I gave my Nokia C6-00 phone for Service on 14th December 2012 in a Nokia Care Center in Perambur. Wen i gave it they told that it will be returned within two days and they would call me wen the phone s ready but i dint get any call till 21st December 2012. I called them on 21st and they spoke very rude and they finally told me that phone will be returned within 20 days from the date which they received the phone from me. But till today they have'nt returned my phone back. I spoke to them today(7th January 2013) and they are speaking very rude. They told that it will take one more week to return it to me. My Warranty period is ending by February. I fear that they might delay till my warranty period gets over so that they charge me for the service.

Also the way they answer makes us feel that we are treated like as if we beg something from them. And this is the second instance for me with the same service center. They delayed me more than a month last time wen i went to them.

    I am chasing from last two month but my nokia C6.00 phone not repaired

    Initial one month Nokia care not launch my complaint, After telephonic talk had with Bangalore mobile nokia care([protected]), Mangalore nokia care launch the complain

    I have spoken with nokia care Mangalore on 03.01.13, They don’t have spare & they have no idea when spare will come.

    I speak with nokia care Bangalore over telephone ([protected]) on 05.01.13, they told me they will forwarded my application. Not getting solution

    I want to know when spare will come and when my mobile will get repaired.

      I have purchased my Nokia Mobile model Lumia 800 on 08/08/2012 whose IMEI number is [protected]. Since about more than 1.5 months, I am facing problem with this mobile. It was not getting charged with the charger but was getting charged by laptop. First time when I visited Nokia care they said that charger had some problem and it would be replaced. They took 10 days to replace the charger. But still same problem was there.

      Then Nokia care centre people said that problem was not with charger and its with Mobile and I have to give them mobile now for around 10 days. I was not satisfied with their answer as they changed their statement now (they told problem in mobile now but previously said its with charger) so I visited to another Nokia care centre which is in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon.

      I gave them mobile and after around 6 days they returned it back saying that now its working properly. But 3rd time also it was having same problem.

      I visited Noka Care again on 18th December, 2012 and they said this time they will send mobile to factory with special comments saying to get it repaired minutely and properly. Delivery date on the job sheet was 28th December, 2012. But till now I have not received my mobile back.

      Since then I am following up with Nokia care but they also doesn't have any update on the mobile status from Nokia factory (Which they told me).

      Now I am very frustrated with all this which I am facing since last 1.5 months.

      I don't want to use this mobile anymore.

      Please help me to get REFUND of my money paid and also I should get compensation for the hustles I faced during this period.

        i have gorn several times to different nokia care in jayanagar 3rd block and of basvangudi in past 1 month for replacement of my touch pad of c2-03 set but everytime i go there they ignore me by saying that they have stock of touch pad and to try it in some other nokia care.this is really disappointing and i think a serious action has to be taken against them.

          I Niraj Kumar Thakur, had purchased a Nokia C2-02 mobile one year ago which IMEI NO.is [protected] but the touch screen of my mobile was not working properly from last four months. In this case I was handed over to Nokia Care Panvel (Nevi Mumbai) to rectify the problem and received Jobsheet no.[protected]/12128/44 on 28/11/2012 because my mobile is under warrenty period.
          Durring this said period I have saveral time gone to Nokia Center for taking the mobile but received new date/ time by Nokia Care's manager- Mr. Ramesh, But when I have gone to Nokia Center ,Today The Manager (Panvel, Navi Mumbai) said that I am unable to give your Mobile in running condition.

          Kindly help us to give me right solution.

          Nokia — not working properly in running condition

          it has not working in proprly net cant be accessin form .It has slow speed .it has give problem in restart in buttton or switch of button
          spots on camera, disturbance in earphone while talking, FM not working properly in home, phone reboots suddenly, sometimes many buttons do not work, other than this i have gave my cell to service centre they gave back me as it as and i want its replacement in 3 days otherwise i will go to consumer court and my cell model is 5130 and IMEI no.is [protected] and my cotact no. is [protected]

                I am Nadeem from secunderabad. my nokia handset Nokia c6-00 IMEI : [protected] which is under warranty stopped working on 12Th November 2012 . I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Centre Satyam Electronics, 5-9-88 1St frloor AAK Complex, Abids, Hyderabad 500001. Jobsheet Number :[protected]/121112/30, NCC: 405_465550 . The expected date of delivery was 12th november 2012 but when i went to take the phone they said that they had sent the phone to Delhi for servicing. They told me to collect the phone after a week but when i went to collect the phone they said that it is not repaired and asked me to come next week and it went so on till 15th december 2012. On 14th dec they said the phone cannot be repaired and they were giving me a phone with very low configuration (Nokia 500) when compared with my phone(nokia c6-00) . They promised to give me Nokia Lumia 610 on 20th december 2012. But when i went to take the phone on 20th dec they told me i have to wait till 28th december 2012. again on 28th december when i went there they told to come back on 2nd January 2013. but when i went there Manager (Manoj) told me that he cannot say exactly when i will be getting the phone. I have called them atleast 50 times and visited many times wasting my time. But i never got a satisfactory reply. Nokia Please replace my phone or refund my money.

