      A new mobile of Nokia 220 bought on October 23, 2014 got a damage at its charger port and its unable to charge now. Regarding nokia care, they were charging about 400.Rs but we have a bill of warranty for first one year. So i request you to take this issue to your consideration and give me a solution.

        I purchased Nokia lumia 730 on 21.10.2014 I notice display damaged on 23.10.14 which can notice from some angels. This looks product quality issue I contacted immediately supplier and company's service center but they refused to give any solution. Even nokia service center does not have spares for this device I need replacement of product and I am sure this is a quality issue only. Please advice Kind Regards N.C.SHARMA.

            Dear sir, I have purchased one NOKIA LUMIA 625 from Siliguri "Mobile Palace " hill cart Road, but sorry to inform you that the off on switch of the mobile is not working properly for which I handed over the same to your service centre "THE PLANET "Rajani Centre, 22/2/18, Hill cart road, siliguri, they, unable to do the problem and this is the third time I handed over my set to them for repairing, but 15 days elapsed they have not hand over the set to me, and told me it will take much more time. I don't understand when they are unable to repair the same then why they keep the set to their custody.                 My Nokia E7 phone which is repaired 5 months back form nokia authorized service centre has got the same problem again. last time they took almost one month to repair it and now they said 7 days but then they kept on extending the date. Now unfortunately I lost the job sheet card but then I remember the job sheet number. However, knowing me well they say that they do not know me and they can not say anything about my phone until and unless I show the job sheet.. I brought this phone by paying almost INR 20, 000. It was my dream to buy a best phone and it took so much time to arrange the amount for buying such phone for me. Damages and problems can take place over the use of phone but then i never expected such an irresponsible and low quality customer service form a reputed brand like nokia. i do not know what to do now. But i suggest all my colleagues to be carefull with customer care centre staff who can easily fool us. i am an existing victim because last time they did not repaired my phone properly but then they charged well for the repair. still i have the same problem and they started screwing me

I am totally disspointed and frustated with my Nokia phone and mainly the response and solution that i have got from Nokia service centres of samastipur branch, bihar. None of them have been able to address the problem even to sub satisfaction levels.they are change my phones body parts. Details: Nokia N73 IMEI no.[protected] i having been facing a few problems. I have given it your service centres for more than 3 times but no one can resolve my problem. The phone, roughly has been at your centres for around 4 to 5 days total, if you can take a look at the history at your end...

                      i am an unfortunate customer who bought this nokia XL mobile 5months back form Snapdeal. Since from the beganing the music plays (breaking in between) as if it was played by a local made phone. it stops working and switches off and wont start again till the home screen. i am facing this problem for almost 7 time till now in this last 5 months. I consulted nokia care online chat who suggested to format the phone. inspite o[censored]pdating the phone software to a new onw a month ago, these two problems are keep on persisting. In between, i am also been suffered with the data & Contact loss for these many times. I contacted the nokia care for two time but was not fruitful in avoiding the problem. Meanwhile it also stopped ringing via speaker where as the headphones work well which again lead me to nokia care which is very far from my village Panchagaon. Inspite of the compatibility issues for all the andriod applications which was a big compromise for me (like whatsapp) i am striving to use the same phone till now. Now, i am not even satisfied with the phone because of the frequent software crashing on a frequent basis for which nokia has no solution! Kindly replace this product againast any other nokia product like lumia and help me relive from this problem and prove me peace of mind

KINDLY, REPLACE MY HAND SET NOKIA 520 AND GIVE ME LIST OF SERVICES WHICH ARE PROVIDED DURING WARRENTY PERIOD OR IS IT JUST MONER EARNING TACTIC.

                          I have bought a nokia head phone WH-205 model on 24 aug 14 for nokia mobile which was under warranty for six months.With in one month the same got defective, then i approached the nokia care service centre on 06 oct 2014 with the comlpaint for the replacement of the same. The response in respect of the same from the service centre is extremely poor. I was told to come after 20 oct, so i have visited today for the same, but the reply from their side was not good. I was told to come again by end of this month and was told that this is not the metro city where your problems will get resolved so soon. Due to the poor service and the bad response from the service centre it gave me great loss of peace of mind. The product which i have bought bears the warranty of six months only out of which half of the time is consumed by the service centres.                               Dear Sir, I Purchased Nokia Lumia 530 dt. 6.9.14, from the date of purchase its found that sim not supported so i got replacement against with new one. Again 19.10.14 my phone get into trouble. Its not charging and mobile got switched off. I take it to the nearest Service Center Vadapalani Nokia Care, But they informed that it should be sent to delhi after that only they will confirm back whether it will comes under warranty or not. I had submitted this phone on mine 4 months ago regarding some problem of music player etc and your people only destryoed it completely by upgrading it which is only method in their potential to cure or tackle any kind of problem. They then told me that t will take a month as they are sending phone to company and asked me to extend my warranty peroid for assured help. But today 4 months later no promises fulfilled they are only wasting my time and energy and also giving me a negative image of my country whom i love very much. Actuaaly many people are suffering from this problem only and ultimately they e blaming nikoa for it not arthatpsychopathic jackasses. Solve my problem and please maintain standards and put intelligent qualified and sensible people on job not those piece of. India has many talents.                                     I bought a new lumia 1520 on 22/6/2014 from nokia priority storw at vasavi nagar Karkhana. On13/10/2014 i notIced a Crack in the display .but thescreen is intact. I went to nokia sevice centre.the technician told me iT will cost me rs 17000 .and warranty is not applicable. Now i dont know what to do .i bought a phone for rs 40000 .3 monThs back.now rs 17000 for repair.                                       I have purchased this Nokia X - Phone from Vashi, Mumbai. Since the day I have purchased 14-april-14, Speaker and application issues are there. Nokia center is not able to solve it. I want refund of this phone It is not possible to visit nokia store again and again spending time and money waiting for hours together, dissatisfied with services of nokia want complete refund.
