    Hi Nokia India, I purchased my Nokia Lumia 720 on dated 6th oct 2013 and one month warranty is still left. Only Navigation keys of my nokia lumia 720 is not working. Please be noted that rest whole touch is working absoultely fine. I went to nokia care in delhi, They checked my phone and found oil in motherboard near charging point. They rejected my one month left warranty and told me that touch and display will have to be changed and it will cost around Rs 7500. How can you guys reject my phone warranty just because of some oil near charging point ? It does not make sense to replace my whole touch and display whereas my display is working fine.       I bought a Lumia 520 on 9.9.2013 and a few days back my phone is not booting up(not working at all). I approached the service centre for support but they are saying that the handset is tampred and warranty terms will not cover the current repairs. The problem is I have never approached any outsider for repairs to my phone, I have always been to nokia gallery only. They are charging me Rs. 3750 and I want to avail the benefit of warranty. Since the company representatives are not co operating I am filing this complaint.

          Dear sir, i am MAJOR ABHISHEK serving in the INDIAN ARMY.an avid fan of nokia that i am, it was really disappointing and disheartening to see the response of the NOKIA AUTHORISED CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT HILL CART ROAD, SILIGURI.
          It was on 01 SEP 2014 AT 07:20 PM that i reached there to ask a few queries and a minor service of my phone set NOKIA LUMIA 925 that i had purchased in oct 2013.since the care centre was open i entered inside n tried speaking to the person sitting on the counter.twice i said, 'excuse me' when he didnt even have the courtesy to look at me n talk.he kept looking in the other direction and just mumbled, "come tomorrow, shop is closed."
          Believe it or not, i very humbly and in a very soft spoken tone told him that i agree that the shop is closed and so i wont trouble him but it would be nice if he could just tell me when should i come tomorrow and that how long would it take for them to service my phone set. To this, he didnt even reply and kept looking in the other direction.
          I am an indian army officer and found this behaviour of an authorised nokia care personnel insulting towards me.i then asked him the reason for his unexpected behaviour and his unpleasant language to which his reply was that HE WOULD THROW ME OUT OF HIS SHOP.At this, one more person from inside the shop came out.This second man seemed to be a better person and knew his colleague well.He easily understood what would have been the root of the problem and tried to talk to me calmly.But the first person still KEPT SHOUTING ABUSIVE WORDS AND CURSES TOWARDS ME.In one statement he even threatened to beat me in public, less did he know whom was he talking to.
          The second person was oblivious to all this and kept talking to me calmly.
          I could have very easily replied back to the first man and showed him his place, but a gentleman, that we are in the indian army, i decided to take an official route to solve this matter and hence, i approach you.I did not buy a NOKIA HANSET LUMIA 925 worth Rs.28, 000/- just to get insulted by a customer care personnel.
          I once again want to assure you that not a single word of this letter is exaggerated and is true to the best of my knowledge.
          I wish to see a hard and stern step from your side to punish the individual mentioned, failing which i would be forced to change the route of my complain which would then go through the CONSUMER COURTS.

          what happen is with abhishek same happen with me ! in nokia service center in Bulandshahr i come with my set Nokia A 105 the guy sitting her say we are not fix this model not only this he advised me to through in dustbin ! i say this is my set what i did u are not advised i say i complain this to official of nokia HIS Words ; JA JAHA BHI JANA HAI . from my back .

          i say excuse me what u say he say " kiya karege bhos** bc mc then my reaction was just shocked the nokia hire people from crminal back ground seriosuly how they treat customer i told him please yaar call your manager the guy say we all are manager we are like this and we behaive every customer like this ..i really feel ashame how nokia beahavie with customer ..how an guy who is less illeatate even half illeatarte of me behavive with customer ..i also know such lanaguage but theier is some differnce between me and him .

          i register and complain about this incident on nokia but 15 days is already passed nobody taken any action ..! what is hell aboot nokia the real face of nokia .service

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            We purchase nokia 108 on 01/11/2013 from dist-Hardoi(U.P).
            now the cell phone not working, we visit from hardoi to lucknow (u.p) nokia care she / he says that you have pay charge 640/-but as per company records our phone is on guaranty period why we pay 640/- .

            We asked to concern person why we pay charge 640/-.She / he replayed and use some technical words like your cell phone is internal faults so that our nokia care charged the amount.

            So my concern is that what is the meaning of product guaranty?

            Plese help us.

              I had bought NOKIA XL mobile set on 30/05/2014 from M/s Spice Retail Ltd, x-45 West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8, Inv No[protected] to connect the people. My NOKIA XL set is not working properly from day one it start creating everyday problem : 1. Whatsup not supporting (Nokia Care fail to solve the problem ) 2. After one Month Hardware started problem (Nokia Care solve the problem but I am not fully satisfied. 3. Software hanging is major problem. Sorry to say that my set fail “to connect the people”. So I request your honour to buy back my set.

