    I have repaired two times my NOKIA C2-03 Mobile phone in Nokia Care Center. but still this phone is again not working properly. Its Touch pad not responding. not sensing on touch. I am facing this problem since last 4 months. Some time it is working properly and some time not working.

            ON16/02/2012 I PURCHASED NOKIA HANDSETASHA 300 FROM AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.ON 03/10/2012 THE TOUCH SCREEN STOPPED WORKING THERE WAS NOT APPEARANT DAMAGE.
            MY SET WAS UNDER WARRENTY SO I WENT TO NOKIA CARE SATYA TELECARE 229,CHITTARANJAN AVENUE,KOLKATA
            THEY ASKED FOR RS.1655 AS LIQUID DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY HOW HE HAS ARRIVED TO LIQUID DAMAGE WAS UNKNOWN TO ME. THEY GAVE ONE MONTH'S WARRENTY.
            AGAIN ON 20/11/2012 THE SAME PROBLEM REOCCURED AND SAME OLD STATEMENT OF LIQUID DAMAGE IS BEING USED AGAIN CHARGES -AGAIN OF RS 1655 AS ONE MONTH GOT OVER ON 03/11/2012.
            I CAME BACK WITHOUT GETTING MY SET REPAIRED.
            I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM I CAN NOT KEEP ON PAYING RS 1655 EVERY MONTH AS THERE IS NO GURANTEE THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

              I PURCHASE THIS MOBILE ON LAST SATURDAY BUT I AM FACING BELOW PROBLEM.

              1) AS PER NOKIA, SPEED IS 1 GHZ BUT ITS ALWAYS HANGED DURING THE NORMAL USE
              2) ALSO THERE IS CHARGING PROLEM, I PUT MY MOBILE WITH CHARGES FOR 2-3 HOURS BUT ITS CHARGES WITH ONE ROW ONLY
              3) ALSO BATTERY BACK UP IS VERY BAD, ONCE YOU WILL WAKE IN MORNING, YOU WILL FIND THAT YOUR MOBILE HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF.

              WHEN I VISITED TO NOKIA CENTER IN PACHIM VIHAR DELHI, THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE MOBILE IN STORE FOR ANOTHER 4-5 DAYS FOR REPAIR WHICH CAN'T BE POSSIBLE FOR ME. I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MOBILE LAST SATURDAY FROM NOKIA SHOWROOM ONLY BUT FACING A LOTS OF PROBLEM. NOW I NEED MY MONEY BACK FROM NOKIA

                  I bought a Nokia Lumia 710 from Univercell at HSR Layout Blr. From the time i bought the phone Nokia music is not working. I have taken it to 2 Nokia care centers in baangalore and they mentioned that they are not able to update the new software on to my phone due to some problem.

                  Initially, Gmail was not working and yahoo was working. They updated the software and it started working, but nokia music still doesnt work.
                  I try to start Nokia Music it says the phone require laterst version of the software, for which i have taken to 4 to 5 Nokia care center and still the problem exists.

                  The nokia care center mention that their is a problem with my phone and i need to sell and buy a new one since its cannot be rectified.

                  The phone was purchased in July 2012 and since then i have been having terrible issues.

                  Apart from Nokia Music, internet doesnt work and if i make a call, the receiver and caller cannot hear anything.

                  Nokia should replace the handset free of cost since its a defective piece which was sold.

                    I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 2 months ago and a new vodafone post paid connection along with it and sent bulk SMS to all my contacts - 1500 of them to update them about my new number. I once again sent Diwali greeitngs to all my contacts in Nov. These were simple text SMSes. However, each time i would send group SMS, I would get reponses from my contacts stating that they have received an MMS from my number. I was shocked how was that happening. I discovered that sending Group sms was the issue and not individual sms.
                    I received a bill from VOdafone of Rs. 5000 stating that i had sent 1500 MMSs! I went to the Nokia store and showed them the problem. They formatted my phone post which the issue was resolved.

                    However, the question is- who will bear my bill of Rs. 5000??? My actual bill of 700 was blown to 5000 for NO FAULT OF MINE! It is clearly a fault of Nokia Lumia 800 however the customer service executive states they have no money refund policy.

                    I will surely not be footing the bill and leave it to Nokia and Vodafone to sort it out amongst themselves. However, it is an inconvenience to me to answer calls from Vodafone billing dept. I have already paid Vodafone about 1.5 K in excess of my actual bill to avoid discontinuation of services. Nokia needs to reimburse me for the following torture-
                    Nokia has caused me tremendous inconvenience, firstly- with my contacts not receiving the SMS i desired to send, secondly causing inconvenience to my contact list by sending invalid MMS, thirdly by increasing my bill such that it crossed the credit limit and my services were discontinued when i was out of town, fourthly I had to pay extra money to Vodafone to ensure my services are re-activated, fifth- I had to spend time and money to go to Nokia service centre and format my phone, sixth- I am not getting corporation to resolve my issue from Nokia and am answerable to Vodafone as well.

