I just made an order on Nike App through UPI and the amount got deducted but the order didn’t made when i went back after completing UPI the app said transaction failed. This is regardiing a transaction i tried to undertake on 1st Jan 2023 for ₹10, 245

    Hey there, so today i made an order from nike.com the official site, the problem was that after i made the payment there was a message showing your transaction failed and my money is been debited which was 10, 545.i haven’t yet received the confirmation mail from nike of my shoes
    Shoes was “nike dunk blue chill” in uk 9.5 size, i made the payment from upi, through google pay from axix bank. Plz help me out….

      Did it resolved?,
      I also faced this same problem, I think this is might be because paying through upi.

              I am writing this mail to raise a complaint against my Order which was placed on October 1, 2022.
              I was informed that the order could not get custom clearance in India and was returned to the original sender on November 1, 2022.

              I wish to bring to your kind attention that it has been over 48 days since I have not recieved the refund amount of Rs. 14, 195 in my bank account. This is against your own company policy of completing refunds within 15 business days.

              Nike claims to have completed the refund, however the refund is not reflected in my bank account till date. My bank has also confirmed that no money has been recieved till date.

              I have called your customer care multiple times since November 12 and have recieved no help. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure I get timely updates about my own order and do not have to request for my own hard earned money.

              This is clearly a “deficieny in service” under the Indian consumer laws and the US consumer laws. There are several outstanding complaints against you of a similar nature on public platforms.

              Please be informed that I reserve my rights to initiate legal action against NIKE and NIKE India if the complaint is not resolved within 7 business days of this email.

                I brought Nike Winflo 8 shoes from the Nike Factory Store in Mulund (West) on 27/11/2022 (Bill no: 22-23/13/S-12269) and after using it the sole started to separate for both the shoes one from side and another from the front.

                Please let me know whether I will get the product replaced or any other solution.

                    I had placed an order of white/white AF 1 on nike App on 5/12/2022 for 8745(indian rupee)
                    here are the details of the transaction

                    it has been nearly 10 days and i have still not received any refund/Order didn't get placed .At least return my money if you can't place an order. The way you treat customers is unacceptable. Don't keep anyone's money like that. The thing is i already had sent out a mail regarding the same on the afternoon of yesterday itself with all the transaction details

                    Still They said to send another one.
                    Anyways, here are the details :-

                    I placed a second order on nike.com cause couldn't place order on first one and it debited from my account but order didn't place as well

                    FIRST ORDER:-

                        I have repeatedly written e-mails to nike for non-refund of my order (details as below). I have received an e-mail from Nike dated 12/11/2022 that the refund was processed on 11/12/2022 and should hit my bank in next 7 to 10 days. Its been more than 15 business days and i haven't received my refund. I want nike to take strict action and process this at the earliest since i have been following up on this for almost two months now. No action is initiated by them.

                          I ordered shoes on November 7th, but the purchase was not fulfilled even though the money was taken out of my account. I contacted the bank, and they also confirmed that the money was taken out of my account.
                          I have been contacting them every two to three days over the past few days, but they have always responded with the same icy response: "We will update on your mail; please wait 3-5 days." I have sent them every detail regarding the amount deducted, but they have not responded with the proper information regarding the status of my refund.

                          I feel I have been duped by Nike.com, which is very unfortunate. Please help me get my money back from Nike.

                            I have Ordered Shoes on 24th November, but the order was not placed but the amount was deducted, i contacted to the bank, they also confirmed that amount is deducted from My HDFC BANK Account.
                            and i contacting on every 2-3 days from last some days but they always reply with their so cold Sentence that we will update on your mail please wait 3-5 days...but day 1 to stilll i did not get any single mail from them
                            i send them each every details from amount deducting but they have not the proper reply about Refund Status...

                                I tried ordering Nike Metcon 8 shoes from Nike App on 10th November 2022 costing 16245 INR. I made the payment through State Bank Of India internet banking and the amount was successfully transferred to the merchant but an error message was shown on the screen instructing to try another payment option and the order was not placed. I have lodged a complaint to my Bank's home branch and they have confirmed that the money had reached the merchant site that is nike. I have lodged numerous complaints to nike.com but no positive response from their side till date. I fee I have been duped by nike.com which is very unfortunate. Please help me get my money back from nike

                                  I ordered two items on 21 nov 2022 from your app, Nike Air max futura and a pair of socks, the amount of INR 14, 640 got debited from my bank account but a message of transaction failed popped up on the app & no mail regarding the confirmation of order has been received. I made payment with my HDFC Bank account.Tried calling several times to the customer care services but no clear instruction was given by them.Customer care people asked me to mail the issue but no valid email address is available, every time i mailed, the mail did not push through. Please look into it and provide appropriate resolution

                                      I made an online purchase at Nike.com on 09.11.2022 at 6:29 pm for Rs. 23, 440 from telangana, India.

                                      While payment, I selected the option for UPI . After the payment of Rs. 23, 440 was debited from my account in Phone pe and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method".

                                      I had contacted Nike support staff and have also mailed them but yet to get any solution. They kept saying to wait for 7-8 business days but it has been 20 days and
                                      I am yet to receive any clear statement from NIKE about the refund.

                                        The below email was sent on 26th Nov 2022. They said they will transfer this to Finance Team. But I am still waiting for their response.

                                        I purchased Air Jordan 1 Mid on 25th Nov 2022
                                        In the first place when I made the payment I got the error message that Ërror in the payment, please try another payment method."
                                        I tried again and the second-time money was deducted and the same error message I received on the screen.
                                        But I did not get any confirmation email about the purchase and still money shows debited from my account.
