      i purchased my nokia lumia 920 worth rupees 32,000 just 14 days back and it is now having a severe hard ware problem such as lock screen not working, phone hanging and unable to acsess basic applications of the phone such as settings, messaging e.t.c. i submitted my mobile in Nokia Care and they are asking for 10 days time and also saying that they won't replace it, they will just repair it. But i am requesting for a mobile replacement because it is just 14 days older they said that it is not possible. Now the issue is that i submitted my mobile 10 days ago in the nokia care but they are still unable to tell me when they will hand over my mobile to me. so, kindly take appropriate action on nokia care, pune, F.C.ROAD.

      Nokia — not responding to my replacement mobile

      i bought new Nokia N70 on 9 th month of 2007, it got scrapped on january 2008 then i gave it in Nokia Care in Hyderabad. They said that with in 10 days i will get new mobile but when i went on 11 th they said i takes some time to get back by mobile this processing is going on till now this is the third month from the day i gave my mobile in the Nokia care they are not at all responding to me. so i humbly request you to take some action against them so that i can get my mobile as soon as possible.

      I have bought the Nokia 5220 on 14th jan2009... within four days my mobile got the problem by way of hanging and offen switched off no proper connective between the Radio and phone ... so i have info to nokia care in Ashok nagar chennai on 18 th jan 2009 they givn this no[protected]/090129/34 ... within two days they return back mobile hear after no problem will come ... After three days same problem came ...so agine i complain to nokia care on 2 nd feb 2009 agine same complaint no givn for my both complaint ..on 7th feb they return my mobile problem was solved ...Agine same problem so i informed to nokia care on 14 th feb 2009 ... but their is no proper reply from them simpley they saying problem was within ten days ... I realy feel bad about this services ... within this one month i went three time for the services centre ... I not even use my mobile properly because always mobile had problem from the puarchse...so plese consider my problem and do the need full .. It will spoil the nokia name within one month problem is coming like this ... my mobile ime number is [protected]

      Nokia — regarding replacement.

      Sir,
      I would like to draw your kind attention that i submitted a bluetooth headset BH-101 at Smart Associate Sadar bazar Jhansi for replacement purpose on 12/04/2009 with complete paper formalities, they had made a service job sheet no :[protected]/090412/28 with targeted date 02/05/2009.
      As uptill now they are unable to deliver me back my headset, whenever i reached thier office they provided me unsatisfied reply that ; "Nothing is in our hands" .
      So would you please tell me that if nothing is in thier hands then why company is opening so many customer care centers.
      Tommorow when i reached the thier office then they showed me a headset without the ear clip and told me that it is provided from company without ear clip. How would i wear the headset without the ear clip?????
      Hoping for the satisfied reply from your side or i will contact with higher officials.

      SO PLEASE SIR, DO THE NEEDFULL TO MAINTAIN THE FAITH OF CONSUMERS IN NOKIA.

      Nokia — regarding replacement of mobile

      hello sir....
      i have purchased a new mobile set of this company dated on16oct 2010 from jalandhar in 13777rs...!
      within one month,it has a software problem for which it is being repair by nokia care,jal..but from till, it has been repair for five times..including 2 times being sent to headquater for reparing for 16 days each......
      i have call to company 2-3 times for the replacement but for a waste......
      please suggests and guide me for the further steps.....

      helo sir, i have already lodged a complaint, now the issue the warranty is void because of a scratch inside of the mother board and they are saying it is a physical damage. what i want to know the device is only 13 days older, there is not even a single scratch on it.
      Can you justify how the physical damage occurs inside the chip with out having a single scratch outside the mobile. That too we cant even open that mobile also (NOKIA LUMIA 920). The mobile is opened two times, that was done by care technician only. Please don't play such a cheep tricks with the customers. If there is a mistake of yours please accept it. I am not a fool to loose 32000 mobile with out having any fault of mine. If any thing goes wrong, then I am ready to file a case against your company remember that.

        1) My Nokia Asha 300 phone is covered by Extended one year warranty, for the period of 30.06.2013 - 30.06.2014.

        2) On 07.07.2013 at morning while switching on my phone, the display found not working properly. A number of horizontal lines appearing at the bottom side of the screen and also the display is appearing with a high contrast.

        3) On 08.07.2013 I have visited the nearest Nokia Care Center "M/s Citytel Services; P2, CIT Road, Scheme - LV, Moulali; Kolkata - 700014.

        4) After inspecting the set they told that the set had been damaged due to entering sweat within phone while using it.

        5) And for this kind of damage the phone does not cover within the warranty. Not only that hence forth my one year extended warranty has been cancelled.

        6) If I want to repair my phone then I have to pay for all the charges that require.

        7) Even when I have asked how much it'll costs to repair the phone, they informed that in that case I have to pay Rs. 50.00 as the estimation charge and that also I have to pay separately.

        I' am feeling to be completely cheated by Nokia, as it just 7 days past my renewal of the extended warranty. And they have void my warranty by just showing fishy clause.

        In this regard I want to inform that I'm using mobile phones more that last 14 years and never face such a problem that phone can be damaged by sweating. If such incident can happen then it does not cover by warranty.

        In that case I think Nokia should mention at their campaign that their phone is not suitable for using in hot countries like India, where sweating is a common factor. Or they can also say that Nokia is only for the peoples who don't live without Air Conditioner.

