Great disappointment from the product and service. I was a Nokia Royal customer over 10 years from now. However when i purchased NOKIA LUMIA 820 for 21, 000 Rupees in August 2013, I have just got disappointed from the product & now from the service too. The LCD screen on my NOKIA Phone was cracked in 29`th January 2014 for which I paid 10, 000 Rupees for repair at Nokia care in “Shilak INC Care Center, Recycling point Address: 1st Floor, 80 Feet Rd., R.T Nagar Main Road, Opp. Play Ground 560032, Bangalore, India” Again in March 2014 the LCD screen was cracked and paid 5000 Rupees for the LCD screen & speakers in the same NOKIA CARE in R T Nagar, after which the speaker & Mic had intermittent issue . I could not understand why this problem occurred after the LCD Screen replacement. I took my phone to that same NOKIA Care Service center in 14`th August 2014, for which they informed me that previous repair had just one month warranty and I had to pay 2000 rupees for Mic & speaker replacement . The warranty was expired in 8`th of August 2014. However, they denied to consider warranty coverage as previous repair was a Physical damage. They deny that this problem is occurred after the previous repair. Now how should I gain the trust back? This is great disappointment & worse service from NOKIA which made a royal customer to never ever buy NOKIA Again. Now i have a Phone that i have spend 35000 rupees in less than a year but still i have end up with a Non-working Phone.     dear sir, i have buy new nokia 220 10 days before from first day i have problem in network, i have gone to nokia care they have check my handset after checking they are saying that you have to charged, my handset is in warrenty so why i have to charged. pls reply soon for this complaint

      Hello, This complaint is against Nokia . I buyed Nokia X in the month of May and during the time of purchase the buyer and even the advertisements from Nokia depicted that all the android applications will be functional on this handset (Nokia X). But just few months after I got notifications that whatsapp is not supported in Nokia X . After few days even subway surfer started creating problems . I tried calling and e-mailing Nokia support but could not get a sufficient answer from their side . I just want that if there is some problem with Nokia X then please either replace my handset or provide me with the cash back . Thank You Romil Saxena

        I have purchased a nokia lumia 1520 two months ago . Mic of my phone automatically stopped working.when i went to nokia care they checked and said it is company's fault. And when i asked for the solution they said that they don't have that part it needs 15days to solve the problem. Iam not at all satisfied with the answer, why it takes 15days to bring such a common part. And when i purchased the mobile they made many false commitments that any issue of any phone will be solved in 24hrs. When we invest ₹ 45000 such a huge amount in mobile and a simple problem is not solved. Then what is the use to buy such a phone in nokia. Worst Service i have ever seen.           i have submitted my nokia x mobile to Mobility Solutions Address: Vijay Tower, 1st Floor, Opp. Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Karamana PO 695002, Trivandrum, Kerala, India Phone: [protected] on 23rd july 2014 following a touch pad complaint, it has passed 3 weeks and no reply from nokia .I bought the phone in april 2014.I really regret choosing noka x.

            I purchased a new Nokia Lumia 630 (IMEI No. [protected]) on 27th June 2014 from Nokia Priority Store, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Initially I was using single sim. After few days I tried using second sim but it was not detecting it.I went to NCC Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. They kept the mobile to be sent to Bangalore for repairs and issued me job sheet no[protected]/140731/038 dated 31st July 2014. On 11th August 2014 I received a call from NCC that my mobile has been returned without repair as it has been tampered and is not covered under warranty. I was shocked. A brand new mobile, just a few days old, how it is tampered, more over I take so much care in using my mobiles, such a irresistible reply from NCC, I could not digest. I was without mobile for so many days. Now when I am looking into complaint forums on the internet, there are many similar complaints against Nokia.If I would have know earlier, I would not have bought any Nokia phone.I am surprised that Nokia was one time most trusted brand in India, but now its losing because of such acts. Jjust to save on small things they are wrongly blaming customers that they have tampered the phone.How do I know that my phone is tampered. If such is the case NCC should have proved it to me when I visited them with the problem. Once accepted by NCC and job sheet issued, back end repair centre should repair the phone asap without blaming the customer that he has tampered the phone. If that was the case, Bangalore repair centre may have called me or sent an email to me to deposit some repair charges. For once I might have considered it . But by just returning the phone without repairs after wasting so many days and moreover wrongly blaming me that I tampered the phone is not correct. Now my faith in Nokia is shattered and have no option but to use it without second sim working. I may sell off this phone at whatever price and will never buy any Nokia phone and will recommend all others never to buy any Nokia product.