When I try to install WhatsAppthe error code is showing (Not Supported App) Kindly if installation of WhatsApp is possible do itotherwise change my handset.                     I am Krunal Jamgade, Pune I had purchased Lumia 920 in dt 20.10.2013 (cell details, IMEI [protected]), I found one red line on display when I removed from charging on dt 05.08.14 so I immediately went to Nokia care with Bill. Nokia person checked & said it will take 15 days as this phone will go to factory & you will get a call when phone comes. But I physically visited to Nokia three times, two times Nokia person said phone has not come yet & we will call you when it comes but I did not receive any call from Nokia. When I visited third time that time I came to know that, I showed the comment that phone has been tapered (insertion of liquid), I told them it is not possible that this is very costly phone & I know how to handle, but Nokia person said this will be repaired on chargeable basis of approx Rs.9000/-. With this reply I am not happy at all, & also found that my phones's Speaker are not working, I can not hear any voice of video or songs. Nokia never admit there problem related to their product & how can they assume about customer's phone. I want my phone to repair or phone should be replaced with new phone. Very bad experience about Nokia, I should have understood if phone is not in warranty, but my phone is in warranty period. So please take this issue with higher authority & replace my phone, I am not happy with service at all. I want new phone, If I dont get new phone I will complaint globally

                      There is problem in my lumia 720 touch screen.i bought it from deccan pune in january.but no one is giving me reply. i ordered the touch pad for my phone since 4 month before.but i couldn't get any reply from Nalstop care center.please help me for that.                       I brought a NOKIA Lumia 720 in last year in November. By the time of purchase to till date i face many problem in my hand set
                      1. Charging Cable problem
                      2. Volume key Problem( 5 times)
                      3. Hang problem
                      4. Camera problem.
                      5. From few days a new problem it operate automatically.

                      I really fade up with these problem, i complaint many times in customer care but no satisfactory response is come. I visit at least 20 to 25 times to you Dwarka Nokia Care Sector 12. They people make as fool every time and not give us the JOB SHEET and also not give any record of our visit. Please do the need ful.

                      I purchased Nokia Lumia 720 in the year July 2013 which worked yill a year with superb condition. I also had received the warranty extension of 1 year by paying 500 but I dint go for it, since I had so much trust on this product. Now all sudden it started to get hang up and visited the Nokia Centre which they just formatted and I paid Rs-300 (Stil the guilt of not paying 500). All of sudden today the touch pad started to play disco in running its own. When again visited the Nokia center they said the touch pad is gone & it can get repaired for 8K. I was really shocked to hear this as I had paid it for 14K & asking to repair for so much amount was out of my reach. I had so much hopes from Nokia & now i regret. How can such cell get touch pad screen problem without any accident over the phone? What's the use of paying for Nokia Lumia which gives only a year safety. I definitely count from Nokia head office to do something about it.

                        The phone's screen broken within one week from the purchase date. I tried to register a complaint for serice more than 90 days to nokia care at namakkal. And i also registered a complaint by email to nokia india.
                        Nokia india launhced a mobile without a spare. And nokia india never service more than 90 days a newly purchased and new model phone. This is very unlikeful situation.
                        More than 90 days i didn't receive a positive answer and responsible queries about my complaint.
                        Namakkal nokia care didn't accept my complaint and didn't service and didn't give a possible and responsible answer.
                        Now, i decided to go to consumer court.

                        MORE THAN 90 DAYS I DIDN'T RECEIVE A POSITIVE ANSWER AND RESPONSIBLE QUERIES ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.
                        NAMAKKAL NOKIA CARE DIDN'T ACCEPT MY COMPLAINT AND DIDN'T SERVICE AND DIDN'T GIVE A POSSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE ANSWER.

