Respected sir,
Myself jignesh j patel,from surat (Gujarat) and I had bought these mobile Nokia 5233.mobile had a problem of hang and finally it shut down.
Now when my mobile is under warranty that’s why I had submitted my two mobile in nokia service center at Navsari (Gujarat).at the time of submission receiver told me that this mobile direct transferred to delhi office.
After few days my two mobiles are coming with heating problem on processor IC. And company has void of warranty of that mobile.Whether my both mobiles are tempered by company’s technician.
Now company has blamed on me for unofficial heating on processor ic. All people know that when your mobile is under warranty then why should they go to local market to repairing with higher cost with compare to free service in nokia service center.
I had 20 times contacted to customer care regarding my complaint but they didn’t give me any single positive from their side. They are cheated me for their fault in processor IC heating.

Nokia — my mobile is under warranty

sir,
I m surendra from agra
my mobile N72 is under warranty and its keypad lights are not working properly.
when i went to nokia care center ,there they told me that it got moisture and cant be in warranty,
you have to spend 750/-Rs to repair ur mobile.
I want to repair it under warrranty
pls help me.

Nokia — damaged mobile

sir,
my mobile couldn't read the memory card device i went to Nokia care and gave it for repair on 16 January on 3ed Feb i got my cell but it use to get switched off every second i went to Nokia care in bhubaneshwar because this problem was not present when the cell was with me , it was completely in working condition but after returning from Nokia care it got damaged and till then mobile is till date(29th march10) with them only. my warrant is getting over on 20 April. its a very bad experience when my mobile is with then from near 3 months. i want to claim for my price of cell and the amount of mental peace that has been lost. i have been travelling hours n hours to reach the center.the total claim i wanted to put forth is 52,800, bifurcation of it is rs 22,800 for the cost of cell phone and rest as damages towards my mental agony.

Nokia — damage

i purchase a handset of nokia 7230 on dt. 25.07.2010.within two days l c d of the set damaged at the time of charging . I went to nokia service centre. they asked me a charge of Rs.1125.00.I refuse to pay and asked for free of charge .they did not oblige me. now i ask the company, how low qwality of sets you are sellig,which damage within 2 days. Irequest the company to change my set.

nokia cell phone — damage cell sold

Dear Sir,

I bought a Nokia cell phone frm one of the dealer of nokia located at ghatkopar bt he sold me damage cell and on request him to exchange the phone he is saying that is not our responsibility to exchange.

I bought it on Sunday i.s 13 th of march at around 9 pm in night and went home and after inserting sim card I found that cell is damage and I went back to him bt shop was close so very next day I went to the shop in morning and told him everything bt he was nt at all ready to here me.

Please look into matter and help me out.

    The Product NOKIA C3-01 purchased by me on[protected] with IMEI NO-[protected] after that the warranty of the product was extended for another one year vide Registration no. [protected] on[protected]. The equipment started giving disturbance of the touch screen. The complain for the same was logged in NOKIA Service center at PALTAN BAZAR (Near Fly Over). The equipment repaired twice but same defect happen again.Ultimately the set was replaced. The new set again started giving disturb from[protected]. The touch screen when locked not opens randomly.
    Today My-self visited NOKIA Service center at PALTAN BAZAR (Near Fly Over) and informed about the defect.The Lady who attended me told me that they are unable to repair the set as touch screen is out of stock. She further advised me to go to other service center.

    Nokia — malfunctioning

    mobile is not working properly. not able to access stored contacts .battery backup ia also insufficient.(NOKIA 1203)

        Dear Team,

        On 1st Nov 2012 I given my Nokia C6 handset in Nokia service center due to some technical problems. After one month they are saying company has discontinued C6 phones so you will be provided a new phone. We agreed at that Lumia 610 phone will be provided as a replacement.
        Even after following up for atleast 2 months neither they are giving my original C6 phone nor any replacement.
        Dear Team,

          I had purchased Nokia C6 on 06 May 2011; the phone was working fine, however on 23 Oct 2012 the phone LCD stopped displaying. I took my phone to Nokia care which is located at Everest Mobicare, 10, Lenin Sarani, opp Loreto School Dharmtolla, Kolkata 700013, India so have it assisted...



