      dear sir ,
      i am rupam from patna. i have purchase nokia -c6-01 mobil handset.and there had some software problem and handset problem.i will be given my hanset in nokia care in patna dakbanlow choraha .and they replace the phone from nokia company .and after again there has software problem in new handset mobil.i will be again given my set in nokia care patna dakbanglow choraha.and they said some argument again and again .so i went 6 to 7 times in all nokia care in patna.so please you do to some action in nokia care .and they take 500 rs from me for warranty increase.
      so please help me what shall i do next.

        PLS ARRANGE TO FIND OUT THE SAME
        i missed my nokia 3110 mobile phone imei number [protected] kindly help me to find the phone

        NOKIA HANDSET 2220S — NOT WORKING

        I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA HANDSET DURING APRIL 2010 AND WEEK AFTER THE PURCHASE, THERE WAS NO INCOMING CALL. HAND SET WAS TAKEN TO MAXTEL ( FROM WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED) THEY DID RESETTING AND STARTED WORKING. AFTER TWO DAYS SAME COMPLAINT REPEATED. THEN THEY DIRECTED ME TO NOKIA CARE, WHERE THE SET WAS REPAIRED AND RETURED AFTER TWO DAYS. IT WAS WORKING. AFTER A WEEKS TIME THE SAME COMPLAINT WAS OBSERVED. AGAIN WENT TO NOKIA CARE.THEY KEPT IT FOR TWO DAYS AND RETURNED. AGAIN AFTER A WEEKS TIME THE SAME COMPLAINT OBSERVED. THIS TIME NOKIA CARE TOOK TEN DAYS TELLING THE SET HAS TO GO TO HEAD OFFICE FOR REPAIR. PROMPLY RETURNED AFTER 15 DAYS TELLING THE PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT. AGAIN AFTER 15 DAYS THE PROBLEM IS RE APPEARED. HATS UP TO NOKIA. I SPOKE TO NOKIA CARE ON PHONE AND DEMANDED FOR REPLACEMENT OF HAND SET. SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SUCH POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT.

          Dear Sir,

          1. Why Nokia is falling. - I have a C3 handset. I was able to install couple of applications like games, free dictionery, free Browser from getjar.com site
          as it was.

          Now I just updated the phone software the version is { V08.71 15-11-11 RM-614 (c) Nokia } nothing is getting installed. So cute - bad to worse.


          2. Over and above I just downloaded the latest PC suit version 3.6.36.0 89.5MB installer. It is not getting installed and it says "windows authentication certificate not found". Working as a Microsoft agent. Good, keep it up to get lost in the competition. Samsung has already overtaken you.

          The customer service department at Nokia has got to be the worse department I’ve dealt with in the 35 years I’ve been doing business with different companies. I didn’t realize that they don’t believe in great customer service. After being told, “Well why did you order with us in the first place, ” my thoughts about Nokia went downhill. I can’t believe that another quote was, “It’s only one phone, we will survive without this order if you cancel.

          When did customer service not be a priority with Nokia. I’ve had Nokia phones for many years and never had a problem with the technology and was really looking forward to getting my Nokia E71. The customer service department and ordering website promised me a product and almost three weeks later, nothing. I’m paying a lot of money for the E71 and they can’t satisfy the customer. With the above comments, I will never do business with Nokia again.

          I would like to bring to your attention the horrifying experience I had at Nokia Care.I had given my E71 for repair & Nokia Care promised me that I will receive the handset by May 5th. After multiple followups, I receive my handset on May 15th & to my utter shock the screen had multiple scratches. Nokia Care employees acknowledged the same but said that they can't help. They even refused to give the phone number of area service manager from Nokia.
          I am feeling very helpless & cheated. Request you to please intervene & get my panel replaced.

          I would like to bring some problems regarding NOKIA E 71. I am downloading themes and anti-virus but it is not supported by the phone. Is it neccesary to load some software to suppport these. If no anti-virus is loaded, is there any problem. And another proble is that, how to use front side camera which is just located above the display screen.

          I am a sole user of Nokia phone.but I am fed up with it.Because of it's service centre. They don't know how to approach toa customer. if the set is within warranty period they dont pay attention, they will gain nothing from it. If it is out of warranty they will charge you as much as they can.Jalaram telecom in Baruipur is the service centre i am talking about.
          Spent over an hour trying to register my phone on their 191 line after their web system failed to register, On the phone for over an hour then they cut me off, What sort of services is this
          Hello all,

          Its really shameful for Nokia customer care people that they are providing the worst service in the mobile industry.
          They even dont knwo how to behave with the customers.

          I had given my 5235 set for service(even the quality is so bad that within 3 months you have to visit the customer care office).
          When I got my handset back it was witjout Stylus. when I asked for it they told that I didnt provided the Stylus for the set. I asked just to have look in the drawer the manager over there came and he started blamming me.

          See how these Nokia care people are irresponsible.

          I am also having the same problem. How do I get id of that.
          It really sucks :(
          I purchased Nokia Lumia 820 for over Rs 23000 just trusting Nokia brand but so far this is worst kind of experience and I would never ever suggest anyone for go for Lumia or even Nokia.

