I have a nokia lumia 620..the warranty period has been jut expired.Its lock screen button has a complaint, i repaired it one time but its having complaint again and again..The phone is always getting stuck., i cant answer calls some times.I am really screwed up.My budjet doesnot allow me to repair it frequently...please consider my complaint and do neceessary steps...nokia..

    I have Lumia-520 model which was in liquid damage. I had given it to Bohra Services Nokia care at Navrangpura Ahmedabad to get it checked and give me an estimate of repairing it. They returned me the mobile saying that all ICs are not working and whole motherboard needs to be replaced which would cost about 70-80% of cost of new phone. I did not get it repaired as i could make out something was not right as I had researched and found out that phonecan be repaired and will not cost this huge in local market. So I got it checked at another local service center and got it opened in front of me and was shocked to see that the metal plates of all the ICs (Photos attached) were not there and the main power IC has a deep scratch on it which makes the phone now totally useless and compulsory to change the IC.Complaints:1) I had given phone only to check and give me estimate of repairing. They did not call me and take my permission to remove the metal caps of IC2) Deep scratch on the main IC][ Then, In reference to the above service request and below mail communication. I was told by your representative to visit another Nokia care centre to get mobile checked. Please find the attached Repair Job report with this mail. You can see that cover shell for all ICs have been removed and major ICs have been damaged by Bohra Nokia Care.       Dear Sir\Madam, I have this Nokia Lumia 525, have been calling nokia care centre at delhi since many days, they will too appreciate this fact. At first couldnt download photos or videos from watsapp, later couldnt slide the phone up to answer when i would receive calls, the volume button reduces automatically. I visited the nokia care centre at mumbai yesterday ie:-5th august 2014, wherein i was told liquid damage and the same will be a charged service. But i have been complaining about this before the rains, further all other applications are working, maybe a tactic to divert the customer against this inbuilt defect. Really upset with this phone. Bad precedent from a branded company like NOKIA. Further would not recommend any person to buy nokia products. Will have to discard this phone immediately. Loss of hard earned money and trust in NOKIA. Regards,

          I have Purchased Nokia XL on 28/05/2014.During purchasing I was told that it is having Android OS and will support all apps. But I am facing some serious issues as below. 1. This model is not having Android OS. 2. Its speaker has very low volume. 3. Some applications like Whatsapp are not supporting to this model so pls solve my problem.

            Respected authority, I've registered a complaint to nokia. My complaint number is 1-[protected]. There is problem with my nokia Lumia 620. I've repaired it with local nokia care for about 4 to 5 time. After that I sent my mobile to Nokia Company. But after replacing new touch pad same problem occurs. So I again sent my phone to company and requested for replacement of my instrument. But again I received repaired piece after 6 time repairing. Please take my complaint seriously and give me new mobile instead of my old one. Thank you. Hoping for your best service .

              I purchased my nokia X on March, 2014, within 3 months my touchpad is not working. I contacted immediately to nokia care but no solution. For last one month I am roaming to nokia care and calling customer care, sending mails but according to them stock is not available, don't know when it will come, I need to call later. I am really frustrated with this phone, cannot call is 2, 3 digits are there in the phone number. Please help me in this regards. I even put my complain on there website telling the true facts to other customers, but it got rejected and they did not publish it.

                Dear Sir/Madam I Order a Nokia X+ from flipkart.com on dated June 26, 2014 and receive it on dated June 30, 2014.On Dated July 6, 2014 It's not powering on. On Dated July 7, 2014 I visited Nokia Care situated at Mobile Super Market, Shop No. 1 &2, Hotel Zoom Complex, Industrial Area-2, Ludhiana, Punjab. They receive my phone and issue me Service Job Sheet on dated July 7, 2014 @ 17:11. They said phone need to be checked by head office. They also said that they will call me after that. But Till date they didn't let me know what is the status of my phone. Whenever I call them they never picked my call. That's why I personally visit there. Every time I visit they give me only one answer that Phone was in Head office we don't know about the status. After there irresponsible behavior, I call Delhi Customer Care. They give me a Complaint ID. But they also said that our team will inform you. After no response from customer care I again call them and ask about my phone. They said within one week you receive phone. From last one month I am suffering from there irresponsible support. Also I am loosing my Service period which was 1 year from the date of purchase. Already I lost my one month service period. My work also suffer due to this.I don't want to use this type of phone whose service is too bad to handle.                 Dear sir I am Pintu from Balurghat, South Dinajpur, West Bengal and my phone no is [protected].i am a proud owner of Lumia 520.i was shown a critical update yesterday.i tried to update but it needed Wi-Fi so I visited Nokia Care Balurghat this morning and asked for Wi-Fi. They refused and said the update is not available to them.i said just give me Wi-Fi I will do it myself but they were so cranky and it wasn't free anymore when it was they gave it but not anymore.
                So I have decided to lodge a complain against them. I hope You will look into the matter. with regards