        In this present competitive market where we can get any smartphone of less renowned brand within Rs.3000.00 (you can get 5-6 ads in any daily newspaper); we spent money more than double for the NOKIA brand just for reliability. And after that if we don't get proper service, in-spite of spending such extra price, then we should have to think about the other less renowned brand.

          I have given my Nokia 500 handset IMEI no. [protected] on 01-Jul-2013 to Nokia Care Center, Udaipur, Rajasthan for curing of some technical problem and they assured me to get my handset back 10 days but now its been 26 days I have not got my handset. Additionally, nobody either at Nokia Center or Consumer Care is taking responsibility for such long delay. Further, they are not cooperating. I am very much dissatisfied.

          My name is Charan Jit Sachdeva and residing in Bhwanigarh i hav a Nokia N5300 which fel down by me mistakenly i send my friend Narinder Pal to my nearest Nokia Care Centre EMM ESS Enterprises, SCO 96, Choti Baradari, Patiala[protected] ASC 233_343506 on 20 Feb 2008 they have told your set is repaired under the charges Rs. 500 i Commit ok After 1 Month they have returned my handset without repaired. Now tell me What Should i Do

          i had purchase the nokia mobile 6233 few months ago but unfortunately my mobile camera does not work properly since i have purchased it, i have given it to nokia care P. S. Electronics at nagpur on 07/05/2008. but till date i do not got my handset. when contact them for my handset they did not give any answer. they just say we sent ur phone to pune and it didn't come yet. now what i can do, i have no phone from last two months, please take action seriously, the service is very poor to customer.

          nokia/mobile 5700 — mobile not working properly under warranty

          my mobile nokia 5700 was under warranty when i gave it for getting repaired.it has been around 2 months when i gave ma set for repair.they told it will have to be sent to delhi for repair which i agreed upon and when ma set came back it was not working properly and then i gave ma set back to them they said it will have to be sent again to delhi and i have not recieved my handset back and i am facing many problems because of that.

          in this case i want a new set replaced in place of that and the monetary compensation for all ma inconvenience and all the money which i spent on travelling as i am a student and i am studying in indore and i gave ma set for repairs in dehradun which is my home town and i don't want my old set back as it has been opened up 3 to 4 times for repairs and i don't no what parts must have been changed and what would have been done with it.
          so please kindly take some action on this as fast as possible.

            I have submitted my nokia lumia 720 in nokia care for the 4th time in 2 month's for the same problem I.e firstly the phone stops ringing and all sound is gone including music and everything and after 1 day the phone becomes dead.
            Every time nokia care centre people's just used 2 format the phone. But this is the 4th time and they never give a secondary phone for using till my phone is on care centre. I just want a new phone. I don't want that phone to be repaired again.

            Nokia — Problem In nokia phone

            When I am keep my nokia 5200 phone to my pocket then five number is comes to phones screen automatically. And when I play any music in the phone the sound is cracking .

            Nokia — care defect

            i had given my nokia n-79 to the NOKIA CARE located at Guwahati, Chandmari Area
            my complain was to repair one of the speaker of the mobile which did not worked.
            this was a manufactured defect.
            when i was returned the mobile, it was dampened by the care executive when i asked for the upper cover replacement they denied saying it was my fault. rather my cell phones speaker defect was not corrected.
            i am very dissatissfied with the customer care members.

            I Have a nokia 2330 whis is on a roming basis there is no problem from the netword end have checked with the sim card also there is no issue . But when i m making a call the call is not going though and it says call barring activated and when we got to dactivate the call barring service it is asking for a pin code.

            My self Santosh Kr Yadav I have a hand set of nokia it is nokia classic 2700. But from few days its not working properly. I have sent my phone to nokia care sevral times but now also its not in working position.

            Dear Sir;

            As i had purchased a Mobile Phone from Ghaziabad Model C-6 on 16.10.2010 at 6.00 clocks in the evening, on the same date, it starts making Hanging problem. So i asked dealer to change this. He told me that it is to be checked by the company. So you go nokia care in noida, i move there they said that sir, phone software is not updated, so we are updating the software. After that updating it again shows the problem of hanging. Then i again move to the care and said it was again showing the same problem. They said we will keep for one day and check up. After one day they said phone is checked you can take that. After taking the phone from care. in the same day evening it shows the problem. i again move to care and tell them the problem and shows the problem. They said we have to send it to company in gurgaon and we need 7-10 days time for that. Now again they called me and said the problem is still there. so we are are again sending the phone to gurgaon. So i purchased it on 16.10.2010 and today is 27.10.2010 i dint use my phone for one day and, in nokia care no body is bothering to solve the problem. pls do help me in this matter to get me new phone from the company

            This is regular story for any one, who is going to purchase high hand mobile set...Either Nokia has to change their service support strategy...they can not sell faulty sets in such a larger nos. to customer...I am also suffering with similar problem. Need 10-12 days for mobile repair...
            Nokia's service team attitude "Customer has to learn how to use mobile..." ridiculous !!!