          Complaint: Whenever I receive or call anyone I get complaint that my voice is very low and this problem happen randomly but most of the time.

          Steps followed to get the Issue fixed:

          1) 08-Jul-2013 - Submitted mobile NCC and Software was re-installed and phone was returned as claimed to be fixed
          2) 10-Aug-2013 - Booked an online appointment number but NCC center was closed.
          3) 17-Aug-2013 - Submitted mobile again
          4) 17-Aug-2013 – Raised an online complaint 1-[protected] with preferred contact as email. I was told that I will get call from backend technical team.
          5) 22-Aug-2013 - Got a call to collect phone on 22nd Aug and it failed testing on first call itself. On complaining it was told that mobile will be replaced.
          6) Sent multiple reminder to Nokia Care Center (Micronas, Noida). No reply on multiple follow ups.
          7) 25-Aug-2013 – Escalated case by calling Nokia helpdesk complaint # 1-[protected]
          8) 26-Aug-2013 - Feedback call from Nokia regarding NCC complaint but they didn’t know about replacement as they said technical team will look into and call me.
          9) 29-Aug-2013 – contacted NCC again as I still didn’t received call back from back end team about my phone replacement. Whole day servers were down (checked morning and evening) and they can’t help me and Store manager refused to call back and suggested to dial next day again.
          10) 30-Aug-2013 – Inspite of several complaints, escalation, follow up on call, chat my complaint was not heard and phone was repaired and sent which I came to know during chat. On stressing too much during Chat with Farman (Manager) finally I was connected to Kalpana to update on my complaint and she noted another escalation but no commitment on call back or timeframe.
          11) 04-Sep-2013 – Chat with Tanuj for an hours but no update provided and not even connected to Supervisor Farman even after waiting for 20+ minutes. Manoj called and confirmed that I will get a call within 24 hrs (before 11 am 9/5).
          12) 05-Sep-2013 –(1:20 p.m) - Called Nokia Care again as no call received even after commitment of 24 hours and customer care agent again asked to wait. On request she connected to Rajbir (Store Supervisor) who told me that he can’t provide an update due to technical issues (please note). I asked him to connect to his manager and after waiting for few minutes I was connect to Jai (Assistant Manager) and surprisingly he was able to check status of my ticket inspite of technical issues repoted by Rajbir and also confirmed that update on escalation 1-[protected] is already available and mobile won’t be replaced. This was not even informed to me after so may follow ups and on asking if this is final verdict and can I go to consumer forum that no replacement will be given. Jai asked me to wait for 48 hours for call back and he will try to check personally with back end team.


          There is no customer service like hardly any testing being performed at Nokia Care or device failing on first test call itself, center closed on valid appointment, defective pieces are being sold even after Nokia knows about it (link of nokia site provided below) and there discussion forum clearly tells the story, Nokia helpline or chat lies and always try to tell you that they can&#039;t check information due to technical issues. Moreover you can’t raise your voice to any official as no emailid or number provided and never expect any reply from their automated complaint ids.

          Same issue reported by so many user on Nokia discussion forum not sure how many have not reported on nokia discussion forum:

          By this complaint I am requesting to take strict action again Nokia Care centers issue handling and no testing, why appointment were given when center closed, why nobody responds back even after complaint, no escalation process, no call back process even on escalations, why agents and their supervisor tell lie that they cant check information while their manger can check it.

          FINALLY, I need my PHONE REPLACED AND COMPENSATION for the pain I have suffered due to this issue.

              sir, my name is MIHIRKUMAR RAJESHBHAI PATEL of ankleshwar and my queries are as follows- i have received a mail that i was the winner of 1,000,000,00 gbp and a nokia mobail , and the agent is also present in delhi coming from u.k. and he directed me that to open an online rbi account to transfer the amount. i also received mail from rbi new delhi to open the account. so i open the account, a/c no.[protected] and pin code - kTYAH/=/?V. this is the account i received from the rbi mail. my question is that is this account is true or not. if this account is true then why i cannot transfer the fund to other account. i have received the account balance – 8,69,75,557.41.but it cannot be transfer the amount when i try so please give me the procedure to solve my problem.my email address is mihir.[protected]@gmail.com and phone no. is [protected]. please reply me through my cell phone number or email id. thanks you

              Befor some time i had balance 12.93 paise but aftr some hour when i check my account balance is only 0.96 paise.

                  I bought Nokia C6 handset last year April, but from next two months onwards there were some problems (touch pad stopped working; slider doesn’t work properly, Alarm issues etc). I gave the phone to Nokia service Center; they repaired it and gave me back. Again the same story in less than a month. I have given the phone to Nokia Service Center 8 TIMES FOR REPAIRING, have called their service center for the replacement of defective device more than 20 times and have written them more than 10 mails till now, but nothing, they would not replace the defective. Two weeks before again they repaired and again the mobile has stopped working. The mobile is still in warranty.

