Dear respected sir/ ma’am,

We are the residents of tharwani residency chs. We are writing to you with complete faith that you will take up this matter on serious note, because it is affecting our society residents, young generation and their future. This is to bring you in notice that there is hookah parlour named as “flavors café and sheesha lounge” on ground floor shop no 15 & 16 in our society (“tharwani residency” located at midc, plot no c-1, cidco plot no-2, sector no.6a, kamothe, navi mumbai, maharashtra 410209) due to which lots of nuisance is created in our society even complaints are been logged in the local police station for the same. (Attached the copy of police complaint)
It’s also about women and children safety of tharwani residency because several cases of women staring, indecent comments, vulgar behavior of couples, rash driving, wheeling of bikes is happening over there. Also a preschool (Ryan international) is running in premises (Within 50 meters) and it can affect the social behavior of kids.
So we residents of tharwani residency chs request you to look into this matter and take necessary action immediately and please shut down the hookah parlor to avoid any criminal offence or incident over there.

As a responsible citizen of my country we did our duty by informing you, hoping a positive action from your end.

One of the family (Mr. Pawar) in our society (Shree sagar darshan coop hsg society ltd) flat no 0;3, bldg 18, sector 16, nerul (West), is feeding stray dogs & keeping in our society, we don't have problem for that but some of the dogs is suffering from some skin diseases which panic us, he is not treating them & some of the dogs are smelling too bad because of this skin disease, so please help in this regards. It is effecting our health.

Stray dogs in talavli gaon

This is regarding increasing dogs in talavali gaon area, rabale west. It has been observed that number of stray dogs are increasing and causing too much problem for residents of area. They are barking and fighting all the night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out in society area as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making area unsafe for public especially during evening/night. The dog menace has increased horribly in our area. Last night i was also attacked by the group of 15dogs, thankfully with the help of biker who gave me lift till my house, i was saved, but fell down and got hurt badly on my knee.

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important...

We the citizens of airoli, sector 9 facing the problem of dog dead body in our area. One small dog body found in our premises. Please clear dead body as early as possible as all citizens are facing problem, even small children's of our society s can't come outside due to bad smells.

There is balant wastage of water by rickshaw drivers in sector 4, sanpada opp parth magnus.

Washing autos everyday using a pipe is not needed!!. When instead it can also be done by using a cloth and bucket if necessary.

If possible the check should be conducted either after 8 am or after 8 pm. The most probable time they wash the autos.

There is water shortage elsewhere. We are blessed here.

So please look into it and stop this asap.

In sanpada sector -7, plot no.9, in the cidco commercial premises, ther is a 5 star chinese center, they are cooking food in the transcend area so the shop proprietor does not have a chimney for smoke, and they are cooking outside the shop, so we as a society member suffer from a respiration problem during evening. And it is so close to our society premises so in future it will be cause of fire. So as a concern citizen of navimumbai i am registering a complaint.
Please take a appropriate action as soon as possible

Worst medical team working in pnc ward in sau minatai thakrey hospital. I have admitted my wife for pnc, due to the abnormality seen in sonography about foetal condition. Hospital team admitted her and pnc got done. However, again went for routine check up and gone through sonography and found that pnc was not done properly in first place. This is ridiculous thing as this will impact the woman's further pregnancy status if the pnc is happening more than a time. Also though they were already in fault, but not bother about it and keeps waiting for doing the pnc again. Due to which my wife is helpless about carrying her pain, but still they were just cool in going through the formalities since from morning 9.00 am till the afternoon 2.00 and as of now pnc not yet done. I am very much concerned about this, because government has putting lots of money for improvement in our healthcare industry and staff working here is not even bother about caring patients emergency and doing mistakes in such critical conditions.

I would request for taking this complaint to next level, so that atleast few people could get relief and would not face the same issues which am facing.

While I was riding around 7:30 Am on my bike I almost skid on the road due to waste oil and water which was leaking out form Grabage truck. Address: Near Kalsh udyan Sec 12 Koperkhairne Navi Mumbai 400709. I told this about workers they said me to file a complaint. Please look into this matter because that road is busy at peak hours anyone can get hurt .

Please provide a solution for stray dogs in sector 9 airoli. The dogs start barking after 12 at night its becoming difficult to sleep. Moreover the dogs are not even sterilized every few months i find a litter of puppies in my area.in total there might be more than 30 stray dogs in the area. Please take some action. Those stray dogs r dangerous also. There are many kids in the area. If it bites them then who will be responsible. I have seen few more complaints being registered for airoli regarding stray dogs but still no action is being take. Kindly treat it as an emergency and take some action.

