    I bought a new nokia Asha 311 mobile phone on[protected] from universal mobile store Bangalore. But
    The phone which i bought had a battery back up
    issue. I was getting ony 5-6 hours back up on my
    newly purchased phone. Without using data or
    any application.
    I purchased DOA set.
    when i contacted nokia service centre they are saying
    it will be checked and serviced.
    As it is a doa i must get a replacement of the same phone
    not repair.
    They are not ready to accept any of my concerns.
    this is not the way of service provuding.

    i am looking for justice..

    Firstly I have return the mail for battery Back up. But now after a softer ware update from Nokia care I found there are dead pixels on my lcd.

    This phone have some series hard ware issue and I want a replacement nothing else.

    Now I feel that It was a blunder mistake i did that I purchased a Nokia smart phone.

    I don't understand that why a brand like Nokia having such like a customer support.

    So many controversies I am going through for a 6, 500 phn.

    Now I feel I could go for some local brand in which I could avail better service.

      1. I had bought Nokia cell No 5530 Nokia Express Music cell from NOKIA Prioroty, 4 Tulsi Complwx, Tower Chowk, Free Gunj,Ujjain(MP) vide their invoice No 1305 dtd 09 Jun 2010 @ Rs 10600-00. The cell have been giving lot of problems since the day I bought. General complaints are as under:-
      (a) Touch screen non functional. Any call comes it invariably does not get connected despite pressing repeatedly till one is disgusted or the call is terminated.
      (b) At times other functions supposed to be operative by touch, does not respond.
      (c) Repeatedly getting hung.

      2. I reported to Nokia care Mandsaur(MP) two months ago who advised me to get the cell scanned as the same was badly effected by viruses. The action was taken by the Nokia care centre Mandsaur. But next day itself the cell gave the problems.

      3. After two days again I went the Nokia Care. The cell was seen, examined and presumably repaired and shown to me as functioning correct. Sad to inform you after two hours the cell behaved in the same fashion.

      4. On 03 Jan 2011 again I had to fall back to Nokia Care. My cell was taken back by the centre and told to collect it back on 18 Jan 2011. The cell supposedly was repaired by NOKIA Delhi and was returned to me on 14 Jan. I was happy But next day itself it behaved in the same fashion as before.
      5. I showed the cell again to Nokia Care on 15 Jan. The person incharge there changed the sim card and came to the conclusion that the there was something wrong with sim card. So I changed the Sim of BSNL. It worked OK for few touches but complaint still existed.

      6. Now it is too much of harassment I have undergone for no fault of mine. Kindly replace the cell or permit me to buy other cell of my choice adjusting the payment accordingly.
      The cell has been deposited with Nokia care centre at Mandsaur on 17 Jan.

      7. Hope the needful will be done.

        On 19th Jan, I visited Nokia Service Center (Samvradhi Technologies, KHB Colony, Koramangala) at Bangalore to replace by Nokia N8 battery to a new one. I paid Rs 1650. The job sheet no is: 130119/90, IEMI/ESN no#: 6738.

        I don't know what is being done by th technician since after then the condition of the new battery is even the worst. The cell phone is switched off quite often. I constantly need to put that in charger.

        I have been using my cell phone for over 2 yrs(I guess!) and I have started the battery problem for about 2 months back. since I need to work as an oncall person, so I need a long lasting battery and due to that I had to change that.

        I am really feeling bad that Nokia customer care is so bad.

        I assume there can be two situations:

        1. I was not provided with a new battery.
        2. Technician did something turmoil with my hand set and the hand set is switched off for no reason.

        If this is a strategy to make money from the customer assuming I'll deposit the hand set again for repair then it is a bad thought from Nokia. I'm literally started thinking NOT to buy any more Nokia Products if this is the present situation and stand of the company.

        This is very embarassing to me to spend a long hours for replacement, spending money, energy/interest and at the end I find my mobile is damaged.


        I strongly recommend not to use any more nokia products to everyone. Let's switch to Apple/Samsung/HTC.