            i manish thakur bought a NOKIA E-5 Mobile Bill no 16113 dt 23.12.2010 Rs 10.000 From M/S chadha mobile Pvt ltd Phagwara gate,near bhagat singh chowk Jalandhar City & its IMEI no is [protected] the problums is,set is stop working after 10 day from date of purchase i visit shopkeepar but they refuse & suggest me visit Nokia service center ,after visit nokia service center they give me manual job sheet & update sotware of the handset ,but i face same problum after some day ,,nokia service center update my handset 5 time under same job sheet . at last set is dead in feb 2011., after set is dead,,set send to nokia Head office by service center & after 10 days they give me my set with new IMEI[protected] ( inner body without battery & cover changed by company as per service center ) but after some time in 3rd may set is again dead & I visit nokia service center & service center opinion is the set send again Head office & collect after 10 day & jobsheet no is[protected]/110504/10 at Mobile clinic shop no 4 green mart complex Model town road ,JALANDHAR CITY on 7th may I drop a mail (attached) to Nokia customer care my whole problem but they refuse (attached answer ),
            after 19 days on 21st may afternoon nokia service center provide me my handset with new IMEI no [protected] & assure there are no problem face u by nokia in future, but , after some hours in evening on 21st may I face problem in display of handset (Red & black lines on display ). because 22nd is Sunday on 23rd may I visit again nokia service center but there are no satisfactory answer by service center & they give me manual job sheet no[protected]/110523/37 & there are no standbye set provide me by service center in whole session & I lodge Telephonic complaint at nokia service center no[protected] that I want to leave this set & kindly refund my money ) & complaint no is 1-[protected] But there are no positive response by company at present my Handset at nokia service center.company want to give me my old many time repaired set but I want refund from company.
            From the begning when I purchase Nokia E5 Handset I face only problem again & again ,many time set repaired by the company but problem is not solved (a new problem faced again when last problem is solved) & maximum time aprx 4 month my handset is not with me & I am not using my new handset properly due to problem & I suffer my business loss & mently harassment ,before I go consumer court I want to share my problem with PEHEREDAR

            Dear Sir,

            I wish to draw your attention towards the maltreatment made by your Customer Care people at Ghaziabad namely Mr. Aditya Gupta of Gupta Associates, HIG-16, Vaishali , Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - Uttar Pradesh.
            I bought my cell phone Nokia C3-01 Touch & Type on 24/04/2011 from New Jimmy times, Moradabad. Just after 2 days from the Purchasing date it started hanging a lot and then the touch stopped responding. I asked the people to change the touch. And it got better. Then after serving me few months it again started giving me trouble like 'hanging up touch screen'. Since it was under warranty period, I visited Nokia service centre named above on 15/02/2012. and after thorough checking they verified the problem and deposited the cell phone with assurance to get it repaired. They provided me the Job sheet[protected]/120215/40. Some days before on receiving the phone call, I visited the centre with my friend, but to my utter surprise the cell phone got so many scratches over its body panel though the problem was solved. I asked the gentleman Mr. Aditya Gupta, who was attending us to replace the body and give us the cell phone in the same scratch less condition as I had given. But instead of listening to me and resolving my problem, he started shouting abusive languages, scuffle my friend to throw us out of the premises. When I politely asked him that I am not going to accept scratched body of my cell phone, he spoke that, 'phone is there whether U accept it or not, I am not going to do anything and turned his face from the situation. That day I didn’t accepted my cell phone as it wasn’t in the condition like I gave them and asked them to forward my request to the higher authority. They told me they’ll inform us tomorrow by a call. Day after that day, I got a call from them that we are sending your cell phone to the company for further processing about the matter.
            Now with heavy heart and a unsatisfied situation I am approaching you to do a justice and get me my phone in the same condition or get me a new phone as I have already suffered a lot with this cell phone or should I say goodbye to this brand .

              Nokia Purchase as well as Extended warranty in place
              Mobile diplay got blank and there is any scratch or damage to the top panel display. Initially in the Nokia Care center in Anna Nagar they have accepted to replace the display and they provided me the Job sheet to collect the mobile in a day or so . After 3 days of my follow up and they call me mobile is physical damage and it would cost Rs.2000+ to replace the display inside.

              I bought the mobile in same Nokia care center and also extended the warranty by Nokia Care Protect by paying additional Rs.500.

              I don't see any damage the care center which is trying to change words and does not bother on warranty.
              Option 1 : they have to replace the display
              Option 2 : They have return the Rs.500 which is for additional warranty.

              Please advise on how to make it happen.

              I face the same problem on my Nokia 300. When you go to NOKIA care during extended warranty period, they will show you any damn cause that will void the warranty and they will charge you for the servicing. It's NOKIA's new business policy to earn money through extended warranty and then charging twice for the same by voiding the warranty. And you never get any written confirmation from them which will be covered by the extended warranty...they will assure you verbally all the time.

                i had bought nokia lumia 720 1 month ago,there were complaint on the phone which is while we using its goes to main menu automatically with vibration even while we played video or camera,not only this,always vibrating about 1 minute.and last week i t has stopped to working,i had given for repair but still no any replay from dealer.i dont want the same product again,either u need to replace the product or i want my money back.