I am a resident of garden view chs ltd for the last 22 years. The maidan ie sitaram mastrer udyan close to our residence had 4 gates the gate on the eastern side is closed for the last 1.5 years without any reason. We have to go to the millenium tower side/southern gate or to the west gate or to the north gate to get access for our morning/evening walk. However nmmc has opened a new gate close to the senior citizens recreation room. I feel it very sad to say that garden view residents have been treated as out cast people by depriving the entry. From the eastern gate. When other gates are opened everyday in the morning and evening kindly tell the security guards to keep the eastern gate also open, i would appreciate nmmc to take a positive view to my complaint. From several days there have not been cleaning of dustbin never expected such poor waste management by municipality, cidco was far better than this full nation is going on swatch bharat abhiyan and here it's not even cleaning the waste put in dustbin plss do the needful lots of mosquito are increased in number my locality kalamboli sect 12

Dear sir, These fruits sellers selling fruits on the footpath in the premises of home Pawan CHS Ltd plot No-60/63 Sector 20-C Apposite of gudi collection Airoli.These illegal activities i.e selling fruits putting their vehicle on the footpath as shown below image due to this inconvenience for padChari and he is utilising public places and hence maximum fines may be imposed to him so that he will not utilising footpath in future.

Illegal market on small trucks blocking road and pavement from 7 am to 11 am posing safety and traffic hazard. This is near sanpada sbi close to moraj

Request kind attention for safety of children cycling around the area, elderly and for safe movement of vehicles. Either allocate a dedicated place or remove them from the location as you did during ‘swachh bharat survey’ period.

We all below members living in this society. We had filed attached complaint to koparkhairane ward office on 13/11/2017 against swapnil sonawane (Flat no 402).

Complaint:
Swapnil sonawane (Flat no 402) has broken the wall which is between his house and terrace to make a door to go into the terrace and locked the main door of the terrace from inside and not allowing to any member to terrace. Also he has broken gate of the society to park his car. We have attached all the photos for his all such illegal work. When we all members asking swapnil sonawane for closing this door then he is saying "do whatever you want. Take any action". He is not taking laws seriously.

We filed complaint to nmmc ward office, koparkhairne on 13/11/2017 and continuously following up to them but no action has been taken yet. Officers just saying that they are working on it. It's more than 4 month now but no progress on this matter.

Request you to look into this matter and take some necessary action on swapnil sonawane (Flat no 402).

Requesting navi mumbai municipality corporation to address these issues :

1) illegal vegetable vendors (Selling vegetables i tempo) opposite footpath of car-24 shop sec-11 vashi since early 2017

2) illegal food stall with gas stoves opposite footpath of car-24 shop sec-11 vashi since 12/3/18 in early morning and evening, which is very dangerous on safety iisue.

Kindly remove these unauthorised vendors at the earliest

Plot No 86, Dariya Mahal, Sector 16 A, Nerul West Navi Mumbai as shown as attached are quite irresponsible in co operating with NMMC rules and regulations.It seems the owner has no interest to keep the property or taking care of surroundings since he is staying in Mira Road The pathways stones are broken for MSEDCL uses and not repaired for more than one year giving inconvenience to citizens. The side plot is used for debris since nobody is taking care. A tree from neighboring Society is grown and curved upto top of the row house making stormy winds risky since it can fall any time. Similarly during rainy season mosquito menace are there due to blocked and watery leaves on the terrace which can lead to dengue and other diseases Since the Row house is not used for so many months there are blockage of drain water and leaking resulting health problems to neighbors. The owner is not visiting the row house or not given for rent which result in misuse of NMMC property and creating inconvenience to neighbors. . When informed through phone almost not responding and when follow up just give the reply that he is going to renovate soon. But nothing is done giving lot inconvenience to citizens.Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to resolve the multi problems at earliest .

In vashi, roads are cleaned, but playgrounds are not.in sector 10 vashi, playground is not cleaned and walls should be colorful with slogans of swachhata abhiyan of navi mumbai.

Further there is no fixed time for playing. Anyone comes and starts playing even at night till 11 pm.

I suggest playground should be cleaned and information about swachhata abhiyan be mentioned on walls.

Hi am staying in swaraj daffodils airoli sector 8 a
There i no water suppy for last 5 days here and when enquired no one is giving clear picture as to why water is not coming or when it will come
If there is some repair work going on then we should have been informed prior without any proper intimation there is no water supply at all why we are not getting information of no water supply which is our right to know

Why we have to suffer for one drop of water even after paying taxes