          The warranty of my phone has been extended under the Nokia Care Protect Certificate of Coverage, and i was informed that my phone would be send to the head office in Noida for have the error mended, and i was provided with a Job sheet number[protected]/121025/81 where it was mentioned that the target date of delivery would be 05 Dec 2012.

          I HAD VISITED MOBICARE ON 05 DEC 2012, AND THEY HAD INFORMED ME THAT THE PHN HAS STILL NOT REACHED THEM FROM THE SERVICE CENTER, I WAS CONFIRMED THAT I WOULD BE INTIMATED IN REGARDS TO THE STATUS OF THE PHN HOWEVER NO ONE TURNED IUP ON THE PHN HENCE I HAD AGAIN VISITED THEM TODAY ON 11 DEC 2012.

          I TRUSTED NOKIA CARE A LOT AND HAD BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF NOKIA SINCE 2005 AND HAD ALWAYS RECOMMENDED NOKIA OVER ALL THE OTHER PHN COMPANIES HOWEVER AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WITH NOKIA CARE I AM AFRAID OF THE STANCE THAT Would BE TAKEN AGAINST MY ISSUE.



          REQUEST YOU TO HAVE ME CONCERN ADDRESSED OR ELSE I WOULD BE FORCED TO ESCALATE THE MATTER THE CONSUMER FORUM....

          Apart from that they never gave me any alternate cell so i had to live without mobile for many days which u know is very difficult in present day so please do the needful, i had to buy a new cell for myself worth 6K.

          My C6 was amounted to 12250.00 when i had purchased it. Hence would request you to have my present phone replaced with the equal or equivalent amount if the same is unable to be mended... I was informed by the executive in Nokia care that my handset was amongst those set of phones which was damaged however the same was sold to me without Nokia taking the charge of those lot of phones.

          Today its just that i was under the validity period hence i do not have to pay for the damage, however once my extended validity would expire i would had to bare the additional charges...

          I was informed that the costing for repairing the phone was 4000.00 hence this time i do not have to pay for the expense, however if in future some other type of damage happen with the phone i would be liable to pay the expenses. Hence i would not like to go ahead with the mended phone, and the total refund of my phone or a replacement of the same with the equivalent amount.

          I would also like to confirm that I was not given a spare mobile to use also... Please have all the issues checked from your end vigilantly and help me in the issue... i am also looking for a compensation for the mental torture that i have gone since 05 Dec 2012....

          I have also taken up the matter with the consumer court; have attached the soft copy of my complaint also...

            I bought lumia710 one month ago. And its apps don't connect to network properly especially 2g networks. I am not able to even sign in on Skype on 2g network. All the time error comes that there is network problem but at the same time I can open websites on IE . I am using Vodafone and I have talked to their customer care and they said its a phone issue. And when I went to Nokia service centre they said its vodafone's network issue. I spent 15000 on this phone but I am not able to use very basic apps like whatsapp ,Skype ,Facebook on this phone. I really want my money back otherwise I will go to consumer court.

            I am no expert with consumer forums but I do a bit about phones and networks.
            Customer support at vodafone and nokia both suck (and we all know it).
            Skype uses quite a bit of bandwidth and also do most of lumia's applications. I would recommend you switch to a 3G network (just goto settings and selection UMTS or Dual band from the current GSM selection).
            I hope this helps you use your phone.

              I have purchased a new Nokia Lumia 710 cell phone from Nokia Priority store – Unit 6 and 7, Ground Floor, Rivera Arcade< Prahlad Nagar Ahmedabad 380015. Invoice No. AM/GOPN/2834 dated on 8/10/2012. This cell phone having manufacturing defect, while using hands free there is poor incoming audio quality at the time of making incoming or out going calls. When I came to know about this problem immediately I visited Nokia Care on 26/11/2012. Job Sheet No.[protected]/121126/27, They have totally opened my newly purchased cell phone. As there was a manufacturing fault they have sent my cell phone to their service station based at Delhi (Nokia Care). The cell Phone has been repaired by them and now they insist me to collect a repaired cell phone from Nokia Care. I need justice in this case I do no want repaired cell phone when there is no where my fault. I have loged complaint with nokia customer care no.[protected], and my complain no. 1-[protected]. It is a manufacturing defect then how can I accept repaired cell phone. I have also complained to nokia customer care help line number but they also insist to collect the repaired cell which I do not want. EMIE NO. of my purchased cell is [protected]. Request you to help me in this case, after spending Rs. 15500 how can I take a repaired cell phone?. Hope you can understand my situation. During this period I have suffered a lot as there are many important contacts related to my work I have lost due to this fault in cell phone. When there is not at all my fault then why should I take a repaired cell phone.

