I submitted my phone Lumia 720 for repair on 8th September 2014. And the cell was under warranty. Initially they told, it would take 2 days to repair and promised a date for delivery. But when I called the Nokia Care Center, Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata W.B., they told that they had sent the cell phone to Nokia factory shop and said it would take 7-10 days for warranty repairs. But it has been around 21 days. When I called the Nokia center again and again they only asked me to wait and said that the some parts are out of stock. So I asked them how long will it take to come the parts but they have got no clue and then I asked them to replace the cell phone if there is more delay in availability of the parts. Every time they would say we would call you and give the updates but they never called me . Every time I had to call them to ask the status of repairs. I am just fed up with the Nokia Care India. So please help me to get my cell phone at the earliest. You all know how important a cell phone is in day to day life and on top of that if you have got only once smart phone.

    My handset nokia e7 have problem of charging jeck I surrender my phone to nokia care about 1 year they charge approx 1500 nd say dat after 2 hours take back Bt after 2 hours they again said only 2 hours more It continously reply dat type respose Den say for next day Next say after 2 days This happen many times and last after 1 week they gave me handset and charge 1500 ruppee bt after only 2 hours handset not working Next come to nokia care they take set and after 2 hours they return But next again problem occurs This time nokia care centre say that your handset have motherboard problem and 4 thousand will be charge But before my handset perform very well And mmoat imp. Thing tthey check my phone before change charging jeck After it they call many times and misbehave very much becoz I complaint in nokia india But after 2-3 emails they don't take any hard action After it I round up nokia care more than 40 times but every time they say new thing And last time they say I repair your motherboard but your touch screen shoshort so you pay for this They mentally harrase me I m fed up PlPlz help me My no.       sir/mam i purchased lumia 625 on 4 nov.2013, there is a problem in my handset, that the charger is eject when charging the phone... phone will charge but when somebody take phone the charger is eject.. i go to service center they told me that your ph charging jack had broken.. but i told that plz check it..when they checked it the charging jack is ok..then they told me moisture in the jack.. they told me that a sum of 2000 will be charge..against my phone is warranty period.. i told that plz pack my cell i dont want to repair it..they pack it but setting of the phone had not good..they said ph will going to head office.etc this is not my fault. i also want to know if my phone charging jack has moisture then why it is charging...everything is good except charger eject. my phone have never moisture.. phone imei no is.           I Nitin Paliwal owned the Nokia Lumia 920 (Mobile), last week display of my mobile went-off, I took my mobile to nokia service centre, rohini, delhi as my mobile is still under warranty. Their nokia executive said that display of mobile went-off because of liquid damage, which as per my belief is wrong finding plus they told me that, too get it repaired i have to pay rupee ten thousand. Further i made the complain to Nokia Care office, Gurgaon with Complain no: 1-[protected], requesting them to re-look in to the matter, as i was ready to deposit my handset for the fairer redressal of my complain at company's owned service center, but they refuse to re-look into the matter asked me to pay.

            Attended Nokia Service Centre --- Tirupati Telecare(NCC CODE 778_504886) for charging problem on 16.09.2014.under warranty period.The set was taken for repairing but at the same time the charger was not checked inspite of repeated request.The set was delivered on 19.09.2014.and that day it was informed that the charger is# deffective.As per the Job Sheet Number 140919/017 target of delivery is 23.10.2014. How the set will be used upto that period and who will be responsible for disturbance in my normal life because now a mobile se works like a personal office.

                Respected Mam/Sir, I Vinayak Marathe have submitted my phone to Nokia care center which is at BHOSARI after submission of phone after one day I received a call from them that they will revert me in two days but from the given deadline five days have been passed they did not revert me, When I called them from the number which I have given to them they did not answer my call, when I called them from another number they did respond to me but after that they again told that they will revert me back after five minutes but after that they are not answering my call. Please help me they are fooling me, This is proving that whatever complaint I have told them about the phone is true. *Enclosure Token No. receipt for the proof and another Receipt showing the submission of phone date and other details Regards, Vinayak Marathe

                  Bought a Lumia 720 in Dec 2013 . Phone was working fine for the past 6 months . Then the capacitive touch buttons stopped working . Went to the NCC in Mysore and was told that there was dust under the keys . Was told the problem was sorted . After ten days the problems grew manifold . The phones live tiles would zoom automatically, would not respond to touch inputs, would exit from apps to homepage and would always vibrate . Went to the same NCC with the problem . Then they tell me the phone is water damaged and it will cost Rs 6600 for repairs . There is no chance for the phone to be water damaged . Their phones wont last even a year . Have seen many people with similar complaints . Nokia India is conning people into buying poor quality phones and then charge them exorbitant service charges . My email id is [protected]@gmail.com . People with similar complaints do get in touch .

