I bought my Lumia 720 in April 2013. It was working fine till 16-Oct-2014 when suddenly my phone got switched off. Nothing worked to restart the phone including the hard reset. That is when I took the phone to the Nokia Care, Marathahalli, Bangalore. After examination they told that the USB flexy has to be replaced with a new one. I paid 2650 for the USB flexy replace. They repaired and gave in 2 days. But to my sheer bad luck, the phone was not in the condition i gave them. The display had a bright spot on corner of the screen. I noticed the defect on the screen after I took the handset home(after charging) as the charge in the phone was 0% while travel back to home. I couldn't notice to defect while taking as the screen was black. It only came on color screens. I immediately called the Nokia Care about this issue. The job sheet No is 1411016/22. IMEI number - [protected]. After analysing, They told that they'll replace the display of the phone and to come after 2 days. But next day, the phone was getting hanged repeatedly. After 3-4 seconds into the Start screen the touch doesn't work, everything seems to get hanged. The phone restarts itself but with no success. Software restore effort also in vain. The condition of the phone is completely changed after the repair. Phone is completely waste now. I regret going to Nokia care now and buying a Nokia phone. This is really disgusting experience to have. Please help me resolve the issue. I am very apprenhensive to go to Nokia care again.

    i am using lumia 520. i have already extended its warranty for one extra year. i purchased my device on 22nd oct 2013. the same year i went to nokia care in dec 2013 because my phone was asking for update. they took the phone from me and i got my phone in mid of jan 2014. all they did was replaced my original screen and got a new one. they also removed my original screen protector worth rs.350. the same day, i got a doubt since a white line at the top of screen became visible. but they ignored as a minor fault and ignored it. now last month in sep 2014, the screen became useless and reported at nokia care. they took my phone for 20 days nd they told me that the phones screen has been changed... but they did nothing. i went to a local phone seller. he immediately said me that the screen is faulty .. now i am unable to play anything... they also ruined the memory unit of my phone snd now i am unable to play music, , cant view pics...also the wifi of my phone has stopped working... plz plz plz help me... you can call me for further details... u can also see pics that pics cant be viewed, , , songs became of 20 mins and all memory has gone in others in storage sense..

      sir I recently bought a new NOKIA 206 mobile that included NOKIA music store.. which is given for download the music and songs from it, but it won"t work anymore... when ever i try to open that application it always says " there is problem, something went wrong" please don"t sell such type of mobiles with which you guys given the special applications that won"t work...

        Nokia 220 handset’s ringtone volume decreases suddenly. Within 1 month of purchase of my handset Nokia 220, I realised that the ringtone volume decreases suddenly without any notification. Whenever any call comes in my phone, I cannot hear it ringing. For this problem I took the phone to Nokia Care Service Centre. But after 1 day of invigilation, they told me to keep on increasing the volume of handset’s ringtone when I realize that it has decreases. They cannot give any other solution and they are also not aware of the problem. They donot know what to do and got puzzled. This is not the ultimate solution of the problem, I think. Please look into the problem and do whatever required.

