my mobile was stolen in BMTS Bus at 8.45 am on 10.01.2013 while I am coming to NTTF from Jalahali BMTS Stop. The BMTS Bus Rote No:248.

Now my request is to please take my complaint and I have the bill copy of mobile purchase. It was purchased on 23.06.2011 at Sun Times Invoice No: CS11 / 6149 / 23.06.2011 and IEMI No: [protected].

I bought a nokia 701 mobile in oct 2011. After 6 months, it creates problem. and i gave my mobile 4 times because of battery backup problem. first time they change the battery, but problem was not solved. after that i gave 3 times again for the same problem but they took my mobile for 1 week or 2 weeks and returned it by saying that it would work fine. but problem not yet solved.

I have purchased Nokia C2. It has problem like hanging and auto restarting, contact number hiding. I gave the phone to customer care for around 2 times and they updated the handset and says the handset is fine. I have purchased this handset in May 2012. i have gorn several times to different nokia care in jayanagar 3rd block and of basvangudi in past 1 month for replacement of my touch pad of c2-03 set but everytime i go there they ignore me by saying that they have stock of touch pad and to try it in some other nokia care.this is really disappointing and i think a serious action has to be taken against them....