        Nokia N8 — Battery

        i was puchase Nokia N8-00 7 months ago
        now i m suffering from battery backup of my N8-00 it gives only 1.5 day backup on without using anything

        i was purchase nokia 1616 in feb its battery not charching i submitt my battery but dealer not giving any response they said k "aa jaye gi jaldi kya abhi 1 mahina hi to hua hai" plz take action against him

            Hi ,

            I had bought a Nokia E5 from Nokia Priority Store , Rohini , Sector -3 , Mangalam Place on 4th Jan. On 14th Jan , all the audio be it from incoming or outgoing call , FM , MP3 songs or alarm - stopped. Instead of the audio , only noise could be heard as if from a defective earpiece. Took it to Nokia priority 0n 15th Jan , but they refused to exchange since it was 10 days old . Went to Nokia service care - Rohini , they changed the earpiece but still it was not working so they sent it to a higher center , on 22nd Jan when i called them to ask the status , they said it has come back but is undergoing a quality check . On 23rd Jan , they informed that it still has some problems and therefore sending back again to the Nokia Higher Center and that I should wait.

            It is clear that the handset was a defective piece or it would not have gone so worse in a period of 10 days that even service care or higher centers are not able to solve. Can we do something to get my money back or atleast a replacement ?

            I have all the details - imei no. , bill , Nokia care service job sheet with me.

            Please suggest.

            NOKIA-- E-5 — DEFECTED PIECE

            I HAVE PURCHASED A E-5([protected]) NOKIA SET FROM HOTSPOT ,DHARAMPURA BAZAR PATIALA VIDE BILL NO. 3845 DATED[protected]. SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE ,THIS SET GETS OFF AND ON AUTOMATICALLY. I GOT IT REPAIRED FROM NOKIA CARE CENTER NEAR 22NO. PHATAK PATIALA TWICE WITHIN PAST 1 MONTH BUT IN VAIN.IT AGAIN GOT OFF FOR THE THIRD TIME AND BEING HANDEDOVER TO THE ABOVE SERVICE CENTER FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SET WITHIN 7 DAYS, FAILING WHICH I WILL BE COMPELLED TO APPEAR BEFORE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORM,PATIALA PUNJAB FOR SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT FOR WHICH NOKIA SHALLL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES.

              My Mobile Model is NOKIA C5-00 and the IMEI code is [protected].

              The Mobile is purchased a year ago.

              Exactly after the warranty period(that is 1 year from the purchase date) is completed the Keys in the Keypad started getting removed one by one.

              At present i dont have any other option other than replacing the new keypad itself.

              I have never expected such a problem in the NOKIA mobile since its believed that NOKIA is one of the very stable mobile product.

              I want to bring this to the notice of the NOKIA team and would like to get some clarification from them about this problem.

              nokia/nokia c5-00 — phone not serviced by company

              I purchased nokia c5-00 at 7july.After 15 day the phone completly dead,i submitted that phone at nokia care on 24july for service and they ask me to wait for 10 days but after 16 day they again ask me to wait 1-2 weeks and not give me the satisfactory answer.they can not be able to tell me the correct phone situation.please help me.

                Month n year of manufacture : Jun,2011.

                i initially submitted my handset to the nokia care jaipur center on 21st nov,12 with a complaint of audio jack repair and software up-gradation.i received my phone on 10th dec,12 with nothing at all re paired and resubmitted it with the same job sheet on 11th dec,12.
                I finally got my phone back on 20th dec,12 with apparently everything in function but it broke down on 27th dec,12.
                I again went to the nokia center on 31st nov. 12 ant the staff over there did not respond properly and instead they said i 've got the parts exchanged somewhere else with the duplicate ones while i havent shown my phone anywhere else.
                Now my phone is not in the working condition and the display is local and broken.

                my job sheet number of nokia care is 121121/76.
                service request number of nokia contact center India is 1-[protected].
                The last call i received from nokia contact center India was on 5th jan,13.
                My issue is still not resolved.

                        Hi,

                        I bought a nokia 701 mobile in oct 2011. After 6 months, it creates problem. and i gave my mobile 4 times because of battery backup problem. first time they change the battery, but problem was not solved. after that i gave 3 times again for the same problem but they took my mobile for 1 week or 2 weeks and returned it by saying that it would work fine. but problem not yet solved.

                        Now, I gave my mobile 5th time. They have my mobile from 6 weeks. Every week they are saying that problem not yet solved and give us 4-5 days. Now, my mobile is in nokia care centre.

                        I would like to complaint of nokia care centre. My job sheet no. is 18892.

                        nokia n-95 — battery back up problem

                        sir, i bought n-95 in the month of december.
                        by now i m undergoing some battery problem i.e., in the back up.i visited the nokia care centre at meerut . those people said it would take 15 to 20 days for the same battery to be changed . but till then i'll not be provided with any battery ,so my no will be disconnected for those days . and i m not in condition to do same .
                        please help me out as i m suffering from great problem.

