I had bought a Nokia E5 from Nokia Priority Store , Rohini , Sector -3 , Mangalam Place on 4th Jan. On 14th Jan , all the audio be it from incoming or outgoing call , FM , MP3 songs or alarm - stopped. Instead of the audio , only noise could be heard as if from a defective earpiece. Took it to Nokia priority 0n 15th Jan , but they refused to exchange since it was 10 days old . Went to Nokia service care - Rohini , they changed the earpiece but still it was not working so they sent it to a higher center , on 22nd Jan when i called them to ask the status , they said it has come back but is undergoing a quality check . On 23rd Jan , they informed that it still has some problems and therefore sending back again to the Nokia Higher Center and that I should wait.
It is clear that the handset was a defective piece or it would not have gone so worse in a period of 10 days that even service care or higher centers are not able to solve. Can we do something to get my money back or atleast a replacement ?
I have all the details - imei no. , bill , Nokia care service job sheet with me.
Please suggest.