              Nokia cellphone — Replacement denied

              The earbuds attached with my Nokia 5130, purchased 2 monts ago, became faulty. Consequently I approached the nearest Nokia Care (Brightspot, Attingal, Trivandrum District, Kerala) and submitted the item for replacement. On receipt (job sheet no.[protected]/091207/10 dated.[protected]of the item they told me that it would take 2 weeks for replacement. My Nokia 5130 was an indispensable item for me during my daily walking sessions. Keeping that in mind I requested them to provide me with a temporary replacement of any suitable earbuds but they refused outright. They insist that Nokia do not allow them to do such a favour to a customer. I believe Nokia is a frontrunner in the movement of Customer Satisfaction and Care!!! Hope I am right!!!

              Nokia — faulty nokia cellphone model

              I have nokia e52 which initially bought in aug 10...a month later i started having problem of connection error with this handset..went to nokia care center in noida..they upgraded software and told its fixed...same day i started having same trouble and along with it new trouble came..my handset started shutting down of its own...i went back again they advised it will be sent to factory and will take a week..after 10days i got it back with same trouble..then finally i wrote email and was told to submit it once again to nokia and 10days later another handset was given...i have used it for a month and again since last week i started having connection error and when i went to nokia center i was told software to be upgraded which they did..to my surprise very next day i started having same trouble i had with my last handset...its shuts of its own and problem with connection error still exists...i paid close to Rs 12000 for this handset E52 and its a total waste of money along with the harrassment i got from the amount of stress i got visiting there service center and writing emails and so on...Please get me my money back as it seems there is something wrong with this model itself.

              this is regarding my grivience against my quality of my phone NOKIA E 6 and Nokia care point located in sector 5 dwarka new delhi. within a month o[censored]sage the left channel of my ear phone had stopped working. Ear phones were fine the problem was with the phones left ear phone channel. i had given my phone for repair after 1 day nokia care returned my phone claiming to have repaired it. ACTUALLY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IS CONNECTED RIGHT CHANNEL TO BOTH EARPHONE. MY PHONE STILL DOESNT HAVE LEFT CHANNEL. AS A RESULT WHEN I SHIFT THE BALANCE TO LEFT THERE IS NO SOUND. AND TO THE RIGHT BOTH EARPHONES SOUNDS. SOUND HAVE ALSO BECOME DULL AND MONO. I CANT BELIEVE NOKIA CARE FOOLS THE CUSTOMER LIKE THIS.THAT TO WITH HIGH END PHONE LIKE E 6. KINDLY GO THROUGH MY COMPLAINT AND TRY TO RECTIFY IT. OR REPLACE MY PHONE.I AM A BUSY DOCTOR AND I DONT HAVE TIME TO RUN TO NOKIA CARE POINT EVERYTIME GIVING MY PHONE FOR REPAIR.

                    I had purchased a Nokia C6, (IMIE-[protected])on DT. 10.03.2012, in Rs.12900/-INR, but there are some problem with this mobile so i had submitted it at Nokia care center(Cellular Clinic, plot no-B-32, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar, Phone No-[protected],[protected])Job sheet No[protected]/120813/27, dt-13/08/2012 after lot of reminding they exchange my set to Nokia N500 (IMIE-[protected])and delivered me on Dt.15/12/2012( unfortunately in between i had lost my battery, back cover and memory card so i had pay for them Rs.1200 without any receipt) whose market value in now days is below Rs-9000/-,and which have lower features than nokia C600 like web cam,flash system on camera, qwerty keypad and sliding not available in this mobile set but i had purchased that set on above value but i get for that a low value set who is responsible for that i want to get my rest amount back or give me same value set which value is Rs.12900 as on date.