                I had purchased Nokia 6300 in June 2007. There was problem and cell used to go off even after charging completely. I approached Nokia care in Ghatkopar Mumbai they said it would take 1 to two months to replace and even refused to give me a spare battery. I did not have any alternative but to wait for my peak season to get over and I gave the phone to them in first week to November and the replacement came end December 2007. After few days the problem persisted, which is not even cured today after puting serveral complaints even to their corporate office. when I last visited them, the nokia care requested me to sign wrong papers saying that it is not a repeat order.
                This is regarding your cm service, i have purchased a new 5233 nokia model frm shiv digital studio udhampur jammu and kashmir on[protected]. after 2 day the mobile camera not working due to some softwarehardware problems, I went to your nokia care center at UDHAMPUR ANAND COMMUNICATION they paople saying your phone has some sort of problems which can be sorted at our new delhi office so if you want to repair your mobile phone we have to sent it back to our delhi office and you will get after 20-25 days and no body is taking the interest neither DEALER OR YOUR CARE CENTER.
                I m getting Fed up with your cm services so plz sort out the problem asap.

                    I Mr. GAURAV R MISHRA had purchased a Nokia mobile handset LUMIA 720 forms an ARVISHA store under bill unit no 1524 on 27/05/2013 but within the period of one week its display got damaged totally broken up as you could see it on image 1. The handset screen is made up of gorilla 2 which is unbreakable according to company promises but when I claimed for the mobile replacement they refused to do it. Therefore I had owned a new display amounting Rs. 6750 form VADODARA NOKIA care which is at F1, VASUDEV CHAMBER NR. HOTEL RAJDHANI, DANDIYA BAZER, VADODARA. Under bill unit no 4930 on 21/June/ 2013 according to them the display is having one month warranty under any circumstances. But on 7/July/2013 the display again got a crack which you could see in image no 2 which I had attached.

                    Now when I went to the NOKIA care for the complaint against the cracked display which got within the period of one month the refused to replace under the warranty period and told me that again I have to buy an new display amount RS-> 6750 they would not replace the screen it doesn’t matter to them that it comes under the warranty period. The cost of the mobile was 17700 when I had owned it and plus the display which I had replaced once amount 6750 which made the mobile cost 24450 and them are again telling me that I had to spend the same amount to the new display although the display comes under warranty period. I had both the original bills once of the mobile and the other of the changed display.

                    Sir I only need the justice that as the display comes under warranty period which was of one month so didn’t the care replaced it. And I also want to form an complain against the NOKIA company that they are claiming that the gorilla 2 display which is of my handset LUMIA 720 is scratch proof and unbreakable so why did it braked twice. Sir now can’t spare more money and that too which is not even my fault i only want to replaced my broken screen by the care wit the help of you..

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                    I had purchased a Nokia mobile (5310 music Xpress) on 25th Dec'07.After using it for sometime I found out that the mobile reboots.When I enquired about the bug from other users they confirmed me too.I gave it for servicing to the Nokia care center in Malleshwaram Bangalore.After few days they repaired and hand it over.But after few days I once again got the same problem for which I again gave it for servicing.Same thing continued after that too.When I asked for a replacement they told me it will not be done till you report 3 times for the same fault.After that due to my office work I needed to travel over seas for 8 months.The problem still continued and I didn't use the set as I couldn't aford international roaming but whenever I used to hear music the problem used to re-surfaced time and again.I again gave it for serving after I came back.Though it was the third time but they didn't considered it for replacement and by 24th Dec'08 my warranty will also get invalid.What should I do?Its giving me nightmares.Moreover each time I loose my precious datas, everytime they formats my external memory card and the pain I have to take going and coming back from the service center.Please advice me how can I take this case forward.

                    Nokia — refused to change the part at my cost even though under warranty

                    sir, i have bought nokia 1661 model 2 months back, within 15 days the display was cracked when i gave for repair they told that the display would be changed under warranty.but after 25 days they told display was not changed under warranty. than when i asked to change at my cost they told that it could not be changed company dosent produce the display of 1661,so,they asked me get it at repairers when i asked them give me it written they refused and said it will done at mumbai.i asked them to do it,they refused.

                    so, for getting it done i have to go to mumbai.when i asked them to give number of regional head's mobile no. or email id, they refused.

                    so, i want them to give me my amount of rs1700 for that mobile 1661.

                    I have purchased a Nokia mobile set vide model 6303C on 08.12.2009. Today (i.e.17.04.2010) the same set all of sudden it display comes blank. I went to the local service center situated to East Boring Canal road namely Ganpati Mobile Bank. They tild there is no stock, but they are replacing the same on cash. My question is that why not for warrenty persons work being done immediately ? Why the work has been done for non-warrenty people ? Because on warrenty it doesn't pay money and non-warrenty it pays the money, is is so. I am requesting you to look in to the matter and do the needful at earliest.

                        The nokia priority dealers on kalkaji main road have been misleading me for the
                        past 3 months. I have been frequently asking them about the release date

                        of Nokia C6. In May, they told me that it would be definitely out by June. In

                        June,they told me to wait for another month. Came end of July,they told me to

                          I am Sanjiv Raghavan from Hyderabad, India. I am posting an extremely bad experience I had with Nokia Lumia 920. Much worse than that is how Nokia customer service reacted to my situation. Please read ahead.

                          The phone was purchased on 6th of February 2013 (Warranty period is active). As a pre-requisite, please be informed that I have spike buster and inverter installed at my house. I was charging my Lumia 920 yesterday night using the Nokia wall charger and a standardized USB cable. All of a sudden I hear a blast after which I see that the Lumia case was blown off and the plastic case was melted near the charging unit. It was a scary incident (I will be posting the photos by tomorrow). But I had great hopes on Nokia care. Today morning, I give the phone to Nokia care and asked for a replacement for the simple reason that I was not confident of carrying a phone which blew up in front of my eyes. By all means, my anxiety is justified as a consumer.