                      Dear Sir, My name is Rajesh V K. I purchased the above hanndset on 31/03/2014 and after 3 moths usage its Certificate in use is deleted and i cannot use, whatsap, Bro using, Facebook, due to this problem, I contacted Nokia care, Cochin at below Dress on July 5th, and they record the complaint as web not working and they informed that within 1 hour we will return the handset, i came and not cleared then days gone after 1 week, they contacted me and they tried several time to update the software and failed. Hence they sending the same to Chennai, After this i get a call on 26th the phone is returned without repair showing reason that liquid damage and not comes under warranty, and they asked me to they will repair the same but i have to pay. My querry is that: if it is 1) liquid damage, why they are not informed at the time of primary checking and complaint marked as web not working, . 2) If it is liquid damage it is happened in transit Chennai this rainy season. Kindly do the needful to replace the Phone within 1 week.                         I purchased Nokia Lumia 800 in 2012. It was working fine, until recently when the screen started getting blurred and " PINK " at the corners. I immediately took it to the nearest Nokia Care Centre. They said, its some " Liquid damage " and I need to replace the screen amounting to Rs.6750/- I thought nowadays a new mobile can be bought in that money, but still I gave it for repairing and got it immediately repaired with a MONTH’S warranty.
                        Now with a month completed and 20 days the same problem recurred, as if they solved my problem with a 1 month’s time limit. I again went to the same Care Centre, and the lady very rudely said to me, its the same
                        Liquid Damage and I need to spend again the same amount to get it repaired. I was shocked! Seriously, you got to be kidding me! I think, they assume, we carry our huge SMARTPHONES into the pool for a dive!
                        OR they repaired it with some fake product (read:CHINA), or they didn’t
                        repair it well in the first place, otherwise how can the same issue
                        evolve again in a month’s time!
                        Firstly I paid a HUUUUGE amount of Rs 30, 000/- to buy the CHEAP PHONE
                        then to repair it the first time: Rs 6750/-
                        & now to repair it again: Rs. 6750/-
                        TOTAL AMOUNT: RS 43, 500

                        ( I THINK AN IPHONE CAN BE BOUGHT IN THAT AMOUNT)

                        I tried calling and explaining my situation to Nokia Customer Care, but
                        other than telling" ma’am we will look into the matter" I didnt get a
                        relief !

                        SO YES, MY FAITH IN NOKIA IS LOST!

                          Respected Sir/Madam, I already submitted Nokia Lumia 520 to Connection Mobile Shop Vyara ( Mr. Amit [protected] ) with battery on 19/07/2014 for display problem due to software.They sent it to Nokia Care. Till today ( after nearly two week ) I didn't get it.I'm facing so many difficulties without my Lumia 520. I'm requesting you to do needful. So. i will get it with in short time. It's my urgency.                           I had given my mobile phone handset Nokia X2-01 for service at your center before two days, at the time of receiving my handset it was stated by your representative it will cost Rs. 225/= only and except this nothing conveyed to me. Yesterday when I went to collect my phone according to given time on job sheet my phone was not ready and at that time we had a telephonic conversation also for non delivery of my handset.
                          When I inquired your representative said "Sir we had called you at 11:00 A.M. but at that time your phone was switched off".
                          Please clarify on following points and suggest why a civil case in Consumer Court not to be filed against your center.


                          Points:
                          1. Phone was taken for one day for servicing in writing
                          2. Phone did not deliver in time.
                          3. A wrong message conveyed from your counter when I went to collect my phone
                          4. It is a physical harassment to reach your center during traffic time (in evening)
                          5. It is a mental harassment that wrong entry done on your copy of job sheet that my phone (which number is given as contact number on job sheet) was switched off at 11:00 A.M. yesterday
                          6. No one was present holding managerial or supervisor level to satisfy me.
                          7. Who will bear the cost of fuel of my car? which was spent yesterday for collecting my handset
                          8. Who is responsible for time give (3 hrs.) for yesterday visit of your center
                          9. Why your representative was afraid to write comments on job sheet.
                          Poor Services, wrong commitment, Cheating by doing wrong entries on job sheet, not attending by any senior/supervisor/manager, mental and physical harassment, waist of time, waist of money