              To M/S Nokia India Limited 15.10.2014 Ref: Defective Mobile set . Dear Sir, I have purchase a Nokia X3 Mobile set from E-Zone, Kolkata on 21.08.2010. On 30.08.2010 the set started crating problem. I contacted the vendor, they advised me to go to Service Centre at Kolkata. According I went to Service Centre Kolkata and requested to change the set, but they have repaired the same. In the mean time the developer from other countries visited the Kolkata to the experience of customer regarding the set. I was one of them to express my experience to them. In the mean time the above set again started disturbing, on 04.09.2010 again I went to Service centre and they have provided service free of cost, but they that not replaced the set. Again on 09.12.2011 the set was not functioning, and then I was out of warranty I had to make payment of Rs 660.00 for the same. Again On 01.02.2012 the set was not functioning then I went to Service Centre, they told that the Kit is to be changed for these Rs 1600/- is to paid. I thought why I should incur expensed on this mobile. I have kept the same. My sentiment is that I have gifted the set to my daughter for her grand success in ISC, requested several time to the vendor, service provider to change the set, but all are in vain. Hence I am writing to you to provide justice to me and to retain goodwill of your company and to maintain relationship with valued customer.                 I HAVE BOUGHT A LUMIA 520 IMEI NO [protected] AND NOT EVEN A MONTH I HAVE STARTED USING THE PHONE IT WAS DETECTED WITH A DEFECT. THE PHONE WAS TAKEN TO THE NEAREST NOKIA CARE CENTRE WHO HAS DIAGNOSED IT AS SENSOR PROBLEM AND HAS TAKEN THE PHONE FOR REPAIR AROUND MID SEPT 2014. NOW IT IS MID OCT 2014 - NEITHER THEY HAVE REPAIRED THE PHONE NOR THEY HAVE REPLACED - I AM SHOCKED AND ASTONISHED WITH THIS NON PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF SUCH A COMPANY OF REPUTE AND THE PURPOSE OF BYING THE PHONE IS A WASTE. SINCE TO ME MOBILE IS AN ARTICLE TO USE FOR WORK AND I AM MANAGING WITH A VERY OLD SET OF MINE WHICH NEITHER HAVE INTERNET FACILITY NOR MAILING - AS A RESULT I AM ENCURRING HUGE PROBLEM IN MY WORK. AM A LOYAL CUSSTOMER OF NOKIA SINCE 2004 AND THIS KIND OF AN ATTITUDE HAS REALLY PUT ME IN GREAT PAIN AS WELL AS INCONVENIENCE.                   Dear Sir, I had purchased Nokia Lumia 625 on 09/11/2013 from an authorised dealer Ranchi, Jharkhand. In the normal course of time my touch screen stopped working and I reported the same at Nokia Care on 09/09/2014. The authorised Nokia care dealer where the complaint has been launched is Nirmal Enterprise, 468-C, Ground Floor, Pee Pee Compound, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The service centre provided with a job sheet No. 5979 with delivery date as 25/09/2014. My mobile phone is still covered under the warranty scheme and the same has been acknowledged by the Nokia Care. It has almost been 01 month from the date of surrendering my mobile to the Nokia Care but there has been no positive response from the service centre. Since the product is covered under the warranty scheme and I am entitled for replacement of the defaulted product the service centre is insisting on repair of the mobile hand set. On contact for enquiry of the repair on various days after the expiry of expected delivery date as stated, there is no sign of positive response. I am forced to write a complaint against the service centre, as today i.e 16/10/2014, once again I called the service centre for an update on the status of my mobile handset. The reply was vague and dishonouring for me as a customer who spend money on purchase of a product. I am unable to use my SIM for various contacts. I request to bestow your kind attention towards early redessal of the complaint put by me and arrange to replace a new handset for the defaulted handset.                     I had purchased a Nokia C7 sometime back and the touchscreen broke. In June this year I got the touch screen replaced at their authorised service centre by paying Rs 7800/=. After 40 days of replacement, the touch screen became unserviceable once again. There was no damage but it just stopped working. I took it back to the service centre and to by utter horror I was told that the touch screen needs to be replaced for another 4000/= rupees. When I told the representative there that I had just replaced the touch screen 40 days back, the lady told me that the warranty was for 30 days only. I then enquired whether in case I replace the screen again and that too becomes unserviceable after 40 days, then do I have to come back and pay another 4000/= rupees, she said "YES". In effect Nokia expects me to pay Rs 4000/= every 2 months to have a serviceable phone. Kudos to Nokia's quality. They should be very proud of their products. Such shameless companies should be boycotted and kicked out of India. There is no place here for such companies with utter fraudulent business practices. I request everyone to boycott their products and teach these cheats a lesson.

                        Sir, My name is shashank from patna. I am using your set C5-05.Two months ago I have some problem in touch screen.so I go to roop rang telecom, fraser road patna. They touch screen is damaged so they have to replace it. I said ok.They gave 1500 rupees bill. I paid them and they replace it. But within one and half problem is reapear.so again I go there. They said that again you have to change touch screen and warranty is lapsed you have to pay for it. So I go to another Nokia care at exbition road patna. They check the set and said you touch screen is duplicate. So tell me what can I do? Your coustomer shashank patna

                          I submitted a NOKIA E-6 in a dead condition on 13th October, 2014 at 2 p.m at DURGA COMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE CENTER), 48, Mall Road, Near GTB Metro Station, Ring Road, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009 and was told that the phone will be returned with all the issues resolved and in a working condition on 14th October, 2014, at 2 p.m. My first call was made at 1:30 p.m on 14/10/2014 to check the status of phone and was told that since phone is under observation, I will receive a call at 4:30 pm . NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME. I called again at 4:15 p.m for the status update and got the same response and was given a new time i.e 5:30 p.m and was also promised for a revert from care center's side. Again, there was no response from their side and I had to CALL AGAIN and got the same reply with a new time(6:30 p.m). Finally, after ending up at the service center, I was told the phone is still being tested and will be handed over to me on 15th October, 2014 b/w 11am-12 pm and again, a revert call was promised by Mr.Pankajj Sukheja(Branch Head) before handing over the phone. Next morning, NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME and I had to call again to confirm the delivery and instead of dealing with the situation, pure negligence was shown and excuses were made. I was told the system is down and the status can not be checked whereas the phone was being repaired INSIDE the SERVICE CENTER and one could've easily checked the status manually. DISASTOROUS FOLLOW-UP, LACKING WORKMANSHIP and ZERO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS are very unfortunate and putting NOKIA in the black light. All the loss I've suffered over the last two days has left me very DISPLEASED and UNHAPPY with the ONLY brand that has been used in my family over the last decade.                           i purchased nokia lumia 720 dec 2013 and have problem with my nokia lumia 720 from last 4 months, also i showed my phone to nokia priority 2 times in annanagar, chennai...but they just reboot and give it back...and the problem still exists.