                    Sir, I come to the point directly. I took my wife nokia phone to nokia care in Bikaner (Raj) 334001. In my wife phone, touch system is not working properly. I shown it to the nokia care employee. He said that we have no solution, you can try another nokia care. I asked him about another nokia care in bikaner but he said that you will have to go to another city. Is it my fault that i purchase nokia phone? I asked him why will i go to another city? I met his office incharge. I was shocked to see his behaviour. He tried to justified his employee in every way. He asked me what job I do? I replied that i do nothing. He said that he has no time for such type of person. i have a lot of customer to handle. He spoke very rudely. i[censored]nemployeed person purchase mobile then has he no right to go customer care?                         Dear Sir/ Madam, This is R Eric Judson, from Vasco, Goa. On 04 Aug 14 my nokia lumia 820 display went blank. I went to the Nokia Care Centre located in Mapusa for repair. They advised me to change the display which I did. Again on 25 Aug 14 my display went blank. I again took the mobile to the same centre where the person very cooly asked me to change the display again and pay for the display. I argued with him that its hardly 20 days since I changed it, but his stubborn reply was that Nokia does not give any warranty so he cant change it without a charge. I got my mobile back and wrote a mail to the customer care, the very next day I got a call and the technical person said me that the item has a validity of 30 days. So he asked me to go to the Nokia care and show the mobile again. On 06 Sep 14 I went there and contacted the customer care again and they advised me to submit my mobile and raise a job sheet. I did so and again referred my previous complaint no. and job sheet no. and registered a new complaint. From that day when ever I contact the customer care they would call me the next day and tell me that that complaint is under process. Even today I've sent a mail, I would attach that too. Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm loosing my patience because of this complaint issue. 1) I'm strangled without a smart phone for over a month. All my social networking, mail and other apps are struck in mid way. My postpaid net pack is getting wasted. 2) No replacement is given. To find a replacement mobile by myself is quite an issue as the sim used is micro sim whereas my other mobile is a normal one. 3) No exact delivery period is been informed. Every time when I call/ contact, you just reply that the case is still under process. 4) Will I get my device back serviceable? I don't know why its taking so long, where, all you have to do is, instruct the nokia care centre person to replace my display and send him one for replacement. 5) Above all I'm under extreme emergency as I'm proceeding on permanent transfer from 29th of Sep to Chennai. I very clearly state that I don't want a reply stating that "Your complaint is under process, Our technical support person will contact you soon" but, a date when I ll get my mobile back serviceable. Please help me to get my mobile back serviceable at an early date. Thanking you, R Eric Judson

                          Dear Sir,

                          I Have admitted my mobile phone nokia lumia 620 at We Care Service Centre for update on 15 Sep 2014. The service centre representative told me to take the same after two days, but still after 08 days i am not getting any positive response from the service centre. They are still asking for more 3-4 days to update the software of the mobile. I can, t understand what kind o[censored]pdate are they doing on my mobile phone. Please help me in getting my phone back from the service centre.

                            I have a Nokia Lumia 520 IMEI : [protected]. I would like to bring to Nokia's Notice that i am utterly disappointed by there nokia care center Electra Care Quiet office No. 11, Opp. Khukhrain Bhawan, Sector 35A, Chandigarh where i deposited my Lumia to get my Touch replaced on 20/05/2014 and THEY REPLACED THE TOUCH SCREEN WITH A DUPLICATE ONE, From the first day Double Tap tounlock feature wasn't working at all But that did not bother me much because i don't use it much soon my capacitive buttons stopped working and i went to them on 22/9/2014. They shunned me away saying that my Phone is out of warranty and that i have to again spend Rs. 2102 again and get it replaced but i was suspicious about there intentions so i went to another nokia care centre nearby in Sector 22 Chandigarh and i straightaway asked whether my screen is original or not. TOUCH SCREEN INSTALLED BY NOKIA CARE 35 WAS DUPLICATE. Is this the kind of service do i expect from one of biggest company in Mobile phones. I have all the proofs i brought home with me the touch screen that was duplicate, i even asked Nokia care 22 to mention it in Job sheet that my screen is Duplicate Job Sheet No.[protected]/140922/010, and i also have the bill of replacement of touch at the Fraud Nokia Care Electra Care Sector 35 Chandigarh Bill No. 11302. I really expect a Stern action against this, Nokia claims so high about there Customer service, they should show it and do something. If Nokia wants to stay where they are they seriously shouldn't neglect my Complaint and take a strict action.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that, I am using handset-Nokia 305 dark grey imei1 no.[protected], imei2 no.[protected] material -a0006860. I bouth the handset in October 2012. After a year there was problem of touch screen and speaker than I went to the nokia care at kingsway camp named as durga communication. They treated the problem and the mobile was functioning well and charged me Rs 1500 and after three days there was again problem of touch screen and they again repaired the phone under one month warranty of repair service. Within a month I again faced the same problem and went to same nokia care center this time they gave the phone and said your display is damaged, but the display of my phone was working before handling the phone to the nokia care and now again they are charging Rs 1500 for the display. I am mentally traumatised by the service and the kind of service they are providing. We do not go to the local service center just because of theft and distrust but I am very shameful that such a reputed company are fooling around by charging for the same problem twice and thrice and if there is no problem in the phone they create another problem and charge for it as they did with me. I do not want the same problem to happen with other consumers. I am a Research Scholar at DU and I would like to complain the nokia care named as durga communication for the kind of service they provide and fooling the consumer for false services. I believe the electronics do not have life period for so long but if the reputed company like Nokia whom the large population of India is depended for the tele-commmunication services should also build such a minimal level of faith and trust among the consumers by providing good services without cheating. Therefore would request you to kindly take action for Nokia care, Durga Communication 48, mall road, near GTB metro station, ring road, kingsway communication delhi-110009. I would also like to mention you they because of menatlly and physical torture as I wasted my time and enerdy and money I gave my phone to the shop. Hope for quick action.                                 I have a lumia 620 phone.There is no connectivity to the network recently in the phone and also the Internet connectivity is lost there is no response from the service centre in rt nagar branch bagalore its only been a year since i started using and the response from the customer care is very bad the phone was not serviced except for the software updation. the touch screen was broken sometime back and tgat too was replaced with a screen which was not working properly recently spent 4.25K on it.