                            I had purchased one nokia lumia 630 from mobile planet at salkia, howrah, after using 10days the mobile automatically shut down and i am unable to open that.after got this problem i brought to nokia customer care for repair but they told us it is liquid damage but as per my knowledge the phone did not touch any water and other lquid, and they told us need Rs.4000 for repair but when mobile is under warranty period and now they are telling that the mobile phone is unable to repair (i spend Rs11, 000 in the time of purchase but i unable to use for 10days) so, i kindly request to you look at the matter seriously and take necessary action.                               I have purchased my nokia 220(Black) on 18.06.2014 from agarwal sales, asansol.Imei no: [protected] from the very first day it is found that the incoming sound was not working properly all the time.I took 6 days to check the problem with different sim cards like vodafone, airtel, bsnl...But the problem was still in it.I visited to local nokia care i.E., p.D.Electronics[[protected]], 70, g.T road(East), bhanga panthil, asansol, west bengal-713303.They were behaved very roughly to the situation.They lodge a jobsheet (No:[protected]/140625/004) on 25.06.2014 they gave it back to me on 17.07.2014 .But the problem was all as in.Nothing has been worked out.I again visit there on 18.07.2014, they again told me submit my phone with the same rough manner.Firstly i refused to submit the phone for twice and i therefore request them to replace my phone.They readyly rejected my pledge with several nonsense talking.Hopelessly i submit my phone for the second time.Their contact no: [protected] never can be reached out as they are ignoring us.Yet not i have received my phone.
                              There fore i would like to request you take all initiative steps against p.D.Electronics[[protected]], 70, g.T road(East), bhanga panthil, asansol, west bengal-713303 and bring me a replaced new handset.

                                  I bought nokia lumia 720 6 months ago(on 14th Jan 2014) from Amravati(MH). At 4th day, there was a problem of repeating the data in phone. I went to nokia care (at Rajapeth, Amravati) to resolve this issue. They asked me to format my phone. I did that. After that microphone of handset was giving trouble for long time. Same answer was given by nokia care this time also. I formatted my handset 4 times. But the problem was as it is. Recently they sent my handset to company(on 9th June 2014) saying that this problem cannot be resolved here. For 20 days my handset was sent to the company for repairing. I asked them to replace my handset. But they told me that all issued will be resolved this time. But now handset is giving much trouble during typing. Also volume down button is not working properly. So now I want my handset to be replaced any how.

                                  I bought Nokia Lumia 720 6 months ago(on 14th Jan 2014) from Amravati. On 4th day there was a problem of repeating the data like songs and photos for every time I opened it. I went to nokia care ( at Rajapeth, Amravati). They asked to format my phone. Problem was resolved. But after some days same problem was there.. Addition to this microphone was not working properly. I formatted my phone 4 times but those problems was not solved. Finally they sent my handset to company for repairing. As handset in under guarantee period I asked them to replace the handset but they told me that all the issues will be resolved this time. I sent my sent my handset to the company for 20 days. But now another issue is there. Volume down button is not working properly and keypad is giving trouble during typing. Due to all these reasons Now I want my phone to be replaced by a new handset.

                                    I bought a Nokia X [IMEI [protected]] from Mobile King shop located a Palarivattom on 24 April 2014. Recently, i started having trouble in charging the phone due to some malfunctioning of charging socket on device, without any reason.Phone had no shocks and is not exposed to water.Still Nokia Care of Ernakulam(Poovath International, Opp Saritha Theatre, CC 41/4108, 4th Floor, Kurian Towers, Banerji Road, Cohin, Kerala) denied claiming my warranty and refused to repair my phone at free of cost.They tried servicing my phone and made it worse.Now even the touch screen of my phone is not responding properly.My phone has a manufacturer warranty of 1 year.
                                    Please do initiation for claiming my warranty and getting phone well serviced.

                                      Sir, I purchase new nokia xl phone. But its fist 3g slot is not working properly. I select network in going to setting option in phone manu many time in a day because the fist sim card network is going in outof cauvrage area..The network is show in display but its is not working many time in a day. I became very tired because of this phone, Sir what can you doing for this problem. can you replace it this phone. Was it same problem in all Nokia XL. Place contact : [protected]

                                        My NOKIA LUMIA 520 was sent to Nokia Care, tilak nagar, new Delhi on 16th July. The head and the employees assured on deliverance within a week but contrarily, on repeated calls and meetings, my mobile is neither being returned nor repaired. It has been two weeks since then. Please forward my message to the concerned authority, as I am suffering tremendously for being a Nokia customer.
                                        Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