                    This new Nokia Lumia610 phone there no any option to download music,videos for general to in phone Internet like others Samsung,Nokia,HTC etc l have lots of problem to buy That phone @ when l buying that phone sellers can't say that types of demerits in phone he can't provide service to get amount Rs.12999

                      I have purchased my Nokia C5-00 mobile in 2011 and recently I have installed MOBITRACKER software from OVI store.
                      On seeing my last month bill from Vodafone I have found that this software has been trying to send messages from my mobile to the destination numbers almost every consecutive hours.(Even though it is not getting delivered at the destination I am getting changed for these messages.)
                      Because of this my mobile bill went up by 4 time the usual amount.

                      I tried to uninstall the software but it is not allowing me to do so. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible since I am getting charged by Vodafone for the messages.

                            With reference my complain no 1-[protected] (activation of GPRS data offer for my Nokia device) , I want to state that myself anil soni and i buy a nokia cell phone from mathura,up dated 12 aug,2012 nokia gives me a free 4 mnth. gprs(500mb) offer with buying a new airtel sim , now after purchasing a new sim, they are not providing the offer, with many of e mail ,telephonic contacts and net chating with nokia customer care my problem is not solve.
                            Every time I am trying and nokia person give me a new date ,there E chat person commited and promise me that it will be resolve with in 5 days but now till 15 of nov.2012 ,there is no solution.it was my bad time that I choose Nokia.I think it is a fake offer to promote the sales of nokia phones.
                            Nokia e mail specialist always says that my issue is esclating to related department some time they said that issue is on last stage but after 3 month it is on first stage. I have also provided my IMEI no and other related information to nokia care during start.

                                sir,
                                I am a Nokia customer since 06/09/2011. I ought a nokia c6 IMEI No.- [protected] phone from my home town muzaffarpur bihar
                                soon within 8 months I got display problem in my phone, and so i went to nearest nokia care to get it checked.
                                They took my phone and told me that the display cord got cutand they have to send it out of state (New Delhi) to get it repaired because of lack of parts
                                on 12/05/2012 I got my phone back from nokia care


                                since then i was using it with comfort till a week ago when the same problem occured
                                since I am in bangalore right now so i went to nokia care nearest to me first in 3rd block jaynagar and then in banashankari 3rd stage
                                and both of them after inspecting the problem asked me for repair charge as 500 approx. and 2000 aprrox respectively even wehn my phone comes under warranty period (extended it after first servicing paying rs 499 on 12/05/2012)


                                please help me because you yourself are contradicting your services as you did it free of cost first time and charging at 2nd time with same circumstances and problem
                                I don't know what i have to do next and i seek help form you on this

                                  I am Kundan Kalaskar, Residing at Nagpur City. I have a Cellphone Model Nokia N8. Last year i have extended my mobile warranty for one year and i have paid the required amount of 1470, but those guys have not extended my cellphone warranty even after one year. Every time i had to come to nagpur for mobile repair because other nokia center will not accept it so every time i have to come to nagpur on that particular nokia center with bill and extended warranty receipt and they repair it, and even after telling twice or thrice them to update my warranty in system they dint even bother to do it.

                                  As i was in Pune so i have to come all the way to nagpur just to repair it, my mobile is still with them they said that they will try to extend the warranty for one year or they will give my money 1470 back, but what about my travelling charges, my time, my leaves taken from office.

                                  When i told them that i want to speak to your manager or owner they kept me waiting for hours and manager didn't even spoke to me, one other employee claiming that he is a manager spoken to me and he asked me to mail us regarding the issue and their superiors will revert me back. its been more than 8 days now but i haven't heard anything from them regarding the issue.

                                  My cellphone is with them for repair and warranty has expired. Service Job Sheet No. : [protected]/121103/103

                                      I have purchased Nokia C5-05 on 25.05.12 vide emie no. [protected] from Satyam Telecom 2 N C Dutta Sarani, Kolkata-700001, vide Invoice No 110 after 15-20 days I have found touch problem on the device and report the same to Satyam Telecom,they have modify some setup and then the device is running. After 30 -35 days the device still showing the touch problem then I have gone to Nokia Service Center on Princep Street, Kolkata they upgrade Software and then the device is running. After Sept' 12, the device showing same touch problem on 19.10 12 I have have gone to Princep Street Nokia Service Centre they take the Device and give me a stand by device vide JOB No. 1019/18 and give me a Mobile No. [protected] to call after 8 days I can't understand why the device is making this problem.


                                      I have received the device on 26.10.2012 after servicing the same. For that
                                      time device was ok but after that I am still facing the same problem.
                                      Therefore, on 27.10.2012 I have visited Princep Street Nokia Care and they
                                      have told me to come on Tuesday 30.10.2012. I have visited on 30.10.2012 and
                                      hand over the device to them vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/121030/41. I don't
                                      know why that problem unable to solve by your Engineer and how much time it
                                      will take please confirm it as early as possible.

                                      They have given the information that you will give the answer with in 48 on 02.11.2012 but have have not call me. Again I have received a email from them on 07.11.2012 the same massage.

                                      I don't know why that problem unable to solve by their Engineer and how much time it will take to solve this problem My Mobile Number [protected] still unusable from 30.10.2012 due to this problem.

                                      I am really dishearten about this matter and becoming less confident about Nokia after Sales Service.

                                      Please advice what to do from my end and necessary processes should I do.