                    I will take this issue to the highest levels and spread it amongst all to get justice

                        I have bought a Nokia C5-00 mobile phone on March 31st 2011 (IMEI no. [protected]). It was damaged on March 2012. I claimed warranty for repairs. But the company offered me for replacement of mobile. I accepted the offer, so the company gave me a new Nokia C5-00.2 (IMEI no. [protected]) mobile phone as replacement and also i paid RS.1000 towards the extension of warranty for 1 more year. They received it and provided me a Nokia care protect Certificate of Coverage for 1 year on april.
                        After that again that mobile phone is damaged in september 2012. I again claimed warranty for repairs and submitted my mobile to nearest service center (i.e., in Dharwad). at first they told me that it is a battery problem and suggested me to buy a new battery. I bought a new battery for RS.1100. But the same problem continued again. So i again went to that service center and submitted my mobile for repairs. They received it and told me that they will send it to Delhi for repairs (Job sheet no.[protected]/121009/25). I still have warranty on that mobile upto march 2013. So i claimed warranty. After that when i went to receive my mobile back they told that the mobile is damaged because of water, they told that mobile is fallen in water and the some liquid related problem is occured, so the warranty cannot be claimed. They returned my mobile without any repairs.
                        After having the warranty also they have not repaired the mobile phone. I have all the necessary documents like original bill, warranty certificate, service job sheet etc with me. if you need i will provide the photocopies of all the documents. Because of their negligence in service i lost around[protected] rupees. Please take my complaint seriously and try to provide justice for me.

                                  I had been gifted a Nokia N8 phone by a friend along with a bill box ect.soon after few months i started having problems with the phone thus i approached the company registered service center ,on 26th nov when the problem became serious i submitted the handset to the service center who in turn send it to the head office thus i called their call center to know about the status and they told me that my phone will be replaced but when it reached to Goa on 03 Nov 2012 i found out that the phone was not replaced but repaired and a new imei no has been given as the mother board and other parts were changed along with my screen and touch panel,but soon after 8 days from receiving the phone I found out that the phone has been fitted with fake parts ,while i was charging my phone on 11 Nov.2012 the handset automatically got warmed up like before and the screen of the phone automatically cracked ! thus i approached the company but everything i call them they say give us 2 days time and we will call you back but they never called me back to till day! an if I call them they either hang up or put me on long hold and later say that your phone is working fine.I really dont know now what to do and whom to contact !please help ..this phone is just 9mnts old .and now is a total waste !..it was bought for rs 19500

                                  So, True -- These guys at Nokia Care do not know to repair their own products. And they are also cheats, will remove and replace parts. Thieves!!!

                                    I purchased Nokia Asha 200 In the last week of August 2012 with IMEI-1 = [protected] AND
                                    IMEI-2 = [protected]
                                    FROM NOKIA AUTHORISED DEALER IN SECTOR -9 ROHINI DELHI -110085.
                                    NOW the Sim-1 terminal is defective as it is not allowing me out going calls from the Sim-1. I have inter changed the Sims also But Sim -1 Terminal is not allowing me the Out Going calls at all. Therefore I Request Nokia Authorities to instruct the Dealer to Change my Instrument with the New Set as he has Supplied me the Defective Set.

                                    THIS IS NOT A ONE CASE, I AM ALSO FACING SIMILAR PROBLEM AND INSTEAD OF REPLACING DEFECTEVE SET IRRELEVANT ISSUES ARE BEING RAISED BY NOKIA LUCKNOW AND ALLAHABAD CARE CENTRE OFFICIALS. THEY ARE MOST USELESS PERSONS AND NOT FIT FOR EMPLOYMENT IN SUCH A LARGE COMPANY OR THE COMPANY (NOKIA) INTENTIONALLY ISSUES GUIDLINES TO THESE PERSONS FOR NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS BUT ONLY HARASSING THEM.

                                      I repaired my Nokia 5800 handset from NOKIA CARE CENTER.and it cost me Rs.923 (Bill no. 6101) for hardware repairing .
                                      After 2 day ,i got the same problem ,when i went back to them for checking , then they are asking me to pay another Rs.3000 for that same problem .

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have purchased one Nokia C2-03 Handset from Hyderabad with Tax Invoice on 25th June 2012. After using that handset with in 3 months the touch screen is going out of order frequently. I have sent it to Nokia Care for free servicing on 3rd of November,2012. As per their Job sheet (NO 387) they have taken 3 weeks to repair that one. But today 23/11/2012 when I have called them to collect the handset they told me that it will take another 10 to 12 days as the particular part is not available. At the time of purchase i was told that Nokia is providing 6 months REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, but when I asked them they refused.
                                        My question is how many days they will take to repair that one and if they don't have that particular part at their end then make it replace.
                                        Please arrange to do the needful.
