned complety from side as it can be clearly seen its a manufacturer default.. i hope your team wil help me for the same . You wont disppoint me..

          I have repeatedly written e-mails to nike for non-refund of my order (details as below). I have received an e-mail from Nike dated 24th August, 2022 that the refund was processed on 12th August and should hit my bank in next 7 to 10 days. Its been more then 10 days and i haven't received my refund. I want nike to take strict action and process this at the earliest since i have been following up on this for almost two months now. No resolution in next 7 days i will be forced to take legal action.

              I ordered from nike Snkrs dunk low but canceled the order within an hour due to some reason. I made the order on 3 august. Its been 15 days still haven’t received the amount. Order was for Rs 14, 745.

                  I returned my shoes on June 27, It's been almost 2 months. Have contacted customer service every day and they have still not processed the refund.

                    I have ordered nike airforce on may 9th and unfortunately my KYC doc didnt match and i had to return it back and they have received it .after receiving 3 to 4 calls they have intiated a refund on june 21 st and till now i didnt receive any amount and i have been asking for proof of refund and at last they provided a proof which os of no use. I contacted with my bank to know about this but there is no such issue with my bank or account

                      I made a payment of 6745 rupees to Nike on gpay. I was suppose to click on the link for the payment but instead of that I typed the amount and made the payment by mistake. Amount has been deducted from my amount and order is not placed. What am I suppose to do? How can I get my money back?

                        I had placed the order on 3rd July for which money was debited but order never got placed. Had received an email from nike saying refund has been processed on July 14th but have not got the money yet. Spoke to my bank ICICI several times but they are also not able to help me.

                            The delivery address and the address in KYC documents does not match. The parcel is stuck at Bangalore, and I am not able to change the address. The order are from nike with an order number: G[protected]

                              Placed an order on July 1st and still haven’t received my refund. They keep on making excuses that they will send a proof of refund but still haven’t received any, I will never recommend anyone to place order through their app or website and please go for a different brand like puma or adidas because NIKE is a scammer! They will take your money and never refund it

                                Placed an order for a pair of sneakers online on 12th July 2022 from my Gpay account(UPI). The entire amount of INR 5, 245(including INR 750 for shipping) was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I tried calling the customer care number provided on the website multiple times. Every time the same form was asked to be filled with proof of transaction, I did with no resolution. Was told to wait for 20-25 days by the last executive I talked to for the amount to be returned back to my account(time taken for UPI transactions). It's the 26th day today with no resolution, upon calling the executive again was informed that proof of transaction has still not been sent from my end. I'm attaching the proof of transaction, a screenshot of the mail I sent to the executive, and a screenshot of the chat I had with their executive online on the Nike India website.

                                Hope to get the issue resolved soon.

                                  I ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket from nike online store and the total was 14090 on 30 july 2022. However i cancelled the order withing 5 minutes of placing it. They haven't issued my refund. On their website they have mentioned that the refund will not be issued for cancellation as no money is deducted from the back account but it's simply on hold. I can see that in my bank statement it's showing that 14090 rupees have been deducted. Please help me with my issue.
