The below email was sent on 26th Nov 2022. They said they will transfer this to Finance Team. But I am still waiting for their response.

I purchased Air Jordan 1 Mid on 25th Nov 2022
In the first place when I made the payment I got the error message that Ërror in the payment, please try another payment method."
I tried again and the second-time money was deducted and the same error message I received on the screen.
But I did not get any confirmation email about the purchase and still money shows debited from my account.

    I was not aware at first regarding orders and custom related and KYC so ordered in my half name.now that all my documents is in my full name got my kyc rejected and my orders still pending.its so disappointing bro hold the orders for long and other the other hand not sure about the refund too.

      I visited nike store located in inorbit mall, hyderabad yestarday to buy sports tshirt and track pants. One staff named g.Shankar bheaved very rudely and disrespectfully and said things like you cant buy this, u cant buy that. He said that we know nothing about gym wears and he knows better as he works there . He asked us to get out of the trial room when we asked to bring large size of a tshist instead of medium for fitness issue. We want a call and apology fom g. Shankar from that store else this issue will be written on twitter.

          I have placed an order for Nike Revolution 6 next nature shoes via Nike.com, I complete my payment using upi They have deducted an amount of Rs, 4945 ..but it shows after paying …that my transaction is fail and no order is placed and I have not received any mail, but money has been deducted from my account

            I ordered Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High and Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 from Nike.com. The order amount was INR 24, 290/-. After delivery due to large size I initiated return by contacting their customer care. The return pickup was done on 07th October 2022 by Aramex. It was mentioned that once they receive my shoes in their warehouse they will instantly initiate refund... but that never happened.

            I kept calling Nike support but I always received single reply that I’ll get my refund within 5-7 working days. Here I am, still chasing Nike for refund even after 45 days of return pickup. It is really frustrating to chase nike every day without getting any response.

            The amount is huge and I have to pay credit card bills which already defaulted for first month and I have been penalised for the same with another 4000 rupees.

            Please help me here. Nike is fooling people by selling substandard products and not refunding the money when it’s returned.

            Adding the order id and other details od return pickup for reference here.

              I purchased a pair of Jordan shoes for 13, 000 on the Nike app. The payment was deducted from my bank account but the app said “transaction failed”. I live in goa, india, please sort this out quickly

                I made a purchase on Nike India on 14/11/22 at 4:13 pm of air Jordan 1 mid in UK 6.5 in grey for Rs 11, 545. when checking out I chose UPI as my payment option and I was redirected to the payment page where I had to enter my UPI id. It would send a payment request on my UPI app(in my case it was google pay) I made the payment on the app and it was successful on the app and even showed successful on the payment page that I was redirected to. after that, I was redirected to Nike India's website after making the payment where it showed me the message" Payment Error, please use different payment method" and my money was also debited from my account. and now I have got no message or refund from Nike's side or any kind of support

                  I waited for the refund but I have not got the refund till date.

                    This is mention you that on 30.10.2022 at around 8:02 p.m, I made an online purchase at Nike.com for Rs. 12, 547.00 from Mumbai, India.

                    While payment, I selected the option for SBI net banking.                         Within one month of purchase of Women's Sports Shoes, the shoals of both the shoes of the pair broke. The shoes are still under warranty period of 3 months, yet I am not given any kind of warranty by the Shoe seller.

                          I ordered nike air max 2021 shoes from nike website after delivery due to large size i applied for return after contacting their customer care. First their carrier didn’t come for pickup but after multiple complaints they carrier finally came for pickup on 27th September 2022. During pickup of my shoes nike’s represtative told me during our conversation that once they receive my shoes in their warehouse they will instantly initiate refund and i will receive within 3 to 7 days. But in reality it didn’t happen. According to Aramex who pickup my return they told me that they already delivered my return to Nike warehouse on 6th October 2022. Now i waited 3 to 4 days but still i didn’t receive any refund even after conatcting multiple times to their customer care. On 11/10 their respresentative filed a complaint whose no is 66672693. I was told that within a week i will receive an email regarding refund and also i was told that they applied for manual refund. But even after a week after each and everyday contacting their customer care still I don’t receive any refund. Now everytime when i contact their customer care they are behaving like a unknown who don’t know anything even after giving them much information like order no, return receipt, etc and after getting these thing at the last they saying only one word which is ‘wait’. I am literally extremely frustrated with them and i finally realise that i did a huge blunder by buying shoes from their website. I never ever expected such a cheap experience ever from Nike. Even after multiple complaints they don’t have any care about their customers. Literally if i calculate days since pickup of my shoe its already more than 20 days but nike don’t care about anything. Its really costly shoe and i bought it from my hardcore savings and after spending many days and not getting any refunds. I am getting into a depression and thinking about refund day and night. I can’t able to sleep properly due to this thing. Even after speding so many days i still don’t get anything.

                            I ordered a Nike cap from their official site for ₹2045 on 5th of Oct 2022 using my credit card, but I didn't receive any confirmation from the website though any mail or message, then I checked it up and got to know that mails are generally sent within 24hours but even after 24hours I didn't receive any mail, then I thought the order must be not placed as it was not showing in "my orders" too. Its been 11 days since the incident and I haven't receive any update or refund from the website. I even have the Reference Number my payment to Nike India.

                                        I have baught a pair of Nike Air Zoom Temp Next% worth Rs 17595/- on 06-Sept-2022, from RJ Corp Ltd, DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida. From the next day o[censored]se it has a got permanent depression on left side shoe but the right shoe is ok. I have shown this to store person and he said that this is not manufacturing defect this is due to your foot shape then I told him that why its only in single pair and not in other shoe then he said we'll not exchange it and told me to talk to nike.com and register a claim. If they approve then he'll replace. Then I raised a claim and the claim number is 64795490. Please help me to exchange these shoes. 17595 is not a small amount that I can manage or compromise. Please help. Thanks.
