We, ajwani infrastructure pvt. Ltd. Company located at midc nerul, would like to bring to your kind notice that the wastebasket of garbage has kept to the side of the road near our company entrance gate. The hacks of garbage are laying down on road. It’s looking very dirty and shabby whenever any person passes by the lane.
Also, truck drivers shift the wastebasket of garbage on the road so as to park their vehicles. Photos are attached.
The condition will become worst in rainy days when the garbage mixes with water and makes safe havens for dengue mosquitoes and other insects.
In the light of above mentioned circumstances, you are requested to make necessary arrangements for the proper and timely cleanliness of wastebaskets placed to some other place.
We are requesting you to look into this matter and take strict action.

We got a lot of space in our society to play infact the place don't damage any cars or anything. Even when we individually play with balls making sure the ball is on the ground, society secretaries have a problem. They abuse, blackmail, and insult us (Kids). The rules they make is just not at our with how they imagine we play with balls. We play in corner still they have problems. There was once a playing area in our society but now they have construed a building in that area which was meant for us to play. Our social rights are being hurt. When they talk to our parents regarding this, they make their own stories like we kids hit the ball to people when i know, we all play just in the corner far away from them.in my society there is 10th case school topper and committee members just w/o knowing her keeps on insulting her that she is ill mannered. When we study hard, we also expect that we get to play sometime. We only play for an hour or two. The society has made the rules without even listening to what we children think. To be honest there's no proper society committee. Few groups of people who are in good touch of each others have formed a committee. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. We are expecting that we should get justice as early as possible.

Hello, we are members of dream heaven society, address: sector 25, plot 18, nerul, navi mumbai 400706, landmark next to millennium park society in our society the trees (Almond and palm) are grown up a lot, almost reaching the 7th floor of our building due to which bats (Wat-wagul) are seen in the evening and sometimes comes inside our house. Also the roots are grown so much that they are damaging the flooring of our society, weaking the strength of the building, the same to are also getting into the drainage system and cracking the side surrounding compound walls of the society. We request the nmmc team to please come and visit our society and cut the branches and trim the trees from the top atleast before rainy season. We will be grateful to your department and team, if this is done immediately. Thanks, ladies committee.

Hello municipal commissioner i am mr jitender kori reside in nl2 sector 9 bld no 2 nerul facing issue of drinage since last 15 years also complained to our local nagarsevak about the drinage issue but no one cares about it last hope is left with nmmc as we are facing serious issue about drinage level construction in our building and this was done by our nagarsevak and now he is no more nagar sevak but her seceratary became nagarsevak she is also like her no work at all we are feed up giving complain and visting to her office it gets filled in every rainy season and waters spealls out inside our house result getting dead mouse and latering getting inside our house lead to diseasesas we have small children at our hosue they get ill and hope u can understand our situation and possible do not wait some big disease to roll out and my lifes come into danger as a plage raised because of such case only dont wait for such disease to arise in navi mumbai because in nl2 there are numerous number or big mouse and first during munde sir time they at least come and through medicime at least now they also do not come stoped sprinkelling fenail in open water and this drainage will end one of the life by disease if no action is taken i am also sending copy of this conversation to maharashtra grevarance circle or portal so that they also know how the leaders are working you can contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

This is regards to station parking in navi mumbai specially in airoli.

On this thursday i want to travel around different location so i decided to park my car at airoli station for certain hours.

When i asked to receipt they told me submit 50 inr. But on the receipt did not mentioned any amount. As per standard chaeges it would be 10 inr for 4 hrs.

Also, there was so many autorikshwa, some garbage tempo, and other dump car were park in parking area. It seem all illegal.

Request you please look into this issue.

This might be happening in other station also in navi mumbai.

Last year i was submitted written application to hon. Chief. Tukaram mundhe sir regarding for drainage work but unfortunately his tranferd to pune. Still there is no such action taking from your side. Last two month drainage work start in our area but its totally uncompleted. Drainage is not covered by chamber.
We are taking daily follow up to corporator. Mrs. Usha puroshttam bhoir regarding for the same issue but she is not responding our complaint. Street lamp also not working. During rainy season some water acquire in front of entry gate there is no space for walk.

This time kindly take strict action otherwise we raise the issue on social media how nmmc work like this.

I purchase the property in turbhe ward office area in the year 2015. Three years after we got confirmation to fill application. Charges asked by ward office for name change on property tax bill near about rs.14000/-.