                          Shortly thereafter, I receive a call from one Mr. Swaminathan. Who claims himself as the service manager. He very confidently denied me of any replacement and not even a service, in spite of the device being under warranty. Absolutely no courtesy at all…His statement was that I did not use a USB cable of Nokia. How inconsiderate??? He was only finding out reasons to avoid owning this issue and never considered about the feelings of a consumer. When I found myself helpless, I told him that I would go legally if I am denied of service, he even challenged me that I can do anything. I was shocked to see his response.NOKIA, Is this how you treat a consumer?????

                          USB cable is a standardized cable where power flows from host to device. How can such an incident be completely ignored and side-lined by NOKIA when the consumer has used nokia’s wall charger (host) and the device was Nokia Lumia 920. The cable was a standardized USB chord with same mA output rating as specified by Nokia. Is blowing up of the phone justified??

                          My friend Swaminathan does not realize that, USB Implementers forum has standardized Battery Charging Specification. When the wall charger used was provided by Nokia, any standardized USB cable with a right mA can be used. Does Nokia anywhere say that USB chord other than Nokia would blow up a phone???? How can be such a person be made a customer service manager?? More over how can Nokia expect to gather market share with such irresponsible team handling customer issues????

                          This gentleman Swaminathan sends back my phone which is a brick now. I don’t mind losing money but I file a suit to determine my rights as a consumer. Leaders of Nokia. Any machine can malfunction or fail. This to a certain extend is acceptable. What is more important is how you as a company deal with a consumer give him the confidence to handle this product failure. Nokia, You have invested your time in creating innovative design to win product awards and you forgot that what drives business further is the end consumer. You can never succeed with your great products with a horrible after sales service team. Please remember this. I will make sure that I post my experience in every forum possible. No other consumer should go through such irresponsible and third rated attitude towards customer. I repent my decision to move from iphone to Lumia. I really regret

Based on that I went to Mount Rd Branch After a long waiting I met your Engineer. He said it has got a Software problem and it can be addressed by Purasaiwakkam Branch (Opp to Abrami Mal). Then I went there given the set for reloading the Software. They said it will take 3 to 4 days to make it ready. After almost a week they said that it is ready and I can pick up the set. When i went there they gave me set with the bill amount of Rs. 550/- and said they have changed the keypad and reloaded the software. When i checked out the set nothing was replaced and the problem remains the same, now a new problem was there like all the nokia default tones and Themes where missing. When I asked, they called the Engineer (Mr. Jothi) who attended my set and he was really trying to prove his point and trying to justify the bill amount. After a long discussion then he accepted that by mistake they said it is ready and again he bought time from me. After two days when I went there, the same Engineer said that it can be addressed by T.Nagar Branch and asked me to go and meet Mr. Sai and Senthil, I went there and met Senthil he asked me to wait for few minutes, but after few hours he said he need two days time to check and asked to get a Job Sheet. I gave the set on 21/July/2008. After few days they said that they can't able to identify the issue and said it been sent to the HO. Till today I have not received my Handset.For your Infomation I'm into Automotive industry and we use to service high tech engines but we never took such a long time to do a complete overhauling itself. I work for 3M and we are a vendor for Nokia also. I never thought that NOKIA will do like this. Please let me know what do I do to get back my Handset. I'm really got fade up the way your people use to respond over the phone. Please get back my set even it is not repaired also, Let it be a fine for me for such a good hope I had at Nokia. but please return back my handset.

                          I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

                          They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

                          sir, i am a user of nokia 6233, IMEI NO:[protected], i m facing the problem of auto power off & low storage of battery from last couple of months, i have been to nokia service centre more than 12 times within last 3 months, talking about last months my set was with nokia care(unnati customer care, jaipur)for approx a whole month from jan 27 to feb 24, in this period of a month they called me 6 times out of which (they tried to repair 4 times & even sent my set to delhi 2 times), then I submitted on 25th feb 09, still when not repaired I submitted my set on 2nd march, this month my set was with nokia care(unnati customer care, jaipur)for again approx a whole month from mar 2 to mar 23, 2009, still my going there proved useless as my set was not repaired, this negligence causes hurdle in my profession with unnecessary time loss, still i my set is still with unnati customer care, jaipur, which i submitted on 25th march09 with jobsheet number[protected]/090325/65, as my warranty is ending & then nokia cant be held responsible.so, this time i requested to ensure a replaced new handset, now it has been more than a month still I have not received my desired new handset.So, Please ensure a new handset as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,
                          I purchased Blutooth Stereo Headset BH-214 from Nokia Priority dealer, Pullicakal buildings, M.G. Road on[protected]. price of the product is 3500/-. Shop Manager by name Mr. Manu prmoised me ''6 months replacement gurantee' at the time of pruchase.

                          Today, when I approached the shop manager, with my damaged product, they are not ready to replace the product. apart from this, they abused me with wrong language. I lost my money and also I am totally disgraed by the shop manager. After a lenghty conversation, they agreed to replace my product. I returned my product and took a letter from assurance letter. Again, at 4 pm on the same day, shop owner called and abused me with wrong language saying that we will not replace the product.

                          Kidnly look into this matter .

