sir / mam The Complaint is about my mobile nokia asha 302 . my mobile is stop working on 1/8/2014 when it is in warrant then i go to service center they said that we recover your mobile in 15 days i submit and came back home after 11 days they call me and say your mobile is repaired now i go and picked mobile they gave me another mobile name asha 200 which is of rs 3000 in market and my model is 302 which is 6500 in market than i REGISTERED complaint with nokia on same day 11/8.2014 they gave me a complaint number 1-[protected] they said the STOCK is out we arrange the same i also said if it not possible to arrange the stock then please arrange any mobile of same cost 6500 or if the cost is more i gave you rest of the money but they says no its not our policy we arrange same asha 302 in 15 days time i wait but nothing happened till now because of this i suffer from many problem i m not having any mobile .. help me please i need mobile which have same cost or if more cost i gave rest of the cost or my same model asha 302 please...

    This is what i have written to Nokia as my complaint Dear Sir/Madam, This is Mr. Dhananjay A. Bheda from Jamnagar (Gujarat) having (unfortunately) a Nokia Lumia 920 of IMEI no. [protected] which had been submitted to a Nokia Care Centre at Rajkot (Gujarat) which name is Fonezone [[protected]] as on 04/08/2014 & Job sheet no. pertaining to the same is[protected]/140804/015 (copy attached). All the details about device & its problem alongwith my contact details may be referred from attached Job Sheet. As mentioned in the job sheet; target delivery date of the said handset was 30/08/2014 i.e. after 26 days of my submission of handset to Nokia Care Center which has already been passed almost a fortnight back as on date while I am writing this. In this regard I have contacted concerned Nokia Care Center several times but they are unable to retrieve any information about my device being totally unaware about its current status & location. After then I called Nokia Customer Care on no. 3030 3838 where a complaint was lodged under complaint no. 1-[protected]. In connection with this complaint; I got a call from Nokia team from no.[protected] & Mr. Vikas from your side told me that the device has been dispatched to concerned Nokia Care Center as on 02/09/2014 & thus I would get the same within a week following. After hearing nothing either from Nokia Care Center for so long; I again called Nokia Customer Care on no. [protected] on 12/09/2014. At that time a customer care executive Mr. Parag told me that my aforesaid device has been dispatched on 06/09/2014 which means the above mentioned information given to me by Mr.Vikas about its dispatch on 02/09/2014 stands completely false & it was like making a customer fool. Then after on my conversation with Mr. Parag; I again lodged a complaint under complaint no. 1-[protected] & in that regard I received a call from Nokia Team on 13/09/2014 in which it was informed by an executive that my device is yet to be dispatched. I must say this is so ridiculous & bizarre contradictory information I am keep getting from your various executives about the current status of my device & feeling so embarrassed, ashamed & angry on myself that I purchased a nokia device which service provision is so poor & shabby. It has been total 41 (Forty one) days completed as on 14/09/2014 since I submitted my cell at Nokia Care Center & yet haven’t got it back. Apart from this I am not being provided any correct information from your side about the status of my phone which is very shocking. Further it is essential to mention here that the all the other customers who submitted their devices at the same Nokia Care Center after mine have got their devices back after necessary service well before I am writing this email as I have come to know from concerned Nokia Care Center. I am having all the calls & talks done with nokia executives recorded in my cell which are a living proof how I have been misguided & ill-advised by nokia team which I afraid will have to produce in complaint I am going to register in police if will not get my device back (either serviced or a new one a replacement) within 05 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this email i.e. upto 19/09/2014 & won’t hesitate even a little in dragging this issue to court. Moreover, I am also gonna spread this entire incident across media & newspapers in such case which may please be noted. It is needless to mention here that I am completely exhausted, frustrated & angry while writing all this. Looking to this you are hereby once again requested to make my cell available in my hand at the earliest on priority basis (either serviced or a new one a replacement).

      I have a Nokia Lumia 720 purchased in April 2014 & in just 4 months i came up with issues in the Mic & Speaker, hence gave it for servicing at the only Nokia care in Coimbatore in 100 feet road on 28th Aug 2014. The bunch of people here who call themselves service engineers couldnt rectify the minor problem here & asked for my approval to be sent to their head office in chennai & proposed a lead time of 10 days for delivering it. Cleverly, they did not mention the due date in the job sheet numbered[protected]/140820/079. When i called up on the 10th day, none of the useless people over there had any information on the phone & lethargically answered saying its not ready. I blasted at them after which they came up with a date of 13th Sep-14 that is today promising to deliver it. I called up this morning to get the same answer that its doubtful today. to whomsoever this may concern, please take necessary action of the bunch of lazy useless people providing the worst service anyone could imagine, bringing the whole image of the Nokia brand down with their awful annoying service approach. if it takes any longer I'm filing a legal consumer case against them.

