Dear Sir,
My name is Rajesh V K. I purchased the above hanndset on 31/03/2014 and after 3 moths usage its Certificate in use is deleted and i cannot use, whatsap, Bro using, Facebook, due to this problem, I contacted Nokia care, Cochin at below Dress on July 5th, and they record the complaint as web not working and they informed that within 1 hour we will return the handset, i came and not cleared then days gone after 1 week, they contacted me and they tried several time to update the software and failed. Hence they sending the same to Chennai, After this i get a call on 26th the phone is returned without repair showing reason that liquid damage and not comes under warranty, and they asked me to they will repair the same but i have to pay. My querry is that:
if it is 1) liquid damage, why they are not informed at the time of primary checking and complaint marked as web not working, . 2) If it is liquid damage it is happened in transit Chennai this rainy season.
Kindly do the needful to replace the Phone within 1 week.