I am not in agreement for such amount for joint owner double amount. We are joint owner for one property chargable rate per sq. Ft and multiply 2 because of two owner for one property.

I am resident of the sector 22 kamothe; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

This is very painful to say since last 2 weeks we are facing chronic issue with water shortage in ulwe sector 2 and 3 (Navi mumbai)
Whatever water supply happening it's non drinkable water with full of bacterias, it's too risky for kids.
There is no update to us why this shortage and by when it will by be?
Pls help to resolve this issue at the earliest and update us timely on progress.

Reminder & urgent request for your kind support
For completion of pending gardening work in sector-15 cbd

Respected dr ramaswami saheb,

Please refer our message-dated 21.5.2018, we are yet to hear from nmmc regarding action taken. Rains are expected in next 3/4 days. We once again draw your kind attention for completion of following pending works.

1. While nmmc has laid water pipe line for plants in road dividers but contractors are not at all bothered to make use of them. Watering is very irregular since last 8 months resulting in drying of plants in road dividers. Matter reported many times to all concerned but hardly any action taken so far.

Recently commissioner dr ramaswami stated that action would be taken against erring contractors. We have requested for sacking of such contractors. Please pay attention to citizens’ feedback and take action accordingly. Please also ensure replanting of trees be undertaken, wherever plants have died due to contractors negligence.

2. Planting of remaining 20 nos samudra phals (Approx.) in road divider opposite glass house. This work is pending since last two years.

3. We have been requesting for supply of 50 nos tree guards for protection of neem trees since last one year but action is still awaited.

4. Installation work of two nos. Compost pits on either side of walking track. Is pending. At present garden waste is just thrown on mangrove side o[censored]pper walking track, which is quite dangerous as it may catch fire. Also it is very difficult for any maintenance person to undertake any cleaning work.

5. Commissioning of open air gym at walking track may be undertaken at the earliest. This was promised after march 2018.

6. Beautification of nullah* by planting trees on either side of nullah to ensure that foul smell is eliminated. Our request is pending since last five years. Promised to be taken up after march 2018.

7. Pruning of trees to be undertaken without any delay to ensure proper spread of led street lights.

8. Other points as per our note dated 2.2.2018.

Dear sirs

There are illegal & unauthorized use of footpath by shopkeeper by forever shops in hariom heritage, plot no - 8, sector - 21, kharghar, navi mumbai - 410210 for their customer using footpath for serving foods & beverage. They are also treating citizen and commuters not to use footpath otherwise their gundas will not leave them alive.

However, i am requesting you to look into matter and let use of footpath for public use instead of shopkeeper's use.

I had made payment of rs. 903/= of property tax online on 26.11.17 through icici internal banking and after 2 days the transaction got reversed. When we approached directly at koper khairane office, it was intimated to pay online.

The correct website for online payment is still not known and it is becoming difficult to pay the property tax before the due date.

Requesting you to please look into the street lights not in operation on sion panvel sanpada node highway since last 1-2 months of april-may2018. Due to this there are lot of accidents has happened on this street. Please take action as soon as possible to make the street lights operational. Also miscreants are taking advantage of this darkness and crimes are increasing.

The footpaths at sect 11 (Vijaya bank to icici bank stretch) are in a total mess. The manhole slabs are broken. Anyone could accidentally fall inside the manhole. There are frequent pedestrians which include daily commuters at various workplaces and local residents. It also find difficult to cross the roads at the t junction near the vijaya bank - muthoot fincorp office lane.
Kindly replace the broken slabs at the earliest to avoid any major cases

I have shop in jain park society sector 36 kamothe 410209. Shop no 7, 8, 9 i am complaining on behalf of my shops that illegal taxi stand has been created in front of my shops. I have complaint even in society office also but even they having pressure from some politicals party for not take any action against taxi stand. So please take an action against the illegal construction. Because of that i get an loss for 80000 every month. Even it can’t be given on rented just because of taxi stand

The roads of sector-16 near chaurang chs is not being cleaned on a daily basis. Dried leaves fallen from the trees & small garbage is left unattended for days together.
The footpaths in the opp bldg is very dangerous as most of the paver tiles are broken with wires hanging out on the roads with broken steps which lead to the shops.
The road opposite gunina & progessive highness is very uneven and during the rains the water get collected. It needs to levelled before the rains.
Kindly look into this matter urgently to avoid any mishaps during the monsoon.
