Dear sir, I have purchased one NOKIA LUMIA 625 from Siliguri "Mobile Palace " hill cart Road, but sorry to inform you that the off on switch of the mobile is not working properly for which I handed over the same to your service centre "THE PLANET "Rajani Centre, 22/2/18, Hill cart road, siliguri, they, unable to do the problem and this is the third time I handed over my set to them for repairing, but 15 days elapsed they have not hand over the set to me, and told me it will take much more time. I don't understand when they are unable to repair the same then why they keep the set to their custody.
May I request you please let me know the address where I can get the good service for repairing the same.