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased nokia 701 cellphone on 18 Dec 2011. On 10-Oct-2012, its IMEI no. got changed (by nokia care, vaishali ghaziabad) as there was some problem with the motherboard.
                      Yesterday i.e. 15 Dec 2012,there was problem with the flash light of the cell so I went to the same Nokia care store. They returned my cellphone in the evening saying there was IC problem and they have resolved. On checking the cell at the shop, there was no network received in the cell. The concerned person of the store said to check it outside, might be there is signal problem. But still the network problem was there and shop was closed (at it was 7 PM). Also the touchscreen of the phone was not responding.We went for 1 problem and ended up with 2 (touch and network issue)
                      Today morning I went to the shop again, but they refused to check it saying its not in warranty. We brought original bill also where the date of purchase of 18 Dec 2011. So according to that it was still in warranty. But they spoke very badly to us.
                      We asked them to extend the warranty so they refused again and said," its out of warranty we will not extend, we can give you the same in written" (but later refused to do the same). We had a talk with customer care where they said warranty is still there so it can be extended.They will call back us tomorrow i.e. 17 Dec 2012.
                      My concern is if we are raising request for "Extended warranty" today then if it takes time say 2 days, will you all come up and say "We cannot extend the warranty as warranty date has passed on 18 Dec 2012". This was what the person(Anjali) from store said to us.
                      The person who spoke very badly to us was Kiran.

                      The Nokia Care shop address: Sector 4 Near Shoprix mall , Vaishali, Ghaziabad .

                      We wasted almost 4 hours over there without any solution.
                      Today also we did not get any reply from nokia as they promised to call between 11 am-12 pm. It was as we expected that you will not respond.
                      Very poor service as you are making fool of a cutomer.
                      Kindly take the necessary action as a customer who has faith in nokia gets this type of treatment. It was really a sheer waste of time.

                        I found on 14/12/12, two consecutive messages in my Mobile Inbox as follows :
                        Msg1 - “Thanks for downloading GLOFTGame from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 50.00.” -- Sender --AT-AIRINF
                        Msgs2- ‘Received’ -- Sender -- 55435

                        I understood that my little grandchild , perhaps, done this mischief, accidentally, in the item under Game
                        folder in Application Menu. It is also understood that this relates to game ‘Asphalt6 D…..’ [GAMELOFT]

                        On opening that Game, I noticed that it is still a Demo version.
                        On clicking Help -- Shows -- you should receive the unlocking key within 5 min.—Check Inbox.
                        But till today [17/12/12], No ‘unlocking key’ received. That Game is still in a Demo version.
                        My humble questions before you :
                        [A] Whether the AIRTEL, itself, or other third Party is involved in the management of such games.
                        [B] Since I am not able to use the services relating to that game , would it be unreasonable ,to hope,
                        to get back refund after deduction of service charges from your end, as I am not interested
                        for that game and sorry for inconvenience caused to your concern from our end.
                        [C] If not possible, inform me how & wherefrom that ‘unlocking key’ be received.

                            I had ordered 1 Nokia Lumia710 on 03Dec2012 and even till now on 17Dec2012 it has not been shipped. All customer care executives have consistently lied. There is no importance given to timely delivery on homeshop 18. I had planned it as a birthday gift for my brother but thanks to homeshop18 i could not gift it on his birthday. If would suggest if you want to get professional online homeshop18 is not the place.

                              I PAWAN PUNJ HAD PURCHASED MY NOKIA LUMIA 800 MOBILE ON 10TH DEC. 2012 FROM THEIR DEALER IN FARIDABAD .VERY NEXT DAY PHONE BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING. I WENT TO DEALER FOR THE COMPLAINT ,THEY SEND ME TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR SOFTWARE UPDATION ,THEIR THEY TOLD ME THAT PROBLEM IS WITH HARDWARE HAND SET TO BE SENT TO COMPANY ITSELF FOR REPAIR.I DONT WANT TO USE REPAIRED MOBILE AND I WANT NEW HANDSET TO BE REPLACED OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                Dear Team,