                          also i stay at arakkonam which is around 100 km from chennai, so it becomes very difficult for me to go to chennai again and again

                            Hi Team, This is to notify that i have taken my lumia handset to Nokia service center on 13th OCT 2014 for following issue. 1. Handset is getting hung very frequently. 2. Caller will get not reachable even if the mobile & network is active. 3. If we speak for more than 10 min touch screen will not work. When they check the handset they said its liquid damage, but when they show the handset I didn't find any water drops / moisture inside because am sure i was using it very carefully. After they are telling 4000/- will be charged to get this repair. Why should i pay for it i have not done anything. Please note am facing this issue in the second month itself and this is the forth time am took this to service center for repair. Second and third time they took more than 20 days to repair and after some days issue persists. i have no idea after lot of complaint's why they are ready to change the handset or get this fixed permanently. We are trusting and customers to Nokia from more than 10 years. But this i have struggled lot with the service.Request you to take this as high priority and resolve this.                               I wish to bring to your notice that "NOKIA XL" smart phone purchase from local dealer Jain collections, Vizianagaram IMEI NO. [protected] is not functioning properly since date of purchase of mobile i.e. from 28/07/2014. I have also lodged complaint to NOKIA CARE on 28/09/2014 and handed over the mobile to Bright Infocom (NOKIA CARE) Visakhapatnam. Even though a month elapsed, rectification has not yet done. I regret to inform in this context that i have not used even for 10 days. Your immediate response is highly needed.

                                This phone is ridiculous. 1. Whenever i try to download music from its own mobile store, i am unable to download, it says check Internet connection. Even though I had enabled connection. I tried uninstall and install also. 2. Phone will stop ringing for every 5-6 days and you end up missing important calls as phone will not ring only. we need to restart it again to make it ringing. (NOTE: This happen when phone is in ringing mode and not any other spl modes) 3. Phone gets hanged multiple times. 4. when i try to play songs from SONGS option, it wont show up the songs in Memory card and if i select ALL, Memory card, it comes out of Music mode and display home page I am really pissed off with this behaviour of phone. Never i face any problem when i was using Android phone. NOKIA WINDOWS PHONCE SUCKSSSSS

                                  I am using a nokia asha 206 s40 phone i updated it for using whatsapp in it but later i am feeling a severe problem of insufficient memory because of some useless applications such as viber which i don't use them i don't want this apps what should i do?

                                    I went through a horrible experience buying a Nokia mobile. On 20th september 2014, I purchased a Nokia Asha 225 for my father from Sarjapur road Croma shop, total mall. Just after 2 weeks o[censored]se, on October 4th night, I found the display was not working. On 5th Oct, I took the mobile to Croma shop and they suggested there may be some display issue and asked me to take it to Nokia care. On 10th October, I took the mobile to Marathahalli Silk Nokia Care centre for servicing. Looking at the mobile the nokia care representative told me the LCD is broken, though there was no visible physical damage from outside, they insisted that its my fault and somehow I broke the LCD and suggested may be it got broken in my pocket. Initially they were even reluctant to check the mobile. After lots of insisting, they opened the mobile and told me that the LCD is broken and the motherboard is bended. Though I couldn't see any visible damage in the LCD panel or the motherboard, they wrote it off saying warranty is void. I have not dropped the mobile or there was no physical impact to the mobile.Even the Nokia people couldn't show me the same. And it was working fine when I last called on 4th Oct night before the display started giving issue. This was a horrible experience from Nokia which I trusted as I was a satisfied customer of Nokia for some time. But I think the Nokia quality has drastically deteriorated over last few years. This is very much evident from the unprofessional way their customer service responded to the issue. I would request Nokia to look into this matter and do the needful.

                                      Sir/madam I have purchase a new Nokia x .mob IMEI NUMBER([protected], [protected]) they also given me 1 year warranty . The mobile worked 5 months perfectly but after that it has the touching problem. Some area of screen not working perfectly . To solve but mobile problem I have given the mobile to Nokia service centre KASHIPUR UTTARAKHAND . They said that plz your mobile after one weak . They also said that we will not charge any money for that. But after weak when I repaired there to take my phone they didn't repair my mobile . They said that you have to charge 1500 rupees for repair of screen . But my mobile is in warranty . So I want that my mobile should be repair without any cost .                                         I had submitted my Lumia 720 phone on 20th September, 2014 and the delivery date was on 3rd October. I haven't received any updates from the Nokia care centre who keep on telling that I will be getting the phone in a week. The process is not transparent and when asked on confirming a final date of delivery, the manager is reluctant to commit. This certainly reflects poorly on Nokia and its customer care facilities. Please respond professionally and at the earliest as I am facing enormous problems.