                      Hi this is shanal am working as marketing excutive in reputed company , i have one company paid airtel post paid connection copule of weeks before i got messages from nokia like life tools messages and i called to nokia customer care they took comapliant against liftool services and they offered service would be deactivated within 5 days but again am getting life tool messages from nokia. In my last moble bill above 50 rs charges mentioned for nokia life tool services what will do sir

                      they told me that service would be deactivated within 5 days but 2 weeks complated now also am getting messages and charge taken 1re/sms . everyday am getting 3 messages

I had used the phone very well but when in December I had to update my phone to 7.8 so I got there but I had no bill that time so they had tell me give us 350RS and we will update your phone . so sir my question is this that who will get this 350RS Nokia care or the person who is updating my phone . and sir update are free at Zune so why are taking charge ??

                            I purchased a Nokia mobile phone model C2-03 with IMEI Nos.[protected] ,[protected] on[protected] from M/s CELL GALAXY, Venkateswar Temple Road,PARALAKHEMUNDI -761 200,Gajapati District ,Odisha State and it encountered speaker problem on[protected]within the warranty period) and for which I handed over the cell unit to the dealer on the same day for rectification.I could not receive any response till[protected] and hence I lodged a complaint online on[protected] with complaint No.81237 and again on[protected] online.On[protected] the dealer returned back the serviced cell unit without any support document authenticating having serviced at the Company's authorised service centre.Now I claim for the following:
                            1.The warranty period should be extended by 48days(servicing period) from the lastday of the original warranty period.
                            2.Compensation of Rs.5000/- should be paid for the inordinate delay in service and the problem faced during the servicing period.
                            3.Company should confirm that the cell unit was serviced by the Company's authorised service centre and a documentary proof be provided to me.
                            4.The reply with satisfactory reason should reach me with in 48hours from this mail,failing which I would be constrained to take the shelter of court of law .

                            mobile phone — deficiency in service

                            I had purchased a Nokia 6500 S hand set (IMEI No [protected]) from
                            Hot Spot Retail Showroom (Shop No 7/1, Plot No 18, MLU, Wadhwa
                            Complex, Sector -10 Dwarka New Delhi.(Bill No Book No 134/6635) dated
                            16 Mar 09.

                            I also took care pack No 21913 from the same retail showroom

                            The set became defective and was deposited for repair to same retail
                            showroom as per details below

                            I got the phone back on 28 Sep 09 stating that the phone is repaired
                            where as it still had poblems which was shown to the the retail
                            showroom manager.

                            I then decided to get the phone repaired myself from Nokia Care since
                            the set is under warranty from Nokia itself

                            I have been informed in writing by Nokia that my Hand set has been
                            tamperd with and Parts replaced are not original Nokia parts .Hence my
                            Warranty is not Valid any more.

                            I am not satisfied by the service provided by so far How can this be corrected.

                              i am Nanaji, i would like to launch a complaint against to your particular 'NOKIA PRIORITY', which is situated at
                              BHARATH TECHNOLOGIES
                              #7-1-24/2/C, SHOP NO.2,
                              GREENLAND, AMEERPET
                              HYDERABAD - 500 016.
                              I have purchased a cell phone, NOKIA MODEL X2-02 ON 20/01/12, IMEI:[protected], Invoice No: SI/2503. It worked well upto 26-12-12 but 26th night when i want to go to bed, I switched of my phone then the next day am trying to switch on my mobile but it is not responding, that day i handover my phone to nokia priority Bharath Technologies, my phone has warranty also, the next day i called to Bharta technolgies then they replied me that my phone was water damaged, I am shocked and trying to say what was happen but he replied me that "why i believe you?????"
                              Then I could not say any answer to him, then i collect my phone(still not working)

                              So i am completely dissatisfied with that service, Please take an action on Bharath Technologies and solve my problem as early as possible, Other wise my next option is to register complaint in 'CONSUMER FORUM'.