                                I have a NOKIA LUMIA 800 HANDSET which has suddenly stopped working few days back.
                                When I visited Nokia Care they took it on Job sheet No.[protected]/121201/72 on the Name of Gaurav Kashyap after a week times I was Informed that my Lumia 800 is been replaced by Nokia and I have to get it collected from Service Centre.
                                Today when I visited and received my handset, it was in a very bad condition and it was a used set with No Screen Guard (which was there in My set from the date of Purchase) and there were so many scratches on the Screen.
                                When I complained in the service centre that I will not accept this then they told me to speak to Store In charge Mr Draramveer for resolve my query but he has taken my handset back and said back and said he’ll not do anything and will not replace it now. He misbehaved with me and abused me using very rough and cheap language which I can’t even mention in this mail.
                                Hope you understand I will get resolve my problem with same issue.

                                Nokia — misbehaviour with customer

                                respected sir,
                                i have a nokia handset 3110c.i bought it a year ago.we r havng some problem so we conserned the nokia care pathankot twice then for 5 times in amritsar then twice in 46B/B, Gandhi Nagar , Opp OBC Bank, Jammu - 180001 then for the last time
                                Shop No. 1/B, Bakshi Nagar, Main Road, Near J&K Bank, Main Muncipal Market, Jammu-180001 for the last many days we are going there but no response is given by them and i was physically abused when i went to Nokia Care in Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.

                                  The cost of this phone is 12999/- Rs . . . And features are less at this cost. . No blutooth. . No gravity sensor . No battry backup . No speed response. Update limited. No And the biggest loss is U R limited to use the Applications. . .And memory limits. . .8GB reserve for window is above 1Gb. . . . Damn features but price is. .. Toooooooooo. High. . . My nokia 3315 is more efficient then this at the amount. . .

                                  I have purchased new Nokia E5 . Its camera is not functioning properly. pictur get blurred . While I complain at nokia care they said its sofware problem and needs to reinstall. But after reinstalling still the problem pursistes.                                   Comlaint to play with diginity of company. Play with trust. . That Nokia is better then all that copanies in all field .. A mean product of Nokia.

                                    With reference to the above, I have purchased a Windows Mobile(NOKIA LUMIA 800) through one of your authorized dealer of M/s. Poorviga Mobiles Pvt. Ltd at Madipakkam at chennai wide bill no: 14689 on 04.11.2012.
                                    From the day one itself I am facing a problem with this mobile to access the Internet Explorer, to access the Gmail,Market,facebook, etc. Some time I am unable to make a call also. At the same time I can receive all mails from yahoo mail ID without any issues and I can access the internet in other mobiles through this mobile’s WIFI internet sharing connection.
                                    The next day I contact the supplier of M/s.Poorvika Mobile Pvt Ltd and explained the problem. They said that, you contact NOKIA CARE and sort-out the issue from their itself. I went to Nokia care on 05.11.2012 (Service center at T.Nagar,RAKSHIA IMPEX,) and they have reloaded the OS (software) and return back to me on the same day without any job sheet. It was worked well the whole night and from next day morning onwards the same problem was accrued again. Again I went to that same NOKIA care centre on 07.11.2012 and they have done the same job again and it was worked well for another 2 days and the same problem was accrued again 9.11.2012 onwards. After that I never used this mobile up to 15.11.2012 due to my family function.
                                    Then I went to that same NOKIA CARE on 16.11.2012 and they made a complaint and they have sent it to their Head Office wide service job sheet No:[protected]/121116/41 to rectify the same issue and they have return back the mobile on 24.11.2012. I used the mobile on that whole day and next day morning onwards the same problem was accrued again.
                                    Again I went to that same Service center at T.Nagar,( RAKSHIA IMPEX,) Chennai wide Job No:[protected]/121126/56 dated on 26.11.2012. and I asked replacement of this mobile. They have again sent that handset to their Head office to replace the same. I personally made a complaint at NOKIA Customer care wide complaint No: 1-[protected] dated 28.11.2012.
                                    After that there is no feed back from their end.Finally they called and asked me to collect the New hand set to replacing the Old hand set on 06.12.2012.
                                    I went their to collect the same. I shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 They have given some other old and somebody was used hand set and they are insisting to collect the same.
                                    Finally I refused to collect the same and I return back that hand set to their custody and I made a complaint again to NOKIA customer care referring the old complaint number (complaint No: 1-[protected] dated 28.11.2012).
                                    Today I made a call to the NOKIA Customer care via [protected] and they said that, again they have provided a used mobile only for replacing the old one.
                                    Please understand I don’t required any Used Mobile I required only *NEW DEVICE WITH SEALED PACK*. Because I never used this device a single day satisfactorily after purchasing (purchased on 04.11.2012). Between this 37 days The service team was utilized close to 25 days for service the device. The warranty how it will affect?
                                    Between this day I lost my contact reference and affected in my business and I wasted lott of time and mentally I affected with lott of things.
                                    So please understand the situation and provide a new handset immediately without further delay
                                    If any problem to replace the same to new hand set, please intimate for me to fight through Consumer court with compensation of Rs.1,00,000.00 (one lakhs) for my losses and other incidental expenses.

