Respected sir, whenever there is a water supply cut in nerul or in any area due to some maintenance reason, i would request you to please inform about the same to the residents of that place (By some media like sms or whatsapp), one or two days before so that residents should be aware and should save and use water as per their needs. Now what happening is most people remain unaware and have to face water shortage or even sometimes no water at all.. If everyone is informed, problems would be lessen to some extent... Thanks..

The stray dogs are coming to pilots guest house in jnpt close to vip guest house. These stray dogs are living and coming close to the living quarter of pilots. Sometime during night they jump on the pilots if any one shout for avoiding disturbance from these dog's barking. They always come in the way of car driving and driver nerds to put immediate brake to avoid any mishap. Need immediate assistance for removing these stray dogs as they are only troubling is rather any help.

Property tax due for the last 18 years.
Property tax for the current building that i am residing in does not have a cooperative society the land is still under the land owners name, so there is only one property tax that comes under this name. But this property has 18 flats and 4 commercial establishments located in it and also 9 flats had a judicial case filed against them because of property dispute between those flat owners as they r from the same family and it is a family affair. Since it has been resolved this year the flats have been cleared and issued on rent. I had bought my flat last year and before that it had 5 previous owners and all of them have not paid property tax since they have not been receiving bill for the same. Now since final notice has been issued the remaining residents are insisting me to pay 50, 000 towards the property tax and settle the issue. But before i bought the flat i did pay 50, 000 to the builder to obtain noc to acquire loan from gic housing finance. Since i have the noc i think i am in the clear and it is the land owners responsibility to collect that money from the builder.

There is no water supply in sector 4 koparkhairane for the last 48 hours. Whenever there is water supply the electric power supply is cut off so that residents can not use the motors. There seems to be some understanding between the concerned authorities and the water tanker mafia. It's a matter of shame for the government for not being able to supply water whereas tankers, being privately operated, are capable of supplying as much water as needed. This should be taken as failure at the management level. Shame on you nmmc.

There is no water supply to our society balaji krupa chs at address as mentioned in subject today on 23.05.18 from morning 6 am. It is society of 252 family. About 1000 people are short of water for whole day.
Let us know what happened wrong and how much time department will take to start unintended water suply to our society. Or instead we must be supplied drinking water tanker to fulfill our water need.
Please do the needful at earliest and anticipating reply.

Also, we have small small insects coming in. We have 8 years kid and also old age members in my house. I request the nmmc team to please come and visit our society and cut the branches atleast before rainy season. I will be grateful to your department and team, if this is done immediately. In our area legs of 2 nos. Stray dogs have been damaged. They can not walk. They are sleeping in our area and making area dirty. They do not have food to eat.
Keeping long time may affect nearby area. There may be possibility of spreading virus due this.in our area there are other stray dogs are also moving around.
Please help to remove them on urgent basis.

In the street opposite to gaon devi temple towards jogger’s park, vashi there are lot of street dogs which are coming for the food thrown at open dustbin and barking chasing bikers. Human beings getting panic. Pl take action on this issue.
Seriously the dogs making panic all people on the roads especially kids.

Dear sir? Madam,

I am a resident of plot no. 35, lane-d, sector-8, vashi, navi mumbai, 400703. I wish to bring to your notice that a tree just off my compound wall on the footpath is leaning very dangerously since a long time. The tree has very less root support due to proximity to storm water drainage. Hence it is liable to fall endangering the life and property.

In view of the oncoming monsoon kindly take a note of this situation and do the need full.

In koper khairane sector-12b, plot # 59b, in muslim school (Madarsa), prayers are happening 6 to 8 times in a day through loud speaker.

It became daily nuisance to nearby housing societies.

I am not sure whether this madarsa has proper permission from statutory authorities to run

Please take immediate action and ensure that they do prayers and teachings without loud speakers, before it goes out of control.

Dear sir /madam,

Myself apolian residing in airoli. We have just moved to airoli since 1 year. I was facing issues with drainage which is place beside to my house. My neighbors all the people are purposefully spit there and pour wastage water in it and not even clean it. We have complained about the same and they were not stopping it thus, my humble request to municipal corporation that please close the drainage as we don't want anyone to be there in front of my house.

Surprised to see previous complaints regarding increased stray digs in sec 10 kharghar kopra without any solution???
Currently the number has increased too much and cases of dog bites are at alert.
Recently my 2 yrs son was bitten by stray dog and it was 3rd degree bite, may i question who is responsible here???
Main problem is with pet ngos who are feeding the dogs in the residential area without any proper medical treatment or vaccination of the dogs. Just feeding them with milk n biscuits daily should not be the motive of ngos.

Safety of people specially children should be the priority before nurturing the dogs.
Can anyone from nmmc act on it on immediate basis, or do we need to wait for the next election for the candidates to come n beg for the votes n hear our problems???

In nerul west the pre-monsoon storm water drainage and nulla cleaning waste and filth taken by municipality cleaners were kept on foot path and road side for so many days. The excavated sludge and filth piled on foot path was not cleared even for weeks. It is inconvenience to walkers, joggers and citizens. It is a matter of clearance just for two or three days. But it is of laying there for somany days shows the irresponsible attitude especially when we are trying for swatch bharat and clean navi mumbai. Plese monitor and clear it immediately.

I am residing at ashtavinayak building, plot no. 160, sector-17, kharkopar ulwe since 1 year, we do not have a street lamp in our sector installed yet.

As there are more than 500 families resides here, taking their safety into consideration during night, please arrange to install the same.

The water holding body attached to the sewage treatment plant behind our society juhi greens co-op hsg society plot15 &17 ramesh sankarraw hebbar marg sector (Old) 50 seawoods suddenly has a layer of algae? Scum? Discharge from the sewage treatment plant?. This is emitting a very foul smell, also potentially hazardous site for mosquito breeding.
This has never happened before.
Kindly look in the matter at the earliest

The number of stray dogs have increased in the cbd belapur sector-4 market area.
The market is lonely in the night and morning before the shops are open.
Earlier the dogs were not much of a problem. But since last week they are making the market dirty by spilling the garbage all over. They have started barking and sometimes biting people moving around during early / late hours when the market is closed. Due to this even children or adults are having a difficult time to pass through the market during early / late hours.

The incident happened with me twice in this week on saturday and monday.
Request you to take suitable action asap before there is a big incident and someone is seriously injured.

There are many dogs around 15 staying in our locality (Kamothe sector 21). They keep on barking on the people who passed across them and they start running behind the vehicles. They are also dangerous to small children who come out to play. Kindly urgently look into the matter and take this stray dog away from our locality as they have become a big headache for us. Roaming around the street is getting difficult because of them.

Dear sir,
In the navi mumbai, sector-1 shiravne area we suffer from mosquitoes bite, in the day and even at night troubling since last one month, we tried strays and coils, and everything which can prevent this but no use, yesterday its very high more than countable, whole night we suffered from bites, we dont know its simple mosquitos or dangerous but we wont be able to sleep at night. If we close the door, window all the time, it lead to suffercation and due to summmer very hot, so its not possible to close the window 24 hr, i am complaining about this after frustration, its very simple problem which i dont think to be complained about but it become very suffering everyday, if you watch at night white marble floor are shaded with bloods and mosquitoes, we cant take this any more, please help us, our whole society is in trouble with this mosquitos.
Plot no 596.in front there is open drainage so hmight be the that would be problem or the plants nercery is in just front that might be reason but we need cure as soon as possible,