                              We are expecting that giving some service from you that's it. you need not to hear our stories and also we need not to say any stories but please solve our (customer) problem, Don't create new problems.

                              Nokia — Poor service for Nokia X2

                              Hi,

                              I bought Nokia X2 over 2 month ago and unable to connect internet. After 3 rounds of visiting the customer care at prime mall,irla, mumbai-49 and after waiting for a month I was finally able to access facebook.

                              I am still not able to access my gmail..reason given that there are no advanced gprs services activication. Message loading is problem as a reason i am unable to read sms.

                              The manager Poonam Sharma is giving me reasons not giving a proper solution..she is not willing to solve the issue..I am very unhappy with their service. I need to replace the handset. Please advise.

                                Starting from the 2nd of December I am unable to receive any text messages in my Nokia C1-01 model. The problem is with the phone and not the service provider as messages are getting received if the sim card(Airtel) is inserted into another phone. Please look into the issue as it is causing mighty grievance.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  My name is Keshav Jhawar. I purchased a Nokia C6 00 phone on the 20th April, 2012. IMEI no-[protected]. Since then, I had to submit the phone 7 times for repair to the Nokia Care Centre (Crazy Infovision, 83 Golaghata Road V.I.P. Tower Complex Kolkata-700048). The last time I submitted it was on the 5th December, 2012 and the phone has been with them since then. From 5th December till date(i.e. 29th December) Nokia is just avoiding giving me a concrete answer. They say that spare parts are not available for this model. Each time I call or they call, the only answer I get is that the backend team is considering a replacement of the model but they avoid saying by which date.This has been continuing since the 10th of December, 2012. I am totally fed up and disgusted with Nokia. Out of the 8 months since I bought the phone, it has been in possession with Nokia for nearly three months. I request for an immediate replacement of the handset or refund the money. Please help.

                                  Nokia — Refund of money

                                  As per the detail mentioned above, I had brought a Nokia phone on 16.12.08 for Rs. 14449.01 from The Mobile Store (Bill Copy Enclosed). The phone stared to trouble me with series of problem first like all E series the phone stared to reboot by itself, the problem continued even after updating the software, and one day all the sudden the out going voice dropped, the phone from the day one had a blinking problem when the “*” key was pressed. The phone was given to one of the service center in Annanagar on 25.011.08( Job Sheet Enclosed) . But they fail to repair the phone and keep on pulling the issuing saying that they where waiting for parts to arrive. Then finally they accepted phone could not be repaired and they had got me a replaced piece.
                                  Now I want to know what if the same problem occurs in the replaced piece (even the new phone has the same blinking problem as the old one, when told to your service center they told that all phone of this model is having the same problem) what am I suppose to do??. As this model was discontinued within Six To seven months of its launch by your company, this proves that it is a defective model, but what for, all those customers who had brought this phone with full fait and goodwill of your company. I feel cheated by your company by launching a defective model and looting people’s hard earned money. Your people can not imagine under what pain I have gone under to get phone replaced.
                                  I request you to send me the address where I can send this phone back and get my money refunded or even if you cant not refund the amount please send me the address where this phone can be delivered, it would be a gift from side to Nokia company which they can use for RND purpose and manufacture better in future. Please do not send me any reply stating that an enquire will be done on the complain. Reply me in simple words “YES” Or “No”.

                                        i am having problem with my Nokia C6-01 from july 2012. i have visited nokia care centre 3-4 times they have updated my software but still same problem problem is about touch. my touch is activity/skin touch it shouldn't operate my touching with nails or keys but when i am touching my touch pad with nail/key it is activating. As per manual in website: To control your phone, lightly touch the screen with your fingertips. The screen does not respond when you use your fingernails. If your fingertips are cold, the screen may not respond to your touch.

                                        i am using nokia C6-01 screen guard also. when i went to nokia care centre they talk to factory and they told me new version software will come. after coming new software(nokia bella refresh) they have updated but same problem.
                                        My present software details are Nokia Bella Refresh, Software version: 111.040.1511, date 28/07/12.

                                        From october i got another problem also i.e. mobile is hanging continouslly they have updated the software but no use.

                                        I have communicating with nokia support from 18/ oct/12 through mail also and Service Request No. 1-[protected] but still now they didn't solve my problem and i also called them 6-8 times also but no use. where time when i send mail to them they are telling case was forwarded to backend department but still no reply.

                                        i have buy this mobile for 13871.58 + 5% VAT in December 2011 and i have extended warranty till DEC 2013.