                              My name is Vishesh Siddharth, and I am an engineering final year student in Modinagar (U.P)
                              After finding nowhere to go and expecting a solution to my problem, I’ve come to you strongly hoping that you’ll look into the matter and help me out.
                              I am an owner of Nokia Lumia 720. IMEI No. [protected]. After using the phone for a little more than a month, the sound output of the microphone and the speaker suddenly went dead. I immediately went to the nokia care centre in modinagar. I assumed that it was a small problem and would be solved within a day or two. But the guy at the care centre told me that it might take around a week to trobleshoot the problem and that the phone will be sent to the company to get repaired. I decided to come after a week. On asking for a basic handset to be used during this period, they simply refused.
                              The head office of the modinagar region is in Noida. I had submitted the phone on july 01, 2013 and was told that I would get it back by 15th of july. On Monday, july 14th, they told me that there is a delay and so my phone will be delivered by Tuesday. On Tuesday, they promised me to get it back on Wednesday. On wednesday they told me to surely deliver it on Friday the 12th. Filnally I went on Friday to collect my phone. After going round and round for about two weeks, what I saw was this. They brought someone else’s phone and confused with mine. The colour of the phone that they brought was blue, while mine was black.
                              They now told me that my phone will take more time since it has gone to the company in order to get repaired. I would like to add that the colour of the phone has not been mentioned in the job sheet that they had provided me with. And my job sheet was exchanged with that of someone else’s whose phone they had brought. I asked them what was the problem of which my phone was registered with, and then they told me that it was some display problem. I was shocked to hear this since the display of my phone was perfectly well and that the only problem was the sound output. Then I figured out that there is a major confusion going on regarding my phone and that it has no proper records in nokia care.
                              This carelessness from their side is causing me a lot of trouble sir. I am just a student belonging to a middle class family and affording a phone worth 20000/- was not that easy for my family. Yet they bought me one so that I could easily send mails, surf and explore the web and use it for my academic work. I am a final year student and I have keep mysel[censored]pdated for the job placements and other things which is getting really very hard without my phone.
                              Although the people at the noida centre have assured me to get it delivered by this Thursday but I do not believe them as they have assured me in the same way many times before.
                              Please do help me out with this problem sir, I’ll be highly greatful to you if you look into this matter and talk to the people at nokia care.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We had given a Nokia mobile model no. 5610 to your Nokia Care on 21st June 2008 wide job sheet no. [protected]. At that time we were told it need one week for repair. After up a lot in first week of July, I was informed by the executive in Nokia Care that my phone can’t be repair and the company will give me a new handset, which might be two to three days. On 10th of July we received a massage from HCL that our mobile is ready and we should pick it up from the Nokia Care. When we went to the Nokia Care, I found that the body of my mobile was damaged. When I asked the reason I was told that the body of my mobile has been scrapped as Nokia. Don’t keep old bodies and this is a replaced body and ironically it was having lots of scratches on it. Since, than I am just Following up with Nokia Care but till now I haven’t receive my repair or new handset. It is newly one and half month that I have following up this matter and seems like till the customer does not care for customer. If I don’t receive my phone within this week, I shall be let with no choice but to go to consumer forum to get back my phone as well as damages from your company. I hope your will not ignore this matter and take necessary actions.

                                I have a Nokia C6-00. First time when I gave my mobile for servicing at Nokia Care Asansol, West Bengal, for a no display issue, they serviced my mobile and replaced the lcd and the flex. The display came back but the audio from the speaker which is used for calling was very poor. I asked them the reason they said as they have changed the flex and the speaker is new so the sound is low. after few days the sound will become ok.

                                Few days earlier I took my mobile to Nokia Care Salt lake Kolkata for the audio issue and they said that the speaker needs to be changed. I agreed and gave my mobile for changing the speaker (front). After 2 hrs the representative there came out and said that the touchpad is duplicate and hence while opening the mobile it went bad and now it will not work. They said that the Nokia Care at asansol might have changed the original touchpad with a duplicate one. they directly refused to take any ownership and returned me my working phone in a non working state. Now I am not being able to use my phone. Now the touchpad is not working and I am not being able to use the phone. This is clear either of the two Nokia Care center has changed the original touchpad with a duplicate one. This is a case of fraud and cheating. Kindly take necessary action.

                                The nokia care took my mobile and said me that they will take necessary action. however after few days they replied that they cannot repair the mobile and I will have to pay for getting my mobile repaired.

                                My touchpad was ok when I gave the mobile to them for repairing the speaker. When I got back my mobile the touchpad was not working. This clearly indicates that they technician inside has changed the touchpad and has installed a duplicate touchpad in the mobile so that they can charge more money from me and from other customers to whome they will sell the original touchpad of my mobile.

                                A local fellow name Nani running a shop for selling old and use mobile for last few years, some how I had got his add. and asked wheather he can give me a phnoe with gprs facility as cheap as possible he told me it will take near about 2000Rs I agreed with him he has ta ken money near about a year ago but did not supplied me me a good once he had supplied me a broken and spoiled phone which was unable to do net surfing as I asked him about this he he told me that all the sim card of BSNL is spoiled all over India but the phone is good . after 8 months later he had supplied me a phone has no display .for me he has faced me a great loss. after that came to know that he has allready cheated more than 80000Rs by doing some technical fault in cesc meter reading, now cesc has also take out his connection from his shop but he is using the line without paying them. how I will get back the money ?
                                It is also confirm that you will also take his side, as taken in the case of leaders of Yamaha.