              Hi, I have submitted my defective Nokia Lumia 720 (under warranty) on 07.07.2014, but after multiple communication I came to know that handset needs to be replaced. Around 10 days back I came to know that replacement handset has came to service center and it is Lumia 625 which I am not ready to take because of lower model than Lumia 720. Now today I got a call from the service center that now it will be replaced with Lumia 720 and lead time unknown. I am fade up with the horrible service from Nokia and not able to understand why replacement is not done from the Nokia priority shop besides Nokia service center and do the back lining later internally. Its already near to 40 days and I have not received my handset from Nokia harassing the customers is not the right way when customers purchase the phone from their pocket. Now action item I need my handset either lumia 720 or higher models else give money back I will purchase other phone and precisely not Nokia by next 5 days whatever way possible else go for consumer complain.                 Dear officer,

                Soon after purchase i found that the picture shows a joint line and also the photo quality is poor. Though i gave this to the nokia care (Job sheet attached) but even after that the photo quality of the camera is miserable. When i bring the same to the notice of nokia care and the priority dealer officers, i am unable to get any technical solution for this.

                Please do the needful as early as possible.

                  r/sir, 1 month ago i purchased nokia-x set, at palwal, but could not able to run, whats app, on this set as it asked for some kind of number to run the whats app and in this regards, today 13/8/2014, i met your nokia promoter, mr surender, at 999mobile shop at palwal and he demanded to pay Rs.200/- for to run whats app on account of nokia company othewise denied me bluntly.plz help me in operating the whats app at my nokia-x set and also requested to take strict action against this promoter.thanks.

                      On 11.07.2014 I purchased above mentioned product it troubled me after few days then I visited company authorised care centre they opened the set and said moisture entered the set which was totally illogical and baseless becuse if mosture enters to the set then how moisture can aquire exactly rectangular shape inside the set, it was just an approach to make me fool.I think the quality of set was poor thats why so early problem arised .Touch was not working properly, heating during conversation and charging were the problems from very first day.On second day I approached the dealer, he answered that with Android Sets heating is common, which was wrong answer . As time period in which problem came is very short i.e less than one month I demand that my set should be repplaced with new set. Complaint Centre:- Shreenath Telecom Sai Complex, panipat.                         yes I too agree with mihir, I purchased a new Nokia Lumia 720 (IMEI No. [protected]) during April month of this year. It was during June 14th my touch screen was not working, which i got replaced with NCC, but on the next day my phone was unable to receive any signal and it was always displaying no service. Again i gave it to NCC two days later, it was on 5th of August I got a reply my phone was tampered, which will not come under warranty, i was shocked. A brand new mobile, just a few days old, more over i took so much care in using the mobile, such a irresistible reply
                        from NCC, i could not digest. Some thing should be done to this NCC. I really wanted to go to consumer court and fight this injustice. these peoples (NCC and Nokia Co.) are cheating everybody. More over when hey called me for the second time to talk about the tampering of my phone, I was asked to sit in a separate room, which usually do not occur. Please I need help in this regard my fiends..My sincere advice please do not go for NOKIA..it pains a lot