                        nokia n-95 — to disconnect gprs power

                        i want to deactivate the gprs power plan
                        i called custumer care they said send FRESH to 54666
                        i sent but i am getting msg back as ur gprs plane of 4ps/kb will be activated whithin 24 hrs
                        what i can do

                        nokia n-95 — wirse product

                        6 month back, i purchased nokia mobile, modal is N-95 8 GB, but 15 dats its got hang and also work very slow, after that i has given to Nokia service Center Sec-25 faridabad, They returned me after 1 month, after i checked my mobile in my house, i got to know that my 8 Gb memory is not working, even its didnt shows 8 Gb memory card, and my mobile also still hanging,
                        Service Center again says that u have to drop ur mobile for 1 week, to solve ur problem,
                        6 months passed out, my mobile still not working means still hanging and memory card is not workin,
                        How can again i give my mobile for 1 week, i use my mobile commercial use, its not possible for me to give mobile for repair again and again .
                        but now i decided i will never puschase again Nokia mobile in my whole life, i spend my hard earning 26000 for this mobile, but with in 15 days i got bad experience with Nokia
                        my some other friend also suffer from this type of problem fron Nokia, so i want to suggest you plz, never purchase costly mobiles from Nokia, try others,
                        Many gud companies also offer very gud mobile equipped with best features,

                          I bought a nokia Lumia phone on 6.10.2012 from "The King" mobile shop, based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai where the salesman(Pritesh Shelar) told us that we would be eligible for Nokia 360 Speaker on the purchase.I made the purshase based on the said commitment.

                          He told us the instructions to be followed on website for claiming the same and I realised that it was asking for Unique code, which was not provided to me. On raising the same, Mr. pritesh told me that I need to contact the Nokia care for the same. On calling the call center, the call center clearly said that I am not elgible for the offer and the dealer has misguided me.

                          On complaining back to the salesman, Mr. pritesh said he will ensure that the speaker will be procured and he will try through his channel.

                          It has been almost 3 months and no progress has happened in the same and there is no resolve till date on the same.

                          I receive the responses from Nokia on every reminder sent by me saying that the offer is not valid currently and they will not be able to provide the same. After escalations, nokia sent me an email on 17 december from "Divya Cynthia- Email specialist, Nokia Care India which is reiterated below-

                          "Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care. The Service Request No. is 1-[protected]. This e-mail is in reference to get the play 360 speaker for your Nokia Lumia 800. I sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused.In response to your e-mail, I would like to inform you that your case has been forwarded to the backend team. Any update in this regarding will update you further."

                          Till date, there is no update on the same...My expectation is that Nokia needs to provide the speaker to me as committed by its dealer or compensate appropriately.

                            Nokia E-72 — Faulty handset and no attention on complaints

                            Hi,

                            I bought my Nokia E-72 in February 2010.
                            I was working fine with some common glitches reported several times.

                            In first week of July, the keypad suddenly hanged and the cellphone could not be operated at all.
                            I too my phone to Nokia care centre.
                            They made me wait for quite long on the pretext that they will repair it and hand it over to me in a while only.
                            Then after a long wait I was told that it could not be repaired today and might be sent to their "Higher Level" the next day and will take 4-5 days.
                            After 4-5 days, there was no communication from them. Calls were not being taken.
                            Then finally a call was taken and I was told to collect it the next day.
                            The next day also, it wa not properly tested, although again I was made to wait for quite long and the phone was returned to me. All its data had been eraseed, including important contacts.
                            It appeared fine there but withing an hour, it again showed the same problems. The centre was closed for the day already and next day being Sunday, was again closed.
                            After that, I tried several times but no calls are being taken.

                            This is entirely UNPROFESSIONAL and also, since my phone is in Warranty period, it should be properly attended.
                            I saw similar complaints on the internet for Nokia. It seems these people are only concerned about selling their product and do not want to offer and post services.

                            MY TRUST ON NOKIA HAS COMPLETELY SHATTERED!
                            I want my money back(Rs.19950, cost of phone) or a brand new handset. It is affecting be adversely alot already.

                                  I have purchased Nokia C2. It has problem like hanging and auto restarting, contact number hiding. I gave the phone to customer care for around 2 times and they updated the handset and says the handset is fine. I have purchased this handset in May 2012. In the month of December 2012 it again had problem and the customer care people said that it will go to the company and it will be replaced. Janauary 2013 last week i got my phone replaced by company as per customer care people. But i have found that replaced hanset is used one. Customer Care People are saying nokia policy is to replace it with old hand handset which is available. Can any one let me know the replacement policy of Nokia.