                          this is 1st mail that was made by me to them on 25th aug 2014 sir, i have purchased your nokia xl ( IMEI -[protected] JOBSHEET NO.[protected]/140813/010 COMPLAINT NO.[protected] device on 27th june 2014. it started me giving problems from the very 1st day, its battery wasnt charging properly ( i mean it took anout 1.5-2 hrs to charge up the bttry by 2 %, after that it charges rapidly ) even my phone wasnt giving proper battery backup, its calling sensors stopped working, then sound from loudspeakers started coming unclear the voice started cracking and after that the app started not responding.it created a troublesome for me. all this was not expected from a device of your company. this didnt ended up here. i took my device to your service centre at kingsway camp. i submitted my device to them on 13th aug 2014 and i was assured that i will get it back in 10-12 days but this didnt happened, i called them 3 days before and then i was told that i will get my device back in 4-5 days, i accepted that also but when i ringed them up today they asked for 1 more week time. this was very frustuating to get a response from a company of such a high repute. sir already 13 days have passed and 1 more week time is just not bearable to me.i cant afford that, sir i m presently a student of btech 1 st year, i dunt knw where to focus either on my studies or on these issues . sir i suffering a lot because on absence of of my phone, i am going to college without a phone, which is creating problems for me, most of my works are on hault because on this.i got ur device only because of the name of your brand but this type service from your side is highly disappointing. i would have got much better handsets in this price with more advanced features and android but still i got it, but now i am regreting my mistake. sorry to say these words but i just cant tell you what type of problems i m facing and how frustuating it is for me. atlast i would just like you to say please look after the matter and provide me with the best solution which you can . and 1 more thing, i dunt knw what is the fault in the device but if its repairing is taking that much time, the fault must be a major one, so in this case please replace my device . I am enclosing my jobsheet and my bill for your reference. your quick reply would be appreciable. and sir 1 more thing if i will get this type of responce next time if you wouldnt take an action then comsume court is there to help. sir this is 2nd complain against them, which i mailed them today. sir i want to draw ur attention to you towards the same issue, as u would be knowing that i recieved my phone from service centre on[protected] . but let me telll you that the issue hasnt been resolved yet. still battery is getting heated up, even the charger, even th ebattery isnt charging properly and isnt giving proper battery backup ( about 80% + of battery is used up in using 2.5 - 3 hrs o[censored]sing whatsapp, even the brightness is set up to least and no other battery consuming app is being used). and i want to convey you 1 more thing that i visited to ur service centre today i reached there at 5:15 and they tried to repair it, they just updated the software which was updated 2 days ago by ur head centre only, after that i showed that the same problem is occuring and my problem hasnt been resolved, then they jst started giving excuses like that charger toh heatup hei hota hai and battery backup toh km hei hota hai. they arent just taking my problem seriously . even the workers over there agree with me that i am right bt the mechanic dominated over them . i just fed up now with this i would not take it up like this is happening. i m just fed up now. sir, i cant give a regular visit there . after waiting there for 2.5 hrs they decided to submit my phone . they just sit there and give orders they just dunt understand our problems . i told him that i have charged diff phones from it they were charging but charger was heating up and my phone wasnt charging up with their charger (nokia care kei mechanic ka charger ) .sir i told them if the problem cant be cured then replace my handset, he didnt even showed interest to look at it.sir, mei cllg student hu, itna baski nhi hai kei daily daily nokia care jaata rhu, phle sala cllg ka ek lecture chodo fir vha jao, fir vo khde phone submit krdo, fir har 2 din mei chakkar maro, sir mere 2 weeks baad sesionals hai mei yh sab nhi kr skta .. *& sir, if my problem will be solved this time i will be filing a complain against it in consumer care. thats for sure. sir the text above are the 2 mails that was mailed to nokia care, still i havent got a proper response. sir its my humble request to u to resolve thisissue as soon as possible, this company just dont care of its customers. sir, plz replace my handset else provide me with its refund. with regards ruchit jain [protected]

                            my sel[censored]tpal kumar. i purchase newly nokia-107 (16/08/2014)( from the mobile solution a-199 main vikas marg shakarpur delhi-110092).on same days when insert sim but he dose not detect. then i going to shop for replacement but shopkeeper receive the mobile and he want to 4-5day after replace it. But it 10 days going on.and no information available this regarding.shopkeeper say that the nokia-107 not available in our stock.. how it possible

                              I purchased nokia lumia720 nearly year back but in this past 1 yr the mobile has been in your factory for more then 5 times, every time there is some hardware problem either it is memoary hardware, auto sensor, or sometimes charging issue ..most of the time it is in your factory for servicing.I purchased this mobile just in the name of NOKIA but it is not up to the marks .I am really fed up with instrument and need the refund for that or replace with new one of same amount .I spent18000/- for that and also purchased the extended warranty for 2yr for Rs 600/-. My mobile is still in your factory.iam totally unsatisfied with your product and need immediate action regarding that .You can check the servicing records of your in servicing of this mobile following are the detail NCC CODE[protected] IMEI NO [protected] MODEL NOKIA LUMIA 720

                                I m having Nokia X purchased 4-5 months back. Whatsapp is not working. I have called the customer care also but they always said that they are working on he problem. Request you to please recall the Nokia X series or replace it with other model. Rgds Neeta [protected]

                                Recently I bought NOKIA X around 1 month back, but for sure its a defective one.