          I Kundan Kad-Patil. I have purchase Nokia XL phone from notebook shop at Tilak Road Pune. I purchase phone in June 2014. I face many problem this phone. In June month Family Programme, this time phone discharge at 2:00pm. then 2 To 10Pm, no any one contact with me. Why i am Take this phone..? after that i regulary use the phone, but after two week i observe that battery have problem of heating & Early Discharge. No hearing well, Whats app not connect. so that i face many problem till date. i give this phone at custmore care at Karve Road, Pune. they said all Problem solved. But today i have face the Problem.

            Iam Vipindas From Calicut Kerala. I had a very bad experience with one of your nokia care center (Happy Creations Lan-ship Mall, Mavoor Road Junction, Calicut Kerala). My nokia X2 Phone Had a problem with the mike (Low sound in outgoing audio). I Got My phone Mike changed on[protected], from nokia care for 540Rs (Bill No : 176, Bill Date:[protected], J/S No : A29996) After almost 1month same Phone started showing same problem, I approched Nokia Care on[protected], ie, today (Complaint Form No:31672). I told them that, i had my phone mike changed from here almost 2 months ago, but problem remains. the executive told me that they don'tt take responsibility of the replaced mike/parts, and i have to pay 540Rs more to replace the Mike. ie, altogether 1040 Rs for the phone mike Problem in two months. If You can't provide good service, what is difference between nokia care And Local mobile service shops. at least you must take resposibility of your own parts. I must say iam very much disappointed by your service,

                I bought a bh 108 bluetooth headset. Its earloop broke on the third day. It broke and physical damage not coming under their warranty. But when I seeked support form their online support they say earloop is not with nokia. Its provided by nokia, broke on the second day. They will not replace and they will not provide another one also. Who can replace it then. Its now a waste my new headset. Nokia should be a bit more concernded about customer. If their product is damaged they should be willing to give another one.

                  I updated my Nokia Lumia 520 in month of Aug 2014 phone from Window 8 to Window 8.1. Since then my phone battry is not working long (max 2 hour). Even there power saver app is not saving the battery Life. I am not getting any help from Nokia care. They are saying to chang the battry. My question is why should I pay for battery when I have done nothing wrong.

                    After I gave my Lumia 625 for repairs at a Nokia care, I bought a new Nokia 630 from mobile store, Noida for Rs 10000.00 ( invoice dt 21/08/2014) as a stop gap arrangement, as they said, the repairs would take 07 days. On the 05th day after buying the Lumia 630, its display started flickering & garbage was witnessed in the display, all of a sudden. After I brought this to the notice of Micronas Telecom, Nokia Care centre, & asked for a D.O or free replacement of the phone, I was answeredin the negative & was told that free replacement takes place only, within 72 hrs from buying. On the assurance of the centre manager Ms Sunita Pangtey to replace my phone within 07 days (after speaking to her seniors) I deposited my phone at the centre vide service job sheet no. 968 dt 27/08/14. Otherwise, I would have gone to the consumer forum directly. Now they are making me run from pillar to post, not attending to my phone calls, giving vague answers &; not assuring any concrete date of replacement.They say that approvals of replacement from repair centre is taking time. Time and again I have asked them to return my phone, as I am left with only, a legal action &; would go to the consumer forum ( since it is a 05 day old phone, which has conked off & under warranty), but they are not committing anything. Can I expect a concrete replacement date from Nokia's end? Regards, Sanjay Sen. [protected]

                      This is Arvind Kapur and I purchased Nokia Phone bill dated ...I am a regular user of Nokia and trusted Nokia phone even when the Nokia has lost market in smart phone to Samsung and other players. The phone set was having problem that it becomes blank suddenly and then i need to remove chip / reinsert, it start operating. Sometime touch screen was not working properly. I took the phone to Nokia service centre at Koramangala. Waited for 45 minutes, which is usual for my turn. The front desk lady informed that it is software update problem and they charge Rs. 300 for the software update. The Job sheet no. [protected] dated 30/08/14 from SAmvaradhi Technologies.. Even when i informed that it looks to be the problem of touch screen also, she goes on informing that no, it is software problem. She even informed that if the problem is not solved Rs. 300 will be refunded and phone will be repaired under warranty. When I revisited the service centre after 2 days, she started new story that I need to pay Rs. 3000 to change the touch screen and the behaviour of the team was bad. I understand that every person want to push the profitability of company, but you can't charge the user for manufacturing defects / software issue for a phone under warranty. I want reply from you to know whether Nokia will resolve this issue without any additional cost to me or not. With Regards, Arvind Kapur [protected]