                                  Dear sir, I Atul Verma staying at RZ-40, Gali No.1 Roshan Garden, Najafgarh, New Delhi having phone number [protected], submitted my nokia lumia 1520 (RED COLOR) to authorised nokia care service centre (SS enterprise Dwarka sector 12 ) owned by Mr Honey Sehgal regarding my problem for hanging, call drop, no service, nokia mix radio not opening, charging issue and battery issue initially when i submitted on 19 august with its charger as it had problem regarding charging, they said they would swap my charger and give me new one in 10 days but they did not give me my charger till 11th sep almost after one month.My phone they returned back to me after a week on 26th August with my phone tray ejector lost and my phone invoice bill lost by customer care gaurav and they just updated the software and gave it back to me after so many days, then i submitted the phone again after facing same problems and meanwhile contacted nokia customer care [protected] almost everyday since my first submission and when on 10th day after my second submission i contacted nokia customer care they said that your phone has no fault found as told to them by service centre as nokia customer care department said that service centre examined your handset properly this time using it for 5 days, so i called service centre regarding status of my phone and service centre asked me the password of my cellphone, then i was shocked how can they examine my handset for 5 days and how can they say to customer care that no fault has been found when they dont even have password of my handset, that means for 10 days my phone was unchecked as it is and on 11th day they asked me password, then they gave me my handset back second time still with no charger and both the times no backup phone was provided to me and even after pick and drop facility for this high end phone no proper pickup and drop to me .after they gave me phone second time around 8th september they gave it with empty battery so i could not check it properly and their executive pawan said this problem cant be sorted out from our nokia service centre dwarka so just sign the recieving of you handset and then so you better contact nokia customer care and ask them to swap your phone rather than submitting it to service centre again third time.phone was not getting on after they gave me my phone second time and was having no sim error this time.so i told this matter to them and also complaint repeatedly about my delayed replacement charger then they gave me same charger which i submitted after 30 days on 11th september after pressure from nokia customer care as it was scratched not new.so due to all these problems i sumbitted my handset again on 11th september after two days because wednesday was their weekly off and tuesday was so late to be sumbitted.i refused to sumbit my phone third time and asked for replacement but on 11th september but after repeated calls through ravinder of backend team of nokia customer care and his repeated requests to get my phone examined once again at nokia service centre i wen there on 11th september and found same problems with no sim error and when their engineer rafique opened my phone completetly including sim jack tray everything and checked thouroughly and said to ravinder of nokia customer care backend team that all 6 pins of sim are alright but still there is no sim and no service error they submitted my phone and sent to main head office for repair or replacement as i dint want to submit there again after there carelessness and not working or not giving attention to my phone, so my phone was sent to head office on 11th september and reached there then i called them around 16th sep they said they received my handset and everything i under observation and repair and head team is deciding to repair it or replace it then i called them today almost after 8 days today on 19thsep then all of sudden they said my phone is declared out of warranty by head ofiice of nokia as sim pins are broken and i have to bear the cost of repair also my phone would be out of warranty for future and they are dispathing my phone today afternoon through courier to service centre dwarka unrepaired declaring it out of warranty.when they could not help or solve my problem after more than 60 times calls and complaints to nokia customer care they did this to my phone with no solution declaring it out of warranty.i had all screenshots of problems in my phone while hanging battery backup issue and everything and have those pictures as proof still in my memory card which i showed to nokia service centre too many times but to no help in end.i still have the recieving job sheet of my phone after submitting it on 11th september for third time which has written on it in warranty and also if my phone pin would have been broken already then why would nokia service centre dwarka would have sent it to head office after examining properly and opening the phone completetly and giving me "in warranty" certificate and they even called and informed ravinder of backend team of nokia customer support about the same that all 6 pins are alright completely in place.i dont know what happened betweeen dwarka service centre and nokia customer support team and head office weather they purposely or accidently damaged it while opening my sim tray, jack or phone to get rid of my