After I gave my Lumia 625 for repairs at a Nokia care, I bought a new Nokia 630 from mobile store, Noida for Rs 10000.00 ( invoice dt 21/08/2014) as a stop gap arrangement, as they said, the repairs would take 07 days.
On the 05th day after buying the Lumia 630, its display started flickering & garbage was witnessed in the display, all of a sudden. After I brought this to the notice of Micronas Telecom, Nokia Care centre, & asked for a D.O or free replacement of the phone, I was answeredin the negative & was told that free replacement takes place only, within 72 hrs from buying.
On the assurance of the centre manager Ms Sunita Pangtey to replace my phone within 07 days (after speaking to her seniors) I deposited my phone at the centre vide service job sheet no. 968 dt 27/08/14. Otherwise, I would have gone to the consumer forum directly.
Now they are making me run from pillar to post, not attending to my phone calls, giving vague answers &; not assuring any concrete date of replacement.They say that approvals of replacement from repair centre is taking time.
Time and again I have asked them to return my phone, as I am left with only, a legal action &; would go to the consumer forum ( since it is a 05 day old phone, which has conked off & under warranty), but they are not committing anything.
Can I expect a concrete replacement date from Nokia's end?

May I know if your issue has resolved? Even I purchase nokia lumia 625. So I wonder if you are able to resolve the issue