                                Nokia — Fraud by NOKIA CARE

                                Hi,
                                I have bought a new nokia handset (2600). It worked for two months and on a fine morning it was not getting switched on.
                                I gave it to Koramangala (Bangalore) Nokia Care, where they made the initial diagnosys and told it will take 10 days for the replacement.
                                After 21 days when i call them, they told it is eady. I went and asked they told it cannot be replaced it got Tampered!
                                The funniest thing is they asked me to sign where it is written " I am satisfied with the service provided by them", eventhough I am not satisfied in fact.

                                This is my third phone Nokia Care is spoiling.
                                I have seen as many as 15 to 20 people who has the same compleints to the same Nokia Care center.

                                Nokia — non-original bill, servicing not done

                                Dear Sir/ madam,

                                I have given my Nokia E51 handset to a nokia care, situated in Gol market. The problem was poo audio quality, restart and reboot. My phone was in warrenty period but they say since water drops are found inside it is not in warrenty. I accept that and give my phone for repairing. They ask for 750 rs, that i pay to them. I ask for the bill amd they give me a normal kirana bill. When i asked for original bill they refuse to give it, anywaz i take that bill along with my job sheet copy.
                                Next day phone fails to start, i bring it back to nokia care, now they are saying give 1800 rs more to repair it. I say this problem was not there but after repairing it exist. But they refuse to repair my mobile. And their behaviour was not good.
                                So I am planning to go for consumer court. Kindly suggest me.

                                With great regret I am informing regarding the service provided at the Nokia centers and also by the handset itself.

                                I've brought a fresh new handset from Nokia priority dealers ( model no: 7230). ( 2 months back). The s/w within kept hanging and also from time to time it used to restart by itself. Then after some day now the display is completely gone and nothing shows up. After going to the nearest nokia care center ( Frazer town), they refused to repair it as the part was available only after 20 days. and in some other care centers ( Indira nagar, malleswaram), the first question being asked was " is this within warranty period? thn..we don't have the part". This is the kind of responses we get when your handset is under warranty period. Now am not able to use the handset neither repair it ..Thanks to your loyal service care providers.

                                I am highly irritated by such behavior and demand clarification on this. I shall NEVER trust Nokia if such kind of service is provided by the care people and by the product itself. I've always been a good fan of all the Nokia products but now the quality of your products is reducing. This is not acceptable.

                                NOKIAC6 — CHEATING

                                I bought a Nokia C6 mobile on december 2010 and the very next day i found a complaint on the front camera and i repoted it to the nokia priority centre but they refused to replace the handset, then i contacted nokia care centre pattom , trivandrum and they wants to sent the handset to nokia for a solution and i given it to the nokia care and i got the handet repired after 15 days, then also a major issue was there in the handset that, the set will restarted on an active call, and it will continously vibrates unless and until we removed the battery from it, and i cant use that phone to send a message too... again i contacted nokia care centre and they again wants to send the handset to nokia for servicing, again i waits for 15 more days and after that i got the handset replaced. but on the first view itself i understood that , theat handset is not a new one and i stared using it and still facing the same issue of restarting.i paid 13,000 Rs and Nokia cheats me by giving an old set as replaced one with more issues ......Is there any solution to get a complete solution???

                                    I bought Nokia C2-06 mobile on Oct 2011. From the next day I bought the mobile phone I had lot of problems with Touch screen and facing lot of issues both personally and physically. I am totally disappointed with service offered by Nokia service centres. The service centres did not change the Touch screen whenver I approached them but they logged in their report that touch screen has been changed to my mobile phone. This is very bad, the service centres are cheating the NOKIA company and the customers like me. Really Government has to take necessary steps and do justice to the consumers. The govenment should ban these kind of branded mobile models when coming into market.

                                    i purchase new nokia 6500 slide set on 03.05.08, i purchase from dubai, i pay 1170 dehrams against this set.Actually this cell phone i presented to my wife in india.In india when i started this cell phone the set feels some worm & battery of the set finshed with in 2-3 hr.I bring back this set in dubai & compalaint to the shopkeeker, even he repaired my set. But problem is the same, also radio is not working.When he issue me the bill of the set writting"Goods Without Warranty", i can't read this message at the time of purchase.I feel he sold lot of duplicate matteril under the name of nokia brand.His salesman also can't explain about warranty matter.I am sending herewith the e-mail id of the shopkeeper(Big Retailler).

                                    I K.S.Rao purchase a hand set of Nokia-N-72, IMEI: [protected] from Bhilai, Chattisgarh state on NOV-2009. This set started doing problem within 4 month of my purchase ,I send my hand set to NOKIA CARE thrice they simply formating the set and loaded software.I requested them to check the hardware and replace the set but they did not do so. As my problem was continue after completion of my set guarantee , while I send my set to Nokia care after checking they said that the problem in hardware and need to change hardware.Sir as the brand name of Nokia in India is a pride but the service and customer complain dealings not up to the mark.Thats why other mobile company growing.