                                As its standby battery backup is less than 8hours.
                                It gets heated even on standby.
                                Damn slow working even no application is installed.
                                Pathetic mobile model ... NOKIA X. ... not a big difference between a land line phone and nokia x as almost zero battery backup, till its connected with charger you can use but as you disconnected the charger it will turn off with in 2 hours. ...
                                nokia x is is very irritating to use it has too much bugs in it, the lastest update screwed the phone pretty bad
                                phone heats up crazy, battery drains too fast, sims are not getting detected, rebooted 20 times whats this seriously is this nokia made or some cheap company make, , my phone is just 15 days old and having all these complications, on top of that your customer care is irritating not friendly to approach and on top of that need approx 1 month or more to repair, i really didnt expect from nokia, dont continue this you gonna loose customers, ,

                                Sir my phone is totally not user friendly. Its screen keep blinking lik an agold v eand its speakeris dumb. No one is able to hearme clearly on the other end. Touch issues n its not allowing me to use many pps nor download anything. Even nokia store or opera browser nor internet nothing is gud in nokia x. During warranty I gav for service but nothing has been rectified. In Mobile Do u think I shud go n meet principle mam today n apologise abt saturday matter? they are not giving a good response for nokia x issues. I might have to go to consumers court legally if nothing is done inmy case shortly. My other friends who got d same model, we all feel fooled and cheated.

                                  I have bought Nokia Handset(XL, Bright Green) on 22/06/2014 from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt. Ltd., Shop:039B, Metropolis Mall, Highland Park, Garia, Kolkata:700094 . Since the 2nd Day your product had not been performed well.The screen of the handset got blank, maximum applications were not supported, the headphone was not working properly . When I went to that shop they didnot want to listen anything saying "till now we dont get any complain from the customers, we cant help you" and suggested me to the customer care. I have showed the handset at a Nokia care, 233, Diamond Harbour Road, Near Pathak Para Bus Stop, Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal 700034. There they initially didnt take it very seriously and finally they kept it on[protected] assuring it would get repaired by 31st of Jul 2014.Even after giving several reminders they could only say that they are not getting the parts from the head office. After lodging several complaints they finally said"we got the parts still itz not working, we are sending it to Nokia factory on 9th Jul". Then when ever i calld them to know about the status they were unable to confirm it.then again when i initiated a consumer complain i got a call from Nokia customer Care n they said it will get repaired in two days.After that neither I received any cal from them nor my cell phone back.On 19th when I call customer care then again said it ll get repaired in 2-3 days and they sent a mail with a complain no. I would request consumer complain department to kindly tak the necessary action against it. Please provide me with a new one or get my whole amount back. I am highly dissatisfied with this disgusting service of NOKIA.

                                    dear sir, i handover the nokia 206 in vellore nokia care centre (name : nicetel communication) under warranty on 07- july -2014. they said it was sent to head office for service . till now i didnt get any updates on my handset, . i am getting reply for the past 30 days as it is in transit from head office. It shows the carelessness of nokia . this is my job no:[protected]/140710/004.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I purchased a Mobile Phone-NOKIA LUMIA 720 (SERIAL/IMEI No: [protected]) from WM CELL ACESESS PRIVATE LIMITED ( NOKIA
                                      PRIORITY DEALER), BROOKE FIELDS, COIMBATORE
                                      on 27.03.2014. Soon after the purchase
                                      (excatly on 28.03.2014), the Phone showed battery back up issue and
                                      over heating problem. I have Reported the same thing on 31.03.2014 and phone
                                      was handed over to the shop in the packed condition demanding Replacement. The
                                      Nokia priority dealer confirmed replacement within 1 week time. But on 01.04.2014, they informed that the Replacement is not possible as the phone was having only
                                      software issue. They also told that they have launched a complaint in the Nokia
                                      care Coimbatore on 01.04.2014 stating very low battery back up.Later on it was
                                      informed that the software was updated
                                      to BLACK and issue was solved from Nokia
                                      care, Coimbatore. They confirmed that the Mobile phone will not show any more
                                      issues and returned back to me on 04.04.2014.

                                      But the Mobile Phone started showing the same issues intermittently
                                      after the return of the Phone. I
                                      informed the dealer the issue. But they were not ready to replace the mobile
                                      phone this time and told to give to the nearest Nokia care for service. But day by day, the issues started increasing
                                      – the back up decreased gradually and the heating become high.

                                      Ultimately the Mobile phone was dead on 17.08.2014 and
                                      returned back the phone to my nearest Nokia care- HAPPY CREATIONS, LAN-SHIP
                                      MALL, CALICUT-KERALA on 18.08.2014 ( Job sheet No:[protected]/140818/019). The
                                      Nokia care informed that they are sending the phone to the Head office and will
                                      resolve the issue very fast.

                                      But till now I have not received any reply from Nokia side and
                                      I am not ready to wait any more . I need immediate replacement for my Mobile
                                      Phone as the phone is having manufacturing defect to my knowledge. I was not
                                      able to use a branded Nokia Phone without complaint for atleast 15 days. I
                                      never expected such a poor quality Mobile phone and irresponsible service behavior from Nokia .

                                      sheet for your Reference

                                      Expecting a very fast reply from Nokia side.