                        I brought one nokia lumia from mobile store for my wife just 6 to 7 months back, starting from day 1 the hand set is creating problem but we ignored it becouse we thought it it becouse of the updated . Now the mobile is totally dead . I paid around Rs 15000/- for the set and dont expect this kind of problem . I want full replacement of the hand set or my money back .                           Dear Sir, Greeting I have a NOKIA 220 mobile.I bought it recently on dated 15th jun 2014.This mobile having a problem of POOR BATTERY BACK UP since that day.When I full charge it & keep stand by mode for whole one day. After that It become completely discharge.I have shown it at Nokia service center 5 times.One time of them they sent mobile to Chennai head office for analysis on complaint.But problem is still persisting.They have replaced the battery with new one. But problem is not resolved.Nokia service center is unable to resolve this problem.Sir I never use this mobile since buy date.You can see the details from my IMEI No. I am completely disappointed with Nokia 220. I need a permanent solution & If there may be possibility than give me a replacement of this mobile because it is a worst mobile in Nokia.                             I bought Nokia 107 Dual Sim Via Amazon India But soon noticed that battery was not working properly as it was taking too much time to get charge & was getting discharged within 2-3 Hrs of standby time, hardly 1/2 Hrs of talktime. Then I visited Nokia Care center in Sonipat but executive over there told me that Model 105, 106, 107 are not supposed to be repaired @ Nokia care, these model comes with replacement warranty in case of any fault, and advised me to contact my seller. So I contacted Amazon India but they told me that they haven't received any information from Nokia India About any such replacement on these models and asked to contact Nokia Service Center. Then I mailed Nokia India Helpline mail Id, from there I got an outo generated response with a service request number, i.e. 1-[protected] which assured me of a reply from Nokia India Customer Care Team with 48 Hrs, but I didn't received any response from them, then again I send reminder mail but again that auto generated mail & another service request number - 1-[protected]. I contacted on their helpline number as well, but of no use. Since last 2 months I am contacting them but all useless, my phone is still in warranty but Nokia India not extending any support. I wish strict action must be taken against Nokia India for cheating People and selling defective products. Regards Gaurav

                              My Bluetooth headset BH-111 Black, was received damaged while purchased online. I submitted it at Nokia Care, Shop No.1, First Floor, Shivalik, Opposite Bank Of Baroda, Panchavati, Panchavati Rd, Ambavadi, Panchavati Society, Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006. I had specifically asked for the black bluetooth piece as the complete set is in black. I received the replaced headset after 15 days and got it in blue. And when I asked for the reason why I am not provided with the black piece which I had demanded, they replied, "yeh hi milega, chahiye tho lo" Now, I am forced to use this blue bluetooth device with the rest black set. I hereby, request Nokia to take this issue seriously. Every person has got a choice with their colors and if I have paid for a black color headset, I should be provided with the same.

[protected], Product no. 059N8S3 and job sheet no. 731 to your TURBO INFOTECH SERVICE CENTRE sanjay place agra on dated 1/07/2014 due to software and touchsreen problem, but above service centre returned my phone after two month unrepaired and said that there is problem in motherboard of mobile phone and will not be repaired. so tell me why my mobile phone can't be repaired, that being your company product, which I purchased two years ago.Please look after above matter and reply me as soon as possible.                                   My Lumia handset is within the warranty period however, ur executives are not willing to help me with my device's hardware failure. I have visited the service centre twice, but I am being charged Rs. 4000. I have never ever been to any outsider for repairs to my handset, Y ur people are making such claims I don't understand. I[censored] harass customers with genuine problem, u will lose customer loyalty. Any ways, Please resolve my query as soon as possible as my warranty period is about to expire I must say, I am getting very bad impression of Nokia service for the first time Thanks and regards

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, myself Rajeev Thomas from thodupuzha.i have bought a mobile phone nokia asha 502 dual sim model from nokia priority centre thodupuzha, iddukki district 3 months back.one month back I hve lost my mobile battery somewhere and I couldn't find it.i went to the nokia priority centre where I bought the mobile and they said its not available, they will try for it.i enquired all the mobile shops in thodupuzha and near by districs also.they all saying its not available.its a brand new model launched by nokia.i even tried nokia all india customer care and they also said they don't knw where to get it.please help me sir.all my contacts are in tat phone.please do something sir.thanking u. yours faithfully, Rajeev Thomas, mob:[protected], thodupuzha, iddukki district, kerala state.

                                        I purchase the nokia set on date[protected] this set cost is rs.10500 .In my set proublum is swich off auto off never use . I go to service senter three times my problum is not clarified after submit the set company give me set after 15 days ..