                                  Nokia — faulty handset

                                  Hello,

                                  My name is Mohd. Shahid, on may 5th I purchased a Nokia mobile with the model as Asha 300. I went with Nokia because it is a brand name and I had good experiences with Nokia. I purchased the Mobile from Technovision(Banjara hills, Opp Pizza Hut).

                                  I came back home after paying the money. Next day I inserted Reliance sim card; how ever that was not detected. I thought there is a fault with the sim card. Next day I purchased new sim and inserted the same in the Nokia handset. I could see there was network but when I tried making calls it gave me a error message. I checked by inserting other sim cards, still was not able to make or recieve calls.

                                  on 7th May 2012 I went to Technovision from where I purchased the mobile. There it was told to me that it must be a issue with a soft ware and asked me to take that to the service center. I asked him to replace the faulty handset as I purchased the mobile day before yesterday and give me a new one, the guy told me he could not do that and asked me to take it to the service center and they will update the software within 5 minutes. I tried to tell him its not my fault then why should I have to take it to the service center. After discussing with the technovision guy for almost 1 hour I gave up and thought of taking the mobile to the service center.

                                  I have to go to work and I get very minimal time to do all this things, how ever I took time out and went to Nokia Care which is in Tarnaka. I went late and it was closed.

                                  Next day on 10th may I went to Nokia Care which is in Mehdipatnam, I gave the mobile to the service center and waited there for an hour. I got a call from Nokia Care stating that the mobile has mother board problem and they could not solve it. They told they would send it to the company and it will be repaired there. I was told to wait for 1 week. I tried to tell them that I purchased the Mobile because I am in dire need of that and have no other mobile. I told them I cannot wait for 1 week, and also told there is no error from my side. I did not even use that cell phone once to make calls and now I have to wait for one week? I asked for a alternate mobile which I can use in place of my faulty hand set, they told there is no alternate mobile available.

                                  I spoke to Ismail (he told that he is from HR dept.) from the customer care, explained him my problem and told that without no reason I have to suffer. I also told him that I took the mobile to the place from where I purchased the Mobile (TECHNOVISION). Ismail told me that the mobile would be replaced if we take it to the shop from where we have purchased within 48 hours if it is a faulty hand set. I wonder why the Technovision guy asked me to take it to the service center even after spending an hour to convince him to replace the hand set.

                                  Ismail assured me in a week he will have it repaired. I told him I cant come again and again to service center as I have to go to office at 10 till 7. He told me that he will have the mobile dilevered on thursday with out fail and would inform me if there is any delays. I was disappointed as I felt this was un necessary trouble for me. Still I gave them time and came back home.

                                  Yesterday which is on 17 may 2012, I called Customer Care as I did not get information regarding my mobile. I spoke to Ismail and he told that the mobile is not yet repaired and it would take some more time. I was disappointed with Nokia and would never purchase a Nokia handset in near future only because of the trouble it has given me.

How ever when I called the customer service today I got the same reply. They are still asking me to wait. It is an recurring activity, I am getting the same message again and again.

                                  Its been more than 10 days the cell phone is with the customer care.

                                  Irony is I still did not use the cell phone from the time I purchased it.

                                  I need a compensation now. I feel enough is enough. I waited, gave enough time but in vain.

                                  I request the authority to please here my plead and take necessary actions.

                                  I would like to know if this "someone" contacted you and your issues are resolved. I am also facing a horrible experience with Nokia and the above mail is their standard reply. They won't go into the details of the mail and in my experience, will not resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

                                  On a lighter note, you can invoke your "right to wait", but Nokia team will do a mess of the job.

                                    Hi, This is Nagarajan. 24’th December 2012, I ordered “Nokia Lumia 510” mobile through Suleka.com. End of the order, I received the message like “Sorry, the transaction has been declined by the bank for the payment of Rs. 9375/-” and attached the screen shot for your reference.

                                    The order is not generated but the Mobile Price(Rs. 9375) was debited from my Credit card.
                                    Same day, I called your customer care people and confirmed with your Finance team. She said, the amount was credited in our account. After 10 days, the amount will return to your account automatically.

                                    Again I called your customer care on[protected] and she told, your amount will be credited before 12.00 PM today.

                                    The amount yet not credited my account.

                                    Kindly take necessary action ASAP and return the amount immediately.