repeated complaints and demanding replacement handset.or is the sim pin still allright and they declared it directly out of warranty to get rid of me and my complaints once for all for entire future as i gave bad feedback everytime on nokia customer care survey after every call to nokia customer care team as after so much efforts and complaints my issues wasnt solved, i had to facelots of harrassment by nokia as i had to take leave from office in order to repeatedly visit nokia service centre and repeatedly calling them for so many hours i lost lots of money and precious time and my energy.so finally i want nokia to either give me a replacement handset for my handset or give me complete refund of my money.i even have proof of their service centre backend team babli malhotra saying that your handset was not examined by pawan of same nokia service centre dwarka even after babli told her many times to examine my phone properly, he never checked it and directly declared no fault found after second time submission as he is very lazy (this babli malhotra said)so my complaint is against entire nokia company (ravindra backend team to name a few) to whomsoever it may concern and honey sehgal owner of nokia service centre dwarka.its on them to decide among themselves and pay for my loss.if my phone would have been out of warranty then would not have been sent to nokia head office for repair or replacement after thorough examination by nokia service centre dwarka and i would not have been given in warranty certificate in my job sheet having ASC Code 3782 of sumbitting my handset submitted third time on 11th sep 2014 and imei number of my nokia lumia 1520 is [protected].which is my biggest proof against them.kindly look into this matter and provide necessary solution asap as i am filing complaint even to consumer forum in consumer court.i want proper resolution in refund of my money of replacement of my handset as your refused to repair it and declared it warranty void by ROE department and ravinde of backend team of nokia customer supoort care line who is handling my complaint.i already lost one of my nokia lumia white color due to its touch cracked even if display was ok nokia service centre dwarka asked me 21000 for its repair which was about 16500 as told by other nokia service centres in delhi.now this is my second handset nokia lumia 1520 red color and this also is made disaster case by nokia and in such situations repeatedly who would buy nokia?or even trust them even for top most high end phone if such is                                     I had a complaint against Nokia regarding a service that I had bought of them. I have given my phone at Nokia service center, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on 1st Sep 2014. They have given me time for 27 days. I requested for 10 days but they have refused. there are two issues in my phone. 1: Pictures are not clear. issue in camra and 2: applications are not working. I suppose this was not a big issue to take that much time. more surprising on 18th I got a mail for the revised target delivery date i.e. 8/10/14. its being really disappointing and I am thinking that I have taken a wrong decision to buy a Nokia Phone. I am leaving on 21st sep for my business trip so I want my phone at any cost. I am thankful of Nokia service canter for keeping me in trouble.                                     Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I would like to write to the head operations of Nokia to escalate the issue.
                                    I swear it does not keep any value of a customer who request for some service issues.
                                    And it does not make any difference whether a customer is making some humble request for a delivery of handset within 25 days.
                                    It was not a task for max 7 working days to resolve the service issue.
                                    I want to have the mail Ids of head Officials for Escalation.

                                      i have buyed a new nokia lumia 1320 in april 2014 after 1 month my battry is not working i have submitted my mobile in nokia care on 22 june 2014 from 22 june to now they are telling spares are not realised...with out realising spares how you are realising mobile i am requisting to nokia your better to close your mobile sales...one and only worst service is nokia wasdte of realising mobile...better to realise spares also

                                        Respected Sir, I purchased this mobile in favour of Swapna Roy IMEI 1: [protected] & IMEI2: [protected] dated 22.06.14. But within two months the same was not working properly due to software error. Then I send my mobile to nearest Nokia Care i.e. Aloka Telecom, Ranaghat dated 18.08.14. Last one month I frequently asked for resolving that problem but they not able to do anything. They replied that they may not possible to solve it & if it may that will take long time (unedifying). Now, I managed my work through my old damaged phone. Most of the time I unable to contact with others and vice verse. The product has been damaged under warranty period. So, who will take responsibility for the same. So, it is requested to you, if my new damaged mobile unable to repair form your end, please either refund my full MONEY or replaced your product by new one as earliest please.
