I placed an order for Nike Air Jordan 1 from the Nike app, Style:[protected], money was deducted but Nike denies to have received any order.

      I tried placing an order for Nike Wildhorse 7 women's shoe on 7 July 2022 at 2.00 p.m. on their website. The payment was made via Amazon UPI for Rs. 8163.30. The money was transferred as the attached screenshot would show. My bank says it was deposited to the Nike bank in India—Yes bank. However, the order didn't get placed. My various attempts to contact Nike on the phone numbers provided didn't work because Nike, it seems, doesn't have an India-based number. I have chatted with at least three representatives on the site, who have all assured this will be taken care of and money will be reversed. It still hasn't happened. Kindly HELP!

        I have been trying to get a solution to my problem for the last five days. I placed an order for Nike Wildhorse 7 women's shoe on 7 July 2022 at 2.00 p.m. on their website.         My complaint hasn't been resolved till date. Their customer care keeps saying that the money has been refunded and I should check with my bank. But the bank needs a proof of reversal, which Nike isn't able to provide (though do give the proof of transaction). The whole thing is bizarre. I haven't ever had such a problem with Indian websites!

          I bought Nike Jordan size UK10 but Nike had to cancel the order as they were unable to ship it. When I initiated the refund process, they confirmed that it will take 10-15 days but it has been 30 days already with no way to find a solution with customer care.

          Return initiated on 8th June, 2022
          Order number - G[protected]

          Have tried calling multiple times to both customer care and HDFC bank (my refund account) but no movement

            Hi team, am writing back for seeking a refund for the order number-G[protected], which was placed on 4 June 2022, however the payment went thru and I had to cancel the order due to personal reasons.

            I have checked my credit card statement and the refund has still not been credited back to my account.

            May I request you to please look into this and process my refund at the earliest.

              I tried to place an order on Nike app and the order wasn’t placed successfully and some error occurred and the transaction failed. But the google pay completed the transaction and the money was debited from my account and didn’t get back to me. It is showing that the money has been credited to Nike india app. Via google pay. Kindly look into the matter.

                I ordered Nike Vaporfly Next % on 11th of June and cancelled them on the next day due to wrong size approved by me.
                I got an email that money has been refunded on 14 June, 2022. The money didn't reflect in my account. I was waiting for the money to come and I had trust on Nike India and ordered another Nike Vaporfly Next % By You on 17 th of June and got a mail on 20th that they have been cancelled by Nike India due to unavailability of material used for making that kind of shoe and didn't get refund back.
                I have lost my trust on them and when I went to Bank, they informed that no payment has been recieved till date.
                I have lost my complete trust and lost an amount of 46, 000 INR due to Nike India.
                I am registering this complaint against them and want an immediate action on them. The company needs to understand that the money was made by working hard and it is not their money.
                So please return it as soon as possible .

                    I have ordered an Nike shoe through the Nike App on 21/06/22..I filled in the Address details and the Product details and finally I went to the Payment gateway through net banking.I made an payment of Rs.8245/-The amount of Rs.8245 got debited.But the page showed payment failed but the amount got debited from my account.I need my refund .Can anyone help me with this.I have attached the proofs for your kind information

                          I placed an order of nike air force 97 size 8 and i paid amount 8245 the payment happend the amount was debited from my account but in the nike app it showed error i contacted my bank and confirmed that the money was deducted no nike staff or helpline is working i dont know what to do now please look into this matter

                            Recently I ordered shoes from Nike website (Nike.com #G[protected]) which got stuck on India's customs. I asked Nike team to cancel the order and refund my money. its been 2 weeks already, neither they cancelled the order nor they refunded the amount. Is that legit website for ordering shoes, I highly doubt that, now i feel that they cheated me because they me that i would get refund mail within a week

                              I have placed Nike SB Force 58 (Product ID G[protected]) On 9th of February 2022 for Rs. ₹6, 745.00 Payment made through SBI Debit Card. For some address issue the product got returned and i have requested for the refund from Nike. As per the statement i have received from Nike they claim that the refund amount has been credited to my mode of payment on 17th of April 2022 but till today i have not received any amount into my Bank Account i have contacted the Nike several times regarding this every time they said that "We have done everything from our side and credited the refund amount. you have check with the bank and get it cleared" i have went to the Bank with the Statement i received from Nike containing the Transaction Reference Number: 9ZRTyjBKff0u and i have asked they said that "there is no trace of any amount been credited to my bank account" till today the problem has not been resolved. now i have no Product and i have no Money.

                              This is the worst experience i have had with the Nike and i recommend all of my friends and family members to not buy anything from Nike ever again.

                                Nike order kyc rejection

                                I have sent the KYC documents multiple times but everytime they gets rejected, please either cancel the order and start the refund process so that i can place it again or allow me to change the address.

                                The order is under the name Kritika Pareek and the address is 102 uttara enclave, range hills road, ashok nagar (both are mentioned in the attached agreement document.

                                I had placed an order of nike shoe from nike.com and used Netbanking option (State Bank Of India) for payment.
                                Amount of Rs. 8245 was successfully deducted from my SBI account, but when it reached nike.com confirmation page, it said transaction has failed.

                                When I checked my SBI account, it showed transaction reference id:
                                From SBI to Atom Technologies Ltd: [protected]IGANRNUAT8
                                Date: 01 June 2022
                                Nike India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I have also received an email confirmation from NTTData Atom Technologies which provides payment gateway service for nike.com, stating that amount of Rs 8245 has been deducted from my SBI account

                                  I have placed an order in nike of terra kier shoes and a couple pairs of socks which total amounts to Rs. 14485. The delivery address was to hyderabad and I paid through UPI, the amount was debited but the order was not placed. the customer care has also not been that responsive. please help me out so i can get my money back

                                      Hi Team Nike, I have submitted this issue to your Email, Online chats, Talked to your team (Nike.com - USA Number) on the phone but your pathetic team doesn’t even care to respond back. I have been following up for the past 8 days to get the refund for the amount deducted (But showed failed on nike.com) but your inefficient staff doesn’t take any responsibility. An amount of INR 16, 490 Had been deducted from my account 8 days ago from ICICI Bank. If your payment keeps on failing then why don’t you offer COD ? Why do you have to put the customer in so much trouble ? I need the refund immediately for the payment deducted.