                            Dear Nokia, Let me introduce myself, Ajay Narayanan is my name. Professionally I am a banker. I am writing this mail because I am a depressed customer of yours. I do expect positive response to this mail. I was using Nokia 6600 from 2006 and I switched to different models of Nokia and came back to Nokia Lumia in 2012 while you launched windows platform phones. Oct’ 2013 I purchased Lumia 720 and was miserable suffered due to my wrong choice. The volume control was not working I visited Kollam service center Kerala, for support and they suggested updating of software and my whole data was gone and I left with the same issue. Later another big issue turned up which dragged me to hell. The center part of the touch screen is not responding. On 8th july 2014 I visited Nokia Care, Karamana Thiruvananthapuram hoping the best and I submitted my mobile for warranty service at Nokia Care, Karamana Thiruvananthapuram. The service assistant politely informed me that it might take 14 working days or less, we will be informing as soon as the device is ready. After 7 working days I called to the care center and I got a message that the spare part is already ordered at the head office and the same is not yet received. Then I made my 2nd enquiry call on 23rd july to Mr. Raghunath (Center Manager) and he kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and the call got disconnected. I tried him again and he transferred the call to another lady who very nicely explained the whole procedure as: “Before the item was dispatched from Delhi Nokia head office and now it’s from Chennai, and while we enquired the item is already dispatched from Chennai and we will be receiving the same on Saturday only. The time required for them to make the phone ready is less than one hour so that you can receive the item on the same day. I was happy with the service and really appreciated the time she took to explain the things to me. On 25th I called again to Mr. Raghunath to reconfirm that my phone will be ready by Saturday itself. I was extremely disappointed and mentally got frustrated with the fact that I got cheated. Mr. Raghunath simply informed me that the whole messages and pieces of information I received was completely false and he cannot tell me the exact date or time, and only he will be able to do is to call me and inform me when its ready. I felt completely cheated and the Nokia service as the biggest failure. I made another call on 30/07/2014, Mr. Khan Informed me the parts are coming from Delhi and its completely Head office’s fault that they didn’t dispatch the item. He asked me to wait for another week and he explained his expectation of receiving the spare parts on coming Saturday. Just as he said, I waited one another week, I don't know, is Nokia consider this patience as my weakness, I made my last call on 05/08/14 to Mr. Raghunath and he repeated the same 'We will inform you once its ready, and put all the faults on shipping problem and on head office. The funniest quote he used was 'we are facing a shortage of spare parts at head office', lol… Here am standing before you for justice. I will dare to stand and I will dare to walk to anywhere for my justice. Once again, I do expect reply for this mail. Ps: Scanned copy of Job Sheet is attached with this mail for your kind perusal.                                 I purchased nokia xl whose bluetooth share app has stopped working.Your agent has told me that there is hardware problem in my mobile set.He even told me that he need a least 25 days to solve the problem.No tell me how to manage without phone fo a least 25 days.Infact, your company's products are worst.I need immediate replacement oof my mobile phone.Contact me immediately on[protected].

                                  My father Sh R P Sood resident of Vill & PO Pathiar Teh & Distt Kangra (HP) India purchased a Nokia 225 mobile phone for Rs 3400 on 23/7/2014 from M/s Anand Parkash & Co, Opp Govt senior Secondary School, (BOYS) Nagrota Bagwan Distt Kangra HP. vide bill no 23802 dt 23/7/14 This phone developed a snag on 28/7/2014 as the sound of incoming calls was not audible.This mobile was tested with 3 different SIMS of different service providers but the defect persisted. As such the phone was returned to the seller on 30/7/14 at 11.00 AM who promised to get it checked and repaired at the Nokia service centre located at Dharamshala Distt Kangra (HP) But the mobile has not been repaired and returned to my father till date although the dealer had promised that the phone would be returned within 3-4 days. My father is a senior citizen aged 76 years and partially disabled. I would request you to direct the dealer to replace the defective set with a new set of the same model with immediate effect to ensure that my father does not have to endure any further mental tension and distress due to this trouble.                                     I have purchased a nokia mobile 206 for rs.3600/-- from nokia solutions/ balaji mobiles, shri ram tower, ashok marg, lucknow (U.P.) on 22.09.2013.

                                    The above mobile set is not working properly since first day. After a miss call or when i make a call the signal disappears and signals comes after when i switch off it and then switch on it, after that for 2 minutes the screen becomes black after some times it starts working.

                                    When i send sms after 2 or 3 sms, it is in pending stage and then it sends only when i switch off it then switch on it.
                                    Battery also does not long more than 4 hours.

                                      i have bought nokia lumia 525 my mobile charger get damage due to short circuit in charger during charing my mobile . My mobile back cover is also become lose.when i move to the care center don't help me and they don't help me though i have warrenty of my mobile.                                         I have a nokia lumia 620..the warranty period has been jut expired.Its lock screen button has a complaint, i repaired it one time but its having complaint again and again..The phone is always getting stuck., i cant answer calls some times.I am really screwed up.My budjet doesnot allow me to repair it frequently...please consider my complaint and do neceessary steps...nokia..
