I tried placing an order for Nike Wildhorse 7 women's shoe on 7 July 2022 at 2.00 p.m. on their website. The payment was made via Amazon UPI for Rs. 8163.30. The money was transferred as the attached screenshot would show. My bank says it was deposited to the Nike bank in India—Yes bank. However, the order didn't get placed. My various attempts to contact Nike on the phone numbers provided didn't work because Nike, it seems, doesn't have an India-based number. I have chatted with at least three representatives on the site, who have all assured this will be taken care of and money will be reversed. It still hasn't happened. Kindly HELP!