                                    Nokia — cell phone is not working

                                    i have purchased my handset from hg retail solutions pvt ltd shop no 54-55 model town , jalandhar vide bill no hg3068/0182/11-12 on[protected] and just after 3 months of its usage i have found that my mobile hand set is not working properly as it get hanged and some #[protected]abc kind of figures appear on its screen, I contacted the hg retail solutions pvt ltd and they have further advised to check for nokia service centre as they will deal with it as the same is under warranty I will not be charged any money, but on going there the nokia service executive, mr Praveen at gt road , jalandhar has told me that my handset has flap problem and it need to be changed and has charged me about 500 charges too for which he told since on billing it would cost me more so need not to take the bill now your phone is working good. But After few days I found that same problem still persists , now I again went to nokia service centre and they told me that my phone has some water , I was really shocked !!! how come it would be happen ? but I really want my cell to work I took their assistance and they further charged me rs 600 for drying the water , but after 2-3 days of its service I faced the same problem and contacted them now they are saying my phone is dead they will contact the head office , incase it works than its ok otherwise my phone is a dead machine. I am really very upset with this service, what is my fault , the service of the nokia is where, what about my warranty period, why I am paying such a huge charges on my machine ? I am really feeling bad to purchase such a defective cell phone of nokia, plz help me out from this trap.

                                      I have purchased a Nokia LUMIA520 hand set on yesterday (9.07.2013) & gifted to my elder brother as a birthday gift
                                      but it's so shameful for me that gifted set have MFG problem.
                                      At the same time I informed to my dealer ( where I purchased the set) he told me to contact Nokia Care.
                                      Then I went to Nokia Care at serampore Battala & explained my problem(Right Side head phone not working),
                                      they told me Head Phone socket require to change.

                                      I requested them that it's just purchased so why should I repair the set, please arrange to replaced the same
                                      because it's a MFG defect. But they told me replacement is not possible by us, it will be done only by dealer point.
                                      At the night I again go to the dealer point & again he told me to contact Nokia Care & informed me that he is not a
                                      manufacturer of Nokia, he is only a seller so how can he replace the set.


                                      This a 1st time I am facing this type of problem from Nokia, really it's a unacceptable.


                                      This is my painfully request to you please arrange to replace my new hand set as early as possible.

                                        Purchased Nokia Lumia 710 in 2012 November with high expectations from a new Nokia revolution. However, I've been left disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. I have had issues with the phone such as the audio port, but this issue has become a total nuisance. Firstly, I'm sure you are aware of the fact that Lumia 710 was supplied with a substandard battery not enough to handle the device. But, now I've come to notice that the charging port has a manufacturing defect as well. Even though, the phone has been handled well the charging port has become loose and won't charge unless its held at a specific position, which IS absolutely ridiculous. I've tried changing the USB cables and bought a new charger itself! But the problem persists. Moreover, since the phone does not switch on when it is totally discharge. I've to hold the phone and wait for it to charge in such conditions. I'm sure you're well aware of the fact that its not a personal issue. One just needs to google to get an idea of the severity of the issue and how poorly Nokia, Nokia care centers, Nokia customer care department, manufacturing department, replacement center and the service team has handled this situation. Nokia used to be known for its value of money, good service and sturdiness of its phone. Don't let petty issues such as the above depreciate the brand value as a whole which is obviously more meaningful than replacing a few USB ports. I'm sure you'll empathize with the situation and handle it appropriately. Looking forward to a favorable reply and a quick resolution

                                        I had given my Nokia N95 8Gb to the nokia care to Nokia care here in nashik near Canda corner as it was not being charged.I was assured that i would get my cell back in 15 days.15 days later i went to take my phone and they said that it had not still returned from Mumbai.I had to wait another 5 days to get my cell back.On the 5th day they handed me my cell and i asked them to let me check if the problem was solved and the lady at the counter said there was no need.But still i forced her to confirm it but she did not budge and said it was confirm.I agreed as i did not want to make a scene there.After i went home i found that the problem had not been solved.Next day i went again to show them this.They aggrongantly made a new JOB SHEET for my cell and said they would once agion send it to Mumbai.Now its oer 1 month that my cell is with them and still they ask me to come after 15 days!!

                                        this is gurpreet singh sehgal using mobile no [protected]. i bought n97 mini on 7 march 2010 from the day i took nokia n97 mini i facing problem with the handset. my querty keypad frame is lose i gave it to nokia authorised centre on apr 22 it came back on may 5 2010 still my querty keypad issue is not solved the frame is still lose. i have been using nokia from last more then 10 yrs but this time i brought nokia and my misery is not ending only. from march 10 to now i have shown your nokia n97 mini to dozens of nokia care centre but none of them were available to fix the issue of lose querty keypad infact some of your nokia care people made the frame even more lose. i am feed up of nokia poor quality i should have gone for some other complany like htc or iphone. worst mistake of life buying a nokia n97 mini. for 15 days my mobile was wit nokia guys for repairation but still results were no where satsifactory. nokia call centre are also not able to fix the problem they either hang the phone or give inapproriate replies. anyways i ll blog, facebook about nokia's quality i will make sure now u replace me the handset. if nokia guys cant provide decent service then i guess they shouldn't in mobile market. i m suffering because your handset had a manfacturing defect not fair. i dont deserve this. but i ll make sure i ll make as many as possible people know about nokia's cheap quality products.
                                        Can somebody suggest me a touch phone within a budget of 20k. i am leaning towards the lg bl40 but i heard that this model has some manufacturing defects and tends to get hot very soon. i don't like Samsung and Nokia because they all look the same throughout their range. so please go ahead and give u r valuable suggestions.