                                    I have purchase Nokia N 70 mobile on[protected] from Kaka Mobile center, 24, City Center, Station Road, Opp Bharti cinema, bharuch.

                                    Since begning only the mobile was very slow and battery backup is extreamly low. after some time condition getting worst and its camera was not functioning properly, its music player automaticaly swicth on, automatic call disconected, auto speaker on during call and slow speed. So i have approched KAKA Mobile on 10.05.08 and they have taken my mobile and kept it for 10 days and give it back on 20.05.8 saying that all the probelems have been resolved. But due probelems were remain as it is. So when i visited bhopal I went to Nokia Care with my mobile and they told this mobile is from GRAY market so nokia is not giving any gurenty on this. so I again went so KAKA Mobile for refund of my money for the same but they told me that they will not give the money back if you are intersted just sell this at 2nd hand rate.

                                    Please help me what i have to do.
                                    Hi, I am Vinay from Ramnagar, Hyderabad. I purchased a Nokia 5233 mobile on 24th Oct 2010 at Universal Mobile Store, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.

                                    From the day of the purchase of the mobile i discovered that the mobile phone is getting heated up very quickly during usage. Also the battery backup was very bad.

                                    After waiting for 4 days, on 29th Oct 2010, i have consulted a local Nokia Care centre (RTC X Roads, Hyd) and handed over the handset to the service man (Job Sheet #[protected]/101029/13) for the replacement of the handset.

                                    I request you suggest what best can be done to have my handset replaced with a new one. Can i consult lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum?

                                      I went to nokia care to repair my mobile "Nokia Asha 200" where my 2nd Sim from it's Slot was automatically coming out. The representative of Nokia Care told me that I have opened from outside and he refused to rectify the problem and created the new problem. Earlier my Sim Card was readable but after they opened my mobile and 10 mins later they returned it, I saw that my card is not getting detected. Thing is that my mobile is in warranty period and I never went any other repairing shop to solve my problem. The people sitting at Nokia Care told me that I have to show the proof that you have not opened it from anywhere else then only they will rectify my mobile.. You please suggest me is it possible. I suggested them that whenever you are opening any mobile then put seal on the system so that nobody can open it, or if so happens then only you can say that we have opened it from somewhere else. I was forced to repair my mobile from outside. Please give me your suggestion how to make complain for such type of harassment. What will be the value of warranty period?

                                        Dear Madam / Sir,

                                        The handset as is being described in the attached photo (which infact is scanned copy of the invoice generated by nokia preferred store) was procured accordingly. It was gift to my mother who turned Age 70. She is a generic mobile phone user where is besides calling and receiving call sometimes she listens to her music files stored on the phone. She does not even know how to sms or use camera on her own.

                                        To the amazement of all o[censored]s one fine day somewhere in May the phone suddenly stopped charging and turned black completely. The very next day we handed it over to the official service center as is attached in the other photo file attached herewith. The phone was received back from them in ok condition and it started functioning properly. We were told that they just re loaded the OS again. It was kind of reofrmat and the same hand set started functioning again. My mother was ok with it.

                                        Again the same situation as was stated in May has arisen. Now when we went to service center with a request that please issue us a fresh and technically properly working phone as we believe that this particular instrument has some technical flaw in it. The service center is saying no to the said request. My mother, rightly so, is seeking a replacement.

                                        Kindly help in resolving the problem by speaking with nokia technical team and make them agree to our request as stated above.
